I ordered Comcast internet and cable through Broadband national.com (an authorized retailer of Comcast). I submitted all the documents needed for the mail-in rebate ( service confirmation #, comcast bill, etc.) and was rejected because they claim I didn't order and purchase the services. This is absurd and I'm completely upset and have no recourse.
