Burger King orders always wrong, and not open on time in the mornings.

the burger king in nicholasville ky. is not always open on time in the morning. the last two times i went to get food for dinner my order was wrong. last time my two orders of fries were not in the bag when i got home. tonight i used a coupon for two mills for 8.99. i gave her the coupon number at the speaker ordered cheese on both burgers one with out pickle and lettuce. i ask for sweet tea for the drink but told her i only wanted one of the drinks. it came to 15 dollars and something. i ask how it could be that much when i got to the window and the lady said i ordered cheese on them. i told her that with my coupon it still should not be that much.she said i should tell them i have a coupon at the speaker. i told her i had and she asked for the number again. she practically through the bag of food at me after she fixed my total. when i got home i did not have the cheese on my burgers that i paid for and my sweet tea was coke. the orders from this store are always wrong. the factory where i work is close and people from work go there for lunch and they joke about how close what they get is to what they really ordered. i guess i will be driving to lexington to saron drive burger king from now on. just wont be able to get my whopper fix as often.

On 11/30 @9:07 PM I ordered 2 10pc nuggets and large fry in the drive thru. When i got to the window I wasn't greeted just stared at till i gave him my card which he swiped and didn't give me a receipt for. I was asked what kind of sauce i wanted. Burger King job

Ok first things first... My name is candice hall.. I was a victim of hurricane michael that tore up our house in panama ciry fl... I have four boys under nine and my husband just got out of icu... I went into the burger king on hwy 90 for a job... I begged them I cryed I humbled myself... I have no teeth... I was told to go online and submit my application... I did that the same day... I was told to go that when I put in my application to call back and let them know we they needed someone very badly... I did just that... The manager sent the forms and I was bkocked from the snagajob site because I didnt remember my passwors... I had to wait until the next morning... I called snagajob git into my app and finishwd the process I then called them back and let them know it was done... About 530 that day I was cakkwd by the manager to come back in to get the reat of the paperwork work done to beinf ny id social and bank info if thats what I wanted was direct deposit... Since I didntt have a bank account I chose the pay card... Thias us where the problem starts... I told the manager on the phone that I was waitinf dor my sister to come in from work I woukd be there about 6...615... Well she didnt get here til 630... I headed straight up there... When I got there the manager had just left and wasnt answering the phone to cone back the next day because apparently thus next manager didnt know what to do... I left... The next day which was yesterday I walkes almost three miles to the store just to let them know I woukd be back because I had an incident with my five year old son almost choking to death on a hotdog I didn't get there before lunch... I told her I was sorry I dint make it this am that I knew she coukdnt do it dduring thw lunch but that I would be back in the afternoon... She told me to be back by three... The same manager who had dealt with me the night before sge was very short very nasty just the way she looked at me... I called back about 1 that afternoon just to let her know that I would be there at 3 like she had told me... She then told me that if I wasnt there by 230 she was leaving I asked her to please bare with me as I had a hurt foot and had already walked there once and that I may be five minutes late but please not to keave because I needed the job... I ran yes ran half the way up there I made it by 215... Whn the black manager told her I was there shw stated"I ger off at 230 I dont have time to deal with her"she seemed very angry and put out... As I walked to the back I wxplained to her as I have. Only been here a week and had all my stuff ruined in the hurricane I did not yet possess a tx drivers license I had a license but it was a copy on my phone I asked her coukd I email a copy to her she got real aggrivated and said I told you on the phone to bring your texas id... No maam I said you did not you said to bring an id which I did along with a birth certificate and a social security card and a hungry and homeless id from florida which was a gov issued picture id... She then stated that I need to do something with my kids... That infuriated me... She does not know me or my kids and had no right to bring my children in this... I told her just that and I also told her that she did not tell me it had to be a texas id had she told me that I would not have wasted my time I know this is bull crap because. I had a job in corpus christi using my fl id... Three times in she told me she didn't need my. Attitude... The only attitude I gave hwre is when she told me to co e thwre and then treated me like garbage. Now keep in mind thw night I came up there the firat time I did not out my teeth in cause I was rushing... If you do not handle tgis woman I will be getting a lawyer... You cannot treat people like tgis and her lying about having to have a texas st id is gonna win me thw case ive already consulted with an attorney and he ia chomping at the bit to get the case going discrimination is against the law... Be it for my teeth or my id its crap... And furthermore I dont want tge job anymore... But I want her job... Shes nasty... Mean... And racist maybe not because of skin color but there are different types of racism... Burger King unethical behaviour

Went through drive through and cashier refused to give me back my debit card transaction amount was for 10.74. After I called to speak with the Manager to get my debit card back the Asst. Manager Alandria kept telling me that my card was not there I asked her to check the lady in the drive-thru window maybe she put it in her pocket she kept saying "hold on" and then started speaking in Spanish and giggling. I requested that she speak English so that I could understand what she was saying she replied "No" she gave me several different names of the store manager Claudia, Kasey, Keisha after I threatened to contact the local Waukegan police dept. she finally said your card is "here and i'll put it in the safe" she refused to give me a number to contact cooperate she kept saying "we are Tom's anyway" so you can call cooperate all you want. I then disconnected the call.

