Buffalo Wild Wings host named mckayla in simi valley

A host named mckayala or Kayla for short. Was talking inappropriately infront of me and my 12 year old son along with a few other customers. She talked about smoking weed, she said she liked the fact the company does not drug test. Along with that she spoke words of giving oral sex. My 12 year old son was able to hear everything ! I told her to stop and she rolled her eyes and told me to mind my own business. I'm irate about the way she acts at work and as a business owner I would not allow her in my place of business. My son asked me what she was talking about and I had to change the subject. To me she should be fired !

Buffalo Wild Wings experience

I would like to file a formal complaint against the establishment Buffalo Wild Wings located at 430 E Pleasant Run Rd. Cedar Hill, TX 75104, regarding their customer service, specifically server, Gabby, and manager Michael. The lack of professionalism and costumer service frightens me for the growth of your business.

On Saturday, March 4, 2017, myself and 4 guest arrived approximately 11:15 pm, seated by 11:20 pm. The restaurant did not appear to be busy, about 7-10 empty tables to my site. Gabby was assigned to be our server. Around 11:30 pm, Gabby came to take our drink orders. Everyone else, besides my aunt were ready to order our entree and drinks. We were very hungry and anxious to order. It was my aunts first time at the establishment, therefore she requested samples of the different sauces offered from the menu. Gabby stated she would only take our drink orders and would take our entree order when our drinks and sauce samples arrived. We ordered 2 frozen alcoholic beverages, 2 cocktails, 1 milkshake and 5 waters. At 11:35 pm our 5 waters arrived. Around 11:45, my aunts sauce samples arrived and Gabby then took our entree orders, we ordered an assortment of boneless and traditional wings, French fries, and a chicken wrap. Nearly 45 minutes later from initially ordering our drinks, at 12:15 am we still had not received our ordered beverages, Gabby had not checked on our table as well. Unable to ask anyone for assistance at 12:20 am I walked to the bar to speak to Gabby to cancel my drink order. I politely asked Gabby to cancel my drink order. She responded by grunting and smacking her lips, pointing to two drinks at the bar suggesting that the drinks were now ready. I repeated I did not want the drinks. She responded by rolling her eyes and walking away to a computer in the corner. Michael was present at the time. I assumed Michael would intervene or follow up with our table, but he did not.

At 12:25 am we waved Michael to come to the table to question the status of our food and the rest of our drinks and how inform him on how long we had been waiting. His responses were very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. To mention one of his responses, "Uh yea, I don't know how long y'all have been waiting" after we specifically informed him of our wait time. His demeanor was very rude and condescending. During our conversation he walked away before we were done speaking.

At 12:35, an hour from initially ordering our drinks the rest of our party received their drink orders. Our drinks were delivered by our server Gabby. Quickly tasting their drinks, a member of our party asked Gabby if her drink was either a margarita or daiquiri. Gabby ignored her, rolled her eyes and walked away. Her demeanor was also for rude, terrible customer service and unprofessional.

An hour plus after ordering our food, at 12:45 am, Gabby walked to our table, acknowledged only one of the members at our table and stated our food would be out shortly. She quickly walked away and rolled her eyes not giving us any time to ask a question.

The entire time we struggled to get assistance or service from any team member. At 12:50 am, a member of our party walked to the "to go" were we saw many team members congregating. She questioned the status of our order, in which she was told "it would be out in a second". The restaurant was now quite empty, an estimate of about 4 tables seated.

After closing times, an hour and a half plus from initially ordering our entree we received our food arrived at 1:05 am. While delivering our food, the lights in the restaurant were dimmed. Two servers, Gabby and Paige were delivering our food. They placed the tray holding the food on an extra chair that was near our table. A member of our table began to question if the lights could be turned back on completely and if we could be provided with napkins, condiments and utensils. After placing only two order of wings on our table and ignoring our request, Gabby asked Paige, "can you hold this?" (Refereeing to the delivery tray). Paige did not hear her. Gabby repeated herself in a hostile way, "Paige here, I said could you hold this because I can't do this." Paige quickly took the tray. Gabby stormed off, rolled her eyes, grunted and walked away. During Gabby's voice of frustration we were forced to remove our own food from the tray to place on our table. The napkins, condiments and utensils that we requested were placed on the far end of the table. We were forced to pass out the items around the table.

