Burger King philly cheese king in dyersburg, tn

I wanted to try the Philly cheese King so i stopped in your Dyersburg, TN location. (11/9/18) I don't normally eat here because every time I do there is a problem. I have had burgers smaller than sausage patties, wrong orders, & slow service. But, I really wanted to try the Philly Cheese King so I went any way.
When I walked in there was three waiting for food and only one person at the counter waiting to order. I get in line and notice the total chaos behind the counter. First off there wan't anyone working the register at that moment. Everyone was trying to fill current orders. I could see a nice lady (Britney) and what acted like a manager behind the counter, two gentlemen working the kitchen, and someone in the window. It seemed that Britney was working the register but was trying her best to work around the manager to get orders filled but he kept getting in her way. The cooks were not doing a good job listening to her as she asked for items to complete orders and the manager spent all his time yelling back for more fries. He even got a little too loud and used words that maybe should not be heard by the customers.
I waited in line (just 2nd in line) for 15 minute before Britney was free to take an order. She took the order for the guy in front of me then mine.. then she went to help fill orders again. Some how my order never got filled and was removed from the screen. I was waiting for about 35 minutes before they noticed that I had not gotten my order and Britney attempted to get it completed. She called back the order to the kitchen several times and over and over she had to ask for items that were missing.
At one point one of the cooks got ugly with her and the manager did little to settle it. I finally got my order 53 minutes after placing it. Then when i sit down to eat it.. it looked nothing like it should. Nothing like the one I seen in a review on youtube. It was basically a double cheese burger. (see picture )It had 3 small onions on it and hardly any cheese. I want to be sure that it is know that Britney (don't know her last name) worked hard and stayed professional the whole time.

Burger King philly cheese burger

We ordered dinner sourdough philly cheeseburger meal and chicken fries meal. Got home opened the burger. It had 1 small onion sliver. Looked nothing like the add. Called local MGMT, she said bring it back. We did we get there and she looked at it and said "it's all we are allowed to put on it" and hands it back to us. So now the entire order is ice cold and just horrible quality nothing like what we thought it was. She did not offer to even make our food fresh after having us drive all the way back.. so no I am eating a cold crappy burger and fries and my kid is eating a cold crappy meal as well. (I refuse to let my kid eat crappy dinner we went to Wendy's). But the MGMT was rude and unprofessional. The food was very poor quality. It wasn't cheap it was $16.20 for the two meals. ( We only spent 12.58 at Wendy's for better food). But I am a single mother and work hard for every penny and feel as my time and money were wasted here.

Burger King grilled chicken salad and whopper value meal

I took a picture of the salad which contained the poorest excuse for lettuce - iceberg - some limp and some frozen, pale tomato slice -2pieces- and watery low caliber Kens Ranch. I know Ken products as I own a restaurant and happened to be traveling. These days even McDonalds has descent salads and this was a poor representation of one you would have expected back in the 1980's. Get with it! The whopper value meal for my son had a burger that was not even hot but room temp at best even though he requested something with no pickle. I warned him not to eat it but he was hungry. The fries were scant and turned upside down in the bag. I never even got a receipt so I could not fill out the survey. I did get the order slip so I can tell you it was the store on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater, Florida at 8:18 pm on Friday 11 09 18, Chk #5670 and the person who took the order name is Katrina.

Burger King delivery

Location on navy road in Millington Tn. It is 7:18 pm prime dinner service and a total of 14 cars and trucks had to turn around and left due to couldn't go thru the drive thru. The company delivering food parked and blocked the drive thru and management could have had the truck park on the side and allow business as usual. So the staff wonders around the parking lot as no drive thru and seems not to care nobody could order. I am one of the 14 cars and trucks and won't ever be back. And I go there everyday.

