Burger King service/food

On vacation in Orlando and went to the Burger King on Vineland Rd on 7/4/18 at 4:52 p.m. No one working in there spoke English. We couldn't order at the drive thru because they couldn't understand our English and we don't speak Spanish. We had to pull up to the window to order and then had to go inside twice because the order was wrong. We got all the way back to the hotel before we discovered they hadn't given us our chicken fries. We did not go back because by this time we were all frustrated and had somewhere we needed to be by 5:30. We spent 42.86 for cold and missing food. This experience will make us think twice about ever going back to a Burger King again. I do think I should feel like a foreigner in a restaurant in America. The employees need to be able to communicate in English.

Burger King this restaurant has horrible service and food! it has for years!

This restaurant has gone down hill significantly in the past years. Tonight was the worst, and I will no longer go back! Placed inside order at 7:13pm, many angry people already in there waiting. The lobby was FILTHY. And the flies were unbearable! The pop machine area was disgusting, no lids for some sizes. The carafes of coffee had flies crawling in and out of them right on the pick up counter, it's was horrible. After 30 min 1 order went out. Several angry people were asking what was taking over a half hr, some ordered 2 sandwiches only! They had a TON of food sitting under warmer when I ordered, when we finally got our food at 8:03pm most of it was still sitting there! People were coming back with wrong orders, ect. The manager slammed the door so hard, it scared my 6 year old! There was a lot of cussing going on as well. Got food, got to car and realized a sandwich was missing. Another 10 mins. People were inside eating and the manager says thats it, lobby is closed, the drive through is open for 1 more hour, and then LOCKS THE DOORS! You had to be let out by the workers! Osha hazard! This was so unreal! We live in town, by time we got home the drinks had sweat through the bottom of the drink carriers, lovely... food was COLD and whoppers still wrong, go figure nothing new here. People coming back with their bags couldn't even get back in! This was the last straw, this places SUCKS so bad. I will NEVER give them a penny again. Why can't this place go and we get a real restaurant then can function and put out a decent product?!?! I hope the owner knows that this was WAY out of line tonight. It's a good thing they did close down early to be honest. Their excuse, it's 4th of July. Actually it's the 3rd, and this place ALWAYS has issues. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I actually would tell you not to go. I plan to check with Osha, and the lake city fire department to see if being locked in is even legal. You'd think they'd refund yoou, or compensate you for waiting a damn hr. What a JOKE!

Burger King in Lake City ( 1535 N Lakeshore Dr, Lake City, MN 55041) YOU SUCK!

Burger King customer service

On Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at approximately 10:15pm I arrived at the drive thru located at 458 Smithfield Avenue providence Rhode Island. I ordered a sandwich. As I drive up to the window the female told me she could not take "the [censored] anymore and needed to go home". I asked her if it wasn't to much trouble if she could make two chicken sandwiches as she informed me she really can't as it's busy. I told her I wouldn't mind pulling to the parking lot and waiting. She said I really can't. I then asked to speak with a manger as a heavy set female told me that I would have to drive around and order again thru the drive thru window. I told her I don't understand. She said what don't you understand. I told her I wouldn't mind pulling over and waiting for the two additional sandwiches. She told me I would have to pull around and order again.

Burger King food and service

I arrived at Burger King at 5:45 p.m. there was no one else in the store but myself, they did not take my order in till 5:57 she gave me the cup after I place my order my order was ready before I got the ice in the cup. The food was cold it has been sitting there so long getting cheese cuz literally two different colors. Person working behind the counter is that holds all in the back of her shirt. Store is nasty and smells like garbage. All the tables and floor are nasty

Burger King charged for product

We ordered 4 bacon cheeseburgers & were charged for 4 of them but got 3 cheeseburgers & 1 bacon cheeseburger thru drive thru. We were already at our destination when we opened them. We want either refund or replaced with correct product. Always messing up! We love the food but seriously how hard is it to get such a simple order right? I hope you fix this or we may just have to not return to Burger King.

