Burger King bacon big king

We purchased this burger at Vermillion Road location. As my husband was eating it we discovered it had no bacon put on it. So we looked it up online and realized that it indeed was supposed to have the bacon on it . The disappointing part is that the burger itself is actually called the bacon big king, so somebody making the burger was clearly not paying attention to the job at hand. We did not go back in to complain because it was a drive thru order. I took A picture of the burger and do have my receipt if need be.

Burger King forgot a whopper and whatever this is

Burger King on recker and mckellips has construction so you can only go threw drive threw I wait for the car ahead of me to order I ordered a whopper meal and 2 nugget meals when I received my meal I only had 2 nugget meals in bag a a fry they forgot my whopper so I kindly drove back to the drive threw and had to wait for 2 cars ahead of me to explain they forgot my whopper. Then I waited for the whopper as they gave me a whopper for the inconvenience but by now my other food was cold. I drove home to open up the whopper the first one tasted odd I opened the second one luckily my husband doesnt like onions and took bun off to remove onions to find a time sticker in the sandwich got grossed out and did not eat it. Everything was cold by the time I got it home due to having going threw drive threw twice and waiting a while.

Burger King store number 04022 in rock hill south carolina 29730

I order my food at 8:23 which was two double cheese burgers with no pickles, chicken jr and small fry. Finally got my food just did a quick check everything looked good. Get home which is not even 5 minutes away and about to eat... check neither sandwich was a double cheese burger and fries was cold as every. Go back tell them my order get back to the window still not right had pickles on my sandwich and fries don't even get me started. This doesn't make any sense what's so every. Poor customer service and you need to hiring people that wants to work instead of playing around and messing up people orders. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MORE OF MY SERVICE!

Burger King poor customer service

Hello. I am disgusted by the service I have received from the burger king in Johnston ri. Putnam pike. I do not have the name or the store number because the male that was at the drive thru ripped my receipt . The phone number to the store is [protected]. I was asked what I wanted as I am telling him he continues to huff and puff and did not allow me to correct my order. When I saw the wrong order on the screen, I tried to tell him it was wrong he ignored me and asks anything else. I repeated my self again stating I did not want what was on the screen. When I drove up I was overcharged for something I did not want. Also he forgot to give me my drink. He was disgustingly rude. I personally would not want him to work at my store. Poor customer service/extremely bad service. I than drove again to the window and he asked the other woman who seem to me she was the night manager/shift leader and I told her. That man is rude and she also ignored me. Did not acknowledge anything I was telling her. She gave me my drink. No apologies what so ever. This happen 7:12pm on 10/30/18. T=10L I=9 C=124. I am disgusted by the service I received. I hope in the future you will get the correct people to manage and work with great customer service. What a horrible experience!

Burger King the man the claim to be the manager

Towson Town Centre,. Working there are two males, one female. One man, African American, very over weight, had headphone in both ears rapping while I'm telling him my order. He took out his headphone and asked me again. I repeat myself. I only asked him for a Small Coke, the guy ring up the coke. Now he's rapping to the other male worker. So I asked him if he could hurry. He got upset at me for rushing him, at this point I'm running late to clock in at my job, and told me I can't get my money back because I didn't have to rush him. I went right next to them at Charley's as he continue to threaten me and more.

Burger King employee/employer abuse

On Saturday October 27 2018 I came to work I was scheduled 11am to 8 pm and clocked in a little before my shift started then I got ready to get a bank but the GM Sean Morris told me (with sarcasm) don't bother you won't be here all day.. leaving me confused as I was scheduled for a 9 hour shift and always cashier either at the counter or drive through when I replied I was scheduled until 8 he said he knew as he was too I said then if he had a problem he could send me home then but he said no and that I was to just use his bank at the drive through, after taking care of a couple of customers the credit card Machine started declining cards it said batch set full? when I told him the customers card got declined because of the batch issue he asked me what I did to mess it up and told me to run it in two payments which didn't work then got mad and said it was my fault because it worked until I got there then walked away to fix the issue when the customer who didn't have cash sat there for 6 minutes I went to find him to see how to handle it or if it was fixed he screamed at me to just give the customer his order which I immediately went back and did when Florence came into work he pulled me off the drive through and when I asked him where he wanted me he replied with just go over there and do whatever motioning towards the fry station so I did after replying once again that if there was an issue with me being there I would be happy to go home which he once again denied after Florence was there for a few minutes on drive through he remarked loud enough for me to hear at the fry station how the drive through time was down 1 second.. as I stayed because of the busyness of the day I told the other manager that was there I really wanted to go home he said just go but I didn't because I didn't feel he could let me go without my being fired being second under the GM Sean after the rush I was having a headache and panic attack sick to my stomach because of the interaction with the GM the other manager Cynthia told me to get a drawer for the front counter I told her no I was going home I was sick and asked Sean to leave he said I could go.. so Sunday, Monday, and today after waking up sick and having a panic attack I have called in sick when Sean told Noe I needed a doctor note to be able come back I told Noe I don't have insurance or money to go to a doctor so if Sean was going to fire me he could then I called later and spoke to Noe explaining why I have been sick.. depression he said Sean said for me to not come back, I am assuming I was fired today and asked Noe to see if I could give a two week notice and just not schedule me so I won't have to explain why I am fired on the application I am now filling out to find a new job. On a secondary note I have not been late to nor left early from work in the months I have worked there and have always tried to do my job efficiently. Joyce Scott aka Joy