Burger King hair in food. bad management

My fiancée went to Burger King (Clifton Heights) and ordered food for the family. When she arrived home I took one bite and it had a ling string of hair in it. I called Burger King to report this to a manager and one person answered acting as a manager, to which I was simply trying to tell them please wear hairnets because this is the second time this happened to me. The response was a second person acting as a manager being ignorant towards me and not acknowledging the fact that this happened. I wasnt asking for a refund but just that they do better. All I received was disrespectful people. They need new management and employees there

Burger King x long chicken with rice and drink

We buy X Long Chicken with Rice and drink
(OR# [protected])in UGH UNIMART CAPITOL COMMONE PASIC CITY, Philippines today November 9, 2018 @ 9:10PM MNL Time and counter told that they do not have rice anymore. So we asked if the price will be change and counter insited even without the rice price will be the same 105.00 pesos - single order of rice is 25.00 pesos. Then, we asked the manager if there will be a replacement of rice since we will still pay the same amount - but is still they insisted they cannot provide any. We are so disappointed on this scenario it is not customer's fault the branch should bear the loss. And, to be added manager's approach on the issue is not in polite way.

Burger King service

Arrived at Burger King and the doors were locked when I asked what was going on I received attitude and disrespect the lady that was in the front screamed at me and made me feel really uncomfortable instead of telling me when they will be open again they ignored me for 10 minutes. The lady was extremely disrespectful and I will not be to returning back to this Burger King. It's on Memorial Drive

Burger King just a bad day

I went into the BK on maine st. In Auburn Me. I went to try the Philly burger on sour dough. Well when i got my sandwich, it was on normal bun, so i returned it. They did make me a replacement on sour dough. I was able to take one bite. I then open my Philly and there was a tag on my patty, like a produce sticker with bar code. I then brought it up to counter, asked rep to come over. I at that point did get my money returned. I just wanted to share, and say, i truely never tasted a proper Philly.

Burger King cold old food. total disgrace.

Went to bk in Avon Colorado and bought three philly steak double burgers. All three had nothing but two burgers patties and cheese. The fries were old and cold. It disgusts me that someone would put these fries and this order together and hand it out the window. Shame on you. It ain't that hard to make a burger order. I spent over $30 and my DOG wouldn't even eat the fries! I'm not even joking.

Burger King 3009 south campbell

I ordered $35.00 Worth of king meal deals and only 1 I order plain. It so long and there only 1 other costumer. Finally when I got my order they were all plain and I said something about it and very rudely minutes later gave us a small cup of pickles and small hand full of ketchup mustard and mayonnaise and didn't offer to fix it I was appluied and then we r eating and the bottom of the fries box we're burnt onions witch my boyfriend is allergic too and now because of dinner Burger King he will spend the night sick as a dog and with hives... The table were dirty and the staff was loud argueing... I won't ever bring my family be to this burgerking again...

Burger King unethical behavior and cleanliness of cooks

Every time I go in the morning to burger king on Gibson and I-25, I'm always treated and greeted great by all staff except one female employee who works in the kitchen. She always gives the other employees attitude and just throws the sandwiches together like she doesn't care. I find this VERY disrespectful and unprofessional! I figure the manager would have caught on already about her attitude. Another thing I feel I should say is that do all your cooks make their coffee where they make our food... Disgusting!

Burger King customer service/ management

10/31/18 Wenona, IL

My friend & I brought my 6 yr old for some dinner. We had no idea what kind of entertainment we were about to witness.

