Buffalo Wild Wings racists employees

This is about store number 3466. My friend and I went to Burbank, CA location last week. We ordered our food. 45 minutes later they brought the food. No utensils and no plates. Food was cold. We complained to the server, who got very upset. Several minutes later, she brought the utensils and threw them at us. We asked to talk to manger. Big guy comes in claiming to be the manager. As I am explaining the problems, he ordered us to leave the restaurant. I asked, why, he said, "we don't serve Middle-Eastern here." WOW, in California where we fight to keep illegal Latinos; Carlos who claimed to be the manager and most likely a Latino, told us to leave, because of our race. Surprise, the server was also Latino! By the way, 90% of workers who work there are Latinos. I love this, fight to keep illegals in, so they can kick out the respectful and legal citizens. We will never go back there or any other Buffalo Wild Wings, because we don't want to piss off illegal Latinos. Good bye BWW, Hello HOOTERS!

Buffalo Wild Wings in Leesburg Va. Terrible constantly getting wrong order or things asked for avoid this place. Cooks can't read orders correctly wait forever to get food out just terrible. This is second time in a row with wrong order but it is the last time I will go there as it seems like no one knows what is happening. Waiters don't know the drink menu or even the regular menu. Cooks can't read the orders right takes forever to get a meal. Close the place and start over or get a manager that knows what they are doing so they can get the place running smoothly. Either way you have just lost 4 people as customers and I will surely tell people to avoid this place

Buffalo Wild Wings gift cards

We have enjoyed bww for years and most years buy the gift cards for our adult kids.in so doing, they incentivize you with an additional $5 gift card. So a few days ago we go to eat at bww and I remember I have the $5 gift card in my wallet. Was told it expired at the end of february. 2 months and a gift card expires? Two months?

I know it's only $5, but the principle was the issue for me. It's insulting and plain thievery. Stepping over a dollar to pick up a dime on their part, as this type of disingenuous practice will only serve to piss people off. I'll be looking elsewhere for sure when it comes to gift cards this christmas.

Buffalo Wild Wings product

Tonight we decided to order Buffalo Wild Wings to go from the Hazel Dell location in Vancouver WA and let me just say that here I am hours later feeling very sick in the middle of the night from the awful food we had just ate. We ordered two cheese curd burgers, one big Jack daddy burger, and fried pickles to go. We got home which I might add is only 2 minutes away and opened our boxes to see the most awful looking burgers I have ever seen. I like to have one cheat day every week and I chose Buffalo Wild Wings, big mistake. All the ingredients had slid off our burgers and was all over the box, there was the tiniest little handful of old stale fries that tasted like rubber bands. When I picked up my burger the bun was extremely soggy and squishy and disgusting. The patty was completely burnt and split in half after like two bites because it was so dry. Even the lettuce in the burger was so wet and gross that It was hard to even rip with my teeth. The fried pickles even tasted horrible even though we usually like buffalo but this was the worst experience ever. We didn't even feel like we could eat it and $60 went down the toilet. So here I am laying here in the middle of the night feeling sick from that horrendous food, writing a review, and I'm usually never one to complain, but it was just the worst. We are all very upset about the food we received and barely ate. Please do something about this. We want a refund. Thank you.

Buffalo Wild Wings managers and customer service

On 3/6/2018,

I had one of the most horrible customer service experience. This occured in all levels. From weiter to the Manager on duty at the time of our visit.

We sat down and ordered our drinks along with food. Our drinks arrived about 2 minutes before our food which was strange as it wasnt busy in the bar or dinning area. I ordered my beer with a lime. However, my waiter explained that the bar didnt have anh at the moment but as soon as he could, hed bring some over. This never occured and I drank my beer trying to still enjoy my visit.

When we ordered our food at approximately 2:57pm, my fiance asked when Happy hour would start and the weiter said 3pm and we ordered fries and onion rings. We waited and waited for our fries after 30 minutes we asked another weiter and he explained that the weiter did not put in the order and we would wait. After we almost finished all of our 20 wings our fries arrived. Our waiter not once asked me if I wanted another drink, not once did he check on us. I asked for the Manager 3xs and they informed me that she was on a visit with an inspector and that they couldnt interrupt. Who was running the floor for any emergencies I asked and they told me it was just her. The Manager aproached us in the end and tried satyisfying us by just deducting the fries and onion rings for their mistake. This is extremely unprofessional and I felt discusted as how the manager attempted to just shut us up with a $10 credit. I asked the weiter again to bring the Manager over and he said he couldnt interrupt. At this point, i felt that it was necessary to approach her myself as she did not have time to approach her customers.

