Buffalo Wild Wings service

Ugh where do i begin. Everytime i have ordered my order has been messed up. From the time to the quantity. It is really annoying. Your apps and online are horrible. Last time i ordered the bww never recieved my order so i ended up sitting here extra 25 minutes waitindg for my order. This should not be happening on daily basis. We order from you guys at least 1 or twice a weeks and we are always disappointed we keep coming back because we love the wings.

On September 21, 2018 my husband and I went to your restaurant for dinner. It was not crowded at all. Once seated I noticed the table was dirty and there was a bad smell throughout the place. I asked the attendant to clean the table but felt it wasn't clean enough so I used the hand wipes. I also received menus that had old sauce on them. I wiped them down as well. Since everything comes wrapped and the wings are served in paper we decided to stay. After finishing dinner I went to the ladies room which was filthy. Poop stains on the toilet seat as well as toilet paper all over the floor. I think that this location is being mismanaged and should be checked up on regularly. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer experience: appleton, wi 4601 w. college ave

On 9/16/2018 we decided to go to lunch at BWW because we had been gifted a certificate by a friend. We entered the establishment at 12:05 pm. We decided to sit in the dining room as we had 2 children with us, and thought it might go a little quicker. Our server was Robert our table was 113/1.

We were greeted and had our drink order taken, and also ordered an appetizer. It took us a little longer than I would like to get our drinks probably because we just had soda/water (10 minutes) but I understood it was a Packer Sunday. We ordered our meal when the drinks arrived 1 Burger, 1 Caesar Salad, Pork Taco Special and the Blue BWW Burger. When our appetizers were brought out they were delivered by someone other than the waiter and didn't bring us any plates/boats to share just plopped them down and walked away. About 10 minutes after receiving our appetizer the waiter came over slightly confused commented how we finished those so quickly and did we need anything else & were we thinking about desert. My husband and I were kind of confused and said we weren't sure we would think about it after we ate our meal. The waiter left returned about 10 minutes after that asking if we were ready to close out our tab or were we going to watch the game. We mentioned we still did not receive our meal. He laughed and said that explains it I was confused and thought your appetizer was your meal when I stopped over, your food should be out shortly. I preceded to watch the kitchen send out order after order of wings, salads, and burgers. About 45 minutes of sitting and 2 tables that came in after us ate, paid their bill and left decided to ask the hostess if they knew if we were going to get our food. He went into the kitchen I saw him talk to the waiter, and saw the waiter touch a screen in the kitchen (guessing finally submitting our order) and came back to talk to us telling us he was sorry that our food was taking so long, and unfortunately the kitchen just decides whos orders come out and ours happen to take a little longer. YIKES Really! Great job telling me I am not important! We felt like maybe we were really close to getting our food so waited out the last 15 minutes of our patience and when I counted another 4 orders (2 of which my waiter carried out) We decided to leave. However, my family and I felt it was important to not dine on what we ate and dash so I went to the counter to let them know we were leaving, why we were leaving and square up my portion of what we ate. The server went to get the manager. (This gets even better)

When I spoke with the Manager he quickly figured out what my two sodas, and tatar tot appetizer we going to cost me, and asked if I wanted to take the food home with me (guessing I would still have to pay for those) and NEVER apologized!

I don't expect to get free things but an apology would have been extremely nice. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 15 years, and know crazy things happen. Don't try and tell me a line of crap when you forgot to put in the order and as a Manager representing your name you should own the mistake of the employee, and really I can't believe the place charged me for my 2 sodas, and my appetizer as we still NEVER got lunch.

My family and I went to another restaurant an had to pay an additional drink tab and purchase food all because of this confusion. Very frustrated and hopefully you can speak with this location to help them really prioritize and own up to customer issues.

Buffalo Wild Wings they lost two of our cards for a decent portion of time

A friend and I ate at the Whittier location (Whittwood mall) and the server had lost two of our cards after collecting the bill. After waiting for 10 minutes she informed us that they had lost the card (I had to tell her that there were two cards with the bill), and the other servers were looking for our cards and we sat for at least 15 more minutes after she told us while they continued to look for our cards and when they found it we were offered an apology by the server who said that this wasn't the first time that this has happened and that they "usually" find the cards. We spoke to the manager who was working at the time and she just said sorry, but we did find your cards and we can assure that your information is safe. This was not believable because one of the cards was found underneath another table where there had been customers (not even on the way to the register) and the other was "found by another server" and we were not told where it was found either, this lead to us having to cancel our cards because we didn't want our information out there. Literally will never return to that location. Restaurants should not be losing client's credit/debit cards.

