Don't worry the manager did nothing to discipline "Ryan". Maybe instead of clogging your lungs and veins with BurgerKing you should sit down and have a good old fashion meal with your kids. Let them know that you love them with a healthy meal instead of processed cow ###.

By the way, I love fast food. This isn't against fast food. Its against your ### parenting.

Burger King king, likes square bottoms, sponge bob

We have no complaints about food or service or cleanliness. I read the complaint page and was amazed. Our complaint is about your advertizing.
No one that I know lets there children watch Sponge Bob and Square Pants. One friend has a machine that deletes all bad words or unacceptable words for her and her family. She said half the words on the Sponge Bob show are deleted. Wow, no wonder a lot of people don't want their kids watching it. I like your Swiss Mushroom Burger (Although it is too big to eat it all at one time and not very good when it is left overs). However, until the time comes that you no longer use Sponge Bob commercials and promotional items...we will not be able to partake or enjoy your food. Please, consider the children minds and development.
Sincerely and hopefully, Rob and Sandy Bailey

Wow, if half the words in SpongeBob get bleeped out, I couldn't even image what it must be like to watch the news with that device. . .

I'm convinced that the same people simply register new names to write new "complaints". The style rarely varies. Half credible rambling complaints about God knows what.

"(Although it is too big to eat it all at one time and not very good when it is left overs)"
Oh, boo hoo, will Burger King EVER make a Swiss burger that also tastes good as a left over?! They should really get on that. My breakfast would be much more enjoyable if I could just pull out that fast food and woof it down before heading off to work.

"No one that I know lets there children watch Sponge Bob and Square Pants"
No one that I know thinks that Sponge Bob and Square Pants are two separate people. Lordy, I couldn't care less about it but even I know that.

See what I'm saying? I'd rather not believe that 'Merka is really this collectively and consistently dumb. But I've been disappointed before.

Burger King sponge bob commercial

To Whom it may concern,
I have never sent a complaint like this before. This is about your new commercial for Sponge Bob, I think that it is disgusting. You want parents to buy a kids meal with a commercial like that. I have a 3yr and a 2yr. old and when that commercial comes on I turn the channel. I do not approve of this and will not eat at a Burger King that advertises somthing that disgusting. If you want parents to buy a kids meal with a toy in it then make it more down to earth where the children can watch it on tv. Your advertisers need to be fired for who ever came up with that dirty, nasty, commercial.
Thank you,
Karen Edwards

I do not make a habbit of making a complaint for any company unless it's extremely appropriate. My young children love Sponge Bob. The fact that Burger King's commericial makes rediculously lude gesters toward "boody" and sexy woman's butts is offensive at best and tasteless to the point of never eating there again at worst. If they used a little taste and family appropriateness next time maybe they wouldn't lose customers that have been eating there they're whole lives!

The new Burger King commercial for the Spongebob meal is just awful. I do not think little children need to see rump shaking just so that parents can be badgered for a meal. Do you want your little girls shaking her rump in grandpa's face? I guess it's true..anything for a buck.

So sorry that we live in such a prude country that people think that the infamous SpongeBob commercial is lewd or morally objective. I had to go back and Google the commercial (*that's* how much of an impression it made, I don't even remember it) to see what the hee haw was about and quite frankly, I still don't see the issue. In Europe, it is commonplace to have nudity in commercials - something our Puritan founded society would surely object to.

Here is a thought: maybe you should teach your children about sex at an early age instead of pointing fingers and calling it the devil's work; then maybe you won't have to worry about when your child comes home knocked up / has gotten someone knocked up because you tried to hide the truth about sex or shelter them. Don't believe me? Look at the teenage pregnancy rate in the Netherlands, where sex is much more prevalent in the media, versus the United States. Of course, there is something that could be said about the drug laws there that applies to America (legalization) but that that is a different topic all together.

Time to grow up and join the rest of the world, America.

Grim_Blue, people ar enot getting more uptight about this, people are becoming so desensitized that they accept all this filth as normal. The truth is, we need to teach this generation about what is right and wrong, and instill morals and values before they become people are just do whatever feels good to them without caring about what they are doing.

That is not sheltering btw, . You got your fact all backwards. It is important to let them know what is going on in this world and that they need to make right choices. If you teach your children the truth, they will not go against it(as you stated).

Oh, you mention friends who grew up in a strict christian home. I am not a strict christian, I am one who sticks to what is right and strives to avoid what is wicked, immoral, etc.

