Burger King customer service

The website states this Burger king closes at 2am, as well as the sign on the doors. I went through the drive thru at 1:10am and waited 5 minutes till I said hello. The kid asked how the rally was? Not sure what he meant. I asked for a two woppers and a fry. He said nope cant do, not tonight we are closed I told him it was 50 minutes till closing. He said nope not tonight, short staffed. The problem is he wasted time and was very rude. I drove 30 minutes to this so called open burger king. Veru disappointed.

Burger King dr pepper

I purchased 2 combos. They both had medium Dr Peppers and the Dr Pepper has a strong clorox like smell and taste. It hurt our mouth to drink. I have repeatedly tried calling the La Joya, Texas store at [protected] at it says international call can not go through. My order was #61 at BK #15814 on Thursday Feb 22, 2018. Burger King not taking customers

The hours are posted on the building 6am-11pm, but I went through the drive thu at around 7:30am and got no response and the doors were still locked with workers inside. I returned and still at 8:00am there was no response. Plus while sitting in the parking lot I saw at least 12 other people get unserved as well. Lot of lost business for you guys. This branch needs to be assessed so that you guys aren't losing money.

Burger King whopper junior with cheese

I was running through the airport in Charlotte making my connection flight from Baltimore to Greensboro. aI was starving but had no time to waste so I stopped at Burger King. After my food was ready I had to run like greased lightening to make my flight and immediately boarded. After taking my seat I went to eat. Sadly, the burger I had gotten less than 5 minutes before I went to eat it, was cold. I wasted time at Burger King and money for a sandwich I couldn't eat and still ended up hungry. Add to that the fact that our flight was delayed on the tarmac one and a half hours due to a operational issue, I was not a happy traveler. But I was a hungry traveler.

Burger King sandwich I received not right.

I am a courier for Community Blood bank from Erie, Pa. After delivering blood to UPMC Hospital in Williamsport I stopped for a quick sandwich on the way back to Blood Bank, on 2/21/2018 at Store # 2613 in Williamsport, Pa., I ordered two Whoppers with cheese. When I opened them to eat them after getting back on the expressway headed for my next pickup, I discovered that the buns contained a burger and a slice of cheese nothing else. There was no lettuce, no tomato, no onion no nothing. I would like coupons or something for free sandwiches to replace these. Thank you.

Burger King bad food. most important very disrespectful manager

The Burger King in Halls Crossroads phone number [protected] address 6825 Maynardville Pike Knoxville Tennessee 37918. Got two chicken sandwiches for the $6. Got home they were so dried out tough and very dark. Probably been laying under a lot for a very long time. Went to the Burger King's to get my order replaced or money back. The manager on duty refused to replace my order or to give me my money back. Was very disrespectful argued with me they were not bad it was just the breading on them. Have pictures. She kept my receipt said she would show it to her general manager to see what she says about it. I have never been treated so bad in my entire life over to chicken sandwiches. Or any food for that matter. This lady needs to be fired big time in my opinion. I'm a Christian person and don't believe in treating anybody that way over to sandwiches or for any reason. Burger King overall experience

I arrived at the burger King off US 33, in indiana at 7:55, with 4 cars in front of me. I was asked to wait before ordering. 15 minutes later, I was told I could order. I ordered a #5 large with onion rings, and a cherry dr pepper, another LG onion ring and cinnamon toast crunch shake. Sorry no shake. $12.63 pull forward. 25 minutes later and my food is wrong, and when I ask for a receipt the guy ducks down towards the back and doesn't return. Should have taken a total of 5 minutes, to drop fresh meat and only 2:45 for onion rings to cook. This is rediculous, 4 cars drove past me while I was waiting. What's going to be done to fix this problem.

Burger King wooper

I go to Burguer King number #16278 address-728 S Alafaya Trail
Orlando, FL 32828 and I was eating at the restaurant with my children and a group of people arrive and 2 of them identify themselves as employees in a defiant way talking with GM Miguel Baez. Suddenly a brunette woman named Tanya arrives and identifies herself as an employee of the restaurant without saying a word. they begin to beat and fight all the clients we retire from the restaurant and we leave until the food we feel threatened several clients we refer to the GM he identified himself as Miguel Baez and we asked him why he allowed this and that the man identified as Joseph and another william They beat a woman and he did not call the police. He did not do anything. We also asked him how he could have these violent people as employees. He just smiled and said goodbye to us. I hope that the top management of this aforementioned restaurant will fire those people I think there was also a person identified as Sandra and another Bryan in the store I hope that the corporation responds to ste complaint and do not have those people working in any of its restaurants and that GM Miguel Baez can not use them thanks for your attention

Burger King whopper w/cheese

Ordered Whopper w/cheese at BK A1A around 3PM and holding trays held about 25 burgers! When my order received it was cold, disheveled and barely edible. Add the severe body odor of the cashier and I barely managed 2 bites before I threw my sandwich away. Horrible experience, will NEVER go back. Lots of loud infighting by work crew, no one managing customer service at all.

