Bright House cable / Nasty Customer Service

Digital cable went out. Called to get help to get it back. Spoke to DeeDee, employee #1131. Nasty, nasty useless little twit. Spent the entire time telling me what she wouldn't do. Her only suggestion was to power off and back on...where is she...India? Hung up on her and called back. Got a REAL Service agent, fixed in 2 minutes.
With so many people out of work, how does a nail-filing, gum-smacking, teeth-sucking lazy, useless, nasty girl still have a job instead of someone who would appreciate the paycheck?

    I do not understand that when i told Bright House to turn off the service becouse I could not pay for the service WHY they would turn the service back on with me telling them to turn it off. They said they turned it back on without my permition. then bill me for service that I did not use nor want. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND I told them I could no longer pay for it. Then send it to a credit agency..
