Burger King food not done

My family and I went to burger king on 8/20/18 too get some food I was sick and all we wanted was fresh food but instead we got a half cooked sandwich it was a few mins too closing and we brought our food home to find it barely cooked it tastes horrible I love burger king once in a while to have something small is one thing big deal so what but come on too get not only 1 but 2 half cook sandwiches and we got the chicken meals we had to toss it out thats an issue that can loose someone amd there family not to want to come back again please figure out what happend

Burger King slow drive through... takes at least 30 minutes!

What is wrong with your location on S Michigan Ave in Chicago? It takes at least 30 minutes or more for the drive through! Thank God I don't go here during my lunch hour, I waste so much time just waiting on my food and it's ALWAYS cold! What in the world is going on? You need new staff pronto! They are unprofessional and this is not how a drive through is supposed to run. It should not take 30 minutes to get my food, ever. Drive through or not. It's fast food for a reason...30 minutes is not fast.

Burger King management

That white girl manager Amber I think her name.. got a very bad attitude and does not know how to manage a business.. She stay on her phone and got a bad attitude and think she is the [censored] and I heard she is sucking and [censored]ing her way up and thats just not right she aint even from stuttgart and they close at midnight but always still there at 4am she is slow and fat and dont deserve to be a manager

Sadly Stuttgart, all too often managers of fast food establishments become tyrants. They pick favorites and often unfairly demote. They make decisions based on their "feelings". Once a toxic manager gets their foot in the door in can often take months to see them go!

If ever I discover my manager is tyrant I usually tolerate them for at least 6 months so when I stand up for myself and they remove me from the schedule I can file for unemployment!

The cool thing about this is that when the store owner discovers good employees get cut they usually fire the corrupt manager! Ha!

Burger King chicken fries

I absolutely love your chicken fries and so I was super excited to find out they are only $1.69 right now. So I get them and they were so dry and tasted like they sat in nasty old oil for hours they were so bad I couldn't even get down my first bite. I'm extremely dissatisfied and I'm pregnant on top of it so now I'm left still hungry having to wait to eat because I only had a few mins to grab something to eat before work. I will never eat there again if I get anything like that again.

Burger King usage biscuits

I went to the burgar king in holland mi one by walmart..ask for sausage breakfeast..they just gave me a biscuit with nothing in it..so I took up there explained to them they made a mistake.. the guy was very rude too me..took the biscuit start replying to me he didn't make mistake it was my fault..he didn't even apologize came back with other one tossed at me rolled his eyes. . That was not right of him I workedalot people that was worst experience I had with taking care of customer then girl in back working started talk alot rude. I will never return there denftily let people know my experience had there ...

Burger King product

I ordered a kids meals twice in the past two days trying to get a miraculous tales of ladybug and cat noir toy that they have at the momet, but instead was denied the toy both times, I received an extra burger. When realized there mistake i went up to the cashier ask for the toy, they said "you are to old be getting a toy, be thankful we let you order the kids meal." I didn't know there was an age limit for a kids meal

Burger King drive up

I have 2 kids we got home around 10 from a travel weekend. We pass a burger king in frount of our neighborhood, the kids were hungry we went through the drive up and ordered three meals a 1, 6 and another 6 . The drive through lady explains to me I couldn't order 3 three meals cause they were timed at night. I couldn't believe they couldn't feed a family. So I left and went to a gas station and got hot dogs chips and drinks for us.

Burger King about the customer service offered in india, bangalore, rajajinagar branch

let me share you my personal worst experience from bruger king. I went yesterday 16 aug 2018 ordered 2 veg and 1 chickn supreme burger meals for take away. looks like the agents are only worried about online orders, I do see those mini pepsi cans available but agents refused to offer me those., as they couldn't pack my 3 pepsi and they are charging extra for the carry bag which is far worst. I was forced to have a pepsi on the spot. My wife used to carry those remaining 2 pepsi cups till home, by the time I reached home the everything was spilled on the road. Talking about the basic manners I haven't received even a single tissue paper nor ketchup packets, as the place was bit crowed I just walked away. Now lets talk about that pepsi they offer Its half filled with water and on top of that 25% ice cubes which tasted like saltwater.This will be my last visit to franchise thanks a lot from bottom of my heart.

Burger King chicken fries

Your commercial on TV shows chicken fries and different dips. So far I've stopped at Burger Kings in Saginaw, Standish, West Branch, Bay City and today I stopped in Flint Michigan. When asked what dip I'd like, I ask for cheese just like your commercial. No one has cheese, think how awesome chicken fries dipped in cheese. Stop teasing us and provide the cheese.

Burger King customer service

As I walked into burger king getting ice cream in a cup. I understood that the policy is three swirls for the ice cream I asked polity if I could get another swirl in the cup. The employee who took my order was named Mercedes she then started to get very impatient with me and then got into my face and told that she couldn't do anything about. I got very upset and asked to speak with a manger as I did say I will pay extra for another swirl in my cup she then told me she was the manger and that she would have to ask me to leave as this was going down a teenage girl walked in and Mercedes ended up ignoring me to go talk to the girl who walked in. I left very upset and I do know this isn't the first time she has been rude to customers. I just don't want cusomers to go through what I went through. You need to hire better employees and start by firing her.

Burger King worker

8-15-18 Went into burger King to buy fries and a whoppers for my son and I. I asked Mercedes nicely to re package my fries because they spilled all over the bag. And she was very rude and called me a [censored] and other vulgar names. I asked for my money back and she threw it towards me. Safe to say I will NEVER eat there again, all in front of my son and everyone in the restaurant.

