Buffalo Wild Wings waitress

My wife and I visited the location in Pewaukee Wisconsin and were very disappointed in the waitress at the bar. The bar was not clean, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait 10 minutes for our silver ware just to eat the food. When we asked for our silverware the waitress (Jazmin) told us to hang on. We ended up getting it from another waitress 10 minutes later.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

Customer service...
Hello... I decided to take a break from studying for the California bar exam. Me and my wife went to the Buffalo wild wings in Moreno Valley, California. We sat at a table in the bar section. There were cleaning supplies on our table and about seven waitresses walk by us without offering service. We waited for about 15 minutes and no one spoke a word to us nor removed the cleaning supplies. We were so disappointed that we just left and went to Applebee's in the same complex where we were greeted immediately and given great service. Highly disappointed and will not be returning. I have attached a photo of the drinks that we received at Applebee's within five minutes of our arriving

Buffalo Wild Wings spinach artichoke dip

I have been a long time Buffalo Wild Wings customer. I have gotten the spinach artichoke dip every single time. And now that you have replaced the pita chips with basic [censor] tortilla chips it is not the same ! Not only that but the price should definetly not be the same for a worse product. Buffalo Wild Wings the service and food

On December 1st I decided to make a special occasion of celebrating a special moment with a couple of friends and got the worst customer service even though I gave him three chances and the manager one chance I still got hit with a $48 bill that did not reflect anything when it came two adjustments for beer with food in the cup and also food that was delivered cold after specifically being asked to place order prior to party arriving. I would like to understand what the purpose of the manager or assistant manager is if not to do something about a complaint. I work very hard for my money and out of many places to go I decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Yuma Arizona because it was voted the best in Yuma to find myself disappointed. What is your response to this?
I also had food in my drink and was charged for it.
In detail what happened was the server didn't even say his name when first approaching me second I specifically instructed the server to place an order then the server didn't write it down until the second meeting and then told me that if I didn't like the food I still have to pay for it on 3rd meeting or maybe for said I had to pay for food regardless of whether I liked it or not. Very upsetting!

Buffalo Wild Wings waitress and management

It is November 30th, 2017 at the Glen Mills 920 Baltimore like Buffalo wild wings ... and I really looked forward to coming. My friend and I usually come about twice a month and I am rarely disappointed. Tonight I came with a friend that is a Redskins fan to watch the Dallas vs Redskins football game. Soon as we got here our waitress greeted us brought us our drinks and never came back. It was almost a half hour before she asked if we needed other drinks. Even though it was hard to eat any more food I never wanted to complain about a waiter or waitress, especially a restaurant I regularly come to. But since my friend is a waiter at a local brewery he proceeded to contact the manager and explain the poor service we had received. Not only the waitress didn't cAre, but The manager here on Thursday, November 30, 2017 was terrible too. He said immediately what do you know want? My front explained the poor service we were getting. Then the manager with no apology said I'll get it. The manager here on Thursday, November 30, 2017 was rude. Instead of the normal manager asking what the problem was he immediately asked what do you want. Instead of feeling comforted that he cared about our issue he made us feel even worse. At this point I do not plan on coming back to this Buffalo wild wings . Even after the complaint we were rarely asked for more drinks and our glasses were never taken away. I honestly do not think there's anything you can do to reestablish the relationship we once had.

Buffalo Wild Wings order wrong

Ordered Chili Con Queso with chips for appetizers and then pretzel with cheese got pretzel first and just cheese and chips 20 minutes later. Then we ordered our food. It took 30 minutes to get food. Then my buffaloitos were wrong. Ordered chips w cheese and sour cream never got cheese and sc and then never got the right ones. My kids refills never happened. My dinner never was right and the manager said he would bring them out. Never happened. He was not in uniform. Seemed under the influence and never apologized. It took 20 minutes to get a box. 3 people said they would get my correct order and NEVER happened.
The location was Mason OHIO. Thursday night at 7:30pm.

Buffalo Wild Wings unfair treatment against customers and violates the tabc laws of texas.

I want to submit a formal complaint towards your management and bartender.