Burger King Driveway conditions

The driveway and drive through at your 610 HARTFORD road location is deplorable. My car dropped with a thud in those holes and what's worse you can't avoid them and on your way out there is an exposed wire. Horrible conditions.

Take this I am sure as on of your notices to get these repairs done before someone gets hurt or their car gets severely damaged.

Burger King business hours

Location on Redlads blvd keeps closing earlier than posted business hours & its very disappointing to make the drive & expect food and leave empty handed! I am pregnant and constantly crave it and i work late so as soon as i get off of work, i race over there and this is the second time i go and no one answers the drive thru! Very very very sad about this :((((

That's the literal worst when you want something to eat and the [censor] close down early for no reason. no signs explaining why. also, they get rude as hell over the speaker if you ask if they are open. well sir, the hours state you close at 2am, it's only 12am. sad thing is, on my side of town, there are 3 mcdonalds that are supposed to be open 24 hours, for both inside and drive thru... so can you explain to me why all 3 of those [censor] said they were closed. o. o what? and i'm not kidding, this [censor] happens 6 out of 10 visits. I reckon that the general manager doesn't know the low lives that work at night close the [censor] down early. oh! or if they are open, we've heard "we are only serving drinks right now." ok, i'd like a large vanilla shake... "our shake machine is broken right now" >:[ I feel your pain sister. that really pisses me off for you. the baby wants mcdonalds and it shall get mcdonalds [censored]! lol

Burger King wages

For a few weeks now I have heard about other employees in my store losing their money because our restaurant manager harmeet secretly changes their hours, i'm not sure if it's because she's trying to save money or if it's out of spite, but because of similar incidents me and my friends have had to inform our friends to carefully check that they have received the correct pay from now on. And yesterday, I caught harmeet changing one of my team-mates hours. She was on one of the machine, I saw all of our names and there and next to it were our hours. At first I wasn't sure what she was doing, but then I saw her click on one of my team mates name and then her tapping the screen multiple times. And I saw one of the numbers change a few times, was it minutes or hours I honestly don't know because I was a little bit in shock having to witness it. All I know for sure is that I saw her changing one of the team members hours. And I have heard multiple stories, before witnessing her do it, of team members not receiving the correct pay and instead are losing money. Maybe she knows that she's been caught, because my friend tell me that she is resigning; if it's for personal reasons or if it's because she wants to leave before she gets fired, i'm not sure. I feel bad right now just for reporting/complaining about her, but I honestly feel so mad that people in the store are losing hard-earned money. And because I heard that she's leaving, I also heard that there's going to be a change in management (which is understandable) but I also heard that they're going to be firing people and hiring people. Why? We have good workers and it makes me mad that some workers may be losing their job for no reason. This makes me furious. I am submitting this complaint anonymously because i'm actually scared that someone in the store is going to find out what I did and i'm going to get in trouble from one of the managers, or something. But you can ask anyone in the store about this.

Burger King employee not getting paid.

I work for Burger King and I was supposed to get paid today but the pay never showed up and they are not explain why. I would like to get paid for the work I did. The labor board said that they have to pay you and promptly. If not than I can file a complaint with the labor department. Also they try to short my hours. They also over worked me when I was sick.

