Bullet Express, LLC bullet express trio

I received this product as a gift for Christmas last year. I finally pulled out of the box for the first time and set it up. I carefully hand washed the blender peice for making a smoothie and as it was being blended (maybe 2 minutes running) the machine stopped working and smelled like burnt rubber. The rubber piece on the bottom that connects to the spinner was damaged and ripped off! This is the first time I used the product. It was still brand new in the package! I made sure that it was put together properly and read the instructions first. I am really disappointed! A brand new expensive product should not break the first time you use it after 1.5-2 minutes of use!

Bullet Express, LLC Return Policy

I purchased the Bullet Express, that included the juicer. The total amount I paid was $149.93. I gave it to my daughter since she is a big juicer and it sounded wonderful. The first time she used the juicer, she told me that it wasted alot of the fruit, and it didn't perform like they advertised. At that time, I wanted to return it, but she said, let try it again, maybe it was something I did. I didn't hear from her, so I assumed everything was okay. She came to visit me on Monday, April 26th and I asked her how it was working; she said it wasn't working. She said she did everything the instructions, and the video told her to do, but it still wasn't working. At that moment, I got my paperwork together and called the company. The representative told me the 30 guarantee had expired the day before and I should have called in then, since they were 24/7. I told him nowhere on the paperwork does it say they are 24/7 and I assumed they were closed on Sunday. He said I couldn't get my money refunded, that I was 1 day too late and they weren't going to honor the 30-day guarantee. ONE DAY - I told him it was just the juicer that was the problem. I was hoping to exchange it, that maybe it was just a "lemon". He was no help at all, he even sounded like a robot, he didn't do anything to try and help me with the juicer problem. Their customer service representatives are as senstive as a bowl of mush. DO NOT BUY A BULLET EXPRESS. IT DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. Personally I think this is false and deceptive advertisement and I am making sure to let everyone on my facebook page, how shoddy this company is and how despictable they are concerning their return policies and how they don't stand behind their product.

The same thing happened to me. This product is a piece of junk, the customer service stinks and everyone should before buying anything from this company.

Bullet Express, LLC Changing credit card without authorization

WARNING! Do not put any financial or shipping information and then change your mind. The company will automatically charge your card and claim that you hit submit. I was going to order this product when my laptop shut off. My fiance came home and I told him about the product, he asked me if I had checked the reviews. I went back online and found that the product was not good. I never received any notification of placing an order until I found the charge on my credit card 2 days later. Then I got an email stating that I had placed my order. I told them that I had not hit the submit button and my laptop shut off. They said, "oh well, too bad, you ordered it". When the package arrived I refused it. Now the company is telling me that "if" they receive it back (since I didn't follow their procedures on getting a RMA # and pay for the return shipping) that they will charge me for the full product. I have never dealt with a company as unethical as this company. From what I have read about the product, it breaks about 2 weeks after you get it. It would have been nice to have received notice that I had "somehow" placed an order right after I "so called" hit the send button so that I could have called them and told them that I did not place the order. Instead they send notice to you to thank you for your order 2 days later and after it already shipped. Just seems like a scam to me! They must be really desperate for orders.

Bullet Express, LLC Junk

I just got it today. It does not work!. It could not do a simple recipe. We followed the directions for the meat loaf. It was incapable of processing it at all. Then it smoked and froze.. that's all she wrote. Too bad we didn't get to juice first! I bought a bunch of fruits and veggies! So this was the worse $188.96 I have ever spent. They have a money back guarantee.. Less shipping and handling.. that's not acceptable! I didn't even get to use it once!

I bought this product because I own the magic bullet and it is a really good product. But this machine does not work! Don"t buy it!

This machine is a rip off...there is no other way to describe it...we got it, tried to use it...it was not only hard to use, even putting it together and taking it apart for the easiest of tasks is horrible...when we finally got it to work, it was incapable of creaming butter and sugar for a cookie recipe...it sounded like it was working ok until it sounded as though it was an eighteen wheeler gearing down and then it just stopped...froze up solid and would not work...this thing cost a small fortune considering when I sent it back and went to Walmart and bought a simple GE food processor for one quarter of the price and it works great...we bought the Bullet, the cookbook and we spent almost two hundred bucks...by the time you pay for shipping to you then send it back it cost you more than the thing is worth considering the infomercial says that it is a free thirty day trial...trust us, there is nothing free about this piece of junk...DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE AND BUY THIS THING, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF...IT DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY CLAIM IT WILL...IT MAY FOR THEM BUT I GUESS IT WOULD SINCE THEY DESIGNED THE CHEAP PIECE OF JUNK...I have learned my lesson and will never buy anything like that again from an infomercial...it is sad that a company like that ruins it for companies that sell good products at a good price...before you think about buying it, remember, you pay for shipping both ways and trust me, you will send it back more than likely...it cost you more than 65 bucks to get it and ship it back so it is not a free trial and like the other post here, we also bought all the stuff to make juice which we could not do because the machine crashed and burned the very first time it was used...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS MACHINE BEFORE YOU BUY IT, AS I AM GOING TO THE BBB TO REPORT THIS COMPANY FOR A SERIOUS RIP OFF OF CONSUMERS HARD EARNED MONEY...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO TO WALMARTS AND BUY ANYTHING BUT DONT BUY THIS BULLET EXPRESS FOOD PROCESSOR, IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK!
