Buffalo Wild Wings management

My wife and I were at the Holly Springs NC around 5PM 12/15/18. We have been going to this location for over 2 years. We ordered our beverages and was watching the actions of the manager. He was not very nice to the wait staff. They were busy taking care of the your customers and he was standing a couple tables away he was so rude with a few swear word one the wait staff about cleaning off a table.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer services

I have never been so disrespectful ever from a Buffalo Wild Wings employee. Employee Shaliza was very rude and was giving me attitude. Seems like she hates her job. I will never go back to the location in boolingbrook IL. She does not know anything about costumer service. She should not work here. I am a loyal costumer that goes more than twice a week. It's unfortunate that I had to go through this.

Buffalo Wild Wings everything.

We went to grab a drink last night and the waitress took our order for drinks first then food. Well our food came out before the bar got our drinks out. Once we received our drinks mine had tasted like it was all juice. Well the waitress (Alivia) did not come back to the table to check on us so I took my drink up to the bar myself and told them how the drink had tasted. The bartender than proceeds to be rude and says "if you don't like it than just leave it there." So I left it and went back to my table to ask for the manager in duty. They send the bar manager who was no help at all. I told her I was not paying for an $8 drink that was nothing but juice and she took it off after being rude about it. I was friends with one of the managers and just wanted to let her know what was going on and she goes and talks bad about me. Her name is Briana Custer. Worst customer service and will be sure to tell everyone about this awful experience.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

I wrote the full detail review on google reviews for the baytown branch. I was refused service at 11:25, I said what time do yall close and she said well we stop taking orders at 11:30 I told the cashier it wasnt 11:30 and she said sorry, cant do it. Please look at the pictures I have provided for proof. I spend alot of money at this location and dont feel I should be rejected service! 3 orders straight in 3 days. I love the food! Love it! But sometimes I get off work late but still want the parmesan garlic wings! 3 nights 3 orders and tonight would have been my fourth. My orders are 20-30 each for me and my girl. I hope someone reads this and this gets the attention I feel it deserves.. Thank you for your time reading this.

Buffalo Wild Wings I am complaining about asking them to turn the channel

First of all, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings at 1234 Walton Blvd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 so I was sitting at the bar then I asked the bartender please can you turn the TV to soccer game, she said oh actually we do not have any channel for soccer games, then she was looking at his manager then he said we don't have it any more so I trusted them as what they said. 5 minutes later, one guy came to the bar and sit then he asked her could you turn to the soccer game, she said again we do not have it, but he says really I was here last week and I saw the game here, after that, the manager came to him and pulled like some papers then asked him which channels then he put it on for him. So why he cut off when I asked him to turn the channel by saying we do not have any soccer game. Finally, they are disrespectful the manager and the bartender around 1 p.m, October 28/2018, I will NOT go to this restaurant again

Buffalo Wild Wings complaining about service at 7 e washington st indianapolis, in 46204

Place a order at lunch time with co workers. It was messed up so i tried to make it work by just switching items around to make containers look like what they ordered. No sauces or dressings and my 6 pc tenders with veg slaw was not in the bags. I called them to let them know i was sending someone back to pick them up. When person went to pick it up they left him waiting for 15 mins he had to knock on door of kitchen to get there attention to get the items. Once back notice that they still forgot my 6 pc tenders and veg slaw. It was to late to go back i had a meeting to go to. I called three times to let them know and got hung up on all three times so im out the cost of my 6 tenders and veg slaw. I'm very upset.

Buffalo Wild Wings poor service/underhandedness

Seated with my fiance and server came quickly. Stated she was training a new employee, but didnt see trainee until we placed food order minuts later. Ordered two martinis, one gin and one vodka. Was not offered water. Drinks were very slow coming and once there both were less appropriate volume for a classic martini glass. My lady's glass was less than half full while mine was 2/3. We didn't drink and asked the server to check with the bartender about the discrepancy. She stated that the BT had to look up the recipie but shed check immediately. After a few minutes she returns with the manager who tries to tell us the glasses are oversized and we didn't say whether we wanted "one shot or two shot portions! It's also revealed at this time that my gin martini was secretly upgraded from well to Hendricks. A $2.50 cost to me I didn't ask for.
Nothing was comped for this farcical attempt at service either. Both my fiance and I are over 50 and know that what was being fed us was bs and smoke blowing. We'll never eat in there again.