Soooo, Grim_Blue, you would find it fine for little girls to imitate this commercial and shake their "booties" while boys "measure" it, just like in the commercial? And by teaching my kids morality, I will actually make them immoral? Huh? Wake up...sex sells and they are selling it to little children now. If people don't push back, it will just get worse because they are getting away with it. Boycott Burger King!

Ok, first of all I wanted to say that I am a father of two; a boy and a girl. I think all of you are leading (and in effect, forcing your children to lead) very sheltered lives. It's a commercial, about a cartoon sponge for christ's sake. Kids aren't going to look at it in a manner of "sexual exploitation", or whatever you would want to call it. The fact is, kids find stuff like that funny. I remember when I was growing up with my brother and sister, as sick as it may sound, the subject of butts and pretty much anything involving them was satire. That remained the same with kids at my school, and even younger cousins and nephews/neices of mine today. The way I see it, is that the world is not getting more desentized ( as whistleblower put it), but rather people are getting more uptight about things. Subjects such as sex, profanity, and violence only have as much power as you give them. One thing I've noticed from friends and people I know, is that if you make a big deal of things of controversy, then often the children will treat them as such. Often times when they grow older, they will also go against what you teach them as kids, and embrace what you see as "bad" or "immoral". I saw it happen with a couple of my friends who grew up in strict Christian homes. I just wish people were more open-minded and weren't "appalled" at the drop of a damned hat.

I too am disgusted with this commercial! I do not have kids and I still will refuse to eat at Burger King just because of the message they are sending. You are right, their web site does not allow emails .. but their corperate number is listed : [protected], and first thing in the morning I plan on being on the phone and telling them just what I think of their shameless production!

I went to the Burger King home site to complain about their Sponge Bob commercial but they do not accept e-mails. Good thing for them as I'm sure this commercial would result in a flood of complaints. Not since Wendy's and their Hot 'n Juicy campaign, which showed dogs licking the grease off of kids faces, have I seen such a complete lack of corporate responsibility! If this is the direction in which Burger King is headed, then they obviously don't want my business. And, I'm happy to comply!

Burger King terrible experience

Burger King Corp. Continues to falsely advertise, using the words (Have it your way). They will not cut the whopper in half. They offer you a knife to do it. On my first compliant to corporate headquarters. I was told an employee injury caused them to stop cutting it. I explained to them it doesn't met their advertising slogan. I suggested inventing a machine to cut it safely. What I found interesting was in the Broward County, Florida area they would do it as requested. Two (2) years later, I reported them to the BBB, (Better Business Bureaus) because of the continued use of the slogan in advertising. Their response was that the slogan meant the numerous condiments you can have put on your Burger King foods. My response then, was (Have it your way) means 'Have it your way', in plain english. Not the meaning they were giving those words.

Still after approx. three (3) years after my reporting them to the B.B.B. they continue to use the slogan in thier advertising. I had always eaten my whooper extra mayoniase cut in half almost all my life till this change in their practice. I have stopped eating their because of their response and lack of action. They should stop using the slogan if their not going to let the customer have it their way.

I'm mad because when you buy something & get your receipt it says on the back to go online to do a survey & get a CODE for a FREE WHOPPER Sandwich or Original Chicken Sandwich. When I tried it they came up with (I'm sorry but we have completed our survey for this month. Please try again later. I bought an item again & tried to do the survey & got the same response. VERY discouraging. I won't go there as often as before. I will go to McDonald's, KFC & Jack N The Box. They never have given me a problem as long as I buy something in order to get my FREE item.

Burger King square butts???

I am very offended by the latest television commercial aired by Burger King in my area! It is very sex driven, and very inappropriate to be aired. I do not like my 4 year old son running around singing "I like square butts" and sying "booty is booty".
I recently worked at a Burger King store in Talladega, Al. while being laid off from my regular job. I basically had to quit this job due to being accussed of making an inappropriate remark to a female co-worker, which I did not. I was accussed of saying something that is far more innocent than the images in the commercial being currently aired in my market. I am currently seeking counsel of an attourney to see if I have grounds for legal action against Burger King, the franchisee, and the management(general, assistants, and district) that were involved, as well as the co-worker due to the sexual nature of this commercial.

