The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I purchased an 06 Thunder Mountain and upon delivery was told they would take care of the lo jack, keys that were missing and numerous other things. After one month and the run around I have not been taken care of. I find a problem which should have not passed inspection and the answer I got from Management is "NO COMMENT". I would highly recommend not doing business with these people unless things are 110% before the purchase.

Been going to Brian's for almost two decades dating back to when they had the small place on Biz1. The few and far between problems I've had were with some defective parts, which is not the dealership's fault, and they got things corrected PDQ.I run all old stuff with the newest bike I have being 25 years old and get treated like I just scored a brand new one. I get greeted by name and when I call instead of heading over, they return my calls inside of 15 minutes if to busy to take it.Maybe having a sense of humor, showing people respect and not being a putz with folks helps LOL.I just had my EG with hack (not easy to work on) in for a brake master rebuild and before even starting, the mechanic called me back to discuss the job and different options. He also pointed out a few minor problems that he fixed and gave some advice on avoiding them in the future (Thanks, James). Regards to all the staff and thanks, Hez

I think you people are wrong. I've never had a problem at Brian's. I think you people are just saying this cause you have nothing better to do. Hey try this get a life and go riding and stop ###. Brian's HD has some of the nicest people I've every met and they will go out of there way to help you if you have a problem. So to say it short and sweet. You don't know what your talking about. Brian's is the only place I will go to for any of my bikes and other things I need. Thank you to all who work there and I think these other people didn't ever go to the Brian's Harley Davidson I know. Thanks.

I hate this HD dealer. They are low class ### as far as I'm concerned. Dan the sales manager is the most rude ignoramus I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. Go to Barbs or Valley Forge HD for a much more professional experience. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a used bike from them! WAY overpriced and they don't stand behind them.

Had my bike in for service and they lost the back rest from my Road Glide. I was told they would find it or get me a new one...the mechanic who worked on my bike was off "for a few days". Never heard from them...had to call back 5 or 6 times and leave messages for Service Manager and Owner of the Dealership. Someone from service said I would need to produce the serial number of the back rest or a receipt from when I purchased it. I called the owner again and he still has not had the courtesy to even return my calls. STAY AWAY or you will regret doing business with them

I purchased a 2009 street glide in 2011. Starting having problems when we took the bike out in 2012. Dealership was there for all issues and when the motor needed work, they took care of the parts. I have nothing but praise for the service dept, parts dept. and the GM. Sometimes it's the attitude the customer comes in with more than the attitude of the dealership.

my buddy just got ###ed big time at brian's harley. they raked him over the coals with pricing on a new bike. told him the bike would cost $20, 100.00 before trade and tax. it was a 2012 that someone ordered and then refused. they then adding shipping, prep and some other ###. he could have bought a 2013 for what he ended up paying.

My father has had nothing but problems w/ the service at this dealership! For 2 yrs he has been going through the BS of no return phone calls, no resolution and of course now the warranty has ended, how ironic... Not to mention the fact that they DROPPED the bike during service and then tried to hide the damage! They are a complete RIP OFF and DAN is definately a snake in the grass. He's a sales man at heart just remember that he's NOT your friend!

I've been going to Brians H D since 98 with three bikes purchased there and nothing but praise for them. If you have a problem there, they will work it out with a positive attitude and a happy ending. This is not a perfect world with perfect machines, so all you cry babies hang in there and let Brians H D work it out for you.

Knowing Brians HD for numerous years and seeing many people walk out of this dealership very happy. I have say you are one of the very few who feel this way about Brians HD. Things happen in life and we need to roll with the punches. Im sure the dealership did everything in their power to make you a satisfied customer, and make up for their mistakes! They always do when an issue is brought to their attention.