My friends and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings November 21, 2017 at 430 E Pleasant Run Rd, Cedar Hill, TX 75104 around 10pm cst. Our server, Chucole, was extremely pleasant and seemed extremely busy. One of my friends is a regular customer and is known to be a regular at this location. A couple times while I joined him I notice this bartender (DeeDee) selling alcohol to men that seem to have already had too much. I also observed that my friend was never given an itemized receipt but a grand total of his tab. Nevertheless, this did not phase me until last night. For some odd reason and unsure if this is sexist but this same bartender (DeeDee) seemed to show preference towards the male customers and was a little more touchy and friendly towards them at the bar. She made her rounds around the bar giving them hugs and laughing. Around 11:33pm this bartender (DeeDee) yelled last call. My male friend whom is a regular but because two females were with him was ignored. Even after calling the bartender to our table she yelled his name from afar and ignore our attempt to submit our last call round. Finally, around 11:40pm our server Chucole appears and takes our order and states I'll submit your order we're with in time. But when she got to the bartender (DeeDee) she claimed last call was over at 11:30pm. Our server came back to our table to inform us that she was unable to submit our request. So we thought either the bartender (DeeDee) was either in a hurry to close out even though our friend whom is known to be a regular had never been cut before. He looked at us shocked and said I spent $200+ October 19th and went out with her. At this point I assume she was taking this personal. We informed our server to allow us to speak to the manager (Cordero) since we attempted to grab both bartender and servers attention before last call and was ignored. The table next to us were two combine local businesses whom had just gotten out of work which arrived at the same time were also denied drinks. They noticed other gentlemen receive drinks even though they were denied. Fair is fair we respected that until we saw an old male at the bar given a full beer at 11:48pm. Both our table and the full table saw that and raised the concern to the manager to whom said (DeeDee) the bartender is under pressure and can't serve after last call, visibly we told him she just gave that man a full beer. And said "she's the bartender."
Therefore, I believe that this facility practices unfair treatment against customers and violates the TABC laws of Texas.
For this reason I'm submitting a TABC and BBB complaint and informing your corporate office in hopes that this does not continue to happen to anymore customers where paying customers are being treated differently.

Buffalo Wild Wings bad and slow service

Went to meet up with friends for drinks and wings about six o'clock. Waited about an hour before ordering. 45 minutes later still no food and waitress no where to be found. Once located we asked for a manager. 10 more minutes have past and Attitude Manager shows up...remember still no food. Anyways when the manager walks up with attitude and begin to tell us how busy SHE is, it is time to go. Hate the fact we still spent over $40 on a, place like this. Will never recommend.

Buffalo Wild Wings treat unfairly

I have a question if hired full time and never gotten full time hours is that legal only worked two days out of the week and now I'm on call they never gave me a written notice or verbally explaining why and I know it's not because of being slow because they just hired 6 new employee and why are they having fix up the restaurant inside and outside if I was hired as a cook and being Mexican is not a good enough reason to threaten and treat me this way Courtney

Buffalo Wild Wings not the right amount if change

Okay so my friends and I went out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings and after we finished eating my total came to about $8 and I had a $20 bill, and so after we gave the server our money and he came back I gave him a $2 tip and then when I come I realize that they gave $5 less because I did the math and everything and I was like okay I gave them 10 dollars I should've received 10 dollars back but no I received 5 dollars back.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

This place has the worst service ever my food is always cold not made fresh. They have bad attitudes when trying to talk to them it like they care to listen. This place need to teach their people how to be friendly and loose the attitudes here. I will never order from this location again I'll go out my way to the one in mount Clemen were the prices are cheaper and the people are friendly. Thanks

Buffalo Wild Wings manager

I rehired at palm desert location was good at first then started to get harrassed by Courtney the manager there she first started yelling at me in front of employees and customers then start to harrassed me by watching every move I make telling other employees and managers that I'm. Not doing my Job but use me to fix up restaurant when I was hired a cook not maintance I was promised full time then went down to two day now I'm on call how supposed to live and pay my bills is this even right is she allowed to ask me about where I came from if I'm a us citizen asking me personal questions someone please let me know if this is right or should I get a lawyer

Buffalo Wild Wings manager

I was rehired at Buffalo Wild Wings my manager Courtney seem to dislike me she always yelling at me putting me down in front of other employees and customers saying I'm not doing my Job right how am I supposed to support my self or family two days out of the week I have talked to her many times and the other manager at palm desert restaurant She's always talking about me to other employees and manager saying I'm stupid if I have the right to be here in United States yes I'm a US citizens they hired new help and they have full time hours and I have 16 I know bye law your supposed to have at least 24 hours I'm really thinking about talking to a lawyer she always makes me fix stuff around the store knowing it's not my Job description