The night manager 1st gave the wrong food order to a customer in drive thru. When the customer realized it wasn't their food... she gave it back to the manager and said this isn't mine. The manager then got all huffy and grabbed the bag and with anger quickly walked it out to another customer waiting in drivethru.
THAT customer came in and said she wanted her money back and to talk to the manager. This is where CRAZY came out. The "manager" said I AM the god damn manager and I'm not giving your money back, slapped her hand down on the counter and said if you want your money back you can come back tomorrow and talk to Lisa.
The couple that ended up w the wrong order to begin with, then walks in. They want their money back and to speak w a manger... the "manager" said "I've handled this and told her she can come back tomorrow for her money. The couple said no, we want OUR money back. The "manager" then started screaming at employees "someone turn that god damn beeper off!" She just left the customers w complaints at counter and went to back of food line... screaming "I told you I'm not giving any of you your damn money! Come back tomorrow and deal w it. As an employee (I believe his name was Brandon) was trying to handle the customers complaints... he let them know he did not have the authorization to give refunds... the "manager screamed at him and said "GET your [censored] BACK HERE NOOOWWWW AND COOK THIS DAMN FOOD!" One of the customers said "he's helping a customer." The "manager" THEN SAID... I'm done talking w you, come back tomorrow... then pointed at Brandon and said "now I told you to get back there and cook the damn food!"
She was screaming at him like a slave! Disrespectful, VERY unprofessional, and uncalled for. When the customers said he is doing the right thing by handling this... the "manager" then said everyone get the [censored] out! And went into dining area where me, my friend and my 6 yr old were eating our food. She closed the gate/door that leads from Burger King to the gas station it's connected to. When no one got up and left... the "manager" walked out/quit.
In the meantime, Brandon called the day manager, Lisa. Bout 15 min later she came in and talked w the customers and gave them their money back. The customers left. She NEVER once came over to our table and apologized for my son seeing and hearing all of that episode or asked us our side of it. She DID however go into a back room and we could hear her and the "manager" yelling back and forth... BEFORE WE LEFT... the "manager" WAS BACK ON FOOD LINE WORKING! Are you serious? I've got to be kidding me?

Burger King drive thru

Today I went through the Burger King drive thru, after placing my order I was immediately told to pull up once they collected my money. I proceeded to wait and an employee came out and asked what I was waiting for. I told her, she went on to deliver orders to two other cars that were behind me in the ordering process. I continued to wait 15 minutes, finally I went inside and no one knew what my order was, not even the manager. The manager panicked and asked what I needed. My problem is that the employee that delivered the orders to the other vehicles behind me completely ignored me after she asked what was I waiting for. She failed to mention to anyone inside that I was waiting for my order. If I had not gone in, I would still be waiting. The manager did not make an effort to explain nor talk to me in any manner at all. This management at this location zip 27565 is unacceptable and you will be closing shop in the future if you don't change. It looked like the employees were running their mouths as if they controlled things. They realized they made a mistake with my order but no one apologized.

We stopped at Burger King #23924 at 12001 DeCubellis Road in New Port Richey, FL last night, Nov 3, 2018 at 9:26pm. We had been at a band competition at River Ridge High School nearby. My grandson ordered a Whopper meal. We were told that they were out of meat for the big burgers. So he ordered a Bacon King Jr meal and asked for sweet tea. They came back and said they were out of sweet tea. The survey code was cut off the receipt. Someone should look into the management. How could they be out of meat and drinks at 9:26pm? Hundreds of potential customers were leaving the school. I hate to think how many disgruntled customers there were. The cashier was 545 James. We were check 5107. Since we have no survey code we can't even get our free Whopper. Needless to say, we won't be back!

Burger King service

Ordered food, person taking order had a bad attitude, was very rude. I asked for eggs and bacon, no bread due to serious diet, woman taking order immediately became agitated. She said we don't have scrambled eggs, I said okay any kind of egg with bacon and no bread please. I asked for coffee and sugar free cream, she said we don't have any very nastily. I said what about milk, she said no in response. I said ok just black. I wait for the food and the eggs and bacon are missing. She said what can I help you with, I say I am still waiting on the eggs and bacon, she hands it to me very aggressively and I open it and it contains bread so I can't eat it. At this point, I realize it's money wasted and I throw it away. There's no point arguing because she's made it clear she has no desire to help me. I will never come to this Burger King again. I would also like a refund. I was not given a receipt, though I asked for one. The total was just over $15.00 and my food was thrown in the garbage.