Burger King demeaning commercials

Burger King is reaching new heights in low regard for women and children. When you have to demean women in order to sell a child a stupid hamburger and toy then we have indeed sank to a new debth of decay in our society. I just viewed a commercial where they were promoting women with big square butts in order to intice children to want a burger king spongebob squarepants toy. It is sending a very poor opinion of women, their bodies, their roles in advertisement, and a sexual inuendo that belittle the progress women have strived to overcome that we are little more than sex objects to be used and discarded. SHAME ON YOU BURGER KING AND ANY OTHER SERVICE THAT HAS TO RESORT TO SUCH TASTELESS, DEMORALIZING, AND OFFENSIVE COMMERCIAL ADS TO SELL THEIR SORRY PRODUCTS.

Burger King pubic hair in my fries, no refund!!

after spending 10+ minutes at the BK drive thru speaker finally someone took my order . I wish I had just driven away! But I was hungry and my lunch break is only 30 min and I did not have time to choose another restaurant. Anyways I got the tendercrisp combo as usual, paid and drove off then back at my desk after consuming my sandwich and fries i discovered two pubic hairs at the bottom of the fry container. Needless to say I became distraught and after washing my mouth out with soap (gross what if i had swallowed one without noticing or something) I left sick for the day and went back to Burger King to confront the manager with the discovery. The manager (Abdul) was very rude and even when presented with the evidence would only offer me a replacement of the fries. Screw that I wanted my money back and I told him so. But he refused and what am I gon na do, call 911 like some people do over fast food?

So please if you eat agt Burger King check your fries for pubic hairs and do not eat there if there is an Indian manager as they do not understand how to provide even the most basic level of customer service and food cleanliness. I was treated as if i was beneath him for complaining about something so "Trivial"?

I understand that you had a problem, where you waited too long for your food and you found hair in it when you got it. We all found hairs in our food, but we are talking about Burger king and you're getting upset, just find another place to eat and move on, I'm sure they aren't losing much if you're changing your food options. I am so disappointed in Burger King's production and display of the square pants commercial.
At first sight, I thought it was a little funny. However, on further consideration, I feel the tone of the commercial is more conducive to a liquor, condom or sensual lubricant commercial. I feel it should not be shown during prime time if at all.
I do not want my 4 and 5 year old grandsons to see this commercial just as I do not want them to start looking at women as strictly sexual objects and making fun of certain body parts.
I have decided to turn off any television program running the commercial. This has been pretty difficult since it runs during some of my favorite shows. I have been watching a lot of PBS recently.
I do miss going by Burger KIng for my Whopper Jr with Cheese meal. I really do no like going to McDonalds or Wendys. I just cannot make myself go through the BK drive in because all I hear is that stupid commercial in my head. Pity.
I do not own BK stock, but if I did I would sell it immediately, even at a loss.
I realize Burger King has invested a lot of money in this commercial. We all make choices, and we enjoy or suffer the consequences of those choices.
Please, stop running the commercial so I can start watching my favorite shows again and start enjoying your fine food products.

If you’re shocked or annoyed by this commercial, my question to you is; where have you been hiding? When considering the question of culture, a valid question is “Who makes culture?” Here’s your answer; Burger King and the ad agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Both kids and adults WILL eat this up. The ad agency has cleverly and humorously connected objectification of women with cheap fatty meat and toys. What’s the problem? Isn’t this the culture you’d enjoy living in?

For me, this is really a question of culture and who we pay to create the culture and who we discourage, by neglect, to contribute to the culture. How about schools teaching some legitimate creativity and genuine critical thinking.

When it comes to the welfare and spiritual well-being of your children, griping about about a BK commercial on a blog isn’t near good enough. The reality is; this is what you bought into, and sadly, so have I.

How about considering the quality of education our kids are getting. I know part of being an American (in this current culture anyhow) is your assumed right to be too busy to have a voice. Burger King is teaching your children something, I look down my nose at you and say “wake up!” You might at least consider letting the AD AGENCY (Crispin Porter + Bogusky) and BURGER KING know what we thinbk about their funny little commercial:

Burger King offensive commercials

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gMZ62PsvRM
Burger King has had some offensive commercials before, but I think this one beats them all. Objectification and sexualization of women to sell a product is ubiquitous and disgusting and this is a particularly upsetting one. This is taking a sexist, disgusting song that they know is popular and catchy and using it to advertise a prodcut WHILE APPEALING TO A YOUNG AUDIENCE with the use of Spongebob and the squarepants/butts. This is disgusting and upsetting! If I didn't already have plenty of reasons to boycott Burger King, I do now!
It seems clear from many of their commercials that they are marketing to men and don't give a damn what the female audience members think. Well, maybe we should see how they'd do without revenues from female consumers. I know I will not be purchasing anything from them and I will encourage my friends and family not to either (of both sexes). We'll be doing ourselves a favor.

