Burger King I am complaining about the way the manager treats employees

I went to 7430 rockville rd. Store number 825. I was getting my drinks ready while waiting for my order. I saw the manager on duty sitting in the dining room talking while the employees worked. When she was talking to an employee she was downgrading them. She made them do everything and being mean about it. I also noticed that she treats certain people right. She is being mean to the caucasian people but is nice to the african americans. I found her to be very racist. This needs to be fixed or I report to the better business bureau.

Burger King food/service

Went through the drive thru sat for 15 min to order no body came to the intercom the whole time i was waiting, I even said hello to get help but nothing. came around to the window so I can finally order my food the food was old and the hash brown were hard worst service ever. Just matter of time till there close down like the other store in are town

Burger King hours

I would love to get Burger King breakfast before I start my shift at either 7am or 8am. I check the hours every time and it says it's 6am open but every single time I go to the Absecon, New Jersey one and Galloway New Jersey one they aren't open yet and I sit in the drive through for a good 10 minutes.

Very disappointed

Burger King store personnel

The burger king in plattsburgh new york on upper cornelia street has a problem with store manager and district manager, store manager has six managers but wont promote any to assistant, brand new built store and she flunks rev inspection, then trys to hide hiring minor without work card, not allowed to train but district manager thinks its cute that she still training, lets unathorized crew to touch safe, never saw a woman in her late fortys try to cause trouble among her crew, acts worse than the teenagers

Burger King customer feedback - deplorable

Have a bad experience in store, go onto website to contact burger king. They give you a phone # and a web form.

The phone # leads to a mostly automated hotline. The only options that'll get you to an operator is to report something (i.e. food poisoning, unethical conduct, fights, etc). If you take the option to submit customer feedback or even just talk to someone about an experience, you are forwarded to the web form. If you happen to get an agent to speak to you, they will interrupt you to direct you to the web form when the find out you're filing a complaint.

When you go to the web form, there are literally ONLY 3 fields to fill in. The first 2 are to designate what type of feedback you are submitting, and then to be more specific. The last one is a 1000 character input form for you to submit your feedback. After that, there's a submit button that even when submitting an blank form, will thank you for your feedback and claim it has been received successfully.

Anyone with a bit of thought can tell this is a pointless form. There is NO identifying information at all. Not who are you, how can I contact you (phone/email), which BK did you visit, when was it, what did you order, what happened, nothing! The entire company's customer complaint department revolves around a a web form that admittedly doesn't send any information anywhere when submitted. They don't want to hear about what happened and they don't have any intention to ever pretend they care.

Burger King whopper meal

Every time I am in Ozark Mo I get a whopper meal. We don't have a Burger King in Nixa. Each time the hamburger bread is too dry, not tasted or soggy. I spent 8.00 and all I really ate were the fries. I work hard for my money cleaning houses on the side and I am a dental assistant during the week. I feel your restaurant in Ozark need more training on how to make food. The Burger King in Springfield does well. I hope I can at least be compensated for a free whopper meal at Springfield store.

Burger King various issues

5721 N.W. 7 Street, Miami, Florida 33126

In my most recent visits to this location there have been various issues, I will only list a few here. 1) potato products overcooked or burnt, this has been happening consistently for 4 months; 2) no receipt provided; and 3) at 6:48 a.m. this morning, I went through the drive through only to be told that they are not serving because everyone just arrived. The drive through opens at 5:30 a.m.

This location is literally 1/8 of a mile up the street from Burger King Headquarters. Where is the oversight? If the location that is closest to the headquarters is slacking, what does that say?

Burger King I am complaining about both product and service.

As a general rule, I prefer Burger King burgers over other fast food burger venues; however my experience at this Burger King was the worse fast food dining experience I have ever come across.
I stopped at the Burger King located at:

2200 Otis Drive
Alameda, CA

Approximately 6:00pm, Wed, May 23, 2018.

The following experience led to this complaint...

1. I waited approximately 32 minutes from the time I ordered to getting my meal.

2. The store staff (total of 4 people) were visibly disorganized, overwhelmed and mismanaged. After getting behind on fulfilling orders, the manager locked one of the entrance doors, however not the second connecting door. He had stated that the store was closed (didn't want additional customers coming in, however no sign was posted, or no customers were informed. This was several minutes after I had placed my order and observed the staff disorganization. There were several new customers that came in (approximately 12-15). The manager eventually put a "wet floor" cone in front of the other door, to not allow new customers to enter. I did not see any vehicles go through the drive through orders, assumed this was closed off as well.

