Bridgeway Professionals / Very poor customer service
I was scheduled for a phone interview by Kristen Riffle, the "scheduler", of Bridgeway Professionals for 1:00pm on 16 Oct 2008. The interview was scheduled to be conducted by recruiter Amy Recker. I had replied two days prior via e-mail that the above-mentioned time was agreeable. However, as of ~2:00pm today (16 Oct 2008), I have yet to receive a call from Ms. Recker to conduct the phone interview, nor have I received any notice that there might be a scheduling conflict. This is just POOR customer service - not only to the person waiting for the phone interview, but also to the company that has hired this agency to recruit candidates for them.