Burger King entire order

This saddens me that as Emergency Response Personnel, we would not just get treated badly with poor service, but our ENTIRE ORDER was the sloppiest meal ever without exaggeration. Cold, dry, and stale food was given to us after paying $29.36 leaving out our French fries and cheese on the four Whoppers also the four orders of chicken nuggets were some of the worst I've seen. Not to be rude, but the entire order was given to some homeless less fortunate. We called 6 to 7 times and got no answer. Please see that this matter is handled appropriately.

Burger King survey

You advertice The Free WHOPPER survey its on the back of my reciept. Although when i attempted it I discovered there was no survey # on my reciept. I called. The BK I made my purchase at.
I explained the issue to the gal whom answered.
She informed me her mánager removes the # through out the month. I need to try on my next visit with a purchase.

"WRONG" ! Completly wrong I say. If you offer something then honor ir.

Burger King service

Every time to I go to the Burger King on Crismon and Southern in Mesa, Arizona, the people are rude and plain out just don't care. They have 2 drive throughs, one in which I waited for 20 minutes saying hello several times for someone to answer me or at least take my order, didn't get either. I watched the other cars in the other drive thru who arrived later get their orders taken, so I thought that drive thru was maybe broken but the lady before me gotten taken care of. I backed out of that drive thru went to the other and again had to wait before someone finally got to me, I understand if it happens once on a very busy day but this Burger King always gives me issues every time I come here and they are never that busy. Being a newer and nicer Burger King establishment, Would assume it would have nicer customer oriented associates.

Burger King service

I visited a Burger King location today via the drive thru. I was asked to pull up while I waited. A total of 10 minutes went by before I was brought my food. Ten minutes doesn't seem to long unless you know the value of time and that it only takes 6 minutes to cook my order which I confirmed with the manager. The manager could not explain why it took another 4 minutes. I was given a refund and the incorrect store location to voice my complaint. Furthermore, they didn't know the corporate number and asked me to call them back in 30 minutes...great service. Did I mention, counting myself there was a total of 4 customers in the restaurant and only 1 waiting for their order to be taken so why should I callback in 30 minutes.

Burger King order

Hi All,

I went through the drive through on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg PA and received the wrong food when I got home. I put in an order for Chicken Fries but was charged and received a burger with fries. It is a little upsetting to get the entire way back to my office and see that I have the wrong food. I also do not have time to run back out.

Burger King manager

Manager is bully, and puts her hands on employee. My daughter works at burger king in Evansville, Indiana .She is three months pregnant and was pushed and hit by manager on duty 8/15/2018.She is always bullied by the manager Paula ever shift she works with her. The manager yesterday was mad at my daughter and pushed her and hit her. Paula the manager let's employees of different race go in parking lot and sit in her car when on clock. Seen that myself .Also certain ones come to work out of uniform and work .She also has known to be doing drugs in parking lot on clock. A police report was made .My daughter was told she couldn't work her next shift because Paula was working .And possilble my daughter would have to transfer stores .That might be alright if she were in the wrong but she was not the person was in the wrong. So we can call this situation bullying or racism .Plus my daughter has talked to general manager of store about this manager and nothing has been done .I think the local news would like to hear about this situation.

Burger King poor work ethic and incorrect order

I ordered a #3 with extra bacon and cheese with a Sprite. When I got home I had a doubdle cheese burger with just ketchup and a pink lemonade that tasted like it was half water. I then called the store too let them know that our order was not correct. The lady at the window is the same lady that served us and she was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful when I called back. I stated I didn't receive a receipt but my boyfriend had misplaced it and then found it so that was my mistake but the lady said she was going through the orders and no one had even came through and ordered anything I said I ordered and I hadn't even been home ten minutes. I am looking at the reciept and the food so I know I was there! She continued too please her case and then hung up on me. I called the store back and she answered and hung up immediately! I do not appreciate the way I was treated and I SPENT MY MONEY AT YOUR LOCATION! I WORK in customer service myself and the way she treated me is very unprofessional and I WILL NOT be returning too your store nor will I ever have anything else too say.. I will be back too speak with a manager because the fact that you all are employing ignorant idividuals is crazy! Whom ever runs this store should care more about their job because the people they hire are HORIIBLE AND THEIR WORK ETHIC IS TRASH!

Burger King burger king egift cards are useless yet sold at bk.com and amazon

Burger King continues to sell their eGift cards (email delivery gift cards) at their website BK.com and on Amazon.com even though they are useless. Burger King's Point of Sale system (POS) no longer allows the employee to input a card number. It has to be swiped. So if you purchase an eGift card you will be out of luck. Even if you call customer service they offer to replace it with a real gift card but can not give you a time when it will arrive. If you read the Amazon.com reviews nobody has ever gotten a card mailed to them as of yet. And despite the complaints which you can read on Amazon, Burger King continues to sell this fraudulent item.

Burger King questionable customer service/complaints

On 1/6/18 I had a terrible experience at a BK location, a uniformed manager on duty verbally berated me while placing my order and escalated the situation through her terrible attitude and handling of the situation. Immediately called to leave in a complaint. Couple of months pass and now the problem is that there is no record of me calling in to complain (which I did twice) plus no record online of the complaint I left online through their customer service website. This is extremely frustrating given that I cannot even get a hold of a6nyone from BK regarding the matter or proof of the incident/complaints made on that day.

Currently in addition to the original complains I made, I am now checking every week or two just to make sure that my info/complaint report has not vanished and that proper action is taken. It is extremely disappointing that even the very tools this company provides for customers to give feedback is; for lack of a better word - an utter and complete sham.