I refused my order, requested for my meal to be sent back to the kitchen due to the ridiculously long wait, unprofessional mannerisms and poor customer service. The other members of our party complained of their food being cold. Unfortunately, they were unable to voice their complaints due to no one being able to follow up with our table. In addition to the lights in the restaurant being turned off, around our table, staff began to vacuum and clean. They began to pick up trash with a trash, which were able to view the items in the trash bag. The experience was very disgusting. The members at our table quickly lost their appetite. We were unable to enjoy ourselves, due to the noisy environment of the vacuum, dimmed lights and view of trash. Gabby walked by our table, we asked her if we could speak to her, she rudely replied, "you can't!" We were astonished and shocked of her character and customer service. Other staff members surrounded our table cashing their tips out and obnoxiously listened to music their phones. We felt rushed, unvalued and unwanted.

At 1:15 am, we asked to speak to the manager, Michael. Michael's demeanor was yet again very condescending, unprofessional and rude. We voiced our complaint such as the time of receiving our beverages, the time of receiving our entree, the horrible attitude of the server, their unprofessionalism, the environment surrounding our table while we were eating, no staff being considerate of our experience, no assistance during our time at the restaurant, etc. His comment about the drink timing was "I don't know how long you had to wait, our bartender has her own customers, plus y'all all ordered frozen drinks." We told him our wait time, we felt like we were not considered as valued guest due to not being the bartender's customers, also we did not just order frozen drinks. His comment about the environment was, "the lights are always like this" and "Is the staff suppose to wait to clean". We all witnessed the lights being turned off and as paying customers are we suppose to "wait" for our order for a ridiculous amount of time and it is ridiculous for us to feel disgusted by our surroundings. He stated he did not know why he needed to speak to us. He leaned against a ledge while speaking to us. He did not give us eye contact while we spoke to him. He never offered to fix the problem. He did not take accountability of the horrible service or the actions and attitude of his employees. However, he managed to be sarcastic, argumentative, rude, and condescending. He did not offer to make our experience better or fix any of our problems. He did not listen to our complaints or suggestion on how to treat customers.

Paige returned to our table. She stated Gabby said she would not be serving us anymore, which was fine because her service was horrible. Paige was unaware of our orders, which was also unprofessional from Gabby. However, Paige was very professional, her attitude was exemplary, she was committed to make our experience better. I appreciated her kindness and hospitality.

I am very displeased with the customer service from Gabby and Michael. I will not ever return to the BWW in Cedar Hill. I will be sure to voice my complaints to the BBB and corporate offices. I will give reviews to various website and social media of our horrible experience. I will be sure to let anyone I know or the poor service provided. The restaurant received full payment, however we did not receive full service. I felt unwanted and unvalued.

BWW's story states, "Because that’s what our fans want, and that’s what we’re all about—making our fans happy."

We all are very unhappy and dissatisfied.

Buffalo Wild Wings advertisement

I am very concerned about the TV ad that your company is airing. I find it offensive that one of the statements is "My God." There are so many statements that could be used in place of that. I am a Christian and do not appreciate His name being used in vain. I know that many of my friends feel the same way. I would hope that Buffalo Wild Wings would be above using such a statement. I'm sure your admen could arrange something else. Please consider a change in your ad.

Buffalo Wild Wings server

We went to the patio because there was a line for a table and when we went to the patio every table was full of plates cups etc. So we cleaned our own table as a server near by watched and never came over to clean off the table. The server approached the table and said she knew a friend of mine, through her sister who she had met once. She then proceeded to tell us how this place ####ing sucks, that she hadn't made a damn thing tonight. Being a former server myself, and bdubs employee;i understand that people do not tip a lot of the times. However my girl friends and i felt like it was her way to push us to tip her more. While ordering she told a friend of mine that she couldn't get the boneless special bc it ended 10 min before. When she could of ordered it if she wouldn't of spent her time telling us how miserable the night had been. So once she came back she said what do you want? With attitude. My girl friends do not tolerate attitude but surprisingly did not have an attitude back. It seems as if she discounted my ticket. But i have never had someone bash there own work place and have an attitude bc her night was so ####. Then to top it off. Im not sure if u are aware of the music selection but i highly doubt parents want their children hearing music with lyrics with the words containing #### and ####ing hoes. I had to leave bc another family sat across from us and the table still had not been cleaned. Glasses of beer with children sitting right in front of it. I was so angry i left her a note on the receipt.