3. This occurred right after 6pm, which I would consider to be prime/peak meal time with more customers. The staff was not prepared to handle to volume of customer orders after this time.

4. The food was not prepared timely and my sandwiches and french fries were not fresh, or wrapped properly. As mentioned above, it took approximately half an hour for them to make up my order.

5. I was standing near the front counter across from the french fries station, waiting for my order. During the waiting period, one staff member had emptied a french fries basket into the warming dispenser and seasoned the fries. There were only 2 orders filled from those fries. Another staff member emptied another cooked basket of french fries, but did not season the fries. 3 additional orders were taken from those fries; and when I mentioned to the staff member that the fries were not seasoned, he told me they were. I informed him that I had been standing there for 25 minutes and observed that previous fries were not seasoned. He said, okay and turned away (never did season the fries as well). The result was that the french fries I received with my order were not seasoned and very over-cooked.

6. The staff did not observe and practice proper food safety and food handling sanitation measures as well. The manager went over and locked one door, moved a "wet floor" standing post in front of a door, handled food containers and placed food directly to be prepared (chicken, meat, produce); all while wearing the same sanitation gloves.

At no time was the staff rude to any customers, however this may be more of a factor that complaining customers (what I observed) were rather patient and polite, and/or simply left after waiting over 20 minutes to order; allowing for several lost business.

Unfortunately, I do not plan on going to this particular Burger King store again.

Burger King quality of for served

The burger king in port orange Florida corner of Nova Rd and Dunlawton. The food is served very fast in the drive-thru because the order is never correct or its do food and it is ALWAYS cold. I have stopped getting food from there because of this. It use to be my morning stop on my way to work each day. I would check the sandwiches at the end of the drive-thru they were cold I didn't have time to get it fixed. I would microwave them at work. I decided to try the new sourdough bread chicken club omg it was cold the bread was not toasted was soggy no bacon. Wilted lettuce it was probably the worse sandwich ever. I'm sure it's a delicious sandwich at a burger king that cares. I don't know if this will go anywhere but I'm sure it can't hurt to have a look. I use to love my ham and cheese breakfast sandwich but not willing to try again.

Burger King horrible horrible service and manager was unbelievably rude. martin flores is his name.

He over charged us and didn't even give us the correct amount of burgers. The manager kept our receipt. His name is Martin Flores from the Burger King inside Walmart at the Downey landing. I truly suggest you have a secret shopper come and you will see how he treats al his customers. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. He even argued with me as I told him to please come to our table and verify the food order.

Burger King burger king big rapids mi

I like BK products. Big Rapids is only big enough for one store. Over the years I have tolerated some issues. Those issues vary from store to store so I choose to just move on. Today I reached my limit.

I used the drive through and ordered a Big King which is what the advertisement says. ( the work BIG is large font. Looking at BK's menu on line I see the sandwich doesn't even have the work Big in the name. According to the web menu it's called a Double Quarter Pound King. I received a Bacon King. Thinking I was getting the DQPK I asked for mayonnaise on the bottom bun. As you can imagine I had a mayo sandwich with beef and bacon.

My recommendations
1. The advertisement is misleading. Please correct
2. More importantly, I recommend a surprise or even stealth review of the Big Rapids store. If I were able, I would bet that McDonald's does 3-4 times the volume as the BR BK store and has for years. I know from personal experience the service is by far better at McD's than at BK.

Hopefully this doesn't just garner a phone call to the owner.

Burger King wasn't hired because i'm homeless

I filled out 2 online job applications for golden Colorado manager told me she wasn't Hireing not enough hours to hire me
Okay I've worked in fast food be4 I understand.yes I'm homeless seeking 3 a night 5 days a week now I eat that burger king(golden)2-3 times a day 6-7 days a week
After we talked me and manager to my shock 3 days later I walk in 3 new employees
She told me she wasn't Hireing how did she find enough hours for 3 new employees but couldn't find hours for me.and she never told me she already hired someone
I tried filling a complaint with the (EEOC)
I was unable to finish didn't save it so I emailed a couple attorney's.
I will not be discriminated I don't deserve it
I been eating in the golden burger king 4 years I will go to the golden burger king
I will see you in court

It is illegal for an employer to discriminate against a job applicant because of his or her race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.

