Burger King grilled chicken sandwich

First of all I waited 10minutes in drive thru wait spot. The chicken is about the size of 2 chicken nuggets. And its on a whopper bun. Not the potato bun. It is on a sesame seed bun. It is ridiculous to have to wait that long and get old tomato that is soggy. I got two of them and the other one is not much better it is pitiful the meat is way over cooked. I've never had a complaint with their grilled chicken before.

Burger King never getting a correct order

As much as I look forward to the coupons for Burger King I am disappointed every time I go to the local Burger King on Fort Smallwood Road my order is never right I got the family bundle meal Plus the 399 cheese burger meal and I was missing two cheeseburgers a fry a drink and onion ring since there were four fries I substituted an onion ring for one of the fries in the family bundle meal. never got it the 399 meal two cheeseburgers came with it never got them and a drink they were four drinks with the family bundle meal. I also got the 8 pc cheesy tots. There were 6. this isn't the first time this has happened I hope you can get this place straightened out or it seems like I'm going to be taking a longer ride up to Wendy's

Burger King lack of service and terrible food

I visited the Cairo, Georgia location with my three grandchildren for the first and last time. The staff had no desire to offer service to someone standing at the counter without asking if someone would take the order. One customer in the restaurant (if you can call it a restaurant) and all 5-6 people behind the counter were so into their conversation, laughing and eyeing their individual cell phones they have no clue what a work ethic is. So I finally receive (3) chicken nugget meals. Drink fountain was without drinks. I had to go back to counter, another waste of time as I was repeatedly ignored by a young girl leaning up against the wall half way listening to the others continuing their social time and viewing her cell phone. Another entered and after waiting with me for a few minutes she noticed that WE were not being helped. She applied more "direct" words of requiring their assistance. Next the food- so bad that (3) kids ages 7, 8, and 11 would not eat the chicken nuggets after trying the first nugget. They ate 1/4 of the fries with as one kid proclaimed can't eat fries withou a dipping sauce! Had to beg for another drink refill since no one was interested in filling up the drink machine they were told was empty earlier. Total waste of a Burger King location which I should include also needs a good cleaning not just a surface quick wipe up. This Burger King needs a KING who can make a difference and turn this place from a loss in revenue to a profit fit for a King! Burger King complaint about inappropriate behaviour from employees at burger king

My wife and I visited the Burger King location on Oxford Street in London, Ontario at approximately 7pm on Friday, March 23rd, 2018.
The employee who was at the cash (really tall guy with dark hair) took our order promptly and we got our food within a couple of minutes.

When we sat down to eat we noticed that there was a short brown hair (about 6 inches) on the fries which we had barely touched so I brought it back up to the person who served me and told him that there was a hair on my fries. He replaced them for me right away.
However, as soon as I sat down I noticed that there was another brown hair on the fries again(laying on top of the fries container) so I quickly took the fries back(within 30 seconds of receiving them and we didn't even touch the fries yet) and told the same employee that there is also hair on these fries too.

He looked at me and said "I didn't put the hair there!"
I said, "I'm not saying that you put it there, I'm just telling you that there is hair on my food again."
At this moment another employee walked out from the kitchen(blond hair) and said to the other employee "What's the problem here?"
The employee at the cash said to him while laughing "this guy thinks that I put a hair on his fries" and pointed to me. He laughed right at me and said "this is a joke!" They both continued to laugh.
I said "Why do you think this is funny? There is hair on my food for the second time." And they both continued to laugh. He then accused me of placing the hair on the food. At this point, I began to get frustrated and demanded to see the manager in charge.

The manager in charge replaced the fries again for the third time.

I think that the behaviour and lack of customer service shown by those two employees were unacceptable and inappropriate . It is not professional or acceptable laugh at your customers and to make inappropriate comments like "This is a joke" or to accuse me of putting the hair on the food. In my opinion this kind of behaviour should not be tolerated.

I have been a customer for years now and this incident makes me question the professionalism, as well as the cleanliness of this organization too.

I am very unhappy with the service and I expect that a resolution would be made as soon as possible from your Burger King.

Burger King service, food availability, customer service

I recently went to the Burger King in Winter Garden, FL (#2917). When I pulled up to the drive thru they told me that they had no drinks. I ordered a Bacon King but they told me that they didn't have the meat for that, just the Jr, so I ordered that. I must say that it was delicious. I hadn't eaten at a Burger King in years but thought I'd give it a shot again. The next day, I went again. This time I was able to get drinks and the Bacon King. I went home only to find that they gave me cokes instead of sweet teas like I ordered. It should also be noted that both times, the woman at the window didn't engage me at all. She didn't look up, didn't acknowledge that I was even there, and I was the only person there. Fast forward to last night -- I went yet again and when I pulled up to the drive thru window, the woman said that they can only take cash. Again, that was fine, but it really has me shaking my head in that - first, no soft drinks available; second, no meat available; and now they can't take a credit card. Burger King is a major franchise and so it must be their particular management. Anyway, I ordered a Bacon King meal and a Bacon King Jr meal, both with sweet teas. She didn't tell me the total, but instead just told me to pull up. I asked if she cared to know what I wanted to drink and she said that she 'assumed I wanted a coke'. When I pulled up, she gave me a sweet tea and a bag. I asked where the other sweet tea was and she said that she didn't know that both would be meals. At this particular store, it seems as if they're just working for their hourly check and when someone pulls up, we're a bother. I know I wrote a long story here, but it is so bad that I really thought you'd want to know. This particular store is making Burger King look bad, and it's a shame because your burgers are incredible.

