Buffalo Wild Wings management

I worked for the outer loop location here in Louisville ky. The management particularly Joby. Well let's put it this way i asked to hi home one night after working what wad supposed too be a 4 hour shift that turned into 7 when i asked too go home i was called a whiny baby told aww poor baby had tho be back in less than 12 hours poor baby oh baby needs sleepthis is by management after I had worked 2 midnight shifts the 2 days before. I quit due tho this I will not ever be degraded or spoken to by any man the way he spoke to me

Buffalo Wild Wings I am complaining about buffalo wild wings at 789 university ave, madison, wi 53715

I have called the Buffalo Wild Wings at 789 University Ave, Madison, WI 53715, and they told me to order delivery from Eatstreet website which I did. However, my order was not delivered even if I have waited for two hours. Then I have called the Buffalo Wild Wings at 789 University Ave, Madison, WI 53715, and they told me they cannot deliver my order because it is raining. The question at this point if it is not raining why to order when you live two blocks away from the store.
Next, I offer them to pick up my order because it was already late and I was very hungry. They told me that the food is not ready yet and they do not agree if I am willing to pick up. Then, I have canceled my order but the amount is still not refunded to my account. May you please take care of it and be aware of it.

Buffalo Wild Wings bad service and unauthorized charge

I went in to one of your restaurants on Tuesday, October 3rd and received the worst customer service. Not only did she not check with us for 40 minutes but even then after we asked for additional napkins etc she seem annoyed which then she bothered to take another 30 minutes bringing us our check! I wish I had written down her name but I'm not one to complain and was going to let it slide but as I was going over my bank statement I realized the girl had charged me twice not even for the same amount! One was for $11.88 which was mine and another for $36. Like I stated I was willing to let the bad service go but when I noticed the two charged I wish I had written her name down and I even took a picture of the receipt except for the top part which may have included her name but I do have the sale number which I hope that helps; 2097208. I go there often and even when it's busy I never received bad customer service like this! All I want is for my refund of $36 which I did not authorize!

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

I want to file a complaint against Fremont location in particular the manager Abby Delgado. We were made to wait for 30 minutes even though the wait time was 15 . I requested to speed this up a little as I have little kids they kept ignoring me and said the manager was super rude and said that they would not be able to help us. there were four out of six booths available at that time. Then they have it to a party that came after is. When I asked about the manager's name she was very hesitant to give it to me. She said it was Abby and repeatedly I asked her to give her last name and she said Abby Delgado. When I asked for a phone no, I will store to look at at the front door. It was apparently the number for this very location . for sure I will not be returning to this location the business needs to get their act together

Buffalo Wild Wings wrong order

We had a group order for take out and I had purchased a medium order of boneless parm garlic wings with fried pickles. The other two orders were traditional. I got traditional instead of boneless. This isnt the first time an order has been wrong when i've ordered over the phone for take out. The last time the fried pickles i ordered were in a giant clump with raw batter. We order late, due to working nights so we cant take anything back or call. Normally i let it go mistakes happen but i purchased a larger order to take home for my family and they will not eat traditional wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings turning national anthem off on 9/11 football game at eastvale california

As someone who has lost three family members at the world trade center on 9/11, one being Battalion Chief Richard Prunty, FDNY at 9/11 I am very offended that you turned down the volume of the national anthem because your employee stated "it's corporate policy because the National Anthem is too divisive".

You have lost a long time customer who also comes from a Gold Star family who has lost other family members in the war on terror as well.

If this is how you feel about out National Anthem then. I don't need to spend my money with your business ever again.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

I had a very poor experience at the Plainfield Indiana store and submitted a complaint on the web site and requested a call about it. This was a couple weeks ago and I have not received any communication from the management. This is not the first problem I've encountered at this store but gave it a second chance. I thought they would be interested in the problems related to their store.

Buffalo Wild Wings employment

I work at one of the franchise locations. They are veey racist. I was called [censored] [censored]...nappy head hoe...and verbally and mentally abused. I have had my paycheck either withheld or messed up on multiple occasions. I was "forgotten" on the schedule two weeks in a row. I have tried to contact corprate to no avail. This has been the most emotionally stressful job i have ever had. My heart breaks.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

My wife and I with our son was in the sherman oaks galleria location. We were really disappointed with the service or better yet lack of service that was provided to us. We were seated to our table n told our waiter will be there soon. 30-40 mins had past and we were not acknowledge at all, no one came buy to ask us for our drink or to even let us know they will be right with us. Not even an eye contact from any of the waitresses. Specially one of the supervisor (Caucasian male body builder type) who's walking around talking is his radio, he passed by our table like 3or 4 times. We decided to get up and leave after a party who was just seated was being service before us. We've been in this exact establishment before when the place is really busy and left happy because customer service was provide but tonight was exceptionally a failure in their part and the place was not busy. This is really disappointing and discouraging to go back to this establishment.

