17:00 I’ve put out the trash

17:15 the 2 boy and one girl ran to the dust bins throwing out the dustbins and breaking the glass bottles.

My boyfriend have gone to check whats going on so the 2 boys with blue shirts and one girl with a pink stripe shirt.

They are also the cause of all the white stuff flying around in the complex we had a sealed box with styrofoam foam in it the whole box was teared into pieces.

Unfortunately this is not unexpected!

There is a white Mercedes Benz that keeps hooting late at night and keeping the hooter in for long periods of time. I have approached the security, and yes not shocking, nothing gets done about this matter.

This vehicle (CF 286 - 943) disturbs the residence between 12 and 1am on a regular basis.

Can someone / body corporations please attend to this matter urgently.

I recently bought a flat in Leabrook.

There is no security(person overseeing the whole process of people coming in and out) by the first boom gate in Springclose. The boom get opens for a very long time which allows mores cars to go in. Also by Leabrook entrance there is no boom gate, there is no safety at all you dial for your self and someone's drives in or out and sometimes you find cars waiting outside the complex for someone to open then they get inside.

The complex really needs maintenance from outside especially block B. The floor tiles are dirty and look very old. The walls are dirty have marks and need to be painted. No body is taking care of the lawn grass it is ver dry and play area and braai area as well is not attractive. The yard in overall is very dirty it doesn't look like there is a cleaner for the complex. And the question is why other estates around Leabrook look different in terms of cleanness, tidy, green lawn and neat play and braai area. If they can do it why Leabrook trusties cant do it and yet we pay the same amount of Levie or more.

Please do something about this.
This is really not a good experience.

Hope you are well. I really hope management can help me. There is a huge cockroach problem in Saint Claire, my tenants keep complaining. Is it posible that you can lodge a request from City Of Cape Town to vumigate the drains of find the origan of the problem. We already paid for vumigators to vumigate inside the flat but is doesnt solve the problem. I would really appreciate it if management can give their full attention to this problem.
