Bright White teeth whitening system rediculous charges and poor product

I also fell victim to this free trial. I did receive the product but it was half gone when I received it. Also they not only billed me 129 dollars once but 4 times as well as 87.95 and 39.99. I was not given the number to call and cancel this nor was I informed of having to cancel within 14 days. Luckily my bank realized something was funny and wouldnt allow the charges to be paid or I would really be in trouble.

I did the same thing>I ordered online for free trial but now when I checked my bank accounts.. They charged me for 89.++ for something I havent used and recieved..

Bright White teeth whitening system never received &free trial &

While browsing on the internet one day, I ran across an advertisement for a "free trial" of Bright White teeth whitening solution. All I had to pay was the $4.99 s/h by credit card. If I did not cancel withing 14 days(14 days from what date I wasn"t sure) I would be charged $78.95 on my credit card. I never received my "free trial" of the product and subsequently forgot that I had even ordered it. I do often order "free" stuff from the internet. While sitting and cleaning at my computer several weeks later, I found a note with the toll free number to call and cancel the Bright White within 14 days. I immediately called, fearing the 14 days were certainly passed. I still had not received any product at this time but was told that my credit card had already been billed the $78.95. It is very difficult to talk to someone whom you can barely understand(the outsourced customer service representative) and only knows how to read from the script. He just kept saying I should have called within the 14 days to cancel and that he did not have the ability to refund my money. I am very upset that I am paying for a product that I never received to have the opportunity to try. I do understand
policies, but sometimes I believe there are to be exceptions. Thank you for this opportunity.

Requested free sample. Charged for shipping on Sept. 2, 2010 on my visa. I received nothing! Then to compound error, was charged for two payments on my visa.

First one on Sept. 10, 2010, for shipping: $4.18 and and for order: $92.81 .
The next one on Sept. 30. for shipping: $3.12, and for second order: $92.81.

I have received nothing at all!

Thank you for listening. I sincerely hope you can notify this company as I have looked for a phone number, etc. and have not found
any way to contact them.

I paid 4.95 for my free trial I recieved it, but I only last a week using it is very irritating. My gums felt like if they were burning and are still bruised I dont like the product, and aside from the gum bruising I saw no change on my teeth they are still the same shade. I found more results with using Dentek home whitening kit.
what last a month with bright white and no result took me three weeks with Dentek.

brite white is a scam they are fraudsters so what ever you do do not order anything from these low lifes they will suck you in by offering you a free trial then 10 days after that they will take more transactions from you account you will not recieve any products from them not even the so called free tial the only thing you will get is an empty bank account and took for a full brite white is a con expose them for what they are

I was scammed too by these Bright White criminals. I received the "free" trial offer as "thanks" for completing a short survey online, and then a charge of $ 91 on my Visa card. I should have known better. Don't waste your time trying to get a refund from them on your credit card. These are liars and scammers, not a legitimate company. CANCEL your credit card IMMEDIATELY (Visa advised me to do this) or you risk having more money stolen. Insist on disputing the charge - if the credit card companies get enough people disputing these charges, they'll have to do something about these unscrupulous, unethical merchants. Don't do nothing and just accept it. I disputed the charge with Visa and the customer service rep. I spoke with said the credit card companies are aware of these scams that take advantage of people not reading the terms and conditions. I am waiting for a refund. The Visa rep. I spoke with said there is a good chance the charge will be reversed on my account.

DEAR PEOPLE I TOO WAS LURD INTO THIS SCAM. I ORDERED A SAMPLE WHICH I PAID FOR, BUT I WAS ALSO CHARGED 91.19 FOR A PRODUCT WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. THE FOLLOWING MONTH I WAS CHARGED 76.47 FOR A PRODUCT THAT I ALSO DID NOT ORDER I HAD PHONED THE COMPANY PRIOR TO THESE TWO CHARGES AND HAD ALSO CONTACTED THEM BY PHONE AND EMAIL AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CREDITED ON MY NEXT MASTERCARD BILL. I PHONED MASTERCARD AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS MY PROBLEM AND THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. ROBERT MCFADDEN BINBROOK ONTARIO CANADA.

RECEIVED THE SAMPLE WICH I PAYED FOR, THE NEXT MONTH I WAS BILLED 91.19 FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER AND DID NOT RECEIVE. THE FOLLOWING MONTH I WAS BILLED 76.47 FOR THIS PRUDUCT WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. WE CONTACTED MASTERCARD BUT WE WERE INFORMED THAT THEY COULD OR WOULD NOT ASSIST US IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM. I'm included with all of you that got scammed...why are they allowed to do this? After the initial S&H "free" sample, I was charge $129.95 but never received anything. My bank would not help due to the 15 day trial period I missed. They keep your money & you don't get "jack"! I'm definitely for going after them so please keep me informed as to how we can get these low down scammers and outright theives.

I too was scammed by this so called Bright White company. I read the fine print cancelled my order with the 10 days so I won't get charge for the monthly payment. But when I got my credit card statement I noticed that the company had charged me $87.13 for the monthly payment. I called the company and disputed the charge when I talked to someone she said that she will forward it to the billing department to review the case and to call back after 15 days. So I called today and gave them more than enough of the time they needed to review but couldn't get through. So I decided to look them up online so I ran into this website and just found out that I got scammed. I immediately called my credit card company and told them about my situation and the staff from Chase was kind enough to credit my money back. I truly learned my lesson.

It is a horrible scam. Don't buy the product. I never received the order, called before the 10 day trial period was up. The person on the phone barely spoke English and was hard to understand. I was told I would be sent an email link to cancel the order. I never received the email link but was charged $ 87 the same day that I called to cancel. When I called them the next day to inform them that I had not received my email link to cancel and I was charged $87. They said the email they sent did not go thru but the deadline had passed and I would not be receiving a refund. I was so angry, they made the mistake regarding the email link and then proceeded to steal my money. I hung up on the sales person as he was hard to understand (again) and I was getting no where. I then called my bank, informed them that I did not receive the product (my bank refunded the money and is now seeking to get the money from this company). I also stopped the electronic payments to this company thru my bank. My suggestion, don't buy the product and if you did, don't bother to go thru the company as they are thieves and will give you the run around. Deal directly with your bank!