I looked in the bag and my food and other condiments were saturated by an open syrup container. I was also missing part of my order. Sticky and upset.

Burger King Poor service and rude employee

I want to make a complaint on the burger king in hutchins, tx on i-45... I ordered 3 #7's... I ask that they all come with mustard instead of mayo and she asked if I wanted ketchup and cheese on them also... I said no... When I drove to the window she almost threw my drinks into my car... And before I could put my drinks down she was forcing my change back to me... When we got our food the burger was sooooo small and still had mayo... Ketchup and mustard on them... That was it besides the meat... Was very disappointed and so was my elderly parents... I told them it is not supposed to come like this... We didnt want to go complain cuz we didnt want the spanish ppl working there to spit in our food... Plz do something with that store and another thing she only gave me the expeditor ticket not the one where I could fill out a survey... Very unhappy... Poor poor service

Burger King service

Problems with employee, waited 10 minutes before they even started to cook my order. The employee I had problems with in the past came up to the register while the manager was there issuing my refund and made yhe agrgrr sound, ( hawking up spit).
He was trying to cover the employee conduct.
I was issued a receipt without a survey code and had a hard time about the receipt

Burger King lack courtesy and unethical behavior

Today March 19, 2018 @ 8:25 am I visited the Burger King in the city I live, Toa Alta. The service was late cold and incorrect. This is not the first time. Previous visits I complain with extreme courtesy since my girlfriend and I frequent the place. My point is food is either cold or incorrect, employees lack attention in what the customer is ordering. One employee taking orders drive thru and counter at the same time.
You ought to send a customer service representative with a total unbias opinion and make the assessment. I think I may spend more time at you other competitors, is kinda shame on this service behavior. Oh, did not mention, I live in Florida year round and "snow bird to P. R. every 3 mos. to my house in Toa Alta, so I know what good service you tell your employees to provide. Thank you.

Burger King junior whoppers

Hi! I bought 2 junior Whopper meals today at about 11:15 am at the Burger King in Spring City, Pa. The fries were ok. But when my friend and I ate into the burgers they tasted like perfume or cologne. We couldn't even eat them.It was the worst taste we ever had. So for lunch we only had the fries. I have had trouble there before and it's getting worse. I will never go to that Burger King again. Thank You for listening to me.

Burger King veggie burger

I am a internal student in canada and i am from india and in india i was a die heart fan of the veggie burger at burger king and i expected the same taste or like that in barrie ontatio canada but when i ordered a veggie burger the petty was burnt and taste was disgusting and i started hating burger king. There are lot of vegetarian students in barrie and all our dissatisfied from burger king.i would like to request to include more veggie burgers like we have in india so that indian students can enjoy it.

Burger King my meal

Sunday March 18, 2018 approximately 7:06 p.m. I ordered a Whopper Combo added/Cheese (coupon for Whopper Combo for $5.00). 1) The till needed .03 more for my change; employee was hesitant saying he doesn't have .03 cents. I didn't budge (sorry but I want/need my change, hope you understand). He then calls someone over to get more coins. 2) I didn't get a receipt so this is how I am voicing my concerns for Burger King #11435 (97 Bonita Rd Chula Vista, CA [protected]). 3) This location had no ice (well there was ice that had dumped from machine into the trash). If you read the entire comment you would see that my food was not hot, also no ice on the restaurant. This was meant for corporate to hear concerns of one of their restaurants not for someone to dissect my email. If they had given me my receipt I could have done the survey like I had intended to. Those should normally be used for constructive criticism so management knows where they need to work on good customer service.

Burger King fish sandwich

To Whom It May Concern,

I ordered a fish sandwich at Burger King, in Atlanta near Greenbrier Mall on Friday, March 16, 2018 about 5:00 pm. The fish looks as if they overcooked it or reheated it too long. Nonetheless, it was uneatable.

Burger King missing order

Our hockey team ate at Burger King 3 times during a 3 day tournament (See Flyer) and stated at a Holiday Inn. It is our hockey team's favorite restaurant because of the FLAVORED WATER MACHINES only at BURGER KING and TACO BELL.