I do not appreciate the "smart alec" commercials being aired by Burger King. We should be trying to teach children to be respectful of others. It is entirely unacceptable to show adults using objectional language and actions. "Arrogant punk" is by not means acceptable nor is it acceptable for a the "Burger King" to be kicked on the shin by the child posing as his child.

Something else we could do is write the television stations requesting they discontinue the commericals based on the fact that they market this way to children. Not only do we not want our children eating this mess, we sure as hell don't want them attracted to it by means of continued denigration of 1/2 the population. If it were a bunch of African American men tap dancing around among white men who are eating the burger ( or slop) being revered by the black men, there would be an enormous outcry, and this company would be forced to stop. There was a Jack in the Box commercial about 2 years ago that was just as offensive. Many people, including myself, wrote to one of the stations here asking that they stop airing it. Almost immediately we never saw it again. Although that may be a coincidence considering that the companies pay for placing ads, I like to think it was the result of our work. :)

Burger King food old and cold

I waited in line, the drive thru girl couldn't get my order right, when I got to the window, she wanted me to check my order to make sure it was right, it was not. Then they didn't have the onion rings ready, i pulled over to the side. The did not have any onion ring sauce for the onion rings. When I did get my food it was not fit to eat. The onion rings were mushy and cold. The rest of my food was cold. Why did I have to wait, just to get cold food? One of the worst experiences at this restaraunt. Same thing happened the time before this visit. Onion rings were cold. Before that they just didn't even have any onion rings. I go to Burger King because my daughter loves their onion rings. But I think this time she finally is done with them. Not happy in any way!

Burger King disgusting commercial

"I like square butts!"... "booty is booty"... For a kids meal!?! Have you people ever heard the lyrics to that song? It's completely inappropriate - especially for children. I didn't think that was too hard to figure out. I don’t think that the women dressed provocatively is appropriate either... For a kids meal advertisment. You people are idiots. I wont be bringing my family there anytime soon because burger king is obviously not trying to be a "family restaurant".

The new commercial is so appauling. It gives a sexual overtone and I find it disgusting. After speaking with friends I found everyone else was disgusted. What people in their right mind would allow such a commercial? We used to go to Burger King a few times a month. My children will never step foot in there again. How dare you try to sell food with sex. What kind of client tell do you want? You need to hire different people that are able to sell food in a clean way.

I completely agree, I actually just posted a blog about the same commercial if you are talking about the "I like Big Butts" and sponge bob kids meal advertisement...if so I can totally see how you feel...but I had a troll(unpleasant poster) who seem to not care and not too long from me posting it ...wrote a stupid comment so I had to kindly check the person by letting them know that what they posted does not affect the truth that you and me both see is happening with Burger King's digusting commercials...so I gave the corporate office number and website to anyone who would like to contact them at the bottom of what I wrote

Take care and protect your blog, there are burger King workers who are employed to purposely attack message boards like ours...which really says something about their service and integrity

And we wonder why our society is falling apart. It’s like decency and respect has been sacrificed for the hope of profitability. If we can’t protect the innocence of our children, we may as well hang it up! Thanks for nothing Burger King… my hope is that your franchise tanks with this economy and a business with integrity will take your place.

Burger King food dropped on the floor

I placed an order inside this establishment on 3/10/2009 and witnessed, while standing on frontline, an employee drop my bun on the floor, picked it up, got another one from a warmer, thought i didn't see, and commenced to make a chicken sandwich that i was purchasing for my daughter. I then asked him, was this supposed to be my sandwich and he made a snide comment under his breath to the effect of "man don't come up in here with all of that!" But he did throw the bun away. I then was appalled at the fact that if I didn't see this happen would he have served it to me not to my knowledge? There was a manager there that witnessed it all but didn't seem concerned about it at all. I continued to watch him fix my food from then on, and after he was done, I asked the managaer was she in fact the manager, she stated yes, and I told her of my issue and asked her for corporate's phone number. She gave me the name Tracy and the phone number [protected]. I called that number on 3/29/2009 and left a message but have yet to receive a call back. The employee's name began with "D" and was something like Demetrius and they called him "D." I would like someone to contact me as expeditiously as possible concerning if this person will be reprimanded or not and how I will be compensated for the matter or if I should find another way to proceed. Thank you in advance.