I talked to her and she did not attempt to provide a solution. Instead she kept asking me "what wi make you happy". As a manager in the food industry, you must know how to please your customers. I am a loyal customer and have came here for several years and not once have I had this even from a Manager. The managers name was Sheila Burger. When I asked her to provide me with her name she told me verbally as she expected me to remember it. I asked her to write it down for me. She wrote it down without completely writting out her whole last name. I asked her why would you not write your full last name. She gave me attitude and said "its burger, like a burger you eat". I told her I would contact corporate and she said there wasnt a corporate. I was not treated fairly and she shoulf of extended more of her assistance. Instead she kept asking me what I wanted. When i asked her that she can start off by giving us a free lunch she said she didnt think that would be possible. I have a lot of friends and know a lot of people that go there and its unfortunate that I am not satisfied. She informed me that her staff should of asked her to come talk to us. I told her that her staff did not think that they could which means they arent training them accordingly to take care of customers. I am extremely hurt as I go here a lot and am a valued customer and I wasnt treated that way even after talking to the Manager.

On the www.bww web site it say Traditional wings half price on Tuesdays the Buffalo Wild Wings in Bellville said they didn't offer that deal. I was told by someone who said he was a manager I should him the add on the web site but he said that wasn't on the list is Corporate office sent him. I would like some kind of Clarification from your web sites rules and regulations on all your special offers . I am not very happy about the Situation at all

Buffalo Wild Wings my check

So I first received to buffalo wild wings (6081 center drive) and I was waiting for 45 minutes to be asked if I wanted anything to drink or was ready to order. Then when I asked is somebody going to serve me an employee said " I don't know"
I don't understand why I wasn't served.
Then when I got my food I asked for celery and didn't get any. When I received my check it was short. I also asked for a birthday shout out and was told that she was goung to find employees to help with that and I waited 15 minutes and never got it so I just left. This was my first time here at BWW and it was the worst time ever, I won't be coming back anymore.

Buffalo Wild Wings social media post

I don't know if this is true or not but I saw it on social media. If it is true, none of your locations should be able to post this on their door. I would be shocked if as a corporation you would support locations taking this stance and publicly posting it on their door.

Buffalo Wild Wings closing dining room

Visited BWW on 2-16-18 Peru IL, arrived at 830pm and the main dining room closed. Staff said only high tops available we are closing dining room. Why would you close dining room at 830 on a Friday night? As we are sitting at high tops like a bunch of sardines two people walk in at 840 pm and are seated in dining room. 845 as we have our drinks and apps my husband asks why people were seated, staff states its open now i dont know what they are doing. Mot very good way to run a business. Very disappointed

Buffalo Wild Wings rude server

Hello,
I'm from panama city beach and I always enjoy going to your branch here but almost for the last year you have been hiring some rude people to work at your branch over here and finally I was encountered by one of your new rude server here, her name is katie, she's very rude, at the beginning I thought maybe it's just a bad day for her but after several times I found out that she's always rude and hate to be working at your restaurant or serving/talking to most people!
It's my first time ever to send a complain to any restaurant but she way very rude and I used to like your restaurant!
Please try to fix this for the sake of your reputation?!

Buffalo Wild Wings togo order

All my sauces were wrong and all my wings were bone in when I wanted boneless. They forgot my blue cheese and extra ranch only got 2 carrots and cellury when payed for extra as well. My drink was way to over filled it spilt all over. I am still hungry and unsatisfied on my $50.00 I spent for two people. Just asking for blue cheese or maybe a refund for some. Still hungry

Buffalo Wild Wings incomplete delivery and no response

On Feb 3, I waited extra half hour to receive my carry out order at Buffalo Wild Wings in Gallatin, TN on Nashville Pike. The employee said she was new and didn't know if the order is lost. She said the manager will come from inside to speak with me but the manager never came out. The restaurant was almost empty so there was no excuse for the missing order or delay. Finally after half hour wait, went home with the order and found incomplete. I called but was told I can only leave a message for the manager who will call me back. I have still not received any call. It's over two days. Very disappointing experience.

Buffalo Wild Wings I am complaining about the staff members including the management

Today 2/3/2018 I went to the Buffalo wild wings in grapevine Texas on Williams D Tate I was with my spouse and my 9 months old child in the car seat we were seated 10 minutes passed by I'm looking for an employee to even say hi or can I bring you water or anything it would have been wonderful to even get a Hi I got up I told my spouse let's go somewhere else it looks like we are not welcomed in this establishment so as we were leaving I asked who is the manager and what's his name and a gentleman said he is the manager I said can I have your name because I have been seated in this restaurant and no one serviced me he reached out of his pocket gave me his business card and told me his name Jason Jones and he said sorry I hope next time you guys come here we can take care of you see you he said we left we came to another Buffalo wild wings in Bedford TX by highway 121 and here we have been treated like human being and not by the color of our skin as we are black people

Buffalo Wild Wings cleanliness

Buffalo wild wings in selinsgrove, pa is disgusting. First, I found ants crawling on the booth we sat at. Second, the wings we got were under cooked. I would close them down. We were also not treated well coming into the restaurant. A host Brittany had very bad attitude towards us. I do not recommend this location and or restaurant to any one else. Very bad.

