Buffalo Wild Wings buffalo chicken wrap

I placed an order for pick up at aprox 10:30pm for an 11:00pm pick up time. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with a side Caesar salad. I noticed that there wasn't an option to add extra dressing for my salad. So, I made note asking for extra dressing not caring if I had to be charged. Then when I picked up the order, I asked for extra dressing. I got home and there was no extra dressing. I opened the box my wrap was in and the entire wrap was just hot sauce. The insides were mushy because of how much sauce there was. I did not ask for extra sauce and also modified the order from medium sauce to hot. I could barely eat half because of how hot it was. I had to throw away more than half of it because I would have thrown up from how hot it was. I feel like I wasted my money on the only thing I come here for. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of food and I will not ever return to this location. Buffalo Wild Wings has lost a once satisfied customer due to this disgusting experience.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Worst nightmare came true. We went to bbw Burlington MA around 9:15 pm and were asked by waitress to sit anywhere near bar. We asked for seating on other side as bar area was full. There were 4 servers in that area and after 15 mins had to go ask for service. Told the waitress that we wanted to place order for our son ASAP. Then 5 minutes later the same server who sat us down came over and asked if we wanted to eat... the dumbest question to ask even after being told we wanted to place order for food. Then she disappeared for a good 10 mins to fetch our waters and never came back. When I called he manager he sounded nonchalant and was like ‘oh sorry you had to wait' but never made an attempt to even make things right. Finally left the restaurant without eating and due to the delay had to bring our son home hungry :( I think the entire restaurant is a sham and sincerely hope they shut down soon as did their neighbor who had similar terrible service issues...

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Came in at 12:00 maybe 12:05 was sat down.We sat there for about 15 minutes before I decided to get a manager (Thomas). Many servers looked at us and never came so he got someone to come over and take us. Richard was very nice and took care of us. Then we sat there for about another 20 minutes or so already done with our appetizer and waiting on the food. By this time last call was yelled at 12:35 still no food we got our food around 12:45 maybe 12:50. My ceaser salad didn't have any ceaser dressing. So I had to ask for it. Thomas didn't even come to check on us after I had talked to him, nor did he check after we got our food. I work in a food establishment I know that when a table sits for a while how they are and my manager would check on them do everything in their power to make the customer happy and this establishment did not. None of the staff, including thomas, seemed lazy and careless. (Except Richard) Honestly the worst experience by far.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

I visited BWW at 3811 S. Bristol st, Santa Ana on Friday night August 3 2018 . My cousin came down from Santa Cruz and he really wanted to go eat at BWW . So we get there and ordered a large order of wings and appetizers for a party of five . However, it took almost 2 hours for us to get our wings and after getting our order we realized that we didn't get the wings that we had ordered . The waiter told us that the kitchen made an error, so we waited longer until we got our correct order . However, we didn't get our appetizers until we were almost done with our wings . The waiter nicely told us that the workers in the kitchen were behind . I was very upset and I told the waiter that It's bad customer service . It was just horrible night and everyone in my party was not happy at all with the service .

Buffalo Wild Wings boneless mild wings

I asked for boneless mild wings with extra mild sauce when I got to the location to pick my food up, wasn't ANY sauce on my wings, they brought them out there fried only and plus the food was HARD AND extremely cold. I asked for ranch and they gave my blue cheese instead. I'm very mad and disappointed because I spend my money with this food place and they treat you like you are a dog. If I'm paying for my food at least make sure it's right fresh and hot. Very disappointed customer. This location will never see my face again!

Buffalo Wild Wings poor service

Took close to hour to bring food to table. Waiter indicated the computer was down. However, after receiving the food the next beer order took 45 minutes. Other issues was no additional boats to eat the wings, one ranch dressing for 5 people, and continue delay of providing beer after the computers were up. The manager was visibly seen leaning against the side railing 90 percent of the time talking with other employees.

Provided feedback via buffalo wild wings website as such the manager responded with the customer should have complained to the manager during their visit.

I disagree that the customer is required to make a scene during the dinning experience to be compensated for the inconvenience of the poor service. Within the same week I experience delayed service from two other restaurants. Both restaurants immediately accepted responsibility and provided a form of compensation without the customer having to request to speak to a manager.