Burger King gift card

I purchased a new gift card for 15$ and when the recipient tried to use it the burger King in Bear Delaware refused to honor it. I spent several days on the phone trying to resolve this matter and I was never able to get it done This has caused me and the recipient great embarrassment and humiliation.We were not even offered any compensation for the trouble this caused On Sunday October 28, 2018 I contacted by again and all I was told to do was a complicated and tedious resolution.

Burger King quality and service

My family and I visited the Burger King on Campbell avenue in Lynchburg Virginia the evening of the 29th of October 2018. After ordering food for my wife and two children. Consisting of kids meals with extra fries, two large value meals and two additional side items. We waited for over 15 minutes only to receive food that was haphazardly thrown together and fries that were soggy. I opened my sandwich to find that it included all condiments after I politely requested it to be plain. My wife's meal was wrong all together and had to be made again. This of course meant another long wait with rude stares and a "why are you bothering me" attitude. My drink was also in need of having the syrup changed and to beat all of that the newly renovated store desperately needed cleaning. 22 years in the restaurant business and it was among the top five of my worst experiences. Smdh Burger King.

Burger King service

Your night crew at the window and on the intercom taking orders was very very snobby and very much rude way unprofessional she acted like I was interrupting her nap or lunch break she wouldn't even give me a recite the 2 chicken sandwiches were so over cooked and dry. I usually don't have an issue here but that was just redicoulus

Burger King management at des plaines il store 00522

I have never felt so angry and mad and mistreated at Burger King.
Went in to have dinner with my boyfriend and ordered food and got our cups.
Went to the machine and filled mine up and waited for him to fill his up, as the manager of the store was filling the lids and straws.
Once she finished I walked over and grabbed the lid and straw " mind you she was glaring at me the whole time she is filling these" and she walks over by the Icee machine and has the nerve to look and me and say "Ma'am you cannot put Icee in your drink if you did not pay for it" I said Excuse me and she repeated it. I said I did not put Icee in my drink and don't even drink Icee, but thank you for accusing me. She then said " I just cleaned this machine and it is dirty again, You cannot put Icee in your drink" I again said I did not put Icee in there and opened my lid and showed her the cup but it didn't matter she was still accusing me.
I got upset that she kept accusing me and would not believe me. I am 38 yrs old and do not need to steel or lie and the fact the Manager of the store would not drop it and kept going makes it that much worse.
I don't care if your having a bad day or unhappy with life, but Do Not take it out on paying customers.
She did not eve apologize and I felt like I was being watched the whole time.
I did my best to not get loud and angry and did pretty well.
But I have never felt so mistreated especially by management.

I will NEVER go back to store 00522 and will make sure everyone know not to go there unless they want to be accused as well for something they never did.

Burger King wrong food twice

So I went to the Burger King in Chicopee MA. their address is 1284 Memorial Dr
Chicopee, MA 01020 and their phone number is [protected]. I purchased two Sourdough Philly Cheese King with extra grilled onions on 10/27/2018. So they gave me two wrong meals. I called the store when I got home and saw that it was wrong. So today 10/29/2018, I went back up there and spoke to a manage and picked up my two free meals. Once I got home I realized they did the same thing as before. Now I calls them again and tells them the problem. At this point I want my money back because if their manager can't get it right how are the employees suppose to get it right. And all they can do is give me another meal. I am wasting time and gas by going back and forth just to receive something I didn't order nor pay for. This is ridiculous and just plan bad service. I would like to be reimbursed the money I spent along with my gas and for my time. Something needs to be done about this situation. Burger King management

I came to the burger king on knoxville in peoria il. And I stood in line & waited fory order after almost 10 minutes I ask when my food was going to be ready. Olandra rudlely cursed me and called me a [censored]. When I ask can I get a refund on my food for bad customer service she told me no and threw the bag of food on the table. Everyone I come to this burger king she has very very nasty attitude to the servers and customers. She doest work the food is always late and cold.