Buffalo Wild Wings stereotyping my 18 year old son

On Sept. 1, 2018 my son visited buffalo wild wings on Monticello ave in Norfolk va. with 2 of his peers. He was told that he couldn't dine in because he was under the age of 21 which is definitely not a company policy. I feel they were stereotyped because they were young African American men. They let them order carryout and then sent them off the premises on the streets of Norfolk. They are only college students in the city and not residents of the city. They didn't get back to their dorm until an hour later with cold food. I notified corporate on 9/5/2018 and was told someone would be calling me back. I have yet to hear from them until I decided to call back on 9/17/2018 and told the same exact thing. If corporate can't handle the problems of their business who else do I call. Really considering calling the news station and a lawyer because this is unacceptable behavior and I'm not gonna allow anyone to subject my son to danger because of the color of his skin.

Buffalo Wild Wings over served customer

On Sunday 9/16 My girlfriend and I had stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings in Fort Collins after work for dinner, and to watch the last half of the Broncos game. After ordering our drinks and appetizer, a group of 3 homeless people came into the bar and sat at the table behind us. One woman with the group was visibly intoxicated and belligerently loud - clearly disrupting not only us, but several tables around us. Having been a bartender for 7+ years, I never would have served this woman alcohol to begin with. This woman backed her chair into the back of mine so many times, that my girlfriend and I thought it would be appropriate to move to the other side of the table to avoid being backed into again. The woman then knocked over her beer. After giving her ANOTHER beer, she proceeded to stand and sit, knocking into our table nearly spilling our drinks SEVERAL times while yelling at the televisions and spitting on our appetizer. This woman then spilled her second beer across the table, and became even more frantic running to and from the bathroom for paper towels, leaving me to hold onto my beer and water because she was hitting our table each time she moved past it. I would like to make it very clear that I have never once complained to a manager in a restaurant before. I stepped away when I saw the manager at the To-Go station, and politely explained to him what was going on, as well as requested to move tables. I understood the bar was full, and I requested to move to the next available table. His response was "Okay, I'll find out what's going on and I'll be over to speak with you in a minute."

After a passive conversation with the intoxicated table behind me, the manager proceeded to tell them, (while pointing directly to us) that we had complained about their behavior. In all my years of restaurant management, I NEVER would directly put a customer in the spotlight. With this newfound target on our back, the woman stood up and moved directly next to my table, within 4 feet of myself, pretending to watch the television I was under. When the manager returned, his solution was for myself and my girlfriend to move to the patio on a 95 degree day while he "slowly coaxed this table out the door." I decided it was in our best interest to pay for my beer and appetizer (that we couldn't even eat) and leave.

I am a frequent flyer of Buffalo Wild Wings, but this altercation left me speechless. While I don't want anything, as we will never be returning, I do think it's important to address multiple aspects of your staff at this location. In this specific instance, your company chose to accommodate and over serve an intoxicated table that was very clear they wanted the $5 pitcher of beer and nothing else, over the table who frequently visits, orders drinks, appetizers, 2 entrees, and usually dessert.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

We were one of the first tables here to Buffalo Wild Wings Hampton with a group of 10+ we requested 2 tv to specific games and one of our TVs got changed for 1 guest. We have been asking to get our requested tv switched back for almost an hour. The managers won't even come talk to us over this one guest that got here 10min after his game started. This is honestly terrible customer service especially to a table spending well over 400 dollars in here today verses his soda and appetizer.

Buffalo Wild Wings wait time

I've been sitting at my table for over 20 minutes. A server came over a got my drink order. 5 mins later I reiceved my drink. A female took my drink order but a gentle man gave it to me. I'm still waiting for someone to take my order. I'm sitting outside and I've barely seen servers come out if. This is ridiculous. If you guys are under staffed don't seat the door and have us waiting looking stupid. I could have been to another restaurant in the time period I've waited. Still no one. I shouldn't have to flag someone down to take my order. I don't think I'll come back to the BWW IN HAMPTON VA.

