Increased units when electricity is not used
My electricity units in Delhi provided by the BSES Rajdhani has been giving incorrect readings of electrical units consumed.
My electricity usage has been consistently below 150 units until 2 days before the meter reading day. With minimal usage or even no usage, the meter suddenly shows a hike of 50-60 units in a span of a few hours when no ACs or any appliances have been used. As in Delhi, electricity consumption below 200 units is supposed to be free, they always increase the units so that I have to pay a hefty bill.
This has happened consecutively for two months. When I emailed the company about this, the showed no interest and replied saying that the meter readings were accurate without any investigation.
I am very disappointed by this service as I am paying so much money when I hardly use any electricity because I am already poor and don't want to pay a high bill.
Desired outcome: Accurate meter readings with no tampering.
Excess bills
A bill of Rs.2380/- was received for CA No.[protected] for cunsumption of Electricity from 11.06.2021 to 09.07.2021 which was paid on the advise of your consumer Cell who was contacted for this High Bill. Again for the period 09.07.2021 to 07.08.2021 a bill of Rs.2380/- is received when the Flat was locked as the resident were away and the Flat was locked for over two months. Please withdraw these two bills which were wrongly generated. If necessary meter be checked. there was no consumption of electricity for the last three months. Please confirm withdrawal of these two bills.
Power Cut
Hi Team,
I am very upsetting to write this complain as we have been encountered with Power Cut last 3 consecutive night for entire night. It's was complete black out on 20th July night and 22nd July power coming like red lights, coming n going. Today 22nd July night again it's complete black out in Devoli, Sangam Vihar. We are unable to sleep last 3 nights and it's very annoying. Please understand how we are going in such unbearable weather out. Please do something.

i complaint regarding the address change. My CA no. is [protected]. i have complaint many times in bses for address change but it did not any thing. My address is E-1/7 CHOTA PUSTA SONIA VIHAR DELHI-94 instead of E-1/8 CHOTA PUSTA SONIA VIHAR DELHI-94. when i submitted all document regarding new connection my address is E-1/7 chota pusta sonia vihar delhi-94 in my all document but later address is shown to me is E-1/8. i have complaint many times but never reply. This is a typing mistake from BSES side not to mine. May i requested you to solve the problem as earlier as posssible.

Electricity theft in Delhi
Vijay singh B-36/9, kishangarh, Vasant kunj, New Delhi. He used direct hooking/kundi infront of his house level of first floor, Clearly visible if you stand on his house. Timing of thefting is 04.00 PM to 09.00 AM. This activity is doing last more than 2 years, since the building is made. Please take immediate and necessary action.
I agree, this is correct not only vijay singh so many people around his family member theft electricity.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Electricity theft in c 202 subhash gali nanak chand basti kotla mubarakpur new delhi 110003. 6 split ac/, 5 fridges, 5 tv 5 washing machine .And still bill less than 500. Inka ac 20 ghante chalta hai . In logo ne bijli chori ki hai . Delhi mein garmi mein demand bijli ki badh jati hai in logo ki wajah se . I request you to take strict action against them.

They cut the PF of our salary and i went to their office around 2 or 3 times but they are not listening my talk. what can i do all staff are so careless they dont care any employees that's why please take a action on this complaints .

Wrong Theft Case registered by BSES Rajdhani Power Limited
Hi,
I dont live in that house i have rented out that property to tanent and we are paying our bill regularly and we live in other house. On 16/08/2010, one of the electricity officer came for inspection . A theft case was registered and we were informed that we will receive a letter from Andrew Ganj office for the further investigation. Durng the same we paid our bills as and when came.
We received a letter on 18/11/2011, mentioning that we were suppose to visit the mentioned office for hearing and no one came for the same. Also, a seperate letter will reach us with the bill amount calculated based on usage.
Issues:
1. We live in other house and paying our bill regularly
2. A seperate bill is sent of appx Rs. 224699 based on the last 1 year usage as per new meter reading, irrespective of climate change(summer)
3. We visited the Andrew Ganj Office and has been asked that nothing can be done besides paying the bill and accepting that some tampering was done . they harressed us by saying " bill bharna hai bharo nahi toh jail jaana padega" they dont even listen to us
