After purchasing four game codes and applying them I was prompted to upgrade the game to the Sygnian Abyss so bought another game code which overwrote the existing account and overwrote all the game codes that had been used. Upon emailing the company over twenty times to multiple email adress' and waiting for over a week to try and get the issue resolved I recieved an email from the games lead producer stating that she was willing to offer me one of the original game codes back, no apology, no empathy shown, essentially an email saying "tak it or leave it".
I have emailed them again asking for all the game codes to be restored and will no doubt be wating another week for a response. I will update my report of this total lack of service as it either evolves or de-evolves even further