Burger King incompetent manager

We ordered a couple of regular burgers at the Burger King at 11590 SE 82nd, Portland, OR. Noticed that there were at least 10 customers waiting for their orders already and we were the only new customers ordering. After 1/2 hour of waiting, only a few had finally received their orders. I went up and told the manager how long we'd all been waiting - his response was "good for you." Our order took another 10 minutes. The manager was not at all concerned about his customers. We will never be back!

Burger King services

I hate pulling up at their location after you pay for your food you have to wait 2 minutes until you pull to pick up your order.then you pull up to the pick up window and another 30sec till you get your food
The manger tell her employee to do this.to have the customers to wait at the pay window and then pul at the pick up window to wait some more.

Burger King food

As i was sitting in eating my food a roach crawls out of my biscuit as I'm eating! I am very disgusted! I am always eating at this restaurant but since this incident I haven't been able to step inside the place... I get stomach pains off and on because of this. I received a call from the district manager who was unable to resolve the issue so this is the 2nd time I'm bringing this to your attention.

Their management staff is the worst' unprofessionals. They're mad rude with customers and their employees. They be yelling, saying bad words and cursing at their employees. I feel sorry for them. I don't know how they put up with it. They argue with customers knowing the policy that customer is always right! Specially when they know they messed up your order. Y'all need to fix that. Better yet.. Fire them all. Specially the queer guy and the short spanish dude.

Burger King food & lobby area

When I went in tonight the lobby was disgusting and then I order the sour dough meal and the woman with the button down shirt had an attitude the whole time taking my order and I didn't receive my whole meal and my meat was undercooked and when I brought it back it was like she looked at me with so much attitude & it took her 20 mins to remake it for me and it was still undercooked meat from the first burger I brought back

Burger King apple pie

161-50 crossbay Blvd, Howard beach, ny, 11414. Store # 9956

A few hours ago purchased an apple pie slice from this location. Got home to eat it a few minutes ago to find a giant round of blue and orange mold growing on the pie slice. Tried to contact the store who ended up being closed and customer service phone was absolutely useless. So ultimately nothing was resolved other than being told to wait on the store manager to contact me in 48 hours. Thankfully my kid didnt want a piece or else they might have eaten it and gotten sick for all I know. Very very bad experience with no solution.

Visited this burger king location a few hours ago and bought a few items including q piece of apple pie. Got home and sat down to eat the apple pie only to find a gigantic round of blue and orange mold in the middle of the pie. Thankfully none of my kids happened to get to it before me and end up eating it. This is absolutely unacceptable. The store just so happened to be closed and customer service deemed to be of no help other than saying store management will contact me in 48 hours. Very upsetting seeing as though we visit this burger king quite often. Definitely doubt I'd ever be going back.

Burger King service and no ketchup

I just left your location on mc farland blvd e tuscaloosa al. I would give you the store number but i didn't get a reiept. I went through the drive-through about 7:30 pm 10/28/18. This was the second time in the last week this location was out of ketchup and other dipping sauces for the nuggets. I managed a fast food restaurant if we ran out of someThing we could borrow it from another local store. I would give you the reciept information but i did not get one on either trip to this location. Are your food cost high? no reciept is a sign of stealing. A couple of weeks ago my two whoppers had nothing but ketchup on them. We ordered them with everything. When i called to complain i was told to bring them back. Since i live 15 or more minutes away i told her to forget it. Tonight it was no napkins and no straws. It is always something. You spend alot of money on the coupons you send out. But if new customers are treated like me you are waisting your money!

Burger King bacon egg and cheese croissant

The location is off crill ave and zip is 32177.

Never had a issue here and when I go to the drive thru it is fast. Today I was not able to place a mobile order on the app, it would only let me do order at restaurant and had to show the coupon code, I used the bogo bacon egg and cheese corissant coupon in the app. Person at the front was rude and when I got home I opened it and neither croissant was cooked. everything else was just not the croissants.