I work for the Burger King in Portales, NM 88130. My complaint is against one of the managers there, the assistant gm manager to be exact. She keeps cutting hours of us employees, and it seems like she is doing this for no reason at all. Not only that but she is very rude to the employees and sometimes has some very rude things to say to us such as damn you...

Burger King food & service

The New Fort Mohave Az. Burger King has serious problems with both quality control and service. It's a crap shoot to get quality good tasting food we generally get at other Burger king locations. The food is over cooked, greasy, foul tasting half the time at this location. The last time we went we waited over ten minutes for the car in front to move from the service counter. Why they did not have them move to a parking spot to await their order is beyond me. We give up on you unless we hear your quality has improved but this manager and owner get one large "F" for promoting your image.

The bathrooms are single occupant and the men's has no lock. The broken handle was swapped with a generic Home Depot handle with no lock. Burger King their service of communication, #13846

11/20/18 I went to the drive through, she asked for my order and I couldn't hear her 2 times repeatedly, the Mexican Music was so loud I couldn't hear her nor could she hear me, she said I had to speak louder! are you serious? a customer sitting on the curb heard the music and he said now that's funny. This is a Burger king Restaurant, Not a Mexican hamburger joint. I asked her directly please turn down that music and take my order please, her English is so broken, no apology, no courtesy what so ever, and she had the most disrespectful attitude towards me as if I was an inconvenience. she took the order from another customer behind me, and made me wait, instead of finishing my order! Its a nightmare going to that location every time I go there, 1 of your employee share with me how bad management is there, irresponsible, speak Spanish behind customers behind their backs, So I get a call from a Mexican supervisor there? Orlando? seriously? do you honestly think he will do something about this issue? I am Spaniard and this is unacceptable and I am so ashamed to see this behavior, how embarrassing to your company, yes of course equal opportunity, but please speak the language, I only go there because my patient wanted burger king. Burger King drive thru and customer service

The person in drive thru was rude she was a mgr she told me to be quite and listen to her my whole order was not right drinks half full no ranch dressing was treated like dirt was told that the store mgr would be there the following day and when i got home with the food it still was not correct and i believe i was overcharged employess were rolling their eyes i will never eat at this particular burger king ever again they should really do some firing not even one employee had a name tag on

Burger King burger king little falls, nj on rt 46

finger nails of person waiting on us, filthy dirty,
The other had his pants down around his knees, ordered two whoppers, it took forever, decided to avoid food poisoning, asked for a refund, which the manager reluctantly. It wasn't busy, and the other people waiting were as upset as we were.

Never mind the bad attitudes and the slow service. You can not have people working for you with dirty hands. I mean come on their handling food.

Sorry to complain, but place was disgusting, we went next door to Taco Bell, which was clean and the people were nice

Burger King called the cops

My gf went to Burger King in South Holland Illinois she went thru the drive thru where she paid for her food she sat there and waited for change and food but was only greeted by two cop cars telling her that she gave them fake money but it was giving to her by a previous store she had just got things fromwe have gotten that person fired but something need to b done about South Holland policy it's not right to just call the cops on someone y'all didn't know anything about her she could've been mentally or unstable or sum and could've put lives in jeopardy you guys are supper wrong

