Broyhill Furniture Sectional sofa

I have had the furniture about one year and after normal use seated and watching TV it seems that the seam of the stitching is letting go. It is clear that the material used was not bound prior to stitching and is simply giving way creating open areas. As you can see clearly in the pics, I sent other cushions are beginning to spread as well and it is clearly unraveling as a result of the seam area not being bound prior to stitching.

we purchased the set at Big Lots in Pittsfield MA.

Claimed loss: total - set cost. 1,479.00

Broyhill Furniture Broyhill outdoor wicker set!

We purchased this outdoor wicker, set a year and a half ago from big lots in Milford Connecticut. It is a gray wicker set. The chair is a rocker and it has completely gotten ruined with cracks and brittle pieces on the arms. I have already filed a complaint through an email with no response, the chair is not in direct sunlight and is protected all winter. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Broyhill Furniture Coffee table

I am trying to find out if numbers under the tabletop will help to get the finish color name. Top is damaged but can't match the color. Need help with that. Your CHAT sent me to (Just Answers. They suggested to do what i have been trying to do for a week. Compare with COLOR CHART. Impossible. Nt really a complaint, just trying to get help. Is that possible?

Broyhill Furniture Couch

Couch is less than a year old. Fabric is very loose and couch is sunken in. The fabric looks so bad and has small fabric balls on it. The couch has always had a weird odor I have never been able to get out even though I’ve cleaned it multiple times.

I have contacted the company multiple times with no response.

I am upset this couch was over 1000 and looks terrible, smells terrible and is uncomfortable.

I will not purchase this brand again unless

This is resolved.

Broyhill Furniture Broyhill Legacy (Castle Pines) 6pk dining chairs, table and loveseat

In March we removed the outdoor patio covers off our Legacy 6pk dining chairs, table and loveseat to discover:

1. All 6 wicker backed chairs have varying levels of disintegration (brittle, dry breaking off to the touch) of the plastic wicker on the tops of each chair.
2. We bought the castle pines patio dining chairs, table &loveseat on March10, 2021 at a BIG LOT store located in Evans, GA.
3. The set is never in direct sunlight & in winter months here in southeastern Georgia the set is covered by patio covers. Mild winters
4. We have bought Broyhill outdoor products before & considered Broyhill to be a quality manufacturer.
5. Did not expect deterioration in less than two years.
6. We have no issues with the wicker loveseat, it's still in near perfect condition as of today's date.

Desired outcome: 1.We prefer an immediate response with a suitable resolution of one-to-one replacement of the six deteriorating wicker chairs.

We bought this exact set in the Spring of 2021 and are having the exact same problem! And loveseat and other pieces are fine but the chairs are breaking at the tops to the touch! Any resolution with this for you?

Broyhill Furniture Sectional couch

I bought a broyhill sectional sofa from Big lots less than 6 months ago I have a 10 lb dog and two small cats. Furniture looks very sturdy in the store cushions look like they were sturdy as well. And less than 4 months the whole back of my couch is sunk down the cushions do not hold up. I will like to know if I have a warranty on this and if it can be fixed through Broyhill ill it looks terrible I paid a lot of money for this sectional and it needs to be fixed

Desired outcome: I would like the cushions to be fixed to be more sturdy as they appeared or see if this set that I have is defaulty.

Broyhill Furniture Outdoor patio bar height table with four chairs.

I bought this expensive patio furniture and the furniture was professionally covered through the winter. The wood actually rotted out and now the table is unable to be used because the cracked, rotted wood can cause injury. This is ridiculous and not treated properly at the factory? Broyhill should replace the furniture! Expensive furniture that is made like crap!

Desired outcome: Replacement of table and chairs or credit to buy a new set. Unable to be used. Dangerous for children!

Broyhill Furniture Outdoor furniture. With faux rattan, metal, and cushions. Couch and 4 rockers.

I purchased a couch, 4 rockers, end table, and coffee table one year ago. I always bring the cushions in, if it's raining. The problem is the bottoms of the rockers get stained from possibly the rattan part bleeding. It looks like rust! I am thoroughly disappointed. Only a few months of use! I brought them from the garage this year, and of course as soon as it rains the stains are all over the bottoms of the runners. Is this normal? I thought Broyhill was a good quality furniture. What can I do?