Buffalo Wild Wings screw in my lunch

On October 22, 2018, my office did BWW take out from the Woodridge, IL location. I went to take a bite out of my Chicken Buffalitos and bit a screw! I, and a few of my co-workers, took pictures - and I obviously called to complain about it to the location. The manager, Nick, said he would remove the Buffalitos from the lunch order. I am sickened by this event and will be writing my review wherever possible. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky I wasn't injured or I would be contacting my lawyer first.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service and food

As we were looking at the menu, a server came over and told us that we were having difficulty understanding the menu...no, we were deciding what we wanted to order. We ordered our food. Did not have too much of a long wait. We were given 1 set of utensils. (for 2 guests). one of us used the fork, the other used the butter knife to eat with. No one came over to ask if we needed anything. We ordered fully loaded tots, they were good, and buffalo boneless wings, they were terrible. Did not eat them. We sat for about 20 minutes waiting to be brought the bill. Will never go there again. It was on a Saturday night about 9:30pm, was not busy at all. There was maybe 15-20 other patrons in the establishment.

Buffalo Wild Wings bad service /food was worse

This has been the worse BWW I have EVER been to. (Columbia, MD) Smh. We came in and stood in front of the host stand for about 4 minutes til we got noticed by someone whom wasn't the first one to see us there. There were two other servers that just stared at us and not even say "someone will be with you in a second " .

When we finally got sat we wait another 10 minutes to be noticed by our server. She was dealing with two booth ! And not once did she stop by to acknowledge us. I gave my husband 3 more minutes to leave if she didn't get to our table but she did so we stayed. Our kids only have 20 minutes to use the tablet so we started a timer, but when we notice that it was already 25 minutes and our food was not out we decided to keep it til we got our food. Mind you we started the timer 15 minutes late. So by the time we got our food it was already 37 minutes wait plus the 15 minutes that we didn't time! The wings were so dry because they had been seating at the window for so long. The fries were lukewarm and so were the wings. We didn't have time to return them since the kids and ourselves were so hungry. Not once did we see a manager walk around or approach our table since our food was taking forever to come out.
After we got our food we only got check in once and that's when she was on her way to drop off the check. So disappointed. Don't come to this facility ! & to get our drinks which was just sodas took another 8 minutes After we had place our drinks.

Would not be back here ever again !

Buffalo Wild Wings bad service.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings this passed Saturday Night and this is what I got.

First of all we were there 15 until midnight and I did not know that this facility closed at midnight. Just as we sat in the waiter came and said the kitchen is closed the only thing that we can order was just wings.

I said it okay, and we ordered two medium size of wings. We got 4 cups of ranch dressings there were no salary and carrots. I asked him could we have those, he told me that there were none and they don't care because we were in late.

Finally I asked him who was of the manager on duty that night and told me her name was Michelle that all he knew. He also mentioned that they do not make enough money any way and he did not care; he was being rude to me perhaps because of who I am. I am an Asian person.

I did explained to him that I used to work in restaurant many years ago, starting as a dish washer to burstable and finally I was a Chef. I suggest to him when I was in the restaurant business my kitchen never closed until the last customer leave and he still rude made unprofessional comments about Buffalo Wild Wings. Finally, I told the waiter perhaps he should seek other profession if he is that unsatisfied.

However, I paid in full price for what I ordered but I believe I was short changed and would like an letter of apologize from customer service. I believe Buffalo Wild Wings lack training of its employees and managers.