Burger King food, order # bk05546 on 7/3/2018 at 7:05am

Me & my Son just picked up good from the Burger King drive-thru in Cedar Lake, Indiana, around 7:10-7:20am. We ordered 2 LARGE orders of hash browns, 1 orange juice & 1 hamburger & 1 cheeseburger. The 2 orders of large hashbrowns were disgusting, cold & hard as a rock, all of them! They gave us a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger & the other cheeseburger I ordered with ketchup & mayonnaise was thrown together, dripping in mayonnaise, that I couldn't eat more than a few bites. I am very upset because I wasted almost $9.00 on disgusting food & I don't make that much money. I don't know how they could serve that kind of food to their customers! We also had to wait over 8 minutes for our food to be done & it was still disgusting & the burgers weren't even warm. Shame on them for serving their customers disgusting, cold, hard as a rock food! Yes, I want my money back, every penny of it, that's the least Burger King can do! I paid $8.85 for that cold, hard, dripping in mayonnaise slapped together burger, cold, disgusting food!

Burger King the wait to get my food was 24 minutes

Im in the drive thur at buger king in pensacola florida on mobile hwy and its 11:56 am and the customer service truly stinks right now!
The order board was not working and I had
5 cars in front of me 4 behind me so just couldn't leave, we were blocked in by the way I was in a cab my cab ride is always $8.25 and thats a round trip I paid $22.75 for this ride that me & my daughter take
3× times a week and the driver gave me 5 minutes off free. But I had to feed my child! All for my food that was only $10.00

Burger King customer service

I went into the drive thru at around nine o'clock and I received subpar service from your night crew. I myself work fast food and I know that it is hard but you should always have a smile on your face when saying hello to customers even if you are having a bad day. I also didn't receive a receipt for my meal either on the bag or my customer copy for paying for my meal tonight.

Burger King service

Went through the drive thru at 10 pm ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a value fry. Pull up and pay, i had already expected to wait because of it being so late. Ok, so yes i had to wait. But 15 for 2 sandwiches & small fry. Not only did i wait that long. I get my order after15 mins of waiting & no so i go in and had to wait another5 mins on fries. This is uncalled for & supposed to be fast food. This isn't the first time that my order has been messed up at this BK. This time pushed me to the limit to file a complaint. I've been up since4:30 am and didn't clock out until 9:30 PM! Here it is I'm finally home at 11 pm & have to get back up at 4:30am again. Someone needs to get these ppl in order at this BK. Like i said it's not my first time with them at this BK. It's located on hwy 192 in London, ky.

Burger King customer service and food quality

Drive thru complaint,
I ordered a #9 and two plain cheeseburgers, I was two cars begins the first person at the window, they has obviously been waiting a while and were irritated, employees were coming in and. out of the back door by drive thru to talk to someone in the parking lot, been waiting over 5 mins at this point, some of the people also did not have uniforms on that were in and out, the man in front of me was [censored]ing to himself about "fast food" i. finally get to the window and it took forever for anyone to acknowledge that I was even there, finally someone comes to take my money I get my food come home the chicken and fries were cold and I did not have plain cheeseburgers like I had orederd. I am very dissatisfied with the employees and the service provided here.

Burger King customer service complaint

Today at 4:35 pm at the Cullman Burger King on 157 we pulled to the drive through window and were completely ignored for like 10 minutes. Then we pulled to the first window and no one was at the window. Finally, we pulled to the second window where at least 5 people were clearly right there visible and were talking and laughing and completely ignoring us sitting there at all. Finally one guy leaned forward from the back and looked directly at us and was saying something while laughing and they all continued to ignore us for several more minutes. So we finally drove away. We have been going to Burger King for years and now to be treated like this? Burger king just lost valued customers for treating us like that. We will be telling everyone else we know and are friends with not to eat there any more either, if that is how they treat people.

Burger King delay in order delivery

Pl note today we were almost going to miss our flight due to delay in delivering of order placed with the aforementioned outlet. There were only two people manning the outlet when we could see at least 3 computers for taking orders only one was manned and similarly only one person was gathering all stuff and delivering the same. We had placed an order worth 1500 rubles and waited for almost 10 min in which time we had to board the flight and had to abandon our order. If there would be adequate staff may be we would have not had to bear this loss. We went hungry plus lost the money paid.