Buffalo Wild Wings food was cold when we picked up

Today, my friend and I ordered bdubs at 7:10pm on September 1st, 2017. We placed an online order and was notified that it would be available to pick up at 8:10pm. When we got there and picked up our food and brought it back to our dorm, the food was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for awhile. Pretty disappointed and will not be eating bdubs ever again.

Ive been here several times. And today I decided to do a phone order and pick up. Worst mistake ever I had to come back the order was completely wrong. They remade and was still incorrect. Talked to manager Travis who stated he checked all items and that it was correct. I still check myself all wrong. Asked for a manager who they put me on the phone with Patrick who was very disrespectful I guess according to him I messed up his back to school night with his daughter. All I wanted was my food done correctly I paid $70 for crap. The manager was disrespectful and laughed at me several times. Me being a manager I would never do that. He got mad yelled at me he was going to call the cops because I wouldn't let him replace my food. I told him no this is the third time I just want my money back. He still began to talk down to me finally I hung up and asked for my money back. I will never return and me and my family go at least once a weak. I will be calling corporate and filling a complaint and contacting the better business bureau. No one should be disrespected like I was!

Buffalo Wild Wings dining and events

Good Afternoon,

I had an issues with your business here in the Fort Myers FL area. We went out Saturday night as most people did to watch the McGregor vs. Mayweather fight. We had arrive at the restaurant at 7:00 to get a head start and try to get a good seat for the fights that evening. Everything was up to par as it is normally for us when we got there roughly on a weekly basis. Then about 10:00 o’clock before the fight was about to happen, the manager all of a sudden was asking everyone for $25.00 per person to watch the fight. Now I would have had zero issue if when we walked in the door they had a sign, or someone letting each person know if you’re staying for the fights you will need to be charged. But for the “manager” to wait until 30 minutes prior to the fight, after we have been there for 3 hours already, and spent 70 dollars at the restaurant to then make us leave because we didn’t have the wrist passes is a little insane. Our waiter knew us, he knows we are normally a regular in this restaurant, and as stated before I would have been more than okay with it, if they had addressed the situation when we first walked into the restaurant.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Drove 10 mins shortly after 11am on 8/25/2017 on hold to walk in and the store not be busy and they came right out to take my order! I left and called to tell a manager and Mike hung up in my face! I called to talk to a second manager Jerry and he said it would never happen again! I frequent and spend lots of money with this company! Very disappointed!

Buffalo Wild Wings pickup order

Submitted a lunch order yesterday for a meeting today. I asked the order be ready for pickup at 1130, here it is 12:10pm and I'm still waiting. Not only am I waiting, about 30 other people are waiting back at work. Nobody here wanted to communicate with me about why it's taking so long, I finally had to ask someone for an estimated time, at least 10-15 minutes was the response. Very upset. Will not order again for a meeting! The customer service that I have received is simply disrespectful. I can accept an apology but nobody has stepped up to the plate to say, I'm sorry, we messed up. Not too happy.

Buffalo Wild Wings the quality of my meal

Yesterday my fiance and I went to the location on university and 82nd in Lubbock Texas. The food appearance was poor except for our appetizers. A few hours after eating the wings which were poorly prepared I became sick and so did my pregnant fiance who only ate 3 of the wings from her snack size order. Usually the wings here are on point but this time I really regret eating at this establishment. I wish I had taken pictures to elaborate my claim. My credit card end with 3945 and this was at approximately 7pm.

Buffalo Wild Wings order not ready

Called 4 orders in @ 11:20 A.M. to be picked up at 12:55.. upon arriving we were told after we waited for the cashier for 5 mins that our order was not entered, the system crashed.. She then said that they had 1 order so my co-worker paid for hers and we left she waited and after 5 mins was told that the had her order but still needed to still cook it.. We work at Medical Mutual and have 30 mins for lunch, so we call our order in so we are not wasting time. The cashier, I believe her name was Moey said they could make our order now but it will take 20-25 mins...NOTacceptable this is the second time in 30 days that I have ordered and it is either not ready or not right... No one called me back, which I'm sure could have because I did supply her with name and #... This just puts a bad feeling about Buffalo Wild Wings, in my head.. which is unfortunate because this is one of my favorite restaurants! I order BW3 at least once a week, but usually I don't have this problem at Harvard Park location..