Buffalo Wild Wings discrimination against employee

I have been working at Buffalo Wild Wings for awhile I was hired full time as a cook never cooked instead they had me as maintance doing jobs around the. Restaurant painting the building repairing the restaurant they never gave me a lunch or break and they cut my hours so now I was working only one day. Week I question them and they told me they can cut my hours if business was slow but we where not come to find out they had hired three more employees and they been getting full time hours I once again question them any boss replied your luck you still have a job so on now I'm on call without and verbal or written agreement are they allowed to just cut my hours and have me on call knowing I got hired a full time employees I don't understand and asking me personal questions like if I'm. Working for this company suck they cheat u out of your hours hired you full time and If they don't like u they cut your hours and that don't work they will tell u the restaurant is slow and your going to be on call but then they hired 4 more new employee and give them full time hours they never gave me a break or lunch when I worked called me Mexican and I should go back where I came from and told me I was luck they didn't fired me along time ago how am I supposed to make money to pay my bills and feed my family if Buffalo Wild Wings are discriminated against me

Buffalo Wild Wings service complaint

I had a problem with Buffalo wild wings in Cullman Alabama. I had called the store and spoke to a manager and he was of no help. I went online and submitted a complaint, and had someone return my call and they were supposed to be sending something in the mail to make up for the problem. This was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything back or receive anything in the mail. This is not the first time that we've had a problem with this store and we visit there frequently.

Buffalo Wild Wings server and manager

Just after I sat for dining, Michelle gave me the menu and told me if my meal comes in "10 min late It will be free" and quickly gave me the timer that I had to stop when the meal comes in. I was confused did not say anything but did not paid attention a lot because I was tired. Later, when the meal arrived and the electronic device counted up and when I stopped it at 12.08 then I remembered her saying 10.00 which was wrong rather than it is longer but I could not remember 15.00. But when I brought up the confusion to call first the manager Melvin I felt a bit defensive stance on the way greeting me. I had to tell him to sit across me "in order to calmly explain him the problem" before I started to speak to him. While I was going to have a chat I realized Mitchell seemed like serving but then I saw her next to us listening what I was about to say to Melvin. As soon as I started to talk about Mitchell confused me on time, suddenly she interrupted us and was trying to make a point of "I did not said 10 minutes, I said 15 minutes". I told her " I heard you said 10 min and I did not hear or remember you said " fifteen" ". She repeated again and again so I said " I did not hear that" but after few times Mervin had to stop her by rising his right hand. After she seemed like leaving for a while and I just was going to explain my confusion to Mervin, she was next to us again. This time before I was going to talk Mervin "reminded me" by pointing the screen of the device on the table and told me that I should have paid attention to it which was a unkind behavior. He was pointing toward the advertisement on the device that has "15 minutes" on it. I was confused because I expected him to listen more but he decided talk to me in a very direct way which was uncomfortable. As of that moment for them, I understood I looked like as if I was expecting "free food" from them or something else in a indirect way by trying to "convince" them. It was disappointing but yet he agreed to not include my drink in the meal because I told him "if I misunderstood yet I am willing pay anyway" but I was misguided by Mitchell.

You talk about a Michelle and then a Melvin, but where does this Mitchell come into play? You misheard, obviously, as the BWW promotion is your lunch in 15 (FIFTEEN) minutes or it's free. Sounds like you were just bummed you weren't able to finagle a free meal and didn't want to listen to reason. And yes, as pointed out already, your English is horrible.

Buffalo Wild Wings raw chicken

We went to BWW to grab dinner before going home to watch Christmas movies. My kids had eaten about 6 of the boneless wings before my son told me he thought that they tasted weird...

I grabbed the box to look and they were RAW! The outside had been browned but that was all. My daughter who is 8, ended up puking for about 2 hours.

I called the store to speak with a manager and an employee named Morgan said they were in a meeting. I never received a call back that evening. The next day I called and they were not apologetic at all. They said I could come in to get a free meal...I said I would rather have my money back, and he replied "then come in and ask."

Buffalo Wild Wings boneless wings

I am growing increasingly frustrated going to Buffalo Wild Wings 3 to 4 times a month MINIMUM and having to return two to three times because my order isn't done correctly the first time . Nearly every time I order "wet extra wet" and my food comes cold and dry. I come back to your establishment because I enjoy the product I eventually receive, but the consistent inadequacy is unacceptable. I would like to see your kitchen staff thoroughly trained on reading tickets correctly and your serving staff to take more time to ensure the order is to the customers' satisfaction. I was hesitant on sending this but the problem persists. I hope you take this request seriously as I can't imagine I am the only customer experiencing this.

Buffalo Wild Wings food

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch and all the wings tasted as if they were rubber. Horrible food experience and this has never happened before. I come to Buffalo Wild Wings for great wings and I was not satisfied. The dine in today grossed me out. I still paid for all the wings but did not eat much of them. I am disappointed in the Buffalo Wild Wings company.

Buffalo Wild Wings online ordering

I don't understand why you have an option to comment/special instructions for your online order but those special instructions don't come through on the cooks side. It completely defeats the purpose of having a comments section if it gets ignored or just doesn't show. I just thought I'd let you know because we ordered online, brought the food home and 85% of the order was as wrong.