Burger King sexist tv add

There is an add being shown during the college basketball playoffs for Burger King that with two dorky guys and several young girls with plenty of cleavage fawning over some burgers. It's sexist and without taste. I 'm sick of advertiseres using cleavage to sell their products!

And to "Twiiter", grow up! Why don't you muster what little brain cells you have left and form an argument that is mature, respectful, and relevant. Women who feel unattractive and have low self esteem are the ones who resort to using sexual tactics, not the ones who rebel against it, duh! If a woman is beautiful and has confidence, she doesn't need to [censored] herself to a bunch of men.

Burger Kins is sooo sexist and inappropriate and I think their advertisements should be banned in the US like they are in other countries. What ever happened to a thing called censorship? You can put any garbage on tv these days. This country is raising a generation of porn stars, pimps, and sexual predators. I will never eat at Burger King again and I will do whatever it takes to get their pornographic ads changed. Sell food not sex!

Burger King spitting in food

This Burger King has a reputation for being disgusting but what I learned after being with an employee just a few weeks ago will turn your stomach!
I was first told of this by one employee and was then told by others also that if you make the employees of this Burger King angry. Say if you drive up at the last minute when they are trying to close they will (and it has been done), spit in your burger or whatever other gross thing you can imagine.
My advice would be to stay clear of this restaurant.

Burger King food posion

I called when I could after my horribly experience with food posion, I was sick for 2 days with vomiting, light headed, lots of loose stool, abdominal craps. I called and spoke with Chris the store manager who basically told me that they don't sell bad food, and i of course did something wrong in the handling of it.

Burger King employee stealing from consumers

I went to the drive through at Burger King #4369 in Spartanburg, SC and ordered a chicken sandwich, posted cost $3.69. I was advise to pull to the second window and did so, the cashier (#2486) said the total was $4.99 and I paid her with a $20 and she gave me $15.01 change. I thought for a moment then asked for a receipt and was given one hesitantly. The receipt total was $3.99 and I advised the cashier of the discrepancy as the manager walked up and was told by the manager I would have to come inside. I went inside and explained the situation and was reluctantly given my balance of $1.00. THIS IS EMPLOYEE THEFT AND THE MANAGER WAS TOO BUSY MAKING FRIES TO ADDRESS ME FOCUSED DIRECTLY ON THE PROBLEM! I tried to report this on the BK survey but giving detail is not an option. I went to the web site but there is no place to send an e-mail. I had to place a long distance call to reach the BK headquarters where I was able to listen to a computer and after several minuets of being told how important I was to them I was advised to leave a message for someone to call me back in several days. UNACCEPTABLE! I am frustrated that Burger King really does not want to hear from the consumer, this is why I will no longer give them my hard earned money for their poor service at this or any other location.

concerned employee - if you want to hit the silly cow where it hurts, just get a few of your mates to go through drive-thru on her shift and obstruct it for as long as possible. just sit there at the window arguing and holding up all the other cars, see the manager go crackers at all the 10 minute cars you're causing.

or perhaps you could empty a bottle of ketchup into all of her tills after they've been emptied, and just blame one of the other rampant [censored]bag teenagers you unfortunately have to work with...

I am currently an employee at Burger King. And I have a problem. Well first off our Main manager and 1st assistant manager are on vacation together. And we just got a new closing manager tranfered from the Fruita store. And she just had her 1st night solo at our store in Clifton. Well I must say that last night was the most unorthodoxed night I have ever had. Almost everybody was eating, drinking, cussing, and messing around. It was the craziest night I ever witnessed. Our new "Manager" was handing free food out to all her friends and family and aquaintances "including other 1st assistant mangers from other stores" If that wasnt bad enough 3/4 of the crew were out having ciggerete breaks together while the "Manager" was fraternizing with random people through the drive thru, troughout the night! Leaving only myself and 1 other person to make the orders and hand them out. I was truly horrified! If that wasnt bad enough later that night she was jumping in and out of the drive-thru window starting what turned out to be a majoir ice fight "kinda like the food fights that you used to have in grade school" that lead into a slap boxing fight then turning into a girl on girl make out session and all in the drive-thru! And if all of this wasnt bad enough, when I brought this up to our 1st assistant manager, she told me that there was nothing she could do about it because the manager "in question" just happens to be the district managers "Favorite". I cant continue to work in these kind of conditions. I truly dont see myself being at Burger King mutch longer let alone shop there.