Burger King employees

Hello I was at Burger King on October 31, 2018.
I herd a colored male employee tell another employee after tonight he is going to smoke a joint. I believe the employee who said it name was jordan/Jordon. Unsure of other employee name.
If an employee or employees are doing drugs i am not a fan of that establishment. I also feel that the employee or employees need to do a drug test.
I have herd other employees say the same thing. But to have high employees around food an children I think it is very gross and disrespectful.

do you think you're superior because you're white? i hope you're ready now that the honduras caravan it's going to the USA and the goverment will feed them, give medical care and give homes to that thousands of southern american people with your taxes.

we went inside the around 22:40 they sent us to the cars order side and we where on foot, we did that as they tooled us so we can order after we ordered and we where waiting for our order they left us the last ones even after the people how ordered before us and with all of that the manager had a bad altitude with us traiying to kick us from there after paid for the food and in end they didn't gave us the stuff we ordered as we ordered and the food where burned and in a bad shape

Burger King chicken nuggets

Just got home from Burger King where I bought 2 orders of chicken nuggets. I smelled burned food as soon as I received the bag but didn't really think anything of it until we started eating them. They taste as if someone mixed them together with burnt food. We have a really terrible taste in our mouths. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with this location.

Burger King customer service

10/31/2018 - about 3:40 pm. 5135 Broadmoor Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49512 - A co-worker and I have gone through this BK drive-thru about 3 times over the past few weeks and each time we have experienced terrible customer service each time. Today, once we were finally able place our order they she took my name and we pulled forward. The first person that we came into contact with was acting stressed out and made the comment "They can sit there and wait I don't even care" and "God, I cant wait to get out of here" (which is understandable, but this has happened every single time that we have been there and it is just unprofessional) this woman has complained about being SO busy and we are one of the only 2 cars there... Then we drive forward to the second window. Our total came to $16.29 we ordered 2 salads, a drink and chicken nuggets. A man handed us the chicken nuggets and closed the window. We had to tell him that we had two salads as well which he got an attitude about and we had to wait for them to be made. Another woman noticed that he forgot the drink and handed it to us while we were waiting. This is the second time that we have had to ask them to for the correct food that we ordered within a week. The entire staff either needs to be completely re-trained on how to provide competent customer service or the majority of the staff needs to be replaced. The food was decent but the service was terrible and the reason that we will not be returning.

Burger King the nightmare king

I found out about the nightmare King weeks before it was released. I waited to go get one. I finally went to get one last night, after being asked to pull up and wait I received my order and went home. Once I arrive I open my sandwich and discover it is not what I paid $15.98 for as advertised. I just received a king sandwich with a chicken patty. I have been dining with BK for many years. The whopper is by far my favorite fast food burger, BK is/was by far my favorite fast food establishment. I could have bought the 2 for 6 whopper and chicken sandwich and made a better sandwich than I received. I'm highly dissatisfied with my experience for the first time ever.

Burger King nightmare king

My FINAL Burger King Experience:

A few weeks ago, I ordered the new "Nightmare King" at my local Burger King in downtown Miami, Florida. I was so excited to share pictures of the Halloween sandwich with my foodie brothers on Instagram and Facebook.

At the store, the employees were arguing with each other, swearing, and texting in the middle of preparing orders. I've been to this store many times, it's typical behavior there, so I was used to it. I was really just excited to try the new sandwich! Even at $7, I was excited to try it.

When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich, I was instantly disappointed. The "Nightmare King" was prepared incorrectly! It was made without bacon, with an old/dry chicken patty, and it had ketchup and mustard on it for some reason. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away. It was disgusting to say the least.

I called customer service right away, and was told I'd get a call back from the local store to set up a replacement sandwich... No call. I followed up with an online survey, and was told I'd be getting a call shortly... No call. I contacted the local store and was told their was no manager available... I was done.

Now it's too late. The sandwich is gone and I'm over it. I'm done with Burger King. I've been a customer for over 35 years, spending thousands and thousands of dollars over that long and loyal time. Not any more.

I don't want a replacement sandwich, I don't want my money back, and I don't want a "Whopper Coupon". I'm no longer a customer. Burger King has made that clear. I guess it's for the best.

No one reached out to me. No one tried to resolve a simple issue. All I wanted was a replacement "Nightmare King". I was so excited about it.

Burger King doesn't care about its customers anymore.