Buffalo Wild Wings service and racial abuse

RACIST, RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE restaurant! To give a background, BWW is one of my favorite and regular go to places. I love the food, their concept and in most cases, the staff is extremely friendly. Little did I know the Fairfax store is going prove that I've made a mistake by ordering their food. A few friends come home, we are all hungry, what better to have on Tuesday? BW Wings right? Well, that might be true in most cases but not here. I placed an order for pickup and wanted to get their BOGO boneless wings which promises 24 wings on the website. My friends drive from Tyson's to Fairfax and pick up food. The waitress doesn't go over what's in the pack and hands over a bag. Friends come home and we realize that we only got half of what was promised. I call the restaurant and ask about it. The manager gets on call and suggests that I might not be saying the truth. He had the audacity to say I don't know if you ate them. I wouldn't have called him after eating them though! He says there's not much he can do and hangs up. We go to the store and the manager stops by. As he was rude I wanted to document the whole incident so I recorded the conversation. His staff is uncomfortable and I assure them I am doing this to just show their GM but no other reason! Surprise, the manager threatens that he would call the cops on us. I was considerate and stopped recording. Cops show up and ask what happened. The manager takes our food and doesn't return our money! Cops talk to us and then the manager and stop by to say that we wait till morning to reach out to their GM. He literally asked us to leave the store and called the cops on us! Isn't that being racist and rude! I am personally going to make sure I spread the videos and get justice.

Buffalo Wild Wings unethical behavior from a manager

Date of Service 10.1.18

Ordered Carry out food through food dudes. 2 chicken cesar salads & small boneless wings.

Request of salad dressing on the side & parm garlic for the chicken
Request of ranch for wings

RECEIVED:
2 salads- each salad had 3 pieces of chicken, NO Dressing, NO parm garlic
wings had NO ranch

Called store - spoke with Sara- advised of our order & this a continues to happen when we order from the store- we called before order was completed to ensure all things would come w/the order. She apologized and stated she would send out comp tickets. 9 days later nothing has been received. Called the store again- spoke with manager Jordan. He was VERY rude, advised of call on 10.1.18 with manager sara and he stated she's new and she doesn't know what is going on. He stated we need to call food dudes about this issue this isn't their problem. Advised if I was told that from pervious call I would have done that, he stated he would speak with GM but doesn't feel they should send anything out and to deal w/food dudes. He asked for my name, # and address. He stated he will stress that nothing gets sent to me due to this being a deliverly through food dudes. I advised this is a continuing occurrence from this store and if I would have known it was coming from this store I wouldn't have ordered the food. He stated then I have no business calling and complaining and I shouldn't eat bdubs anymore, he stated he will send out the comp tickets but feels its a waste of his time and bdubs money. I told him I'd use them at another store, he stated I don't deserve this, I need to call food dudes and stop eating at BWW if I'm always unhappy with them & hung up.

I would like a refund for the 2 salads and small boneless wings and I do love eating at buffalo wild wings and have found a store that does take pride in their customers and getting the orders correct.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service experience

Experience took place Aurora, Illinois location. Friend and I arrive during Pay-for - View wrestling event. Placed and received drinks at bar, each time tipping bar staff. When event was over and seat opened, my friend and I sat at bar.
Wait staff did not engage at all. Finally got their attention and asked if we could place order. After huffing and puffing, she responded with, " You got 6 minutes." We ordered 10 wings and 1 more beers. Waited about 25 minutes for orders which was 2 wings short. As we ate, staff turned all lights on, used cleaning solution to wipe down bar top all around us and shouted to fellow workers about getting out early so they could attend party. Staff didn't ask about our food or if we wanted assitional drinks.
We received bill and paid without leaving additional tip...we had already tipped $5 for our drinks. As we walked out, bar staff yelled, "No tip?" Then they clapped and shouted something else as we walked out.
Not a proud moment for Buffalo Wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings horrible service

