Buffalo Wild Wings service from the manager

Hi,

I was at the Florence, KY location on Thursday after 10pm. I can't recall the exact time, but I had an incident with the manager. His name is Mark Alzadal. My 2 other friends and I were having a wonderful experience. We were almost ready to go, all we needed was to pay our bill. For some reason, our server was switched and I was looking forward to tipping her because her customer service was great. I asked our new waitress and she said she would get the tips, not the one that took care of us the entire time. That was one thing that seemed unfair but the main reason is when we were paying, my friend and I paid with a card and my other friend paid with a $100 bill. Our totals were pretty similar, $15 and some change. The waitress/server comes back and hands us our cards and the receipt and the manager comes to tell us that he can't accept my friends $100 because it "didn't feel right to him." I work with money on a daily basis so I asked him nicely" Can I see that bill? What is it about this bill that seems counterfeit to you?" All he said was that it doesn't look right to him and that's all the reasoning he gave me.

My friend only had that $100 bill and $10 only so she was short. She told him and he was aware that she only had $10. I thought he was going to give her a discount or comp the meal because he did ask how much her bill was. I thought to myself, okay that's fine if he will work with us. But then he said he will be right back, and then he came back about 10 minutes later (mind you we were already held up 15 minutes just to pay, and we wanted to go home, it was almost midnight). He said he checked another $100 bill and it doesn't feel right and said he can't take it and walked away. He didn't seem apologetic, nor did he do something about it. I felt that he was being rude, most likely racist because the bill was perfectly fine, and he was being obnoxious because his reasoning wasn't a good reason. My friend felt embarrassed, she kept saying it over and over. It seemed like everyone around us heard the conversation too . What can you do because Mark really didn't care to do much about it? We come in here when we want something small and fulfilling, my other friend comes multiples times a month. I didn't appreciate the mistreatment and the accusation of her having a counterfeit bill. Below is the picture of her bill and the "X" is the counterfeit detecting pen I used to determine if it was real or not because I use this in my office on a daily basis. As you can see it comes out "yellow" which stands for that it passes. Please contact me on this issue.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Went to place a order for wings store is dead really no business a couple of customers there sitting down to eat, get their a gentleman in front of me was their said about 10 mins before cashier Ashley aknowledge him she finally then took his order and another guest order them saw me standing in line behind the customer she just took order from and then walked away from the counter to the back then comes back to counter 5 mins later and I'm still standing there I have to finally say hello are you going to take my order she give a attitude so I place my order and 20 mins have gone by and other gueatncome in and order while me and the gentlemen are still waiting on our food they get their food before we do and we have already waited 20 mins for and by then there was nobody dining in bit a few customers had just walked in their is no way in hell that wings take that long to.make as I was a manager and a corporate trainer for the good industry and the customer service from.Ashley was horrible if she don't like her job or is having a bad day she needs to leave that at home I paid over 20$ for.my good to be waiting this long I spoke to the manager about the situation and all he can do is appoligize for the issue. Is that all how you all handle a complaint and customer service then he saying maybe the cashier was tired or had a long day regardless of the situation that is not how you answer to your customers teying to make excuses for the employee.

Buffalo Wild Wings service/cleanliness

The restaurant is filthy, the location at Clopper Road Gaithersburg is very very dirty. There's a greeter by the name of Jade or Jay that is very rude and shows all her emotions in the presence of the guest. The main problem is how dirty the floors are, spills, paper, tissue etc right in the entrance. Management and their subordinates are too chummy...

Buffalo Wild Wings food

Good afternoon, I ordered honey BBQ wings combo and two coffees at 1:39 p.m today, check # 10004. I got to the restaurant at 1: 46. I receive my coffees, in which I could tell was very old. However, Jessica refunded my money for the coffee, but as she was retrieving the coffee from the counter, she spilled coffee on both me and my significant other. By the time we took off in the car, we checked the food, in which was ice cold (the fries and chicken). I have patronized this establishment (Novi at Fountain Walk) many times and this is by far the worse experience I had with this this restaurant. I

Buffalo Wild Wings an order I place

Hi I went to a Buffalo Wild wings at green acres in Valley stream I place an order wings on wings it's boneless wings and traditional wingstyle which I saw on the menu that it come with fries and a veggie slaw, the price is $19.+ I can't remember the exact amount my boyfriend orders the same but wanted onion rings, with my boneless wings I choose the spicy garlic sauce which was very super salty and I had to choose a side which it never came like it was shown in the menu the traditional wings I order lemon pepper which was also salty and I never go any other sauce to go with my order nor did I get any carrots or celery not even a fork or napkin to go with it. Mind you my order was just a few change short frome $20.00 as same as my boyfriend even thought I told the casher that's whats on the menu list she insist I had to choose a side. I must say I would never go to back because of false advertising and I could have got ting sick because of the salt

