Brio / day & night serum lotion
I ordered your product Brio because they said it only cost 4.98 for the postage and the item was free for trying. Now I'm told I only had 14 days to use the product then if it is not returned I would be charged full price for another one. The first Brio set came while I was out of town for a funeral
so it was impossible for me to try it and or return it within 14 days. I am going to return both the first shipment and the second one which I did not want to begin with. You need to send me a Return Merchandise Authorization for both sets of the day & night serum lotion, also a postage label so I can return them to the right address and issue a credit for the full amount that you have charged to my credit card, that includes the $4.98 for the postage. If you don't agree with this and give me my money back, I will be forced to turn this over to the Better Business Bureau & my credit card company.