Being homeless isn't on this list.

Burger King employee

I was an employee at burger king in Washington PA on Jefferson Ave. I was new so the manager told me how to do everything right! So I did but when I was doing my job. The other employee tell me what to do? (I know how to do it by now on). So I told the manager she talked to him but afterwards he did it again so said something again? So I was doing the dishes and I overheard him said something to a other co-worker that I didn't know how to wash so I had it! I told the manager that I could not say there so she just told me to go? However I tired to explain but she said go go in a mean way I didn't to anything I just did my job so this won't happen again I just wanted ya to understand it wasn't my fault! I feel like they should did something like switch shifts with me and him but it took me to leave but l really like working there

Burger King service

My husband and I recently moved to Chardon Ohio two weeks ago. We've been so busy with the move that fast food was our best option for a quick meal. I've been there twice and I will never go back. The food was cold both times and the girl working the drive through window is extremely rude. Red sloppy hair, that's the only description I can provide. She spoke to me like I was garbage. It's very unfortunate that this happened, I'll choose wisely the next time I grab a quick meal.

Burger King arguing about what I ordered, when it's the same thing 5 days a week

I live around the corner from this location for 14 years. Been coming here for just as long. I eat here 3-5 days a week minimum. I order the same exact thing every time. 1 rodeo cheeseburger add bacon, 1 order Value fries. Some of the employees know my order by heart even. I normally come thru the drive thru. This particular evening, I chose to walk. About 1/4 mile.

I asked for the same rodeo cheeseburger with bacon and value fries. I paid the $3.81 as that is sometimes what I am charged. usually the price is $4.25 total. I always pay cash.

Received my bag, and walked home. Only to bite into a mouth full of Mustard and Ketchup instead of The delicious BBQ sauce I am used to. Very unpleasant to say the least. I understand mistakes happen. Decided to continue, and walk back to get what I originally asked for. I was told "well, you owe me $.40" By the heavy set female, with black hair, and Tattoo on her right forearm.

I asked IF I really had to pay more money, to get what I ASKED for the first time? The lady proceeded to tell me " I asked for the regular cheeseburger" . I asked her, IF she was going to argue with me about what I order every single time, I don't ever change. She said " yes, Im going to argue because I know what I heard"

I gave her the uneaten portion, I took one bite only. I refused to pay the additional money. And I walked out without my proper order or even a refund. I was very upset, that I didn't want to even eat here anymore. I've never been treated this way from anyone at this store. I most likely won't be returning to this Burger King ever.

Burger King drive thru service.

The first time me and my mom went thru the drive thru we wanted 15 minutes in line and the order was wrong and the fries cold. As we were waiting in line one of the workers came out the side door and stood there talking to the truck in front. We thought she was giving them there food because she giving them a drink and food. But when we pulled up the truck stopped at the window and got more food. The girl at the window was very rude. We thought since it has only been opened for a couple of weeks was the problem. But then we went back to the drive thru and the girl answered it laughing and couldn't hear us with all the laughing in the background. We said it three times and she asked crispy or grilled. We were ordering the whopper combo. And herb tone was very rude. I have been there two times and I will not be back. Thank you Stephanie Key.

Burger King building maintenance

Your Burger King restaurant in Hartselle, AL (Highway 31, N; Zip Code 35640) is between my home, work, and church. Therefore I frequently stop on my way home. The food is fine and the service is usually good. However, in the women's restroom, the latch on the regular stall door has been broken for more than a year, which is ridiculous. I could bring in the toolbox from my truck and have it repaired in no time. It is a terrible inconvenience when I bring my 84 year old mother after church and one has to hold the door in order for the other to use the facility.

Burger King food totally delivered wrong, unsanitary!