Buffalo Wild Wings the overall ignorance of the waitress

Took my daughter out for lunch. 5 of us eating. I ordered 4 six piece chicken tenders with fries..2 with honey BBQ...2 with honey BBQ and medium and an extra plate for the little one. All this was specified when I ordered. She didn't ask any questions...she didn't make sure she had the order correct...instead she ignorantly put in the order for 1 four piece chicken strip with fries. Of only did she think five of us were sharing 4 tenders but the kitchen messed up and made naked tenders. She brings those out for us to have while they fix it. She brings one boat for five people. She never even thought maybe these people all want food. She was ignorant and overall oblivious to what was going on around her. There was no one in the restaurant and no reason for her to be so unattentive. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration...it turned into a [protected]@@@. The only positive was the tablets that entertained our four year old while we waited an hour and a half for some tenders and fries... Ridiculous...waitress name Maccee...sturgis mi buffalo wild wings.

Buffalo Wild Wings touchy employee

My friends and I went to buffalo wild wings in rice village (Houston, Texas) on Sunday, October 29th, 2017. Our server, Kaiden, was unnecessarily touchy towards all of us and was making us uncomfortable. He would touch us while we were ordering and kept asking excessive questions about our personal lives and seemed invasive. He was an African-American male who was about 5'7".He sports a beard and long hair (compared to the typical short hairdo of most men) and has a medium complexion.

Buffalo Wild Wings my unjust treatment while being employed at the fremont pacific commons location

Hello Buffalo Wild Wings, I’m not sure if I’ll have a chance to be heard but here’s to trying. All I hope for is for my voice to be heard because I’ve been feeling as if I’m being mistreated by one of the managers I work under.

My name is Brandon Oun and I’m an employee at your Fremont Pacific Commons location and I just wanted to share with you that I have had many unnecessary altercations with a manager at this specific location (BWW Fremont Pacific Commons). My employment has reached a high level of negativity due to a manager being unjust towards me due to her actions and words. Her first name is Zoe, but I don’t know her last name.

First, I just want to say that I really enjoy being a bartender for the BWW Corporation, but when it comes to being managed by Zoe, a lot starts to change. At first I tried to shrug off everything she had to say towards me, thinking maybe she’s just having some off days as most people do, but then it became continuous and started to get to the point where she was taking a demeaning tone with her words whenever she speaks with me. Whenever it comes to the needs of the bar, like asking for help with getting bottles of liquor bottles restocked she would give me a hard time or brush me off by saying I need to wait, with those words exactly. When it came to checking on food orders in the kitchen, due to customers requests and concerns over their meals, she simply would say that I need to get back to the bar and my food will come when it comes as if there is no reason for me being in the kitchen in the first place. I always felt that itself was unfair to customers and counter productive to our establishment because guests want to know what’s going on with their food. It is a natural concern and when I have nothing to say to them because the manager Zoe tells me to leave right away without letting me know an estimate on the food, I am then forced to try and console our guests with some sort of fabricated excuse.

I just want to say that I have given my best effort as a bartender from the start of my employment there for the Pacific Commons Buffalo Wild Wings because I truly enjoy being a bartender and to also be recognized by guests for my service. I’ve had multiple guests say that I have great service and that they see me working really hard behind the bar, which honestly makes the day worthwhile even with all this negativity coming from my manager. There are also countless times while working where I am the only bartender, and person for that matter, working the bar for 2 or 3 hour periods straight during my shifts going from guest-to-guest at the bar rail while also working the servers-well to get servers drinks for their tables. I would receive comments from guests saying that they feel sorry for me that I’m working so hard alone and how I would have no support whatsoever as I scatter around the bar as fast and efficient as possible. I’m sure there is plenty of surveillance footage to prove so. Even so, I had never complained to the bar manager Zoe about no one to help, or to any manager at all about her negative attitude towards me and tried my best to power through it all because I don’t like to let things get me down.