Broyhill Furniture Poorly made sofa and love seat

The arms and frame

of the Alexandria love seat and sofa break very easily. The fabric is very cheap as well. Keeps getting stringers as well. Had 2 love seats and 1 sofa replacement in 2 years. The price was 499.00 sofa, 498.00 for the love seat. Now they are 200.00 higher. Makes no sense. I am very sure I am not the only one with these problems.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back for all of the furniture and for Broyhill to come pick up this garbage they call furniture.

Broyhill Furniture Mason Power Love Seat

I bought a power loveseat on July 18, 2021. It worked great for a few months, then started having 'issues'. The left side power recline does not work and the frame is missing the rivet that holds the seat to the frame causing the seat to tilt. The piece is only 5 months old. Because of the misalignment, a wire was severed at the connection point. I have a receipt and the only remedy BigLots is offering me is to return the loveseat, which weighs 200 lbs and this is not possible at this time as I am recovering from cancer surgery.

Desired outcome: I am willing to fix it myself if given the correct parts. I need a screw/bolt and nut to fix the alignment /missing rivet issue and a new male plug/connector with 2 sets of wires coming out of it. Cannot get through to Broyhill support.

Broyhill Furniture Broyhill sectional

Bought a broyhill section from big lots the frame broke within 2 months and nails started poking out and cut my babies foot, got it replaced and the second one was also defective the frame was all bowed, big lots let me exchange it iam now on my 3rd broyhill section in 8 months and the 3rd one also arrived defective whatever hard piece is supposed to support the arm of the coach is totally missing my arm is omost completely hollow, and all the seems of the lining is gapped and not attached and leaving huge holes

Broyhill Furniture Naples Sectional

I purchased a gray Broyhill sectional and I can't stand to sit on the left facing side due to the fact that you sink into it. There is no support as though the back isn't there. I have even tried placing blankets under the cushions to prevent them from swallowing you up but that didn't work either. The opposite side is fine. Like the look but very disappointed with the obvious construction issue. Is there no quality control?!

Broyhill Furniture Naples collection sectional

I have a Blue and Gray sectional that sinks down lower in some spots than others. I had returned this item to the store once's already where they made an exchange for another one but now the same problem. I have experienced great quality in the past when I purchased Broyhill furniture so I'm surprised. I would like a refund for this item, that was purchased at Big Lots in Tyler, Tx.

Leather peeling, couch looks horrible, salesman lied about leather couch purchased looked great. Too expensive to repair, couch has only had limited use. Material is trash. I'd just like a decent leather couch. Shoddy workman ship, misrepresentation, etc. etc. Treated me like I was a fool. No recourse except maybe legal action and to me that's crazy for a couch. Just want some solution.

Broyhill Furniture poor quality loveseat recliner

1. A seat support broke within the first year.
2. When the seat is reclined, it is very difficult to close it up to the unreclined position. My knees became sore, affecting my yoga practice from the effort of closing it. Now, to get up requires yoga training to extract myself.
3. The entire loveseat falls forward when you lean on the footrest with your legs in an effort to close it.
4. The footrest is very hard and uncomfortable. It feels like resting your calves on a wooden board with heels resting on hard fabric tracks.
5. Construction is poor. I can easily wiggle the arm rest with my hand while sitting on the seat. I am an average size woman of 65.

Broyhill Furniture sofa and loveseat fabric

I purchased a Broyhill sofa and loveseat in June 2012 and received delivery in November 2012. The fabric was a leather polyester blend. Recently I have discovered a small worn spot (1" in size) on the back cushion of the loveseat and a larger worn spot on the seat cushion of the sofa (5" x 4" spot). The fabric appears to be wearing thin and then splits.
I am really disappointed in this as my husband and I are the only ones who normally sit on this furniture. We do not smoke and have no children or pets. We are away from home for three months in the winter so this furniture has not had heavy use in the six years that we have owned it.
I do not have my receipts from the purchase of this sofa as almost six years has passed. I purchased the furniture at Lincoln Mattress and Furniture store in Lincoln Nebraska for approximately $2500. I do have a Broyhill tag that says this furniture was manufactured at plant #003.
I have had other Broyhill Furniture in the past and have been very happy with it. This furniture set has certainly been a disappointment to us as it has not had heavy use. As a consumer, I just wanted to let you know that the fabric on this furniture has not held up to my expectations. Perhaps you have had other complaints as well.

