I live a hour away and stopped for lunch to bring home on Sunday 2 pm, December 10th 2017. I went inside of the establishment and the customer service experience I was given was the worst I've ever had. Very rude. The whole order was wrong and I asked twice if they had the correct order. I am very upset and will be going viral with this. I demand a refund or my correct meal. I am very frustrated and upset with your establishment. The picture below is supposed to be a whopper with no tomato or mayonnaise.

I order the bacon and cheese whopper sandwich meal and changed the fries to onion rings and they forgot to give me the onion rings. We even had to sit outside and wait on our food. I tried calling for the past two days but it keeps saying all circuits are busy no matter what time I call. This is the east rome burger king in Rome, Ga 30161. 1313 Turner Mc Call Boulevard.

Im sick and tired of showing up to this Burger King and ordering food paying full price getting home and finding out that I got empty burger ir in this case chiclen sandwiche. Is this a CON because i hace pictures and I live in the area. Is this a vircus because clearly the owner if the burger king does not care Vout their customers that they allow their employees to swubdle their customers. But its ok because i plan to make this very specific Burger King famous on social media. Because im sick and tired of paying full price for half of the product. I can only hope the owner takes me serious because I live 3 min away and im simply a patron tired of getting [censor] by this establishment.

P.S . I ordered everything on the meal and made no changes. Why I was missing lettuce and whatever else comes is beyond me. And this is not the first time but im seriosely hoping its the last considering this is the 4th time ive beem screwed by this perticular Burger King.

We would like to visit our local Burger King at night, but all of the outside lights are out. It is too dark to see anything in the parking lot. Burger King would have more customers if the would fix this lighting problem because a lot of people are scared to go there after dark.
When they first opened it was a well lit area but not any more.
Will you please fix this problem.

Frappe was overly sweet to much Carmel syrup. My hasbrowns were cold I requested NEW ones, waited 5mins to receive same hasbrowns luke warm. I believe they were redipped in grease. I also wanted to participate in the survey but both recipts I was given were missing the top # which is the 1st # you need to do the survey.Coincidence I don't think so.

There was a bug fried into my food. I don't know what else to say other than that but you require a minimum of three hundred and fifty characters to post my complaint so I will just keep typing whatever comes into my mind until I reach the three hundred and fifty character minimum requirement limit. I feel like complaining about this requirement limit now. Sheesh.

Went to Store Number 8758?in Virginia went home eat food drink drink and went to dump ice out in sink and seen filt and still have it here is the pictures! I will never eat there again and will make sure everyone knows called complaint Number still have never called me back I want someone to call me back or I will be contacting a lawyer this is filth and not fit for a animal to drink and I still have it

We walked in the Mooresville, NC location #4944 at 12:02 pm and ordered our food. We then had to wait for 30 min while other orders were being sent out. After 25 min of waiting I went to the counter to ask about my order which was #348 and the associate called #359. The associate Ashley then got an attitude with me when I asked and told me it would be out when it got out. After receiving our food we checked it for accuracy because I ordered a Whopper with cheese only Ketchup Pickles and Cheese. I noticed it had Mayonnaise on it instead of Ketchup. I then told the Team Leader about it and he got the problem fixed. I then watched the sandwich maker take a bun straight out of the bag and not toast it or anything and managed to make my sandwich on a cold untoasted bun. After she remade it I asked the cashier for a refund and she refused to give it to me.

I go to the drive thru and order a double cheese burger ketchup only and I get my food and the Burger I get is not ketchup only plus it's lukewarm as well so I won't go to this location again. There r better locations. and she did not even put it down on the receipt so was she not listening to me. So is this a normal thing for employees to not hear your order right.

Burger King claims food is made to order, yet I received my sandwich and fries and they were barely warm. I thought I would submit a survey on-line which when I tried it asks for a receipt which I wasn't given. I am pretty sure they knew I wouldn't be happy so they didn't offer a receipt. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location and I truly wish it wasn't like this because it has the most convenient location in town.

Probably nobody will read this, don't even know if Nicaragua's Burger King complaints should be here, but couldn't find any other way to reach you guys... So I am quite disgusted on how business is being handled over here, employees will now restrict you if you take more than a minute to make an order AND hang up on you if you do so! Now this so-called-supervisor has manners, no respect on how to treat a client and on top of that making sounds of discontent... I did not see that one coming...

