What a waste of time!
I got a coupon and wanted to use my points but BrilliantDistinctionsProgram did everything to prevent me from doing that. When I contacted BrilliantDistinctionsProgram customer service they did nothing to help me, they even did not explain what was going on. It really seemed that they simply did not care. Their rep said that if their site says that it's too early then I need to wait. What a waste of time!

I wonder if someone had the same situation and can offer good solution. Thanks.
