I BOUGHT THE CAR, 1SERIES 2006 MODEL BMW AUTOMATIC ON THE 26 MARCH 2013 AT BULL EYE GARAGE @ PTA, WITHING 3 DAYS THE CAR WAS WITH ME IT STARTED GIVING ME PROBLEMS I PHONED THE SALES PERSON HE ADVISED THAT THEY WILL TAKE IT AND FIX IT, THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FIX IT LAST WEDNESDAY AND ON FRIDAY HE CALLED AND SAY THEY WONT BE ABLE TO COME AND TAKE THE CAR I MUST BRING IT ON MONDAY THE 9 APRIL, WHAT MAKES ME MORE ANGRY IS THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN, T EVEN BOTHER TO FIND ME ALTENATIVE CAR FOR ME TO GO TO WORK, THE CAR GAVE ME PROBLEMS AND I HAVE BEEN TELLING THE SALES MAN BY THE NAME OF ERNEST THAT THE BMW IS SHOWING THE LIGHT THAT SAYS SERVICE AND HE ASKED ME NOT TO WORRY AS IT NORMALLY COMES AND GOES, THEN THE NEXT DAY IT SHOWS AGAIN THE SERVICE LIGHT, ENGINE OIL LIGHT AND THE BRAKE PADS STARTED TO MAKE NOISE AND THE CAR IS STILL WITH PERMIT, I WAS A JOKE AT WORK WEN THE SEE MY CAR FOR THE 3RD DAY WITH THE FUNNY NOISE, I DIDN, T USE MY CAR NW FOR 9 DAYS AND I DIDN, T EVEN PAY THE FIRST INSTALMENT OF THE CAR AND IM EXPERIANCING THIS, WESBANK PAID THE GARAGE AS THEY ARE FINANCING ME BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I EXPERIANCE ANY PROBLEM I MUST COME TO THEM FIRST NOT TO TELL WESBANK, IS UNFAIR BECAUSE THE BANK PAID THEM BUT WHAT ABOUT ME, THAT CAR WAS LESS THAN A WEEK WITH ME AND IT HAS GIVEN ME THE SIGN OF SERVICE, ENGINE OIL, BRAKE PADS AND PARK SIGN YET HE WAS INSISTING THAT THE CAR IS OKAY, MY YOUNGER BROTHER TOOK THE CAR TO THEM (BULLS EYE AUTO)YESTERDAY AND THE VERRY SAME SALES MAN CALLED ME AND SAY THE CAR WILL TAKE THEM THE WHOLE WEEK TO BE FIXED, AND WEN I ENQUARE AT BMW THEY TOLD ME THAT MY CAR NEEDS A MEASSURE SERVICE, I SUSPECTED THE FIRST DAY WEN I WENT TO SEE IT, I ASKED THE SALES MAN IF I CAN SEE IT INSITE AND HE TOLD ME THE KEYS WHERE NOT IN THE PREMISES, WHEN I CHECK WHEN LAST THE CAR GONE TO SERVISE IT WAS ON 2011, DO THEY CARE WHAT IM USING TO GO TO WORK NOW, NO ONE IS EVEN PHONE ME, IS FIRST TIME TO HEAR THAT THE SERVIVE OF THE CAR WILL TAKE THE WHOLE WEEK IM SO DISSAPOINTED AT THEM (BULLS EYE AUTO) PTA, IM 9 DAYS WITHOUT MY CAR NOW, IS SO EMBARRASING AND I DIDN, T EVEN PAY MY FIRST INSTALMENT, I THINK IS ABOUT TIME WESBANK KNOW ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY PAID THE MONEY FOR MY CAR, WHY BEFORE THEY SELL CARS THEY DONT TAKE THEM TO SERVICE.

    I also bought a black polo trendline 1.4 at bull eyes.the heater, air corn, mobiliser is not working and have oil leak, i took the car back to the garage they promise to fix and never did.now I want to renew disc licence.i am failing because these licence paper which they never gave me.i now cant renew my licence disc because of that paper.i am very much disapointed with bull eye garage.they want us to go behind their back everytime.their service is poor.i have friends who want cars but I am scared to take them to bull eyes.my sales man is jannie.anyone who get this complain please call me on 0839665554 Hendrick
