Burger King food

I went to one of your francise and orderd 2 meal whopper meal and a tripple whopper meal both of the meals where cold and not hot enough. and they left out the frys in the whopper meal.i always go their with my family to eat but this time I was not satisfied with the service or the food that I got for my family. my family loves your food but I will never eat their again until I get a refund or a coupon for my free meals .thank you

Burger King kids meals

I ordered one of your kids meals last night at you blackshear, ga location for my 3 year old and there was a live roach in the bottom of the bag crawling around like it belonged. On top of that, they forgot a large fry and the Hershey pie was bad, like it had been left out too long or something. I didn't notice the fry or pie until like 30 minutes later. I will NEVER take my family back to a Burger king or recommend it to any one (especially to anyone with a kid!) I mean, unless they are totally cool with roaches crawling all over their fries and junk.

Burger King mac and cheese cheetos

I am furious!Every time I go to Burger King to get the Mac and cheese cheetos ; they are out. They are advertised on tv; and always sold out when I go. Can we maybe not ship more product to our locations?! I mean you do advertise that you have them! Do something about this asap before they are no longer available and I never got to have them! Next complaint... this same location I go to is always closing early! I get off every night between 11:30-and 11:45 pm and sometimes like to stop at Burger King on my way home. More times than not the lights are all shut off inside and out and the drive thru is not working. I have had to drive to the window and honk to get someone's attention. After honking several times I am finally told that they are closed.(30 minutes early) The manager told me that the reason for being closed early was because the broiler was broken. I wanted chicken and the last time I checked chicken wasn't made on a broiler. I work in a restaurant so I know this is all bogus; especially since I had come early that week and noticed it was closed early again. I can't believe this Burger King is still in operAtion!

Burger King food safety/ poor service/ wrong product

Using the drive through, I ordered a number 9 Crispy Chicken Sandwhich with a shake. After receiving my order, I ate some of my fries, and then opened my sandwich and realized it had cheese and BBQ sauce. I returned to the drive through window and returned my sandwich (only had one bite taken from it), and the fries that were left (about half) . The worker at the window accused me of changing my mind but that's not the case especially since I have the receipt to prove that I had asked for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Upon her going to get ne a new and correct sandwich I noticed another employee dropped a frie on the floor . He bent over, picked up rhe frie with his bare hands, threw it into the trash, brushed his hands on his pants, then continued to handle the food in front of him. I was surprised because I was always under the impression that Burger King is a trusted and clean restaurant but apparently not. Once the worker operating the window came back to the window with my new and correct order, I opened it and noticed there wasn't any fries. I asked why and she said that I ate some of the other fries, intending that I shouldn't be given more. I asked for fries because that's what I paid for, and for originally messing up my order, thus making me wait in line twice, I think me eating some fries should not mean that I can't have any fries in my correct order. Aside from the poor service and the lack of feeling a need to properly correct my order, and almost cheating me out of part of my order, I am most bothered by the lack of monitoring standard hygiene standards. Completely disgusted and no longer want to oder from Burger King again and plan on reporting what I to the Federal Health Department. I hope that attention will be brought to my concern and that Burger King will do its best to make me feel like a valued customer. Me and my family eat out at Burger King almost weekly. A gift card for at least 3 meals would be preferred seeing as it was 3 mistakes that was made. If needed I still have the receipt showing proof of what I had ordered. Thank you for concern.

Burger King soft drink

I went to the burger king on donelson pike in nashville tn. All I wanted was a large vanilla coke zero. I was told they didn't have large, would medium be okay. I said yes and moved up to pay and get my product. 2 cars were in front of me. They took about a total of 8-10 minutes, whigis too long for drive thru. One of them should have been told to pull over. I finally get up there and i'm then told they don't have coke zero and would diet coke be okay (It isn't). This is absolutley unacceptable service. Wait that long and cant get what I want. I have never heard of any restaurant running out of any size cups. The drive thru was such that I couldn't get out without going thru. Also $2.17 for a medium drink! I can get 2 largess from mcdonalds for that price. That is why they are kicking your [censor].