Burger King service

Hello. This complaint and feedback is regarding the Burger King in Wyoming, Ontario, Canada.(# 21029, 5906 Oil Heritage Rd, Wyoming, ON, N0N1T0).

This location refuses to use their air conditioning system, and the sitting area (and whole restaurant I'm sure) was very hot and uncomfortable to sit in.

I went there today (July 2nd 2018) with my family. We ordered and sat at a table. They had one fan on a table pointed toward the other tables to try to keep guests cool, though with the humidity the fan did not help. Other guests refused to stay, and were complaining about the lack of cool air too. I was surprised because i had not ever visited a Burger King with such an uncomfortable environment to sit and eat. I was sweating while eating. In fact, I'd say it was cooler outside than in that restaurant.

I hope this complain will get to the owner there. I live in the area and my family and i love going to BK for breakfast on weekends and holidays. It'd be a shame to stop going. Thank You

Burger King service

Good afternoon,
Hope this email finds you and your family well. I have been a satisfied BK customer for over 5 decades and sadly this information is hard for me to write. I visited my local BK that I frequent atleast twice a week at 2343 Utica Avenue in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Friday June 29th, 2018 at 11:07am on my way to getting on the Belt Parkway to go to work. I placed my order as usual and then drove up to the drive thru window. As I reached the window the cashier who's name is Muskan greeted me. As she began to hand me my food another worker came over and started handing me items as well as if he was in a terrible rush. I didn't think anything of it and took my 2 bags from the girl, then Muskan handed me my first soda which I put in my cupholder. The man then proceeded to hand me the 2nd soda and as I took it from him the cover was obviously not affixed on the cup properly as the 1st soda was and the entire soda spilled all over me, my work clothes, my car, my legs...everywhere. I got out of the car and was soaked. I said to the man why did you hand that to me like that and why are you in such a rush, had you not been this would have never happened. He laughed and walked away and never returned and this is why I cannot supply you with his name. I asked the girl Muskan for a lot of napkins and she handed me ONE napkin. She never asked can I assist you or I apologize and when I said to her, my goodness, aren't you even going to apologize for what just happened, her response was and very rudely I must add, " When you finish cleaning your car then I'll say I'm sorry." After about 5 minutes finally a manager came over to the window and at that time Muskan then said to me a few times, "I am so sorry this happened, I feel terrible, Can I give you more napkins". The manager Hassan was so unbelievably rude as he tells me that I squeezed the bottom of the cup and made the soda spill, that this has happened before that customers do that. I said, "how dare you speak to me that way, how unprofessional" I asked him for a contact number or store # so I can explain to the owner how I was treated so unfairly and he said " You go online and get it" . Again, I asked him to write down the name and number of the store on a piece of paper and he said, "Go online and get it". I said to him all he had to do was apologize for the mishap as I know we are all human and at times make mistakes as the worker made a mistake with the soda cover and then left the window and never returned the whole time I was there to apologize or to offer me assistance with napkins or a cloth to clean myself and my car. I lost a days work as I had to goo back home, shower, bring my soaked and sticky clothes to the laundromat and then proceed to have my soaked sticky car washed. I am not the customer that complains...I am the customer that is nice and kind and says Thank you. I could not let this incident go unspoken. I was treated unfairly, rudely, and most certain without any professionalism. Sadly, I will never ever again visit that Burger King for the way I was treated so badly.
I hope this message will help another customer to never be treated this way or to feel so badly again!

Burger King employee / rude and poor service

Me my wife and kids went to burger king on blowing rock boulevard in lenoir n.с. Around 11:10 pm on july 2nd. As we reached window we was told they were out of fries well we proceed to order anyway and as we are ordering whoppers the ma's said they were out of whoppers and I asked how can you be out of whoppers the signature sandwich. He began being very rude and smart so we pulled away from ordering board as we passed window her opened it and was saying vulgar and nasty things and I didn't appreciate my children hearing such things. We never had such a bad experience. I don't know if there is any way to make up for what we went through and make us wanna come back to burger king. That was our favorite burger restaurant. We ended up going to nasty mcdonald's and the food was not good. Thanks for messing up my family's dinner last night.