Broyhill Furniture laramie leather sofa

I purchased a sofa, chair and ottoman from Russell Furniture aprox. 3 years ago. The leather is actually peeling away on cushions. I expected this sofa to last. I have never purchased a couch that has not lasted 8+ years and was in such condition that I was able to sell or donate the sofa. I am so disappointed with this product. It is defective and apparently not backed by your company, since I have contacted both Russell and Broyhill with no help offered! I have never purchased a couch that was such a piece of junk. I have purchased Broyhill in the past and have been fully satisfied. I would love to send pictures to you so you could see how substandard this item is. Again I have to stress how unhappy I am with this product and your customer service.

Broyhill Furniture a chair that is falling apart that is 7 months old.

On February 27, 2017, I purchased a Broyhill 3 Piece Set, which includes 2 swivel chairs and a glass barrel side table. Info on page is as follows: Purchase price for set was $399. Dept: 16, PC0317 Style: 00142 Type: 6 Cat: 4655 PO: [protected] PAGE: 001 Line: 014 Color: Light Grey

I have the receipt and the tag that was attached to chair. I have attached that info.

I contacted the HomeGoods store and spoke with a women named "Tish" at the Boca Raton FL location who told me she could not help me.

This swivel chair started loosing its small steel bearings and has continued to do so . I took a good look at the mechanics and it does not look like a simple fix. The chair is so wobbly that it is useless. This set looks new, but the chair is useless and I am going to have to throw it away. I attached a pic of the chair compared to the good one. Note the difference. And a pic of the bearings on the cushion.

I think it would be fair if you sent me at least a $150.00 which is half of what I paid. I am disappointed with the quality. Note, it was made in Vietnam?

Broyhill Furniture maddie couch 6517_3, fabric 8417_8

I wanted fabric 8417_85, I had contacted Broyhill to get it, and they said I could have it. I mistakenly ordered wrong #. I understood my mistake and wanted to start new, and suddenly I can not have this fabric anymore, although it is still available, not discontinued. I offered to pay for waste, still not good enough. Factory is saying no. I have loved this style couch 7 years, but waited to find a fabric That Icould use, since Broyhill has great fabrics, but not for furniture. In the meantime, of trying to work my way through this. I noticed that the upper part of my unwanted Maddie couch, is beginning to droop and the fabric is stretching, or sagging, or wrinkling.It looks as if there is just not enough stuffing.I am not sure if because I bought it online, it is produced differently than Hoffman Koos. Either way I need to have this fixed, and am waiting on response from the place I purchased it and Broyhill. But I still want the fabric I wanted to begin with, which was available to me! A ton of unanswered emails from Broyhill, all I want is what I had available, and I know still exists. But now I am questioning the couch in general. Had Broyhill, changed the stuffing? It was such a beautifully well made couch 7 years ago, if I am to repurchase will I I have the quality that I expect? No sofa should do this after 2 weeks, I have no children or pets. But even if I did, this is unacceptable!

I ordered this couch which was delivered on Aug 11. To begin with, I waited 7 years to find a fabric That I wanted. I originally saw this at Huffman Koos in NJ, but every fabric I chose was not an option. Through the years I have researched and a few months back saw fabric 8417-85. It was available on your site, despite protests from sales rep at Raymond and Flanigan. Home Gallery stores had it, and the sales rep from Raymour even called to tell me yes I can buy it. I even contacted your company personally. My mistake, I ordered the wrong fabric. So after many calls and contacts, was told I would have to buy new. I agreed. Then I was told I can not have this fabric, though it is still available. I offered to pay for waste, and was still told no, even though this was originally available. I have tried everything to make this happen, and am having nothing but problems. In the meantime Unwanted Maddie, sits in my livingroom, so I can sell. I want you to know original Maddie was superior construction, which is why I wanted this couch. Well, 2 weeks later and the upper half of this model is under- stuffed with probably the cheapest possible filling. I see droops, sags and wrinkles. I am not certain if lesser quality goes to online stores, but regardless this is unacceptable. I have no pets, children, my husband and I sit on this a few hours a night. What happened here? But all I really am asking is to correct this and please get me my fabric!
