Looking for acerola berries, blueberries, elderberry juice, hydroxycobalamin, PQQ, piperine, acacia fibre tan, and smaller quantities of vitamin E that has no corn starch in it.
Would most of all like to find a consistent cistus extract good for Lyme - the one order of leaves from Crete was superb, then twice more it might as well have been cardboard for its activity. They also had a Tulsi mix that worked great once, and then was odorless and useless the next time. So would like to find consistently potent source for both.

I can't believe it took me this long to discover you! I've been pouring so much money into supplements from bulksupplements, and I am thrilled to find even better deals! I notice you could use more reviews, and I'd love to start doing that for you. About your website, one thing that would make shopping much easier is to have the search bar give suggestions as you type. I misspelled my first search and immediately assumed you did not carry what I was looking for, and suggestions often take me down the rabbit hole of researching and purchasing. I have other suggestions but that was the main one I noticed right away.

I received the order very quickly, and have been happy with the quality, tho I'm having some acne with a low dose of about 1-2 mg/day, so hoping that's transient with DHEA, and it will resolve over time.

The package arrived on a 90+ degree day, and was very hot, so I was worried about potency being affected, but I called customer svc, and they explained that it probably wouldn't affect the quality, which seems to be true. However, I think UPS needs to fix their problem of overheating in their trucks, as people order perishable items that can be affected by it.

But I was very happy with my experience with your company.

Purebulk.com offers a great range of products with no fillers, which is a much more healthy way to take supplements. I am impressed with the quick shipping time. It is usually within 24 hours. Every order I have placed has arrived perfectly in order with no mistakes. The only suggestion would be to do as another competitor does and ship in bulk to Australia using a quick shipping method and then repackage separating each customer's order and putting each into Australia Post. Then we could get our orders quicker with cheaper postage. That would work if you have enough business in Australia. Overall, though I am very satisfied with purebulk's service. Thank you.

I read other reviews here and have had difficulties with other businesses, so I thought, why not review the companies that provide great service and value. Purebulk does. I heard this company mentioned by a health food store owner in Canada and thought 'this guy must know where to purchase supplies".

Purebulk has been outstanding, answering my questions via phone and sending well packaged, purity verified, and value oriented powdered supplements. Very disappointed. I have ordered in the past and had not issues. however I ordered 3 different items and only received 2; when I called to ask about my item I was told I had to send them my invoice, explain what happened and THEN they would ship the item out. I told them I no longer needed that particular item so I asked for a refund; only refund available was a credit on my pure bulk account. OK fine. Well my next order was placed and thought I would receive the credit; NOPE! I was just charged the full amount of this order. I am not happy one bit about this process and will more than likely find another avenue for my supplies.

I've submitted an order at their website and explicitly added priority shipping in order to get it faster, but despite all my efforts I'm waiting for a month now and it is not even close to "priority". Customer support is dead silent and so far I wasn't able to even contact them. Play it safe and avoid this company.