Burger King sausage, egg, cheese croissant

On March 18, 2017, I was traveling home from Birmingham, Alabama. I got a sandwich to eat for breakfast as I drove back to TN. I ordered the breakfast croissant because it is usually very easy to handle while driving. The attendant gave me a scrambled egg inside of a croissant roll with a sausage and an unmelted slice of cheese on top. When I opened the wrapper as I drove back onto the highway, the sandwich fell apart & eggs began to fall down in between my legs. I pulled over as to not wreck my vehicle. I immediately called your customer care number and explained what had happened. They apologized, took my information, a and said they would send me a complimentary whopper coupon in 2-3 weeks. It's been 3 months and still no coupon.

Burger King food and service

The food was dried out and tasted like it was sitting there longer then it should have been sitting there the cashier was rude and ignorent as if she didnt want to deal with any customers the food i ordered was chicken fries a bacon king cheeseburger md coke and fries a homestyle cheesburger md fry and coke the food was not good at all and niether was the service now i love burger king food my favorite meal is the bacon king meal it just upsetting that i spent lil over twenty dollars and recieved horrible tasting food and service sinceryl stephen anders

We went to your store #1036 First thing that happen was we order the food for my daughter through the driver thou brought them home one they were almost burnt and they taste funny we called the store back and they told us that we have to wait till wensday to get a manger or someone that will help us cause no one there can help really now i have worked fast food for many years there is always some one on duty that is high up second i paid money for theses thing for my daughter and you tell me i have to wait three days to do anything no thats wrong and then i get no respit come on now what are they pulling here i am son up set this is rong in so many ways

Burger King charged multiple times

I went to location 1840 Cruse rd NW in Lawrenceville, Ga on 06/03/2017 at approx. 10 am and placed my order which totaled 14.15. I have 3 pending withdrawals from this location. I did not authorize more than one charge nor did I purchase anything else from this location. The other 2 charges were for $9.00 and $2.96. I would appreciate a refund of the charges to my card if that is a possibility.

Burger King food, resultant runt

We ordered the King burger, which didn't have any sauce nor grilled fried onions, also the double Bacon whooper was a regular. We waited 15 min for one hot Burger cold fries because they didn't have onion ring's, and customers service was horrible. Worst experience at any food place and we couldn't get extra ketchup and no barbecue sauce. Just horrible. Drive Thur could barely speak English and when calling trying to get a refund or to bring food back they hang up once and never answer again.

Burger King my order was not delivered on my mailing address

I live in New Delhi, India and I had ordered online an Xtra Long Chicken burger and King fries from the "Paschim Vihar, New Delhi" branch. I had received a message that my order will be delivered in 45 minutes. I had also received a number to track my order (+91 [protected]) however, when I dialed this number, it was "out of service". And I had tried to reach this number multiple times. I didn't receive my order and the status for the same in the website (bkdelivery.in) was mentioned as "Delivered". This was shocking and I am sure to never order online anymore from this outlet. I don't know how they serve their customers who actually visit the outlet. But my experience had been very disappointing, to say the least, and I would request the concerned authorities to take disciplinary action against those who were responsible to take orders online from this outlet.

Burger King milkshake

My wife and I ordered milkshakes with our food, one chocolate, one vanilla. Both were horrid. Vile taste, doubt they contained any milk, horrible aftertaste. Threw both away, and will never order them again. Gross! Don't know if the syrup wasn't mixed properly, but I find it hard to believe they were supposed to taste that way. BK needs to do a lot of work on this product if they expect it to be successful.

Burger King service complaint

On 4 separate occasions I visited Burger King for a meal. All 4 times my order was wrong. Also the food was prepared wrong each time. This last time I ordered a double cheeseburger with mayo only. They left the cheese off... An employee called out asking and was told wrong by the manager. I spoke out and said if I didn't want cheese I would have just ordered a hamburger. Not a cheeseburger. The burger still did not have cheese when I received it. That was my fourth and final time going to Burger King at that location.

