BroadbandOffers / Refusing to refund my money
I purchased a modem from this company over a month ago. It took them less than 2 hours to charge my account but now that i returned the modem they have all kinds of excuses. They're even claiming that the modem was damaged when I never even used it because I returned it right away with every item in there. They claim they are only a call center and so they can't help me. I have submitted many tickets and it wasn't until i started calling angry that they changed my modem status to damaged. If there is anyone who can help me out please let us all know.
