TERRIBLE!TERRIBLE!TERRIBLE! AFTERSALES SERVICE.
Stay well away from this company if you value aftersales service on your expensive motorhome. All this company is out to do is get your money and give zero service to any problems you might encounter afterwards. If you try to contact them through their joke of a telephone system, which if you dont get cut off straight away you will definately get passed to the wrong department and passed around before being asked to leave your details for someone to get back to you. No one ever returns a call and i do mean never. We called and left 32 messages to be called back about sorting out problems and not one was returned leaving us no option but to go there and sort things out face to face and waste time and fuel when things could have been sorted out on the phone. Incidentaley if you ring and say you want to buy a motorhome they are on you like a rash. Once you finally get past them avoiding you and constantly lying through their teeth at every oportunity they take forever to sort things out often up to and over a year leaving you to drive around in damaged and faulty goods that they charged you a fortune for. We personally encountered three seperate problems with our motorhome and encountered the same crap service each time. They ordered wrong replacement parts, forgot to order parts and just downright lied about ordering others and when they finally booked us in after putting us through so much stress they even managed to damage our motorhome twice while repairing it and handed it back filthy even when it was delivered to them immaculate. PLEASE, PLEASE do not part with your money to this firm as they will only cause you heartache and stress over something that cost you a small fotune and should be a pleasureable experience, we wish we had gone to a smaller family run business for a better and more personal service.
ALSO TO NOTE IS THAT THEY CHARGE NEARLY DOUBLE FOR THEIR SERVICING THAN ANYONE ELSE.

This company just beggars belief the after sales service is so poor I dont know where to start the girls on the service desk have no idea and really do not care about any issues you have they are also very rude when speaking to you. I honestly think this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with regardless of in what context it really blows your mind you cannot put into words how very very poor they are.

Im in the process of buying a Autotail Motorhome and the service has been very poor, I agree with comment above telephone system is crap! after sales they don't care

Just bought a brand new Swift 599 from these guys and have to say the service has been 100%..
Mike, our sales guy did everything he said he would do and more, the technician who prepped our van was so helpful and informative, the 2 small problems we had where dealt with immediately and without any hassle.
The level of contact from buying the van to picking it up was perfect.
Keep up the good work guys.

I brought a Knaus Skywave from Brownhills in June 2015. They didn't know anything about Knaus and have left me potentially with very expensive damp issues. They totally #### up the Knaus 10 year habitation warranty. I could go on but honestly, life's to short, just AVOID because they will con you somehow.

Still the same awful company. Wish id read this before parting with my hard earned cash! We had almost identical experience. Never use them again. As for the person who commented that some people just want money, that's rubbish. We just want service and our faulty goods repaired. Glad you had a good experience but we certainly did not! Never again.

We have just brought a motorhome from brownhills at Newark. This is our first time at brownhills but our 4th motorhome. All the staff have been fantastic with us, they have gone an extra mile and some. We cannot fault all the staff, especially Robert inglby, Geoff tucker and other staff who I don't know their names. We have had problems they have and are still sorting them out for us without any problems at all.
Some folk just want money back, free goods etc so they think if they bad mouth folk enough they will get money back or free goods?
I think you should see for yourself the treatment you can, they have treated us absolutely fantastic, our motorhome is new to us but when the time comes we would deffo go back there.
Good service, reasonable priced, extra benifits too.
Well done brownhills keep up the good work.

Must be another Brownhills somewhere as in my experience the one at Newark falls way behind expectation in all departments except taking your money. My motorhome new in 2017 has had a plethora of faults and getting .. them resolved has been a nightmare from non or incorrect ordering of parts, non acceptance or recognition of reported faults and shoddy workmanship ie leaving a job without cleaning up . Communicatios are very difficult phone calls and emails invariably go unanswered. Yes and I also do not enjoy having to complain or want monetary recompense just some good honest customer service and value for the money already invested. Would never go near Brownhills again.

BUYER BEWARE go to BROWNHILLS @ your peril as you might experience the same arrogant response too your problems as i have after-sales and customer care are @the very bottom of their priorities in other words here is your vehicle now go away

i also agree with the previous comments, they may be no.1 as the biggest, but for sure they are no.1 for lack of after-sales and customer care.

I so agree with this comment, great when buying, not interested after.