Buffalo Wild Wings terrible service

I visited the BWW in Oceanside, NY and had a terrible experience thanks to the young bartender that served us. It started by sitting down at the bar with my girlfriend and having to wipe down the bar top ourselves with napkins because the bartender didn't do it even though she said she would when we sat down. Every draft beer I got overflowed so I had to wipe down the glass every time because the bartender did not. She also took a glass and put it directly into the ice to scoop it out. Very Dangerous! Then came the holding hands, hugging, and kissing with her boyfriend who also works here. Totally inappropriate. Not to mention eating her dinner in front of everyone. To top it off was getting to watch her let a customer go behind the bar and choose which drafts she wanted a sample of, which ended up being 6. This person didn't buy a glass of beer because she had 6 free samples. This upset me since I had a few beers when I should have just asked for a bunch of samples. This bartender has obviously never been trained. I go to BWW a lot and never had such a bad experience. I'll definitely stay away from this location.

Buffalo Wild Wings damaged property on premises (vehicle)

I frequently go to Buffalo Wild Wings and always have had a positive experience, however I arrived at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Secaucus, New Jersey, at 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2017. While at the restaurant, someone attempted to break into my vehicle by knocking out the keyhole and denting the door (both of which I am 100% certain were fine when I arrived). When I came out around 1:00 AM I noticed the damage, immediately went back in, and advised the manager (Darius Autie). He informed me that my vehicle was in clear view of the surveillance camera and he has all the footage, but would not allow me the opportunity to review it. I called the police to come an write a police report. While we were waiting, Darius claimed to have reviewed approximately 3 hours of footage 3 times in about only 10 min. and claimed the surveillance footage was "inconclusive". My friends and I, who are all avid Yelpers, were having a great time until this incident occurred. I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service provided from the manager. I will be obtaining the police report along with getting an estimate for the damage. I would like to know what your policy is regarding damaged property on Buffalo Wild Wing's premises so this issue can be resolved appropriately in a professional manor.

Buffalo Wild Wings employment and hipaa violations

I was employed at 715 North Green River Road Evansville IN for 3 years. I was a WCT in the dining and bar area and was the lead closing bartender. In early January I became ill and needed time off. While in the hospital my mother called Jeff Brown the OGM who was incredibly rude. Told her I need to fill out FMLA paperwork. Ok. Well after numerous attempts my doctor forgot to fill out my paperwork. Not once did Management call me and have the decency to tell me I no longer had a job. I had to start receiving messages from coworkers and customers that I had been fired and that managers were telling people my medical business. I am in talks with an attorney due to their lack of professionalism and violation of HIPAA practices. I could go on about many things I've seen management do illegally in that store but I'll leave it at this for now.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service and food at buffalo wild wings mall of america

On December 17th I had set up a Christmas party for the store I manage at MOA and the food my team wanted was Buffalo Wild Wings...we were having a Christmas party at a hotel room in a hotel adjacent to the mall and BWW was ultimately the food of choice but that turned out to be a huge let down and a waste of our hard earned Christmas money.
Two weeks prior to the party I stopped by BWW to confirm that they could provide a large order on a Saturday night and I was told it was no problem as long as we called our order in at least two hours ahead so they could have time to prepare it considering it would be a Saturday. As our party approached my team was thrilled that BWW was going to be our food of choice and they went through the menu picking out fried pickles, french fries, wings, mini corn dogs, cheese curds and a couple other items.
On the day of our party we had planned to order our food at 8pm to be ready by 930pm so that the staff closing the store for the night could come and enjoy hot food with the rest but when we went to pick up our food we were made to sit and wait 20 minutes while the waitress went 'to see if it was ready'. After we received our food and paying $120+ in cash we headed back to our room to enjoy but after we got it back to the room we discovered the food was cold and soggy...so disappointing! I guess I should have checked the food before heading back to my room because after 10pm we can no longer access the mall. My assumption is they made the food up after my call at 8pm and then it sat until we were given it around 945pm. Now because the food was cold we only consumed half of it and there went our money. Also when we made our order we asked which wings would be the mildest because a couple of us can not eat spicy, they recommended the mild which is actually spicy so there went good food for a couple. Also the next day a couple of my girls were feeling quite sick to their stomachs and let's just say that we are not a group of partiers. So, overall our experience was very disappointing and upsetting because we wasted our hard earned Christmas money on crappy food.
On December 19th, we went to the BWW at MOA to complain about the awful food and when we expressed to the Manager, Leonard, that a couple of the ladies did not feel well the next day either, he launched into a speech about how it could not have been the food and that he had Food Poisoning training and it was probably something they ate from a couple days before. First, I have had food poisoning and it happens in the first 24 hours and second, I did not appreciate being lectured on food poisoning. Leonard's handling of the situation was very condescending and rude. He also told us that we should have never been able to order on a Saturday night because it is one of their busiest nights and when we told him we had spoke to someone two weeks prior to our event he basically insinuated that we were lying because his employees know not to do that. After going round and round with him we asked to have our $120 refunded and at first he was not going to do anything because we paid cash(we did have our receipt for the purchase) but after walking away from us for over 20 minutes he returned with $60 in $5 coupons and 10 free snack coupons but failed to tell us that the coupons only last 90 days and can only be used one at a time...is this really how you want to treat another business?
Now I know it is almost two months later but when we went to use the coupons for a business lunch just a couple days ago we encountered Leonard once again with his condescending attitude telling us the coupons are only good one at a time and when we referenced our Christmas party experience he said he remembered us. We told him that if we had known that the coupons could only be used that way we would have pushed harder to get our money back but he said we don't give cash back. I and my team are so disappointed that our food was awful and now we have coupons that we really can't use and will expire in just a few short days. As a Store Manager I go above and beyond each day to make sure my customers walk out satisfied with their returns and so does my team. I do not think I will be gracing the doorstep of the BWW at MOA again! Or my team!

Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate

I had 3, $25 dollar gift certificates. That I got in lower Michigan. Upon trying to use them in Northern Michigan, I was informed that my gift certificates would not be accepted at that restaurant. I gave two of said certificates away as gifts that we also unable to be used. I believe that if it has a corporate logo on a gift certificate, it should be able to be redeemed at any of the franchise restaurants.

Buffalo Wild Wings inappropriate behavior

My husband and I felt like going to get drinks after work and we decided to ride behind the store to get better parking in the back. As we ride through passing the direct back of the store two of your employees were smoking marijuana. I was shocked, you could smell it a mile away. I couldn't get a good view of their faces but I heard the one call the other Steve. I didn't know this was the kind of business you promote but we wont ever be coming back. We just came to have a good time but obviously your employees have their own way of doing that. (Steve)

Buffalo Wild Wings service at the leavenworth kansas store

Last night my fiancé and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings after I had gotten off of work around 9:30. It took 15 minutes after getting seated at a table for someone to come take our drink order. It was not that busy in the store at this time of night. After we got our drinks about 10 minutes after we ordered them we ordered our food. Our food took us almost 45 minutes to come out to us. Somehow they messed up the tickets and got confused on which table the order went to. When we finally got our food it was cold. I would have asked for replacements but I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for hot food.

Buffalo Wild Wings traditional wings

I ordered 2 separate small sized traditional wings to go. One order I had contained half medium and half hot and when I got home to open the boxes I came upon noticing I only had 4 medium wings and 5 hot, meaning I was missing one wing. The picture attached shows the right side including only 4 wings. It was a huge disappointment and an even greater inconvenience for me to find one missing wing once I got home.

Buffalo Wild Wings wings and customer service

Today I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings in South Elgin Illinois. I walked in to grab my order and they showed it to me but I was a little confused about it, I went out to my car because they were really busy and decided to check my order. When I started looking through my ordered I realize that I was missing about half of my things and the other half were not the way I wanted them to be. I called and specified how I wanted my order, there was just one group of wings that I wanted sauce on the side, they ended up giving me no sauce at all on any of my wings. And they just gave me side of sauces for every single one. I don't understand what kind of customer service you run, but the way they reacted to my complaint was pretty mean. And then to make matters worse, the manager came out and she was kind of mean to me too. She ended up fixing my order or so she said, I came back outside and once again there was a couple things that were wrong. I was tired of complaining so I just left. They didn't even have any Forks or spoons or knives, or napkins to provide for me either. This is the second time this happens in this store where they don't have any utensils. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, it is my favorite place to buy Wings. I always refer my friends to Buffalo Wild Wings. But this is one of the one times that I've been very disappointed over their customer service. I will not refer anyone to the South Elgin store to buy wings. And me, myself will not go there anymore. Super disappointed, this is the third time they get my order wrong. Disappointed at your customer service.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

On 1/12/2017 I tried to have dinner at the Buffalo Wild wings in tinley park, il..but was made to wait approx 1 to 3 hours because was told it was a Blackhawk game on..I noticed numerous tables being occupied by patrons watching the game but only drinking sodas..I asked the manager about this and was told as long as they were buying something they can occupy the tables eventhough it was just soda and those who actually wanted to sit and order a meal would have to wait until the game is over... these patrons occupied majority of the tables but only bought soda and beer but we told until they leave (which is when the games ends)then we may find a seat...I think this is totally unfair for those patrons who just want to sit and enjoy...this was my first time going to Buffalo Wild wings with my family and probably be my last ...we ended of leaving because of the long wait ..approximately 1 1/2 hour

Buffalo Wild Wings the service I received buying your product.

