Never sent item, no customer service
I ordered from Bungzie.com on August 1.They never sent my order, and never responded to multiple emails over a couple of weeks asking for information or a refund.
I subsequently saw online many other people reporting the same thing on several review sites. Bungzie.com are either really inept or they're crooks; my vote would be for the latter. I'm not out much money at all on this failed transaction, but it's still very annoying. Here's the moral of this little story: check reviews of any unfamiliar online retailer before ordering from them.
No customer service and order was never received
I made an order with Bungzie in early December 2015 and received nothing yet and it is now late April as we all know. So, their site still says that my order is processing. 5 months already passed and my order was not even shipped! This entire situation is super ridiculous and I really doubt that I will get my stuff. Asked for a refund several times and got absolutely no response. This website is 100% scam and I suggest everyone to stay far away from it. And now I have to find a way how to get my money back.
They took my money!
Bungzie is a total scam website! They took my money and I never received my order. I placed my order over two months ago and still nothing! How is it even possible? I'm shopping online for ages and this is the first time when shipping takes so long! I tried to call them and sent like tons of emails, but they never replied and I still know noting about my order! I can't even ask for a refund, because these scam artists continue to ignore me! Don't trust Bungzie!

The company scammed me and hasn't delivered the order
I have also become a victim of www.bungzie.com. I have purchased from the website and within couple of weeks I waited for the orders. I contacted online chat agents and they only told that I should wait, because the order was sent. The company has the worst customer services, because the agents didn’t tell truth and try to finish the conversation with you as soon as possible. Don’t deal or buy from them!
Fraudulent website
Do not order anything from Bungzie! I ordered some items back in November 2015 and it is now February and I didn't receive anything yet. Those items were Christmas gifts for friends and family. After several emails someone from the company finally replied. They said that they will contact me later. Another lie! No one got back and after another three weeks of waiting I filed a dispute with PayPal. PayPal tried to contact them, but they never responded. Horrible company! Avoid it at all costs!
Our communication stopped
Terrible deals. I ordered 5 items from the company www.bungzie.com. My order was in stock; therefore I thought that there wouldn’t be any problems. It was mistake to buy from this horrible company. They charged me and vanished somewhere. They didn’t confirm the purchase and haven’t told me that the order has been sent. I feel scammed and need some explanations. But the seller didn’t react to my angry emails and messages. Maybe, someone knows how to do it.
The device was useless and rep still haven't helped me
I ordered some electronic device from the company www.bungzie.com. After 3 month it stopped to work, so I contacted the seller, who agreed to change it or repaired. He promised to call me back, when he would be able to come, but week after week and no one showed up. His phone was switched off. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Guys, beware of the duplicate & overpriced products.I have ordered MK bag from this cheap website.I waited for the bag to arrive for almost 3 weeks, finally when arrived the MK logo was fallen off in the box.I was really shocked & surprised.The zip was not at all working, over all the MK bag was duplicate & fake.Return policy is even worst then this.They dint even bother to refund my money back. Fraud people like pratik bang are running such fake website so that they can cheat customers & get money from them.Please don't buy anything from bungzie!They supply fake products in order to cheat customers!