Burger King chicken sandwich, whopper order

On 11/16/2018 at around 10:00 PM, I visited Store #22697 at 3100 Anderson Snow Road, Spring Hill, FL 34609. Phone [protected] . The store closes at Midnight 12AM as I was told by one of the employees and also posted on the order window.
I ordered a WHopper and CHicken sandwich 2 for 6 deal with small fries. The fries were cold and the little bag was not filled as it is normally filled at many other locations. I asked for the manager, because the young girl at the window was being very rude from the get go at the ordering panel and then the pick up drive window. I blew it off at first, but she kept on with her nasty short attitude after I made payment. So I received my order and I noticed the fries were cold and very few fries. There were a lot of fries missing, so I requested the manager, and they refilled the bag of fries. I went home to eat the whopper and the chicken sandwich for my relative was horrible. The piece of chicken or what ever they put into the two buns was dried out half size piece of flat crap, had a dark look inside and just disgusting with a different bun. The whopper I ate got me so sick later. I have no idea what their deal was, or why they would expect someone to eat something like that. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt, but of course no one even answered the phone for me to complain. The store was still open since they close at 12 am and it was around 10:30 pm at the time the calls were made. I could have driven there, but to be honest by the time I have gotten on my car and got there to complain they would have been closed and what could I have done at the window, with a bunch of criminals at a drive through window!
Going back to the sandwiches, The whopper was cold and I got sick from it, threw it up later and had to take medication to stop the vomiting. I believe I got food poisoning from the cold whopper, and the chicken sandwich my relative did not eat. I kept it and took pictures to show this criminals the next day when everyone is there, so everyone can see their criminal acts of selling poisoned spoiled food to customers. This is where I drew the line and determined that this should be considered attempted murder! Why would this be considered attempted murder? Well if you give or sell someone spoiled food, and they know the food is bad, or has been sitting there for a while like that piece of chicken and that cold whooper as well as the fries, and then get them so sick that it is possible that person could die from food poisoning, that is attempted murder! This should be grounds for some serious legal charges or even full force retaliation if I choose to do any way I want. Why would someone be allowed to do this to anyone and get away with it, just because they work at a restaurant or fast food place! Therefore, If you are Burger King I am going to give you two choices, I will expect you to compensate me with a full refund and some kind of extra monetary compensation or whatever needs to be done to fulfill my suffering, ill, and bad experience I went through on 11/16/18. I want each and everyone of the staff working there that night fired immediately! You know who was working during that shift including the male manager working there. If you do not comply with that option, I will file criminal charges against each and everyone of your employees, and your restaurant. Furthermore if I wish to, I am entitled to do whatever I choose to do in retaliation for what they tried to do to me. I care less if you consider this a threat or what ever you want to call it!
THIS CRIMINAL ACTS THAT THESE REGARDLESS CRIMINALS SELLING FOOD TO CUSTOMERS THAT JUST WANT A DECENT BITE TO EAT AT YOUR RESTAURANT, DURING WORKING HOURS NEED TO STOP! Your restaurant hours state that you are open until 12AM on the window label. Anyone should expect the same freshness of food until closing time! This is Attempted Murder! This was done intentionally because they knew that food was not good. How can someone see a squashed dried out chicken patty and still have the audacity to place it in a sandwich and sell it to a buying customer. The same goes for the cold whopper and the fries. There was plenty of time to produce a fresh chicken patty, a fresh whopper, and fresh amount of fries to fill a small fry bag. SO yes I expect some kind of positive response from Burger King about this issue IMMEDIATELY! OR THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES OF UNBELIEVABLE PROPORTIONS! I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO FIRE THESE 4 OR 5 INDIVDUALS THAT WERE WORKING THERE THAT NIGHT AND DO WHATS THE BEST TO TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION.

Burger King drive thru messed up and then forget about me.

I went thru the drive thru, order taker was telling me the coupon # was not coming up, then finally got it, he said sorry that was my fault, I had told him several times I wanted the sandwich's plain. when I went to pay I asked him if he had put the sandwich's in as plain, he said no I said they have to be plain. I pull up to the second window I was then asked to pull up and wait, they would have to remake the sandwich's, after 10 mins of sitting, a lady comes out and ask me what I had. I told her I was really getting pissed. then a guy comes out hand me my food. I live 2 mins away, I get home fries are cold and the chicken sandwich I ordered was not correct.
he did upsize my fries from small to large. but they were all cold. I'm very disappointed.

Burger King charging to add toppings even when asking to remove other toppings

Hello, so the past few times my girlfriend and I go to BK I like everything but onion a she only likes lettuce and mayo on majority of sandwiches, why the hell is there a charge to add lettuce or tomato on a sandwich when you ask for a sandwich that only has cheese, ketchup and mustard? makes no sense. I thought BK is suppose to let customers have it their way? "BK have it your way", and yet be charged to add a simple piece of lettuce and mayo and asking to remove other toppings such as ketchup, tomatoes, pickels? always for you to rip off the community? we live in olean ny where we have 2 bks. well we have always been going to WEndys where it Is simple they have lettuce and mayo on all sandwiches and if you ask for lettuce and tomato on it they do not charge it! see that makes sense, your corporate sucks. Wendy's rules.

Burger King egg and cheese

I have askes for egg and cheese and not bacon ehich i dont eat however they served me woth bacon. After asking to replace they took 10 min to come back because its highly mismanaged and they dont keep track of order. Serving staff is rude.

I dont eat pork due to relegiuos reasons. The order taker lady was fine and she was the one who was reminding them.

Its burger king located at fort lauradale airport gate G6.

Burger King fingers in the fry cups

I was waiting in the drive thru for our food and the woman getting our order was grabbing fry cup holders and putting her fingers inside of the cup!?
That isn't very sanitary and I am not going to eat my fries now. The dispenser for the fry cups is designed for the workers to grab the cups from the bottom!? GROSS! never again will I come back to this location.

Burger King e gift card refusal

I bought an e gift card for 25 dollars and no burger king will accept it. I pull up to the drive thru window and an assistant manager denies my egift card as payment so i had to pay with cash and getting home i realizes that the food is old and stale... Im so upset about these people ripping me off after they get to keep my 25 bucks from the e gift card purchase... I regret ever buying that card...

Burger King food not fresh.

Used a original crispy sandwich coupon (9080) to purchase a meal. The chicken was refried . After eating half through the sandwich i vomited most of my food. The onion rings and soda were edible . I did not receive a receipt not good customer service. I was told to pull down in a small drive through behind 3 other cars! I did not like the customer service nor my food. What a waste of gas and money