It is a failure to Buffalo Wild Wings corporate to have customer complaints to be limited to the specific location and not to a higher level review to respond. Obviously no action is being taken and seems like the corporate office fails to have accountability as well.

Buffalo Wild Wings bad customer service

My family and I we stop at that location we seat outside the host goes and had over the menus and walk a way whit out saying a least a waiter be there shortly or somthing so we wait for a least 10 to 20 minutes and no response so I walk in again and tell the host that they could send a waiter to our table and she only look arround and nothing happened so my family and I we walked out the building

Buffalo Wild Wings wrong food delivered

At 9:18 PM on July 29th from your 2500 Corridor Way Ste 1 location in Coralville, IA, I ordered a small traditional wings with two sauces and got delivered what I ordered expect the wings were boneless. I never eat boneless and I feel like I have wasted my money. I used the GrubHub app and I received the order after the store had closed so I was unable to call in to the restaurant. Please refund me at least this order.

Buffalo Wild Wings service (cooking of wings) at bww in bellevue, ne

BWW has always been one of my favorite places to go with my family. On our last 4 trips to this establishment we have been extremely disappointed. My husband always orders his wings extra crispy yet they continue to come out too slimy for his liking. When mentioning wanting it extra crispy we were told he needed to tell the cook how long to cook them. We have not had a problem ordering them this way when we visit the BWW in Papillion, NE. On Father's Day we placed an order to go at 7:45 pm and were told it would be about 45 minutes. We showed up at 8:20 expecting to maybe have to wait a few minutes. At 8:30 my husband inquired about the wait and asked if they had just placed his order when he arrived & paid and he was told that wasn't the case. They finally brought our order out at almost 9:00. When I inquired about the long wait I was told that they were very busy. When There were only 4-5 tables of about 4 people each. When looking at the receipt once we got home we noticed the time of 8:22 on the ticket for when the order was placed. When we placed our order we were asked if we wanted seasoning on our buffalo chips to which we replied "no". When we got home and opened them up, they were covered in seasoning. I am not one to complain so the fact that I am writing this is a sign of my extreme disappointment. I understand that it's possible to have a bad experience once in awhile but the last 4 trips in a row have proven to make us go elsewhere for wings in the future. I don't know if there has been a change in management at this particular location but the service and the orders matching what was asked for have had some major downhill slides. The wait time has also increased immensely in comparison to prior visits. I would hope these issues resolve as I want my family to continue to dine here. At this point my husband is refusing to return and pay for wings that aren't delivered how they were ordered. Buffalo Wild Wings food order was incorrect

Hello - I ordered lunch today 7/17/18 from your Kenwood location in Cincinnati, Ohio. Store # 0061. When I called to place my phone order, I ordered the lunch special of 10 boneless wings and potato wedges with cheese. When I picked up my order there were 2 people in line in front of me and the woman at the counter was cashing everyone out. She did not show me or the man in front of me our orders. She simply handed us our bags and cashed us out. I assumed my order was correct as it always has been and left to come back to work. I work 12 minutes from that location and I only get a 30 minute lunch break. When I opened my box to eat it was regular bone wings, not boneless wings. When I called the store to tell them about the mistake she told me I had to bring my food back and they would remake it. I told her I only get 30 minutes for lunch and my break was over that I could not come back to get the correct food. I asked her to give me a credit for next time that I come there and her response was we don't do that. I asked for the manger and spoke to Michelle. She told me the same thing basically or that I could bring the food back when I got off work and not each lunch?! Wow, after going back and forth she said she was going to watch the cameras to see if the lady showed me my food when she asked the employee while we were on the phone and she told her manager that she did not show me because I asked for ranch but she didn't show the man in front of me either... All I wanted was a credit for next time. Finally the only thing she offered was to give me 10% off next time I ordered. Honestly the way they acted I do not even want to go back to that location. I have a copy of the receipt that says Boneless and I took a picture of my food while I was eating to show it was regular bone wings. Buffalo Wild Wings food

my chicken wrap had old lettuce on it. hardly any sauce that i ordered. the wrap was hardly wrapped at all. the chicken was so tough that it hurt my teeth. my wings were also very tough. it seemed as if someone didn't feel like cooking tonight. the only thing hot food i got that was actually decent or hot/fresh were my fries. my server, brandon was stuck ip his girlfriends butt the entire time i was there. overall my fries and water were excellent. never have i ever had bad food from buffalo wild wings, until tonight. was very disappointed and will not be back to this location. thanks.