Buffalo Wild Wings customer services experience

I am also in customer service and the customer service I received on the night of 7/11/2017 was unacceptable.
This is how are night went. Exactly!
We arrived at your Natamas, CA location around 915pm and was informed it will be a 30 min wait to be seated for a party of 7. Ofcouese why not. Only 30 mins we can mingle and catch up. 30 mins come by .. we go and ask for an update, 15 more mins to wait… 10 more mins to wait. An hr later. We are seated out in the patio. Your server will be with you shortly. 20 mins later, a server comes and ask us if we have been helped and then states she doesn’t know if she should take our order or who will be our server. 15 mins later. Our server, Malik comes by. No introduction. Just what would you like to drink. Ice water with lemon Please. 20 mins later. The guy comes back with 3 ice waters with lemon. Hello, we have 7 of us. He takes our orders now…. since we waited 15 mins to get our water in … who knows how long we will have to wait to place our order and get our food with his time. We place our food order in…… 15 mins later. Comes back with 3 ice waters with lemon. We don’t see him for the rest of the night. He just disappeared on us. Someone brought our the bar drinks we ordered and the artichoke flatbread that we ordered. Here we go.. waiting again. No one checked up on us. Everyone out in the patios who was seated after us and ordered after us is getting their food brought out by their server. All in all, 1 and half later… we are left out in the cold, empty and hungry. We go and ask for a manager and was informed our food is coming out. By this time. We are hungry tired and ready to go home now. We did not expect this kind of experience. We requested our food to go and the manager gave us a discount of our wait for the lack of service we received. Fine. We will pay for it. Come time to pay for it. No one can take our payment besides the server who took our order. Really! This absolutely makes no sense at all. I requested for a manager immediately. I am not going to wait another hour to pay the dam bill. I need a manager now. Here we go. We waited 25 mins to pay the dam bill. When in reality. It should not take this long. We take our food to go. When we get home to hopefully enjoy our food. Our order is all out of placed and we did not receive the food we paid for. I am just speechless at this point. Its late, we are hungry and we just want the night to end.
The service I received tonight is unacceptable. This was my first time to a Bufflo Wild Wings and I am disappointed at the services and lack of training that your employees have. They truly need more customer service training. If they are lacking this, this is not the industry for them. Your organization should be ashamed for the service that these employees you hired are providing to ALL your customers.

I hope to be hearing from someone higher up within your organization regarding the experience WE received tonight.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

At the Milford Ohio BW3's, our waitress dropped a Mango hot Habanero wing on my lap! I survived, but my shorts are pretty stained, I hope it will come out. I didn't eat the other wing that fell on the table, not appealing anymore. After the bill arrived, hoping for some discount, since i didnt eat half of that order and im stained, not one cent! Its a shame, i left 2 dollars for a tip because i couldnt help myself. Ill take my butt to Quaker Steak & Lube from now on!

Buffalo Wild Wings waiting 4 hours for dinner and food was cold when we finally got it after paying 83.00$

My boyfriend and I went to buffalo wild wings in Bakersfield California last friday, it was his first time going there. I have been ranting and raving about the food (garlic parmasan wings and deep fried pickles) i couldnt wait for him to try it. First the hostess told us she had no clue how long we would have to wait and that if we were hungry we should go somewhere else! We decided to wait in the car with one of their pagers. Then an hour goes by and i saw them seat the couple who came in after we did! So i went inside and they said "oh shoot you should have been seated 20 min ago" i was a little frustrated when again the hostess had no clue how much more time it would be. It was already almost 11pm. So i decided when we waited another 30 min in the car to do an online order for pick up because we wanted to bring food home for some family we had over from out of town anyways. I placed my 83 $ order and got a message saying my food would be done in 45 min. When we went in to pick it up they said they never got the order and their web site was not working very well. Now i was a little more then frustrated. The girl behind the counter said she would take my order and could have it ready to go in 20 min. So i said fine. (Still charged 83$) when all was said and done it was 2am when we finally ate our cold dinner. It took them over an hour and even though they could see us sitting in our car waiting they let our food sit out getting cold instead of bringing it out to me. I was so bummed! Now i cant get my boyfriend to spend any more money on buffalo wild wings and its one of my favorite spots.

Buffalo Wild Wings overall quality and attitude towards customers

Oh my, so much wrong on what should be a great franchise.
Dinner at BWW in St Joseph, MI on June 30, 2017 was an awful experience. Not really sure if there was more than one waiter but the surly manager had a great opportunity to please customers and he totally dropped the ball.
Awful food, terrible service and bad attitude don't make for a great experience.
Good thing we paid with credit card as we disputed charge this morning and amount refunded

Buffalo Wild Wings I had an issue with customer service and the quality of wings.