Buffalo Wild Wings management

I had a horrible experience with the restaurant in Lakewood, CO (Belmar Commons). Half of the wings were under-cooked or even raw in the middle, with hardly any sauce, and the spinach dip was served straight out of the fridge instead of heated as it is supposed to be. I called to inform the manager, Tom, and was expecting an offer to exchange the dip and wings for some which had been cooked properly. He told me to microwave the dip, and didn't even respond to the wings issue.

I submitted a complaint to BWW corporate offices the next day, and received an email on 7/25/17 that they would have someone contact me in a timely manner. It has now been 3 weeks, and I still haven't heard from anyone. This company is now ignoring my issues, instead of taking simple steps to ensure customer retention. How hard would it have been to offer to exchange the improperly prepared items for what they actually advertise?

Buffalo Wild Wings equal rights

The Buffalo Wild Wings at the Westchester Location in Midlothian Va 23139 will offer a discounts to the Football Team but not the Boy Scouts of America. I find that is favoring one community group over another. I don't think that should be allowed.

Our community uses Discount Cards to raise money for several organizations. However this Restaurant will only do business with the High School Football Team and the Boy Scouts. They used to agree to the discounts in previous years but since the Policy change on Gender Equality in BSA, they have refused.

The Manager says she will only partner with the High School. The other locations in the surrounding areas will do business with both organizations.

Please look into why this particular Buffalo Wild Wings refuses to do business with BSA.

Buffalo Wild Wings hta. cheated out of funds

Our organization did a fundraiser there and was cheated out of money. For 6 weeks we had tons of business there for graduation etc. We were there for graduation parties for 5 hours and 5 different classes came in all using our services. The cashier did not enter code after hta information presented. And we were cheated out of thousands if dollars to go towards school supplies for area youths and sports scholarships. We had 10 parents that expected our services for sports payments that had no choice but to unenroll their children. We were raising money for 2000 backpacks and school supplies to be given to area youths. All they gave was a check for $121 when it was clearly a mistake. We had a fundraiser for one day in Kenosha Wi and received $94. The Gurnee fundraiser us completely wrong to say there is nothing they can do to fix this. Very disappointing and irresponsible on behalf of BWW. Staff of Gurnee IL. This is unacceptable. Where is there to be honest fundraisers. Who should we speak with regarding this dishonest program.

Buffalo Wild Wings boneless wings

I ordered boneless honey BBQ wings to be delivered through door dash and every single piece was disgusting. Each piece had grizzle in it and it was unedible. I've never been so grossed out by chicken in my entire life. I would like a refund for my entire purchase, including delivery, considering how dissatisfied I am by the meat quality. Also, the last two times I went into the restaurant I was dissatisfied. The first time, they messed up my order and the chicken came out cold. The next time, the chicken had almost no sauce at all and also had a few gross pieces. I don't know if I will ever give my business to them again after my last few experiences.

I ordered 37$ worth of food, I’m glad I checked my to go order. The large order of wedges we’re missing. Every time we order on line from the Okalona location there is a issue with something missing on our order . The Store # is 0570, 4917 Outerloop Road . I always get the same excuse, we are short handed . It seems when the one manager is working, he a white short gentleman there is always issues with our order or the amount of time to get it ready . It shows 4:49 pm on my ticket but my wife ordered it on line at 4:30 an pick up was with ten minutes. 4:40 pm . I guess I don’t understand the difference in the amount of time . Doesn’t matter, since day one that this location has opened, it’s been a continuous issue with service when ordering on line . I would think with the way things have been with this pandemic that your establishment with strive for excellence in customer service. Since we have been ordering from this location service has not been satisfactory when the one manager, the short white gentleman is on duty . I’ve gone to BW3s for my last time . There’s lots of competition here in Louisville an I have no issues at Roosters on Preston Highway right down the street . My ticket # is 6/1060023. My wife even said tonight that the wedges were old an not fresh . Those wedges were 5.99, I would only expect fresh an hot .