Travis, I read your complaint and just want to suggest you consider the possibility that the cashier may have just made an honest mistake. It could have just as easily been in your favour and you might have received an extra dollar, which I hope you would have returned! That does not excuse the poor customer service from BK. I, too am tired of being put on hold for lengthy periods of time, after being told how important my call is to them! And on occasion being told they cannot take my call, and to call back later! I personally do not feel it is worth the aggravation for a $1 error and would just chalk it up to "that's life" and save my anger for larger or more important issues. There is a saying "Don't sweat the small stuff" which I try to use!

I too had an issue with a Burger King and the smart mouthed manager. I was wondering if anyone from the headquarters would address the situation. I feel not after reading some of the other complaints and the one above. Poor manners and unprofessional dress and smart mouths and comments being made while I was with in hearing distance, will not see me at another Burger King store. You can bet it won't ever be # 2350 in Grand Junction, Co. Wendy's and McDonalds and even Chili's sure sound good and my money spends well there also, and without the long wait (which was not my fault) and surely not the MOUTH and lies from the "manager?"

Burger King short changed

You have thieves working in your restaurant. I was short changed by a black lady. I bet she kept the change for herself or would have if I had not asked for my change back. She also had the nerve to lie to me and say it was a mistake. I bought something the total came to $6.35. I paid with a $7 bill. I should have gotton 65 cents back but only got a dime and two nickels. I asked for the rest of my change. Now let me tell you I am a registered nurse. I make 90k a year. However your employee had no right to steal from me. She apologized and gave me the five cents. I know five cents is not a lot. But for someone who makes minimum wage very penny counts. This woman also tricked my daughter. My daughter thought that she had made a mistake. I informed my daughter that blacks like to steal for a living and are too lazy to earn money on their own. My daughter kept arguing with me saying she has a job at Burger King. I informed her that she was only hired because she is black and because Burger King does not want to look racist. I had to punish my daughter because of this con artist because my daughter refuses to believe that blacks are thieves. Why just look at shows like cops and America's Most wanted. Most of the thieves, rapists and killers are black. I found out that my daughter is being brainwashed into thinking blacks are equal at school when studies have shown that their brains are smaller than ours. I guess I will be home schooling her next year to put some sense into her.

I feel that this scamming thieving employee should be fired. I admit that if she had been white I would have believed she made a mistake. I am not racist. Blacks just give a bad name to themselves with their high crime rate and cries for racism whenever things don't go their way.

I feel that my intelligence was insulted by this thief thinking she can scam me and should be given a gift card. My daughter should be given one as well because I grounded her and she is suffering by being in her room. (I would have to use her gift card since she is arguing with me) however for the inconvenience that this punishment has caused her she should have some sort of compensation as she was tricked into believing this person's lies.

At the beginning I figured she was OK for complaining about her change.. no matter how much or how little, it's still HER money..

Then I was wondering how she does her math...

Then when I read " I informed my daughter that blacks like to steal for a living and are too lazy to earn money on their own." I was just ... wow. My mouth gaped open. How in the world does someone who is a "registered nurse" that fails to be educated in elementary school math come off feeling as if she's black people? Generalizing race is humanities number one issue..
Not all blacks are illiterate and/or thieves.
Not all whites are racist and/or rich.
Not all Mexicans (Hispanics, you mean, by the way... not all Hispanics are Mexicans) mow lawns and/or traffic drugs.
EVERYONE is EVERYTHING. No ONE classification of human beings is EXACTLY the same.

.. then I read the comments and was surprised how people automatically thought she was white...

"I admit that if she had been white I would have believed she made a mistake."... doesn't mean she's white.

I know Hispanics that refuse to shop where other "low class" Hispanics shop... and have said they prefer "higher class White" shopping areas..

This still makes no sense to me... racism is idiotic. I'm a 17 year old Bosnian (south eastern slavic) female raised in a modernized, less religious Turkish Muslim household, first generation American, born in Italy... I've been around and know what it's like in different situations and have family in different situations.. When will people start to realize they're NOT above anyone just because of color, religion, ethnicity, or class?

These type of people sincerely disgust me with how narrow minded they are...

Second of all, there are no seven dollar bills.
Third, sixty five cents is not made up of a dime and three nickels.
