Bruno's powersports/4seasonspowersports / false Advertsing and sold a poor condition 4 wheeler

I purchased a arctic cat atv, 2007 with only 383 miles on it advertised as immaculate condition.when it was delivered i found:1. the rear tire had so many holes the tire would not hold air and 4 plugged holes.2. a stud holding on the wheel was broke off.3.the wiring is messed up, the tails don't work the dash readout blinks on and off, the odometer seems to be tampered with.4.bumpers racks and plastic look 10 years old.5.the motor is leaking oil and and it has been apart voiding all factory warranty.6.bolts are broke off in the motor and loose or missing.7.the battery is the wrong size and the brackets are broke.
i tried to send it back but Nathan said i was to picky and if i wanted a refund i was to pay for all the crating and shipping.
Nathan is rude to say the least and i would never purchase anything again. i just want my full refund back. i was not the one who tried to sell something that is not even ride-able for nearly 5, 000.00 in Immaculate condition!!!

    THE ATV IN QUESTION AHD GONE THROUGH A COMPLETE INSPECTION THROUGH ARCTIC CAT AND THROUGH US. THIS BIKE HAD NONE OF THE ISSUES LISTED OTHER THAN THE WHEEL STUDS WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACED. THIS ATV WAS PERFECTLY FINE AND HE STILL OWNS IT TO THIS DAY. THE MAN WAS MORE UPSET THAT HE DIDNT BUY A NEW ONE FOR THE MONEY HE GAVE FOR THIS ONE BEING USED. IT WAS AN OPEN AUCTION ND HE BID WHAT HE WANTED TO . WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS TO PEOPLE WHO GET CAUGHT UP IN THE BIDDING WARS. HE WAS STILL OFFERED A COMPLETE REFUND ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS SEND IT BACK (PER OUR USER AGREEMENT WHICH IS PLAINLY STATED ON THE AUCTION). WE ARE THE ONLY DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD THAT OFFERS ANY KIND OF RETURN ON ANY USED POWERSPORTS PRODUCT.

    agree he just did a crappy deal for my good verizon phone for his gps he said it just needed a charger knowing that it has a bad charge port. When I got a charger for it I found out upon plugging it in that the device was bad. I texted him and he said trade was final it worked last when I used it. He is a liar and a sneak do not deal with him.

    I almost bid on one of their auctions, but I'm glad I checked them out first. What alarms me the most is the lack of ethics displayed in his response above. If that's the way he treats customers that disagree with him, then count me out. Releasing contact information about a customer (and urging readers to harass him) is bad enough, but to publicly attack him and make horrible accusations out of anger is grossly inappropriate and completely inexcusable.

    I have baught two atvs from them and have not had a problem with either one of them, the head lights didnt work on both.but keep in mind you are buying used stuff not brand new, and you didnt give new price, more than likeley you give several thousand dollars less, you also have the right to go and inspect before you purchase, and not many places offer FREE SHIPPING wich saves you three or four hundred dollars

    Based on the grammar and spelling errors which are charactaristic of Pruss's Ebay posts, I am reasonably sure that "Travis Burnett" is Nathan Pruss posting under an alias. Nice try nate - more of your lies!

    Well, I must admit after reading the above complaint we were VERY worried, to say the least. Bought a motorcycle off these guys in November off ebay. Never made it down that way until today (May 24th) Tried all the phone numbers we had called in the past but just got an answering machine saying "mailbox is full" After reading complaints, googled the owners home number and got a hold of them. Showed up at their place and they were the most gracious, helpful people. Helped us load it on an 18 wheeler trailer, even gave us straps to tie it down and said "if your ever back this way, drop them off".
    I have to say, more then happy with Bruno's and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again !!!

    Thats what his momma taught him. Sharon that works there and handles all the phone calls and paperwork is Nathan Pruss's mom...What can you expect if thats how your mom raises you??!! What a shame. The whole family are con-artists!!!

    he is a con aretist--bought 4x4 from them on ebay and it will not shiftv at all. the dealer says that there is something wrong in the shift drum or shift forks--came with the wrong seat also. posted - feedback and got an email from ebay--he paid the 100.00 to have the negative feedback removed. i am going down in person next month.

    I bought a 2008 American Ironhorse Chopper from 4seasonmotorsports on eBay March 30th 2009. I was contacted immedietly, I then sent payment via next day air and received the title from them by mail on April 6th. Chopper was shipped FREE to my door in New York from Arkansas and arrived on April 24th. The condition was just as described and now 20 months later, I still could not be happier with the nearly $18, 000 transaction.

    I purchased a Polaris Ranger from these people thru Ebay...who showed Bruno's as an outstanding seller...what crap that was...The Ranger arrived with all four wheel bearings totally shot with 1/2 inch play in the wheels...also the washers were on backwards. After driving it, I took it to a local Polaris dealer who fixed it for $462. Nathan refused to pay the costs fully knowing it was sent in that condition...these people are crooks!
    You can file complaints to Arkansas Attorney General, Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission and the Little Rock Better Business Bureau. Also IC3.gov for internet related issues if that is where you saw the ads. They just laughed at me...still in process...we'll see

    Hmmm, did Nathan tell you it was the ex mayors machine? Let me guess...That You were the one that took it for a joy ride and messed it all up?!! Classy upstanding people huh? His Momma (Sharon) taught him all he knows. She is a liar to!!! Great parenting!!! Good luck John...and iam truly sorry for your even having to deal with such nasty, poor excuses for human beings! ...Class action law suit against EBAY maybe? They are the ones allowing this scam to continue...and are aware!

    I have written letters to BBB who investigated and sent the complaint to Nathan Pruss. Nathan said he left a message to call him and I never did (I have called several times and he was never there or did not call back). Then in the last part of his comment he said he told me it was out of the warranty time period...wait a minute...how could he say he never talked to me and then say he told me about the warranty...it is all lies.
    It is very strange that my UTV had a bad odometer, and most everyone else has a bad odometer...? Hum...Nathan buys used odometers, turns them back and then makes a comment as part of the sale that "while washing UTV the odometer got wet and had to be replaced..." Bull!