Today, June 28, 2017, I visited Buffalo Wild Wings store number 0086. I arrived early and waited for my remaining party. I was seated by the manager and she was pleasant, at first. She told me my server would be there shortly to take my order, but she took my drink order. Two different parties were seated, and my server still had not returned to my table, even though my friend had arrived. I asked another server did he know who our server was, and he said yes. Then another server passed my table and waited on the party that came in after me. I asked her did she know who my server was, and she acknowledged that it was her. Only then did she take our order. I watched as the two other tables, who were seated after my friend and I, got their food and were requesting to-go boxes before we even got our food. The server said she was going to refill my tea and she never came back. I spoke to the manager and she apparently told the server she was going to take care of us because the server never did return. Furthermore, when the food did come, my wings were too spicy, and my friend's salad did not look appetizing and her avocado was brown. We spoke to the manager and she said that is how it comes in from their supplier. My friend asked asked for a wrap instead. I asked the manager could I order a more wings with a different sauce. She did oblige, but when the food came, the wings were dry. I did not send them back, but brought them home. I husband said, "Honey, those wings were dry! Why didn't you tell them?" I did not want any more issues because at the time the manager brought out the food, she had an attitude.

This was my first bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was not happy about it. Not only was the customer service sub par, the food quality did not meet my expectations. Because of that, I would like a refund for my food of $30.89.

Buffalo Wild Wings inappropriate words/music

The other day me and my family came into the bww in citrus hieghts as always me and my family love ur game pads. And as we were grabbing a game pad for my daughter and son by the juke box. We could easily hear from the walk way some music that was loud wich I can understand to listen to while they work but as we grabbed our tablet all we could hear someone yelling n*gg*r this and [censored] hoes very loudly. I didn't want to make a issue tell my daughter started saying it not realizing what that meant. I love this place and the establiment but hearing that was horrible. Maybe u guys can turn it down so we don't have to hear that garbage words. Or turn that off co pletly. Thank u for ur time

Buffalo Wild Wings service at bbw in kokomo, ndiana

We were recently at the BBW in Kokomo for dinner on the 24 th of June around 6:30 pm.I am an avid traveler so I eat at other locations all over.We ordered and in the middle of our service our waitress was in uniform with the other waitress in the bar and they sat down at a table and ordered food and kept stopping to sit down and eat.It was fairly busy but our service was second to her dinner .I have just never had this at any of the other locations.

Buffalo Wild Wings untactful and unprofessional general manager

To whom it may concern,
I am a 7 years, faithful costumer, at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Yuma Arizona. As a former Marine, I share many great memories at that establishment, from "going away" celebrations to anniversaries, birthdays and many other especial events. I had continuously enjoyed great service and courtesies from all members of the BWW family at the Yuma location. However, tonight, the 24th of June 2017, at about 9;30pm, I was rudely and untactful "kicked out" by the unprofessional general manger on deck: Mr. Anthony Trionfera. Within 15 to 20 minutes of my arrival at the bar, I was told by a bartender (not at fault), nicely, that Mr. Anthony Trionfera, had said that I had to leave the establishment unless, I spend then dollars or more in drinks or food. At first, I was in chocked and a little confused, after all. I had never experienced such outrageous insult. I the 7 years that I had attended BWW in Yuma or any other location for that matter. So, with disbelieve, I decided to personally approach Mr. Anthony Trionfera and asked for clarification. He proceeded to shake his head up and down while smiling at me. I asked if he was the manager who had requested such humiliating request and he said yes, that I had to leave. I told Mr. Anthony Trionfera that I was very disappointed as a faithful costumer of 7 years. He said that it doesn't matter, I had to go because I wasn't spending ten dollars or more. I asked for his name and he walked towards the main entrance. I asked for a business card and told Mr. Anthony Trionfera that I would make a formal complaint on his totaly unprofessional attitude and disrespect. He smiled and laughed saying that it doesn't matter, that it was his building and private property. He proceeded to open the front door. I left and immediately sent this complaint. I believe that the BWW at the Yuma location need to address the unprofessional and untactful attitude of Mr. Anthony Trinfera. I believe that he's judgement was not good costumer service oriented. Especially, after I had been a faithful costumer for over 7 years, spending thousands of dollar in food and drinks at that establishment.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

unprofessional. I went to the Los Lunas location with friends/family to enjoy drinks/food. I have been going to the Los Lunas location since it just recently opened. The servers there are very immature & made not only me but my friends feel uncomfortable & harrsssed. Not only did this server talk about us to other employees but went far enough to pull ocial media pages & disresepect my family & I to her other employees. This is not okay & should not be ignored. I myself am a server & WOULD NEVER think of doing something like this to my customers. I was taught to have 110% customer service through my restraunt so maybe that is something Buffalo should consider. She drove me to a point where I had to leave. This is not the first time GENEVA has harrassed my table when all we wanted to do was have a dinner. My coworkers & I were taught to leave personal business at the door but obviously our server doesnt know the phrase. It's embarrassing that the server herself doesn't know the difference between right & wrong ESPECIALLY in the work place.