Buffalo Wild Wings I was never served

My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with our 2 girls . They were going to have the fight So when we got there they mention to us we can only be seated in the patio to which we agreed on. We waited for about 25 min to be seated on the patio. We placed our order and saw other families come as we waited for our food. The thing is we never got our food. 3 tables that where there after we had gotten there were served before us. They had a different server than we did so maybe that was why they got there food and our server totally forgot to place our order. We waited for an hour! I took a picure of my daughter while waiting for our food when I saw two tables behind us being served I look at my picture and see the time we got there and I got up to ask our server about our order. He looks at me and tells me I'll go check on your order right now. I saw the last table that got there being served and I told my husband we've waited for over an hour and these people have all been served before us. My girls were frustrated as well from waiting. We where ready to go when the manager comes and tells me, sorry about your order there is a technical difficulty and he kitchen never got your order, they are working on your order right now. I was so upset because we waited to long and still all the other tables were served and our food was still being prepared. We got up and left! With empty stomachs and very very upset! The worse thing is that the fight wasn't even on yet so it wasn't like they were crazy busy at the time we were there. And the excuse they gave us didn't make sense. I mean everyone else's ticket got submitted and the kitchen got the orders but ours was a technical difficulty? I was to nice to have waited more than an hour with my kids. I didn't even get my side salad in that hour! Or a water refill.

Buffalo Wild Wings my food

My wild where not the right kind that i asked for and i asked for extra blue cheese and didn't get that either i also didn't get any napkins in the bag i come to this location often and this is not the first time it was something wrong with my order i also call to talk to a manager about it and he acts very rude and does not want to help me get my order fixed please contact me thank you.

Buffalo Wild Wings messed up order (again)

Every single time I order (either in person or online) the Ultimate Nachos, the store gets it wrong. I always ask for the same thing: Nachos with extra chili and the queso on the side. NO queso on the nachos. Every time, it's the exact opposite of what I asked for. There is queso on the nachos and somehow less chili that what is normally on them. The most recent time I ordered, it was the worst. I have been going to BW3's less and less because of this. Your workers don't seem to care or check any order.

Buffalo Wild Wings wing challenge

Went to buffalo wild wings in Tulsa hills oklahoma and got the spiciest sauce they had. The waitress tells me they use that sauce in a challenge ( which she could have told me about the challenge when I ordered them). She gives the only direction of not using a napkin or get a drink. When they finally come out she sits them down and immediately starts the time with no warning. I grab one up and they were so hot to the touch I got blisters on my fingers. And when I had to blow on them to even touch them she says "yeah they make us bring them to you as soon as they come out of the fryer to keep you from completing the challenge". As I'm trying to scold my fingers and mouth with the wings 3 different people kept passing the timer because each one had something to do. I love ant sure on the time I had or didn't much care since I couldn't even pick one up. I eat Ghost pepper salsa on everything so the sauce wasnt hot enough in my opinion but they need to not serve the wings so hot you cant touch them or at least tell you that up front. Very disappointed in this challenge and service.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

The worst most awkward dinner service I have ever had. Walked and sat on patio, as we walked through the door a waitress YELLED at us to hold the door for her. Got on patio... ALL tables were dirty, so went inside to ask for one of them to be cleaned (while 2 of the waitresses were just standing around). I guess that REALLY made our waitress upset because she treated us like CRAP the entire night. We would say thank you for items she gave us, she didn't say a word - just dropped our drinks and food on the table. Took 20 minutes to come take our order. And this was a later Thursday night, NOT very busy. I can't express enough how rude she was and how awkward a she made us feel during our visit. What really tops the cake, is a couple (the same amount of people we had) came in 10 minutes after us - and were served their food right as our order was being taken. The waitresses there DEFINITEY treated us like crap because we asked for a table to be cleaned. WONT be visiting this place again, and I would suggest the manager have a talk with his staff about respecting a customer.

Buffalo Wild Wings $1.50 to sample a craft beer

Tonight I had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings near my home. Had a craft beer wanted to change to another craft beer that I didn't recognize. Waitress would not give me a sample said it would cost a dollar and a half for a sample. Never ever been to a bar that charged you to taste a craft beer that you didn't recognize. Didn't order a beer don't think I'll be back for a while.