Burger King drive thru will not accept credit cards

On Sunday, July 1 the drive thru at the Horn Lake, Mississippi Burger King on Goodman Road would not accept my credit card. Lucky for me that I had cash. They would accept credit cards inside the restaurant but not the drive thru. I went back today July 2, Monday and same story. No credit cards at the drive thru, only credit cards inside.

I don't know what the problem is but it is very inconvenient for me and other drive thru customers. I did not buy anything today and will not buy anything until credit cards are accepted at the drive thru. If I wanted to go in the restaurant, I would park my car and go in. I prefer the drive thru.

The customer service at this store has been lacking since it opened. I am glad there is Wendy's, Steak & Shake, McDonalds, Krystal, Back Yard Burgers, Hardees, Arby's and many more restaurants that accept credit cards. They will be receiving my business in the future.

Burger King personal employee complaint

Hi there is an employee who is currently hired to your fast food restaurant in Easton Pennsylvania zip code 18042 is causing a Disturbance to customers and threating on social media (Facebook) telling people how she spits in their food & they "could meet her at work to fight '' this women ( Shaniese Yvonne Stokes ) been very aggressive and very disgusting to what she shares to community of what she does to ppl at work her recent post were tooken down but she is very drama filled and has an criminal record of aggressive behavior of gun charges and she sells herion there was an an employee on her shift who she made an hand to hand drug sell to and he overdose during work he survived but this woman is very this Disruptive to the work environment of Burger King

Burger King staff (all)

My son, his girlfriend and I went to the Burger King in Winchester, KY today at 1:41pm. When we first arrived we witnessed people mad and walking out due to not being waited on. While standing in line for at least 15 minutes this was our experience. The pregnant cashier was beyond horrible and rude. She kept saying she wanted to leave and go home. The gentleman in front of us finally got waited on only to be told she didn't have any change as she proceeds to upload to a man at drive thru whom we figured was a manager. When the gentleman asked for a receipt she truly told him no that she had to have it. Now, while all this is going on another employee comes in obviously it was her day off because she's wearing skimpy shorts and proceeds to go and help. Well, that's after she found a hat and did a little modeling show for everyone. At this point we have heard and seen enough. I've been a manager for most my life and have never seen a place fun like this one. The cashier needed to be fired on the spot. The manager obviously doesn't know his duties and an employee working in short shorts takes the cake. I know of 4 families walking out because of this pitiful moaning and groaning cashier and not being waited on. Needless to say we left, went up the street to Wendys, had an amazing service and all 4 families that sales out were there, Wow! I will never return to this restaurant and I'll make sure all my friends and family know why.

Burger King the customer service I did not received

I went to Burger King @3717 Greenwood Road @03:00 Sunday July 1, 2018 I was at the drive thru window for 10 minutes I said Hello, Hello, and no answer. When I got there a car was already there ordering an a employee came out to the drive thru talking to them! No one answered me so I drove around 4 employees plus the supervisor was standing there! I said excuse me the drive thru speaker wasn't working they kept on talking one employees looked at me and turn her head start laughing I said can I ordered no one responded the supervisor walk off I sat there waiting and drove off I heard them laughing as I drove off I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO BURGER KING the service they showed me was horrible! I'm a African American female and the employees are African American as well ! I will be letting my family and friends no how I was treated! Thanks a hurt customer

Burger King service in store and food

I came to Burger King in International Drive Orlando Florida manager was repairing computers while I was waiting for her costumer service not provided food was wrong waited for food for more then 30 minutes workers where on there phone while costumers waiting for food and cars waiting to have there orders taken. worst Burger King in town. Manager was on cellphone while I was waiting other manager was doing like she didn't hear me speaking to her.