Buffalo Wild Wings service/management

On several different occasions I've had bad experiences here at hiram ga . First time being here to watch a UFC fight sitting next to the drink area where we could listen to our horrible servers complain about the night and hating their job while my drink stayed empty for 20 minutes... and when they noticed us looking laughed and played dumb to their comments about the customers... tried giving a chance to them during football and baseball season but now as the manager tells me we can't have the sound on for the Stanley cup finals game with 9 other people in the bar per a district manager because baseball and hockey "cannot have sound on" quoted... then ask my server that proceeds to tell me that the sound was on for baseball that day... would rather have honesty than lies! And considering our tabs involve 15 people of tabs no less than 150 because of sports, y'all should invest in better staffing that can match eachothers lies! To top that and a few rude comments to follow, we walk out only to find the outside tvs sound on for the game we asked for and asked if outside was ok and for another customer to tell us it was requested. I then proceed to go back in to ask for the managers name which is Brandon explain my situation with a rude remark back from the hostess and everyone group up to talk as I leave. I run a business in the area myself and have never received such horrible service which is why I'm going this far. Thanks from another successful business owner!

Buffalo Wild Wings rude service

Complaint on: Austin Carter, manager

After dining with a few co-workers, another co-worker joined us and ordered a drink. She's 50, misplaced her ID and was refused service. We understood this, (despite her clearly not looking 21), because she didn't have her ID. However the manager was rude, aggressive and challenging towards our entire party. He did not apologize; he did not show any empathy at all. When she later located her ID, she showed him her ID and asked for a drink. He replied verbatim, "That's not my job." He was extremely rude to us.

When our 5 separate bills were given to us, we noticed that gratuity had been automatically added on, despite not being one party. When asked about it, he got extremely aggressive and rude and said that he would call the police because it would be stealing if it was not paid. He not once said that he understood where we were coming from or that he was sorry. He said tough luck, it is non-negotiable.

I think that Austin Carter, a manager at the Warren, Michigan location at 29287 Mound Road, is in a position he is not qualified to be in. He lacks customer service skills (empathy, problem-resolution, properly assessing situations, etc.) He is an awful representative for the company, and I would be embarrassed to know my employee treated customers this way. We were not unruly or unreasonable in any way.

It would be my recommendation to remove him from a public-facing position like that and/or invest in training him in people-skills. I certainly believe he needs a reprimand at minimum. His behavior was totally unacceptable, uncalled for and downright rude.

06-06-2017 I experienced horrible service at the location in Miami Florida Culter Bay buffalo wild wings the server was terrible my fries came out cold I order a beer he didn't bring a cold glass once I ask for the glass I received a dirt glass an instead of replacing the beer with a cold one I had to ask, I spoke with manager on duty I felt my complaint was ignored horrible experience

Buffalo Wild Wings client safety

As I entered the front entrance of the establishment my running shoes began to slip uncontrollably on the surface. I immediately told a staff member/ server and she said she'd take care of it. Nothing was done as I watched. I then brought it to my table servers attention. He said he'd tell the manager. The manager came to my table. I showed him my concern personally. I explained it was a real safety concern. He said they wouldn't do anything about the floors until 230 am when they are cleaned. He said the staff are required to wear non slip shoes so they don't notice it. I was blown away at his not dealing with it. I video taped it and will submit it to you personally. The bad attitude and lack of care and responsibility made your company look absolutely awful in my and my girlfriends eyes. She is a senior commercial underwriter for a large insurance company and I'm a nurse. I would appreciate you getting back to me. This was the Fargo ND location. Mike Finley was the manager I believe

Buffalo Wild Wings thursday wings

I ordered honey BBQ wings and it says that on the receipt and then I get all the way home and the wings are hot BBQ. I don't have time to drive all the way back and it clearly says honey BBQ but I was given hot BBQ. It was a really big inconvenience when I live 25 minutes away. Hot BBQ is way too spicy and it would be nice to be reimbursed for those wings since they won't be eaten.

Buffalo Wild Wings management

I submitted a resume and received a call a few days later for an interview at which I was told they wanted me back for a second interview. Well, three days later I went on this second interview with a different manager and was told that she really liked me and at that time I was offered a kitchen position at $9.00 per hours which I immediately accepted. I was told before I left that I would receive a call regarding orientation, well I never received a call so instead I gave them a call and was basically told the position was given to someone after I had already excepted the offer now I can't get a manager to explain to me why this happen, which I believe to be very unprofessional and I feel very disrespected. This restaurant is located in Jacksonville Illinois and I might have fell to mention I'm a African-American male. I will be further looking into this to see if this has happened to others and may decide to take legal action in the future.