I went to a burger king near the tournament hockey rink with my 4 hockey team mates and we ordered for the whole team and coaches, took the order in the locker room cause the coaches and team captains had to stay at the rink and figure out the playbook and which goalie to play for the next game

I had to go back twice during the 3 day tournament because it was the only restaurant near the rink. The italian restaurant went out of business that we always had pizza parties in years past.

First we did not get credit for our Coupons but I put the coupons on the counter and told her we had coupons before I ordered and she forgot to credit the coupons because it was really busy and we waited a long time for our (I admit) large order.

On the last of the three trips over 3 days when we ate at Burger King (the last stop) we either left a bag of food on the counter top or we did not get two bags of food.

We have 3 coaches, and a team manager, we have 19 people plus 2 parents for each kid:

The order was paid for in cash out of the TEAM DUES Budget for food.

I know we were shorted (We had to check out of the hotel and e did not have time to go back to BURGER KING because we had a PLANE TO CATCH).

I know we were shorted at least $35 of food and only because we were in a rush and did not have time to go back to the restaurant and see if we left 2 bags of food at the counter. Because we had 5 guys in the car and we were going to be late to the airport if we did not get our hockey gear and crap packed I have up my order and the 3 other guys in the car gave up our lunch to make the guys happy that we went to order for.

So we were unselfish and gave up our lunch so everyone on the crew was happy and we were the ones who stood in line to order for every one else.

We went back hungry on the plane back to Boise. The plane did not get back in until 10:30 pm because it was DELAYED. I was so tired and we lost to CRISTEROS so we only got 2nd place.

So it was a depressing end after fighting for FIRST PLACE.

I do think we should be given some COUPONS to compensate for the food left at the counter top and the coupons we did not get credit for in the order that total about $35 total.

We have a tight budget to operate under for hockey.

Burger King sharp material coming out of chicken nuggets

I bought the chicken nuggets from the Burger king today. When I was chewing on it, I found out a sharp thing coming out from the nugget. I almost swallow the thing and I am pretty sure that would've caused pain in my throat. I am now so disappointed with the burger king. I am so mad and I am mentally frustrated. I enjoyed eating Burger King this past years, but now I'm afraid of going to Burger king again.

Burger King women's restroom

Cleaning supplies behind restroom door could not wash my hand due to cleaning supplies in sink cleaning towles throwed all over restroom. The restroom has not been cleaned yet and no customers in drive thru or in lobby waiting to place order. The employees are just talking and laughing walking around and only one employee at front counter working hard. No soda in machine in lobby as well not to pleased with my visit.

Burger King food quality

Ever since managment was changed food is always cold no matter what time of the day it is. Food is always cold. My family and I use to go to eat at burger King at least 2 days a week to spend family time now maybe 3 times a month because service is not good at all. All the girls have fake nails and in the food service they are not to have fake nails . I use to be a manager in the food service and there is so many things employee's are not supposed to do. In burger King. Today it just might be my last day.

Quite honestly, choosing for today to be your last day eating at Burger King will only be helpful to your health. Consuming fast food at a minimum of twice a week is very detrimental to your health. Just as well, choosing eating as a 'family time' activity is not a good example to set for children, especially when it is food that has proven negative effects on health. It can also easily enable a cycle of over-eating. I'm sorry you're unsatisfied with your Burger King experiences, but you should put some serious thought into how much crap you stuff into you and your families mouths.

Burger King my job, discrimination

Hi my name is Landon Starr from north buffalo I am 21years old enrolled in school and a full time cook at denny's . I use to work at your cheektowaga thruway plaza location where I was fired because a managers family member didn't like me and my gender WHICH IS WRONG . I am now on the do not re-hire list for all burger kings which is wrong ! I LOVE TO WORK ! Im missing out on oppurtunities because of this ! Just need for this to be straighten out FAST ! Burger King drive-thru order/time

Pulled into bk as I do on average once per week, tried to order some of the cheetos mac thingies as they were advertised on drivethru screen, but was told no longer available. Then I was rushed with my order just to be forgotten upon reaching window. If I hadn't paid with credit card i'd have gotten a refund. Without explanation or condolence I sat for twenty minutes waiting on; a spicy rodeo chicken sandwich, a bacon rodeo jr., and an order of onion rings. The chicken sandwich had only t he piece of chicken, a slice of cheese and a nickel size drop of bbq sauce. The onion rings were ice cold and mixed with chicken fries. I was already frustrated and bothered nearly to point of anger so I didn't even attempt fixing it. Then to top it off after returning home I went to the mybkexperience site to do survey and completed it in its entirety including more than this paragraph... Only to be told that site was currently unavailable.

Burger King service

I went to the burger king in lacy lakeview store #3714. I literally had to go through the line 3times and they still didnt get my order right. It really upset me when i tried to call the back and they wouldn't pick up. This is the fourth time this week this has happened. They really need to be mindful of people food allergies if i ask for only mayo n cheese its because im allergic to it not tryna be picky smh. Glad i only took one bite before having to spit it out so i wouldnt have an allergic reaction