My fiance and I went through the Burger King drive thru in Saratoga Springs NY. This was the last time we will ever order from any establishment called Burger King again. We went through the drive thru in between 5-6 pm and ordered a large and small fry. We pulled up to the second window in which a girl was working at and she appeared to be on drugs because she was very monotoned and didn't seem like she was in reality. She handed me the bag and I handed it to my fiance and turned back quick before the drive thru window closed and I had to ask for ketchup. I wasn't asked if I needed any condiments and she turned to grab them and handed them to me rudely. As we were heading back home my fiance took a bite of the fries and they were ice cold as well as undercooked. We were quite frustrated because of the fact it was a simple order how can you mess up cooking fries. Needless to say we only spent $5 yes but still that's money out of our pockets paying for the employees checks. In all honesty it's the same as being ripped off you put money into a product and it's nothing like the way it's advertised. We have had multiple situations with other burger kings as well, we stopped going there for a good year now. We decided it was only fries and we ordered them to go with our other part of our dinner, how can you mess that up but nothing really surprises us anymore. I'm sorry but the amount of money we and others paid for a good fresh but fast meal is insane. It's expensive to even get fast food and the quality as well as the employees are terrible. It's almost a slap in the face but they complain about not being paid enough, earn it just like any other job. At this point were done with burger king for good.

i haven't been here for awhile due to the traffic congestion in the area of this business. they are too hard to get to. but I did and my burger was burnt black on one side and raw on the other. it was all cold, previously cooked? the pickle in it was absolutely inedible. I tried repeatedly to get a bite of it and ended up removing it from burger. even then, the pickle was so tough I could neither chew nor swallow. ordering oerson was extremely rude. I got the offer of a free burger for submitting something. but I don't drink soda and I never eat fries. I would have to purchase those before receiving a 'free whopper'? no wonder there is never anyone at this business. and I won't go back...EVER!

After a very long day at work, restaurant owner here, I stopped at BK to grab some dinner for my wife and myself. She is not a BK fan, sorry to say, but I raved about your chicken sandwich so she agreed to give it a try. I don't think I will ever be able to convince her again. I have never submitted a complaint to any restaurant, but the food was that awful. The oil is way overdue to be changed. All of our food was cold. The burger patty was seemingly ripped in half and all veggies piled to one side (weird). Fries were very old. The crispy chicken sandwich had a very bitter taste, hopefully because of the old oil and nothing more serious. We were starving and had a few bites, but the food ended up being inedible. We are now wishing we tossed immediately after the first bite as we are feeling sick to our stomachs.

The Burger King in Warrenton has very rude employees. I went there last night before 10 and was going to place an order. The man employee had to have me repeat my order three times and then someone came out of the back door and yelled we are closed. Then the person taking my order told me to hold on and said we are closed and nothing else. I had placed my order before 10 and he should have finished the transaction if he started it. I am very unhappy with the customer service and this is not the first time I have had an issue. They always tell you to pull up to the white line even if you have a small order and you have to sit there and wait. Very poor customer service.

Me and my so. Went through the drive thru this morning, they messed up our order. I pulled around and sent my son in to get the hash browns they didn't give us and one of the employees called him a fat [censor] as he was walking out under his breath. When I spoke to the manager of this store in the phone she told me "there's only 2 employees here and neither one of them. would do that" so now im a liar... and she obviuosly has no intention on doing anything about anything. I hung up because I'm not going to argue with her, I shouldn't have to. I called the store on racetrack rd and the manager there was very apologetic and said she has caught employees doing this and they were written up. She suggested I do this. The staff at the mary esther store is unprofessional on every level including the manager and I would think you would want to do so. ething about that. The rating is not good for this store at all and if they treat people like this it's no wonder.

If you want to be put in the worse mood and hand your money over to the most disrespectful, inconsiderate bunch of [censor], go to Burger King at 5654 Buford Highway, Doraville Ga, they cant even get a happy meal order correct, let alone count the 40 plus I spend daily to be insulted, franchisee needs to wake up or lose it all, = 10 news on my side as they go thru drivethru and record every word in English and spend someone that can bring justice to these arrogant franchisees and workers because they need either to shape up or close the store, I spend 300-350 weekly and have receipts to back this, every order is screwed up some how, always and they response has been the. Same no contact back from owners and Burger King customer service just gets irrattated as well. But when news on my side goes in I pray that this location is shut down and regrouped and enough money from the owners pocket gets taken like they take mine and give nothing you ever ask for. I'm going to snap soon and let's say this PTSD vet has already seen the worse now maybe someone will see the [censor] at Burger King

Hey I really don't like complaining but Same thing is happening every time and I'm really tired of wasting my money I go to burger king on 2550 Welsh rd Philadelphia 19152 almost everyday when they take order they are very rude and giving attitude I don't really care about that but food they make me is so stale one time I order chicken burger it's was hard as rock I couldnt chew it and had to thow is out I also had medium onion ring on side and those onion rings were so cold and hard I paid more than $2 for onion ring and there were only 4 onion rings and they put couple of French fries. Every time i spend 10 to12 dollars everyday and I have to throw food out or eat garbage food so I decide complain they need better staff and I'm not saying everyone is bad there is one lady she is amazing so I m complaining about people they were working on december 1 st and December 2nd that was my recent visit. I waited good 10 min I thought they making me fresh food but that waiting got me garbage food and they did this so many time and they never gave me recipe for my purchase. Please get this message to manager or someone who can solve this problem because I tired of wasting my money.
