2009 Ford Fusion with known damages
Left and right control arms are bad loud grinding and this was noted within less then 30 days. They wanted 1000.00 for repairs. Constantly harass me about payments didn’t disclose recalls with brakes or previous accidents either. Control arms can be serious when driven more than a week and it’s been over 1 year. Do something!

I financed this truck through Broadway, and have made all the payments on time. Recently, there was several "issues" going wrong with the truck. 1) The turbos was the first issue, which they require 5000 to fix, up front cost (which should be covered under warranty, but because I had my friend do my oil changes, I don't have "record" of oil change...

I think my experience will top everyone's. Please DO NOT go to Broadway Credit. I to have credit problems. I needed a car so I went to Broadway. It was so fast. They sold me a car for like $10, 000. My payments were over $400 a month. The girl new my income, and obviously sold me a car I could not afford. I brought it back. Well, Blue Böok price days the car is only worth $3, 500, and that is what they got at auction for it. A month later I get a small claims court notice. They were suing me for $7, 000. Now I am stuck with a $7, 000 bill, and they have the car and sold it. They are crooks. Please do not go to them.
Don't purchase a vehicle from Broadway Auto Credit. They sell you cars you cannot afford. Then when you give it back they auction the car off and bring you to court for you to pay $7, 000 or more. Example: The Blue Book says $3500, they auction car for $3500 and charge you $7000.
The Fianance Manager is rude and will not work with you I had an awful experience with them. If you don't want to get ripped off, please go somewhere else.

I purchased a vehicle from them, a Ford Windstar to be exact, of course at 4000.00 dollars over Kelly Blue Book Value, seeing as I have bad credit due to a bad divorce, I get to get screwed like the thousands of other people in my situation that they are "trying to help out" by extending credit to.