Buffalo Wild Wings blazin rewards

Once the app went down the other day my account is glitched to where it shows Yahoo like this Uahoo and it's locked my account out completely with my almost 3, 000 points wasted which is horrible. I've tried everything but it's not working. The phone lines don't open until Monday, and I will call then, but I want this issue to be known and looked at

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Came in with family of 7 and hostess stated it will be a few minutes, they were cleaning a table for us. Approximately 10 minutes later a group of 7 came in and were sat before we were. Plus, there party was not even all there. We waited 5 more minutes and then we were asked to sit in the corner next to the party that got sit before us. We requested if we can sit somewhere else since it was over crowded. The hostess at that point said, no there wasn't. So I asked to speak to a manager. By then, she had an attitude. I explained to the manager, which he failed to introduce himself, the situation. He stated he rely on his people to make the best decisions and he would get a different table for us. He went to help clean the table that was going to be for us and once he finished, he told us the hostess was setting the table for us. We saw her set the menus and silverware down on the table and never sat us down. We had to sit ourselves down. It was the most akward moment, especially when you can see employees talking about us. I feel like we were discriminated, since we were Hispanics. It felt like they were just "forced" to serve us.

Buffalo Wild Wings server

Elizabeth Chester employed at angola IN 46703 Buffalo wild wings has repeatedly talked about me as a customer while I'm enjoying my meal with my peers and family and talking to other customers about me. She is slandering me while she is on the clock. I have asked nicely to stop as an employer to stop slandering customers and to stop taking pictures on snapchat of the customers. But it's still to be told to me that she is slandering customers as her being a server. Please make Elizabeth Chester stop talking about customers among coworkers and guests who sit at the bar . It's extremely unprofessional and it's been going on for a while now that she has been doing this. This needs to be resolved with termination of employment. She will not stop slandering customers when they walk through those doors of buffalo wild wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings service received

On June 28, 2018 at 10:00pm at the Owings mills, MD location we entered the restaurant, my family and I were greeted and told it would be a 5min wait which was ok was us. We actually waited 15min. After being seated we ordered our drinks which came out right way. Then we ordered our food at 10:30pm, which our waiter said would be out shortly . Two refills and a hour later and we were still waiting on our food. At 12:00am we received our food in pieces. The waiter would bring out one thing and forget the other part of the orders. At 12:30 we finally had received all of our food but it was cold and half the order was wrong. The manager was very nice and did come over to get our order right. By the time the right order came out our 3 year old son was sleep along with our 8 year old daughter. We packed the food to go at 1:00am and went home to bed. The waiter wrote everyone's order down and still messed our dinner up. We love buffalo wild wings and visit often for family night, but tonight was not a good experience. We $133.35 for food we didn't eat because we were too tired and half were sleeping when it came. Store # 3405. Store address 10391 Reisterstown Rd. Waiter- Alana. Dine-in order # 70017. Buffalo Wild Wings managers and staff