But I’ve come to a point where I realize that my job is becoming a place I am uncomfortable in or even want to be at because a manager, of all people, chooses to treat me with disrespect. I am truly not trying to slander anyone or Buffalo Wild Wings, I just truly feel like this is really unfair to me that because I do not have the same title as her, I am treated as lesser of a human being. I try my best when I work and I feel moreso that I don’t need that recognition but I would really appreciate receiving a mutual respect from the other people I work with. We should be a team, but I feel as if I’m being bullied and ostracized without any reason whatsoever.

Coworkers among the workplace have also noticed her way of being to me. Another employee was trying to give me support by asking Zoe why she was being so mean to me and all I was asking was for a tv change.

On another note, I have never had a full 30min lunch. I worked my shifts whether it be 5 hours and sometimes 9 hours staying on my feet through it all without breaks. Like I’ve mentioned before I have really given so much effort and it just saddens me to have to file this complaint.

Lastly, I believe I am being terminated due to Zoe feeling as if I have somewhat neglected my duties as a bartender yesterday because of what she said to me about how I won’t be scheduled anymore. Which is fine because I don’t plan on returning due to her hostility towards me yesterday.

But I just want to set things straight. Yesterday (today is 10/23 so on 10/22) due to me making a call to my significant other which only lasted 15 seconds, Zoe felt the need to come to me, interrupt my phone call as I was talking and told me that I need to get myself back in the bar in a disrespectful way. She made me feel as if she is trying to force me to do what she says like I’m some sort of puppet. I told her in response to her negative attitude that she doesnt control me and that I’m here of my own free will not because she says so but she continued to yell at me saying that I can’t speak to her that way disregarding the way she was already speaking to me. Things began to escalate and I felt the need to leave which I told her and she began to say that I am no longer going to be scheduled in the future.
I had already been working for 7 hours straight, had no break and had also nothing to eat because I had been so busy. I am not afraid to admit that I had not even had a chance to use the restroom and was holding “my relief” because the bar and restaurant had a great amount of guests to watch the NFL and NBA games.

All I did was step out for at most 20 seconds of my already 7 hour straight shift to speak to someone and then the manager tried to belittle me as if I had been away from the bar for a long period of time. I had been working hard already and felt under the weather as well especially feeling real hungry. Also putting, using the restroom on hold for so long made it hard for me to work and made me feel sicker so I was trying to tell her after the dispute that I need to go home but she felt that this was a time to terminate my employment and let me know I’ll be getting some sort of call from another manager in regards of it.

I really don’t expect anything due to my complaint. I am simply informing Buffalo Wild Wings that I have been being treated unjustly by a manager of the company.

If anyone has the chance to hear what I have to say I humbly appreciate it

Buffalo Wild Wings buffalo wild wings

In the parking lot, I saw 6+ buffalo wild wings employees sitting around and smoking cigarettes. Because of this, I had to wait about 10 minutes to even be seated at my table, when there were multiple tables open. I think it is gross that the waiters and waitresses had been smoking cigarettes in the parking lot considering they are the ones touching and preparing my food. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

The Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings on 8440 Castleton Corner Dr. Indianapolis Indiana does not know how to control his employees. Employee did not want to do her job due to her trying to rush to leave. Afterwards when talking to the manager because we were not helped employee called us rude and called one of the ladies with us a [censor] and continued to be extremely disrespectful.

Buffalo Wild Wings manager william striecher chaandler, az store 3163 w chandler blvd.

The Cardinals game had started but the TV was not changed waiting for the end of the Green Bay game with Minnesota. Many, many people asked for the tv to be changed as the cardinal game had started and there was a 13 point difference on the othe game that was not going to change in the 1:43 left in the game. Several people, NOT me, yelled for the game to be changed...Striecher came out to where my family and friends were sitting at the bar...looked directly at me and my husband and yelled that he would change the tv when the previous game finishes. First of all we asked the bar tender and he told us when he would change it. He is by far THE most unprofessional manager that I have ever had to deal with anywhere! I know this is NOT how Buffallo Wild Wings operates. We have been coming to this store for footbal for at least 5 years and when W.Dean Beardsly this would never have happened. Striecher has NO business being in charge if he cannot politely say what he needs to say. HE CANNOT HANDLE ANY PRESSURE AT ALL. This is the last time I come here and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. I expect to be treated with respect and not YELLED at. Streicher is the wrong person for this store period.