This is the second time in the last couple of months my husband and I have gone to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Wilson, NC. Each time receiving horrible service. This time the waitress, Jasmine only came to our table ONE time to get our order. She wasn't even the one to bring us our food, another waitress did. We didn't receive silverware, and Jasmine never checked in on us to see how the food was. I had mango habenero wings and therefore needed a water refill, that I never got. So, I started drinking my husband's Dr. Pepper, which then became empty and needed a refill as well, that we never got. We even placed our glasses on the end of the table to give our waitress, and even the manager passing a hint. The manager noticed our glasses and never did anything as well. Our waitress didn't even look at our table to see how we were doing, instead she was laughing it up with some other employees, playing on their phones. Finally we received our check, which she then realized she had messed up. She said she had gotten super busy, which we knew was a lie. I used to love this place, but because of the service, my husband and I will NEVER eat here again. We'd rather drive an hour to eat than spend another dime at this place.

Buffalo Wild Wings complaint on waitress

On Oct 5, 2018 around 9.00pm, The waiter at Buffalo wild wings on Devine st, columbia sc 29205, is out of control, No.1- I cant believe the guy waiter ask my family to leave him a tip this time because he served us last time an we didnt, No.2-he catch attitude with me in front of his boss an customers basically he just didn't care about his job or the customers, it was to point my son had to step in, an tell the waiter guy to back up, the manager there needs more training in that field, because clearly his workers runs over him, the manager told the waiter to go in the back an wait, the waiter storms out the door an jus leave, , I explain to the manager, this location gonna lose alot business with attitudes like this hanging around..I love buffalo wild wings, but after my experience lastnight I don't know if would go back, , I only ask the waiter one question how long more of a wait we have, we already was done waited an hour still know food, an he blew off steam, an insisted me an family can go somewhere else to eat, not a good rating at this location

Buffalo Wild Wings poor service

It was my first time going to the location in Carbondale Illinois. I was pretty excited to see that they were really busy. The hostess kept asking the same question over and over like she didn't understand "how many people" we told her at least 5 times. While we were sitting there 15 minutes go by and we have still not gotten even an acknowledgement from anyone there. Wait staff was standing around talking. Then a table of about 10 got sat about 10 minutes after us and they received immediate service as we were sitting there waiting for even an acknowledgement. Will never go back to this location. Which is sad because I used to eat at the one in North Carolina every weekend.

Buffalo Wild Wings the boneless wings

I am a reoccurring customer at Buffalo Wild Wings because we love the wings and the flavors that come with. The last time I ordered wings to go, there was sauce all over the boxes. Tonight I ordered wings to go and yet again the boxes had sauce all over, making everything sticky. The quality of the wings were not that good this time. It seemed as if they had been sitting out a while and were not up to the quality as the many other times. Lately it seems like I have only been getting good quality wings every so often. The meat quality hasn't been the greatest lately and I keep finding weird texture. I understand this company gets very busy at times but just hope for some better quality in the boneless wings and will stop receiving my to go boxes all sticky.

Buffalo Wild Wings online pick up

I ordered my order of $60 at 1:pm for pick up at 2:pm. We didn't receive anything till 2:30pm. We waited there for 30 mins when they kept telling us it will just be a second.
Our wings are not hot what so ever and our onion rings are extremely cold. This is not the first time we had issues here. Very unhappy with food and service. Are spinach artichoke dip is freezing.

Buffalo Wild Wings order

Hello,
We drove over 15 minutes to pick up our order to the Buffalo Wild Wings on
14800 Cantrell Rd, Little Rock, AR 72223
When we came home not only were the caps on our Asian Zing sauce spilling through making a mess on everything,
the $6.50 roasted garlic mushroom literally came like this. Please refer to the photo. Our receipt is also attached.
Our wedges are also way less than what we would normally get.
I tipped $4.00 on the order to only get pretty awful service, this wasn't the first time either.
I would appreciate if your company would do something about this. I feel awful always looking through the bag in front of the workers but every time I don't something like this happens.