Burger King manager

I just started working here and The manager Victoria had me jump right into cash register and didn't train when she leaves the floating manager Marquita has me do only cleaning so the other Day Victoria asked if I was retarded because I don't know about the cash register and she hadn't trained me and still hasn't I feel very disrespected and her discounts for us is only if we buy a small Burger and a small fry but her and other managers are giving away free food to they families n stuff

Burger King customer service

On tuesday, february 6, 12:05pm, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a whopper meal, double whopper meal and grilled chicken sandwich. Got home no grilled chicken. Tried calling 6 times! No answer! On my way home, 7:03pm, called again, tried to explain what happened, the woman didn't want to hear it, I said you sound like the lady that took my order, she got mad, said you don't know who you talked to, you should have called back this morning, I didn't take your order and hung up. My daughter called her back because I was dumbfounded and the woman didn't want to hear anything from her, hung up and when she called back gave her day supervisor's name and hung up. At this point, I don't want my sandwich replaced, I would be afraid of what I would get, I want my money refunded! An of course, I will never visit that burger king again! I understood the mistake but the response to it, never! But I will go in one day just to see if I can determine if she was having a bad day or if that's really her personality, without mentioning my previous visit. I have never been responded to the way this person responded to me in all my 65 years. I forgot to voice my complaint last night but it's 6:08am and the first thing on my mind this morning

Burger King whopper

I get the low carb version of the Whopper, always, and yeah i do get the 2 for 7 dollars because if im on the road its my one meal of the day. Usually, the Fairville Blvd location is the one I go to and usually, they're great. Not this time. I didnt look at it until i got to my next stop, but when i took the lid off i was faced with what looked like a Jabba the Hut made of mayo. I usually do get the mayo, so yes, i expected mayo to be there, but not enough to paint my house with. Pretty gross. I scraped off as much as i could into a Timmies cup i had here, but there was still so much it ruined it. Not sure what they were thinking on this. The attached photo is what i was able to scrape off... Yikes

Burger King beggars

In grand rapids pearl st nw there are multiple beggers that constantly stop me in the door way or just before outside. So I'm sitting in the snow listening to their story and waiting for the can you get me some cash for gas or cash for food. On sympathetic with these people and got them food a couple of times but I just want to get my food and eat in peace I'm a broke college student as it is and buying meals for those in need are hard. I dont know what course of action you guys can take but it would be nice not to be bothered while I eat my food or go to eat my food.

Burger King employee attitude & just bad customer service

On 2/3/2018, I placed an order at the drive-thru window but when I got to the windows, I decided to add an order of Flaming' Hot Mac n' Cheetos, the employee checked with the kitchen to make sure if it's still available and he was told, it is, then I paid with my card; however, within 1 minute, I was told it's not available and asked if I need something else. I said "no" then the guy told me he would need to do a refund (1st order ck# 756 & refund ck#757) and repurchase (ck#758) which is fine by me. At this time, another female employee walked up, looked at me, looked away, and said "and for a $3, that's ridiculous"...?
The male employee credited my account and recharged then I was instructed to drive up and park at the front door so they can cook my food which original I order 2 whoppers and 2 bacon cheese burger, I guessed nothing was prepared between the time the order was taken and paid for.
I waited 10 minutes, even after the people who ordered after I did from the drive-thru window.
I got my order, checked it, food was not hot, but fine I'm tired, but then there is an order of fries was missing so I had to drive thru again to ask for it.
This is a total nightmare.

Burger King service and conditions

I went into the Burger King at Hwy 78 and Wisteria drive in Snellville Ga.
There was only one table of customers there when I arrived at around 11:30 AM. I soon figured out why. The BK employees were extremely loud. Mostly just loud talking to nobody in particular. The girl at the counter ask to take my order. I ordered a double quarter pound King meal, (or what ever the description was on the board). She said do you want a #1, a #2, a #3? I looked, and a #3 was the same thing, so I ordered a #3.
I also as her if it was always so loud in there. She got a crazy bipolar looking stare, and said if you don't like it, you don't have to eat here. I ask her, is that how you really feel about it? She said yes! and went on to say, if enough people walk out we can shut this place down!
So, I walked out and will never go back!
Went to Hardees and enjoyed myself a Monster Burger.

Burger King whopper jr. w / cheese

I went into the Burger King (store # 3923) in Plymouth, Michigan @ 40880 Ann Arbor Rd. Plymouth, MI. 48170. I ordered two Whopper JR with cheese. When I got them home one of them looked like it had been stepped on. Only half the top bun was there and the bottom looked like it had been bitten. I attached a picture... The case# is [protected] I am pretty shocked at the fact that Burger King would let a burger that looked like the one I received go out to a customer. I obviously had SOMETHING happen to it. I doubt a worker would grab half a bun and put on the burger and think that would be okay. I really upsets me how they put up all these posters of these perfectly put together burgers and then send one out that looks like a dog or cat slapped it around and took a couple bites...