Buffalo Wild Wings annapolis, md

I waited almost 30 minutes for my appetizers to arrive then started to leave. The food showed up on my way out the door. I left anyway. I called them from my car I was so mad. The asst manager Mike in Annapolis was LESS THAN APOLOGETIC. "We're busy". That's about it.

I went to the website with my complaint and go NO RESPONSE. NONE. ZERO.

I make money I don't want a free meal. I want my [censored]ing dinner served to me in a timely fashion without [censored].

CORPORATE HQ ARE YOU LISTENING?

I know they are not. So do yourself a favor. DO NOT GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS. THEY SUCK.

Buffalo Wild Wings Service of food and crew

Ordered, 3 medium orders and one cuban pork, 40 min still no food, went to ask then delivered but all the wings were cold. Sat on counter? Was not for daughter leaving on trip friday I would have walked out! They took wings back ; brought back still cold! Almost all wings were boxed to go so could warm them at home. 1-10 rate at 1.5, no reduction for check after management was even notified. I won't go back to crystal store, not food but service at bottom of scale. Only reason we give 1.5 was food is good but cold. Asked for sugar for ice tea brought me sweet and low, noooooo that is not sugar should be on table, but is not. We all felt should have been free or 50% off at least!

Buffalo Wild Wings buffalo chicken wrap

I placed an order for pick up at aprox 10:30pm for an 11:00pm pick up time. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with a side Caesar salad. I noticed that there wasn't an option to add extra dressing for my salad. So, I made note asking for extra dressing not caring if I had to be charged. Then when I picked up the order, I asked for extra dressing. I got home and there was no extra dressing. I opened the box my wrap was in and the entire wrap was just hot sauce. The insides were mushy because of how much sauce there was. I did not ask for extra sauce and also modified the order from medium sauce to hot. I could barely eat half because of how hot it was. I had to throw away more than half of it because I would have thrown up from how hot it was. I feel like I wasted my money on the only thing I come here for. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of food and I will not ever return to this location. Buffalo Wild Wings has lost a once satisfied customer due to this disgusting experience.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Worst nightmare came true. We went to bbw Burlington MA around 9:15 pm and were asked by waitress to sit anywhere near bar. We asked for seating on other side as bar area was full. There were 4 servers in that area and after 15 mins had to go ask for service. Told the waitress that we wanted to place order for our son ASAP. Then 5 minutes later the same server who sat us down came over and asked if we wanted to eat... the dumbest question to ask even after being told we wanted to place order for food. Then she disappeared for a good 10 mins to fetch our waters and never came back. When I called he manager he sounded nonchalant and was like ‘oh sorry you had to wait' but never made an attempt to even make things right. Finally left the restaurant without eating and due to the delay had to bring our son home hungry :( I think the entire restaurant is a sham and sincerely hope they shut down soon as did their neighbor who had similar terrible service issues...

Buffalo Wild Wings service

Came in at 12:00 maybe 12:05 was sat down.We sat there for about 15 minutes before I decided to get a manager (Thomas). Many servers looked at us and never came so he got someone to come over and take us. Richard was very nice and took care of us. Then we sat there for about another 20 minutes or so already done with our appetizer and waiting on the food. By this time last call was yelled at 12:35 still no food we got our food around 12:45 maybe 12:50. My ceaser salad didn't have any ceaser dressing. So I had to ask for it. Thomas didn't even come to check on us after I had talked to him, nor did he check after we got our food. I work in a food establishment I know that when a table sits for a while how they are and my manager would check on them do everything in their power to make the customer happy and this establishment did not. None of the staff, including thomas, seemed lazy and careless. (Except Richard) Honestly the worst experience by far.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

I visited BWW at 3811 S. Bristol st, Santa Ana on Friday night August 3 2018 . My cousin came down from Santa Cruz and he really wanted to go eat at BWW . So we get there and ordered a large order of wings and appetizers for a party of five . However, it took almost 2 hours for us to get our wings and after getting our order we realized that we didn't get the wings that we had ordered . The waiter told us that the kitchen made an error, so we waited longer until we got our correct order . However, we didn't get our appetizers until we were almost done with our wings . The waiter nicely told us that the workers in the kitchen were behind . I was very upset and I told the waiter that It's bad customer service . It was just horrible night and everyone in my party was not happy at all with the service .