I bought a $30 giftcard to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. When the gift card was trying to be redeemed for a meal they said it couldn't because it had not been four hours since it had been purchased. I was not told this when I purchased the card. Therefore the card Couldn't be used as gift because it was trying to be used before the 4 hours after the purchase. I want a refund immediately. I have never been so unimpressed with an establishment before. No one that worked there would refund me my $30 that was not a let even be used. I find this highly illegal.

Buffalo Wild Wings I like to make a statement about the service.

First time in this restaurant. We needed a place to go and my Daughter had been into the one neat her college in Norton, Ma. So we said lets try the one over on Queen street #3663. Walked in got seated asked if we wanted drinks. We ordered sodas and iced tea. Apps were fair corn dogs were good, garlic mushrooms were all batter no mushrooms. Ordered our meals. My wife got a salad with sauce on it. Where was the sauce. I had pulled pork sandwich was good but the side of onion rings was overpriced and all batter. Oh and by the way we had to ask for our forks and napkins. Now it is is time for dessert . My Daughter asks if she could get hers to split in half to give some to my wife Not even finishing her words the server said NO. we do not do that here. Well that and my graham cracker cheese cake squares will never see us again. Being in the food industry with some many chains you would think service would be number 1. But the food did not make up for this. I spent $53.88 and you will never see us back again. I will make sure my friends here the same story.

I endured the worst training regimen designed to help a new member of management succeed. There was never going to be success under this GM's totillage. He decides who will be able to work in his structured below industry antiquated development program. RUN away as fast as you can. If possible RUN right over Jim as well! With a Mac truck! Buffalo Wild Wings will continue to have high turn over for managers when you have an i###t like that in a leadership role.

When you get paid by any employer, you get paid to do it THEIR way, NOT YOUR WAY. When you open your own restaurant you can do it your way. True, you don't have to work for them, but they don't need to hire you either.

Buffalo Wild Wings the manager is horrible 02/12/2014

My Granddaughter worked for the BW'3 inside Bay shore mall, there was an issues with the tips she was receiving. The Manager would tell her at the end of the night that she made to much in her tips and that she would have to divide her tips with the other employee's My granddaughter came home and told my daughter about the situation. My daughter contact the restaurant and asked to speak with the Manager by the name of (Charles) whom called my daughter out of her name and made several threats toward her. I informed my daughter to call the Corporate office and they told her that they did not believe that the manager would say these things to her, my daughter called her daughter to the phone to witness what she was saying was true and they also told her that they did not believe I strongly advise the owner of the Corporation that they show take a good look at who they have running there restaurants.

Buffalo Wild Wings unprofessional customer service/ product

My wife called in an order on 12-24-15 about 4:33pm so I can pick up the order and was told they were closing at 5pm. But they took the order and told her I would have to be there by 5pm, I show up about 2-4 minutes after 5pm to a locked door but I could see someone inside and I was trying to get their attention they would jus look at me and say they were closed. I understood that but I was giving them hand signals that the order was done by phone and I was just picking it up, after about 5 minutes I noticed they were just laughing at me like I did not understand they were closed. I got impatient and started going back to my car when one of the employees comes out and says are you Ramon I said yes, she said we have your order, told her I do not want it anymore said to come in and speak to Manager which I did at which time Manager did comp the food but I was not looking for free food, the employee were still being very unprofessional in front of the Managers one had to hold one back as if she was going to lunge at me. Got home and the food was so cold did not even eat it as I was very upset, as I dine at this location quite a bit and will think twice before I go there. I even purchase some gift cards for the holidays and hesitated to give them away. They could have just told my wife that the order could not have been made since it was so late and everyone was getting ready for the Holiday but to get this type of treatment it was very upsetting to say the least. Buffalo Wild Wings poor food service

This was the worst experience we have had, I had one hour for lunch and when me and my wife got there only 3 other people were there at 11:03am so we figured we would have plenty of time to eat well we were wrong, we had to go after waiting over 40 minutes grabbed food threw it in boxes and my wife was late getting back to Scott Air Force base, Im very sad to say we will be telling everyone on base and at our 13 store dealership about not ordering our Saturday lunches for all our sales Staff also, your service has steadily gotten worse but i let it go but not this time, I guess you will lose alot of customers for your crappy service and totally uncalled for when it wasnt even busy
