They advertise a "Free Sample". What is in the fine print is that this "Free Sample" will cost you $6.00 in shipping and handling (the initial charge) and another $69.95 after 14 days if you do not cancel your subscription. Oh yes, you are automatically subscribed to a renewal and your credit card is billed. The second charge of $69.95 will be refunded (so I am told) once they receive the un-opened bottle. However, the first $69.95 is gone. So, unless you carefully read the fine print of the offer this "Free Sample" will cost you $75.00. Definitely not worth it and I think a VERY deceptive way to offload a product which does NOTHING!

Ordered what I thought was FREE Bromalite & just pay S&H. Then I get a charge of $79.95 on my credit card. Then I received a second bottle which I sent back unopened. I called & asked for a credit but they refused. Told them DO NOT send me anything! I also had this happen with the Acai Berry but they oked a refund. I also had a charge from A "Fit Factory" which was connected with both of these& they also gave me a refund.

Don't order a free trial of Acai Berry or Bromalite unless you have hundreds of disposable dollars. The free samples cost me over $300. In addition to charges from other companies that claim they were companion products that I didn't check as not wanting to receive. Scam Alert!

This company is a rip-off. I placed on order one day and canceled the next day. I was charged for a months supple when I only ordered a free trail.
Now they keep giving me the run-a-round about my refund. It took them two days to charge my account, now 39 days and I still don't have my refund. Never order from this company...They also will not tell you who owns this company...BIG red flag

I purchased the trial and cancelled within the 21 days and still was billed $69.95 from Bromalite. I was able to speak with someone regarding the charges and was informed that I would be refunded the funds within 12 business days.

If Bromalite has stolen from you please contact them for your refund: 866.897.0663

I ordered a a trial of Bromalite which I had to pay shipping and handling. Then I received another bottle which I was charged $95.00, plus I was charged 2 times of $69.oo for ACAIBerry. I called both companies and cancelled, and was told I could not get a refund since I did not call within the 14 days of the free trial. I have definitely learned my lesson, and will not get free trials again!

I ordered a free supply of Bromalite for $4.95 shipping & handling. At no place in the order or the receipt received was there any information about a $69.95 charge for the supply if I did not cancel within 14 days. They charged me and now I am having to argue with the cc company about the charge as Bromalite refuses to refund the money.

I signed up for a free trial of bromolite and was followed by an unauthorized charge of $69.95 to my credit card. I will know to check out this complaints website before any future similiar situations as it is near impossible to get the charge removed. My only alternative is to cancel my credit card with my bank. Sadly Oprah Winfrey supports this product but is she aware of the scam that goes with it?

I have had unauthorized charges from three different companies to my account. I have tried to call and cancel there are various numbers that show up on my bankstatement, I have yet been able to speak with anyone. I have tried to cancel all of my accounts, charges are still going through, and their all inconsistant amounts being charged.

My credit card was charged for numerous outside fitness companies or programs after signing up for a "free trial." I have made attempts to cancel my order and any future dealings with Bromalite, however the verifymyorder.com web site Bromolite would like you to use, is not a working web site. I have tried calling numerous times and am placed on infinate hold every time.

My bank and I have tried the number and it keeps saying there is a wait time and to go to veryyourorder.com when going to this there is no website?

Stay away from these ###.

DO NOT BUY THE FREE SAMPLE! They will CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD. And even though you did not authorize the charge, they will not refund you. EVER! They will also enroll you into FitFactory.com for an additional $19.95 also UNAUTHORIZED. DO NOT DO THIS. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

You can't cancel. Emails fail.
No one answers the phone.
3 times 45 min. 60 min 45 min then disconnect
Tried to stop transaction at source HA HA then called regnetord.com. They are the biller. Assured me it would be stopped...It wasn't. Now they say I will be refunded. We will see.
I am prepared to complain to the FTC as well as the AG offfice..
This is interstate commerce and fraud!

The only way to cancel a free trial without being billed is to cancel your credit card because they will not answer their phone and their email address is bogus.

I was charged 69.95 for a free trial of bromalite.
Even "Bryant" who took my cancellation agreed that it
was a rip-off! I was unable to return my free sample of Acai
because I had opened the bottle and taken one. It made my
arms feel numb. What do they put in these "free"
samples?

The company is working with others to scam you to get your credit card info. Look at the terms (fine print) you have to specifically look on the website to go to the terms. They are going to charge you $$ for a contractual requirement because you don't know to cancel within days of receving the product. They are authorized to automatically hit your account as you gave the authorization. The phone number has no one answering and no answering machine. It is a total rip off. Only solution is to cancel your credit card to stop the charges. You also are going to get a connecting charge for an associated company about fitness. I've never spoke or ordered anything from them, but its all connected and you will be in over $150.00 before you know what's happening.

Don't order it. Don't order Acui Berry products either. Same rip off.