Burger King horrible food I have a picture to prove/ manager refused refund and I actually had to call dm

Went to BK on Hughes Rd in Madison Alabama their headsets we're not working which was ok they still took our order. We were pulled up 10 min and then recieved all burnt food after spending $15 so I went in to get a refund and the manager embarrassed me in front of other customers Because I didn't have a receipt (which they failed to provide we didn't even have napkins) the manager's name tag said Candice. I will never ever eat at BK again and plan to post these pics and the video my husband took of the unorganized mess on social media . The poor young people working there were humiliated and even offered to reprint the receipt for the mgr since they remembered bringing us the food outside but she was rude and acted like she couldn't do it because Corp would "fire" her if you watch camera you can see the whole ordeal

Burger King chicken fries

The Chicken Fries were stale, bitter, and grease-soaked, in addition to being lukewarm. The box was greasy and crooked, as if it had been returned by a previous customer. I made my purchase, order #204, via the drive-thru register #2 at Burger King #1860 on Holland Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia on June 2, 2017 at 11:23:24 PM. I didn't check my items until I arrived home. It was late night, (after 11:30pm), when I arrived home, too hungry and tired to return to the restaurant. So, I just ate the meal and retired to bed.

It took 25 minutes for my order (chicken jr, pie, and water). The family of 6 that was with me waited 30 minutes on their order before asking someone. They waited a total of 50 minutes before their order was complete. Part of their order was incorrect, and their receipt was taken when they asked about their order originally. Therefore, they have no survey code to report this incident, although their order number was 243. Obviously, in the 50 minutes we waited for their food, there were others in the lobby nearby who were also experiencing extended wait times. Some complained, one family left about 10 minutes after ordering (without saying anything and without their food), while a couple other families left before ordering due to the wait. I should mention, all the while, the drive thru never stopped moving. This is my second terrible experience with this location in Evergreen, Al within the last 2 months. Had I not been with a group, I would not have came back here at all. I was hoping the last incident in april (also reported) was an isolated incident. I see now that it is not. Please, this location needs some serious training, extra staff, or to be shut down.

Burger King poor food! a double cheeseburger & the new chicken bacon ranch

As of recently, I stopped by Burger King to make an order via the drive through. I was in a terrible rush, on my way to a doctors appointment, when I opened up the packaging and realized I had not gotten the order I'd wanted. I had ordered the two burgers when realized they were not properly prepared. They were the wrong order in general. This incident happened in Rio Grande, New Jersey.

Burger King wrong food at drive through

Please investigate the accuracy at the BK located at 3710 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. I’m really tired of picking up breakfast and going to work only to find out once I get there that the order is completely wrong. I wouldn’t mind eating the wrong food except that I have a cheese alergy and this is the 3rd time I’ve gotten the wrong sandwich and it had cheese. Again, I’d at least eat the wrong sandwich without cheese but flushing $7 a trip to this location is really getting old.

Burger King customer service and food standard

I just recently visited the Burger King on mineral wells in Paris Tennessee and it was by far the worst experience I have had at a Burger King my food took forever when I did get it everything was cold the chicken sandwich is the french fries the onion rings everything felt like it had been sitting there for a while. The girl that took my order was very unfriendly and when I came up and said that everything on my order was cold she rolled her eyes at me and she turned to her manager her manager came over and proceeded to fix the problem and remade my food and then him and the other Cooks decided to stand behind the counter and make jokes and chuckle while I could still hear them sitting in the dining room. After my mom and I were done eating we needed to order to go food for my dad I ordered my to go food once again the same young lady was extremely rude the manager came over and asked if I needed anything and I told him yes two small bags and I need to place a to-go order they continue to have me stand there while they slowly bagged my order folding the corners of the bags and chuckled well the young lady that was super rude was clapping her hands very ignorant like so in all it was a horrible experience the manager acted like a child just like his young children employees and I'm very appalled I will never visit this location again.