The worst in our chain. The most unprofessional staff ever assembled. The managers were no better.
My waitress final comes to the table to clean it since there were no clean tables but there were at least 8 waitresses and waiter hanging around the door. I should have known this was going to be a very bad visit from the start cause when I pulled up one of the managers was affectionately hugged up and playing with her girlfriend on the sidewalk in front of the building instead of seeing about her customers. I get my order in (Large order of Lemon Pepper wings) and sweet tea. Food finally arrives and all I got is a basket of fried wings with a pinch of seasoning. When I mention it to her she had the nerve to try and explain to me what the yellow and black specks on the wings were. The male manager was moving around but really wasn't doing anything that a manager would do when the restaurant has a crowd. Things like checking on the guest. He is busy playing with the female waitresses. The cooks are on the floor also playing with these super unprofessional waitresses. The female manger (Shontae) is now at a table with her girlfriend and a bunch of waitress that were off duty but still in their uniforms. They are now talking loudly, cussing like drunk sailors while all other waiters and waitress drop in and out of the loud conversation. My glass is empty and has been now for about 10 minutes. Finally one of the trainees bring me another. I am a black male and from what I see is an entire black staff of all the same foul attitude black girls. All just as classless and ghetto as they can be. I asked the male manager have he read any of his reviews (In which they all speak the same way about the place). The most 1 star reviews I've ever seen. He then start trying to make it seem like he's the one that's trying to run the place correctly and he notice how bad the female manager is but until I asked him about the reviews he was doing the same thing she's doing. My entire visit the female manager remained at this table partying it up. My waitress walked by a couple times only to go to one of the gather up spots the unprofessional classless ghetto crew has going on. I think my questions arose some suspicion cause now as I wait for the bill (another 2o minutes) the waitress is concerned about my visit and the fact that I told the trainee that I barely saw her so she's all of sudden on her job now. Too late I am about to leave. Now the female manager knows that she has been the worst manager in history wants to know how about my visit. I think she had suspicion of me being a secret shopper and of coarse I told her exactly about the worst ever restaurant visit. Now she wants to comp my meal and I definitely declined. The only thing she needs to do is to quit or be fired immediately. The male manager as well. He showed me absolutely no management skills what so ever. You all need to send a secret shoppers in there immediately. Someone high in the ranks. they would probably fire the whole restaurant. Its that bad. Send a black secret shopper so that they will blend so that they will get the usual service. This is a 90% African American county so a white secret shopper will draw suspicion. This needs to be done immediately . It would take all night for me to write out all I saw in a 1 hour visit. This entire staff needs to be fired immediately

Buffalo Wild Wings I am complaining about the bad service and our bad waiter.

Tonight, we asked our server what the deal was. She said "80¢ per wing" so we thought "ok any wing", until we got our bill we paid regular price for traditional. Then, our food took long just to come to point they had no rice, our waters weren't being filled, our server had an attitude. And it was just irritating because our orders were messed up as well and we didnt want to pay for something we didn't order due to our server's wrong information.

Buffalo Wild Wings horrible service

My family and I were sat at a table at 9. No server greeted us or came to our table for 25 minutes until I went and asked for a manager. At the warwick location. She took our order (food and drink) and still after 45 minutes we didn't receive our beverages. We walked out. Both the server (ciara) and the manager caitlyn were rude and arrogant. I am beyond displeased. I have never been neglected such as I was this evening. We were not the only table that ciara left waiting either. The manager's excuse was that they were busy. Being a server myself I know that this is terrible service. After 45 minutes I asked about our beverages and they we're not even rung into the system. Unbelievable. Very displeased. This is third time we have tried this actual branch, first time food made us sick, second time food took over an hour to come out (boneless take about ten minutes to cook) and third we were just neglected all together. We left and went to aroogas. You should absolutely reconsider some of your employees... Managers included.

Buffalo Wild Wings snack boneless wings

Yesterday I went to pick up my order and when I got home there's was small little quarter size boneless chicken like it was at the end pf the back wtf, if I knew I was getting this might of well gone to checkers. Plus some of them were burnt? Why and tasted like they been there a long time and reheated them. I pay momey for this and I love bdubs this gets me mad...

Buffalo Wild Wings physical hands/wrongful termination

So I was fired for a guest complaint. Which was not me was another employee who agreed to saying"these [censored] left me 2$ tip" well my table heard it and supposedly thought I cussed them out as well as disrespecting them. The table was so close I can see where the mix up came in at. So today I went to get my check and manager physically puts hands on me (Matt) saying I'm baned. Well local police department said I was not & that I would be after tonight. Every Employee there knows how good I work. And I would like an investigation did on my termination as well as did the other employee"Johnnie cuss" bc that's wrong to fire me when I tell you it wasn't me. And you say "state of ar doesn't havet to have reasoning! I will be filing police report on manager who grabs my neck "Matt"! There management is very un organized and ghetto! I will not be mis treated I'm this manner. Almost want to sue you all. Will be looking into it.