Burger King:
I and another person have always used this Burger King. There are new people now and the order I placed on 05/22/2018 after 10:00 p.m. was given to me wrong! I and my friend sat outside in the parking lot to eat our sandwich since the lobby was closed to the public regarding the hours. The order was '2' Chicken Sandwiches as advertised 2 for $6.00. Also, '3' orders of Chicken Nuggets and a large coke. The lady I was with said the sandwich was too hot and spicey and could not eat it. I tried eating my sandwich and noticed we both did not have tomatoe that should have been on the sandwich. I used my cell phone to try to get someone(they were not busy)and left a message, no one answered. So, I went back through drive-thru and told them the sandwich was too hot. They said they did not put a spicey chicken in the order but took the sandwich, found out that the person that made the sandwich accidentally put a spicey chicken on the bread but took it off then put a regular non-spicey chicken on it. Very unsanitary! The chicken nuggets I also told them were not cooked done. This is a first time of being totally dissatisfied from this restaurant! There are friends hanging out in the lobby of the employees and sitting at the table and not open to the public! The employee brought us a new sandwich and a little bag with '2' slices of tomatoe in this bag since they did not put it on my sandwich like is advertised! There is another Burger King in Seneca, S.C. that is about '10' miles away and we will not use the Walhalla, S.C. Burger King anymore until the food and ordering and cleanliness is brought up to standards for a restaurant. I have been going to this Burger King in Walhalla, for over '3' yrs. and have never seen it go down like it has. I also explained about the nuggets not being done and they just asked if we came there very much. The lady employee did exchange the sandwich but like I said, it has NEVER been below the standards that I have explained. VERY UNSANITARY the way they did the sandwich, nuggets and letting people hang around in the restaurant inside that do not work there. Have even seen before last night, believe it was last week, a non-employee open the door and tell a customer that they would have to go through the drive thru since the lobby was closed! They also had a drink, etc. Not clean like it used to be. There use to be a manager that was on the evening shift named 'Bryan' and I did ask about him and was told he was on the day shift right now. Something needs to be straightened out, this Burger King has NEVER been like this before! Sorry to complain but until it is straightened out, we do not feel comfortable eating there anymore.

Burger King food/service

Monday evening my partner and I decided to go to Burger King for the awesome deal you are offering. The Kings Meal deal. We ordered two Both prepared with no condiments. Plain. When the order arrives we check the first sandwich which seems to be fine. We assume the rest of the order was ok as well. We finally are home (3miles drive.) we are now ready to eat and watch our favorite television shows. We discover pickles, mustard, mayo, all over the sandwich. We are immediately laughing because my partner is from Mooresville NC, born and raised. I was simply visting for the weekend. He literally complains bout this particular location all the time. I'd never experienced it. Until...

We go back to the drive thru window. Immediately we are told we can't accept food thru the window. Right after that manager Farrell comes up asking what the issue is. We began to explain and he interrupts asking have we touched/ate the food. I immediately say "Well, we def touched it that's how we know it's not right. He then closes the drive thru window with prep gloves on. Stands there goes through our bag of food checking every sandwich. He then opens the window with the same HIGHLY CONTAMINATED GLOVES open the sand which and begins lifting the meat off the bread showing it's plain. Offering the food back, because "nothing is wrong with 1of the 4 sandwiches" i couldn't believe what i was hearing and seeing. I'm telling Farrell I'm not happy with my order. I'd like it to be made over especially after having to leave my home and drive all the way back. My food was never made over . I was forced to take a refund back. I absolutely cannot believe I was forced to take my money back as if I wasn't good enough to eat at the establishment. I was t good enough to have the order made over. FYO: We waited on the initial order forever to complete Atleast 12minutes, drive another 15min and have to come all the way back to deal with a person who doesn't have empathy, compassion, understanding. I am only now left to think it's how I look. I don't think I could ever walk into, drive up to a BURGER KING ever again. I really have the worst taste in my mouth. Feelings are completely hurt. Simply put, wow.

Burger King i'm complaining about product & service, or lack thereof...

This BK is the WORST I ever encountered. Stupid me keeps going back giving them more and more chances, mostly because it is close to where I live (Convenience). But everytime I go there, they either do not have something or they constantly "forget" parts of my order. That store probably owes me at least $100 in food they did not give me that I ordered. I tried speaking to a daytime manager and received much attitude when I asked why they didn't serve "brewed" Ice Tea all day long. She said they make a batch in the morning and then that's it...seriously? Today I went through the drive through and placed my order really slow and made sure it was correct on the speaker's screen...It was perfect. A single Sourdough King, small fries, and two pies. I even explained to the lady at the window that I wasn't trying to be rude, but that I always have bad luck at that place. She gave me my order, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt by NOT looking in my bags before leaving. I get home, and guess what? Haha, I have to laugh, or I will cry, there were NO FREAKIN FRIES!
Unbelieveable! I reckon it is what happens when you hire KIDS and people with attitudes who just do not care!
