Leaking roof repair work was not done right. Leaked again in the same spot with no response for 3 days, and when they came out, they caulked with white silicone for everyone to see. Still waiting to hear from them.
Just reading these complaints I would suggest some of you contact the better business bureau and file a formal complaint. The process is rather simple on line and they will seek a reply for you within 10 days before proceeding to the next step which could include legal action.
Hi folks.I just wanted to give you a fair warning about this company.They are crooks and dishonest.Their work crews are all illegal aliens and show up when ever they want.Mike will come evaluate your house and he will lie about everything. He will tell you 5 pieces of plywood are need for your roof and it will end up being 30.Do yourself a favor, hire someone else or do it yourself. I'm trying to get the word out on these crooks, if ya know of any other sites I can post on, leave a message on here. Thanks. (Hide)
Stay away from Buck County Roofing and Siding...they don't pay their suppliers for the shingles...then the supplier will come after you with a mechanics lien for the full amount.You will find out right away that they are a shady operation...no one ever answers the phone...always an answering machine.In addition they aren't even a real construction company...they outsource all the work to undocumented Mexican.Overall...I feel this company should be shutdown by the IRS and the people running it belong in jail...I rate the company zero stars.Stay away from these people...they are ### and dishonest.
I would just like to make clear that the business located at buckscountysiding.com is not, nor has any affiliation with Bucks County Roofing and Siding. The company located at BucksCountySiding.com is called R.J. Yochum Family Contracting. Please do not confuse the two, thanks!
I agree they are not a reputable company. They installed a new asphalt shingle roof for me in Feb. 2008. It started leaking in April 2010. I have called them 4x and had to leave a voice mail message each time. They have not returned any call. I sent 1 email and they have not respoonded. I found out they did not get a permit in 2008 from Bristol Township to install my new roof. They did not register with Bristol Twp. for 2010. They are not in the present phone directory. I paid over $5600 for my roof. It is leaking and even though I have a warranty they do not care to respond. I am calling the Bureau of Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB if I do not hear from them by the end of today. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They were more interested in getting paid than doing a good job. Paid $6, 500 for a new rubber roof and they have had to come out twice already to repair leaks (And the one co-manager even admitted he has no idea what the problem is!) They sub there work out to the cheapest workers and then hope that you get fed up with there shoddy workmanship and just quit calling them. I am thinking about taking them to court at this point.
Another unsatisfied customer here. In 2007 they installed the roof on my house. The roof started leaking. They came out and put some window sealant on it. The roof still leaks and now they give me the run around. The never return calls, they say will call back and they never do.
Stay away from this company. Really bad customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS ROOFER! This company is unethical and unprofessional! We were charged over $3000 for a new roof for our house in 2003, and our roof has still been leaking periodically for the past 6 years! As of today, one of the ceilings collapsed in the house due to the shoddy job on the roof! When we called and asked for them to come out (we have a warranty-little good has that done), they merely stated that they were too busy! Being that their reputation depends on their service, you would think they would make this a priority. Clearly, this company took advantage of a woman not knowledgeable in this field and simply patched up the roof rather than add a new one as contracted initially. Each time throughout the past 6 years when called b/c the roof was leaking (yet again!), they would take their time in coming out and only slop more tar on the problem! Can you imagine what the roof looks like now after 6 years of this incompetence?! You do not want your roof to look like this and you do not want to deal with this group of ###!
