Brazzers review: Scam 109

unauthorized credit card charges on 8th September, 2016.

This company just IP banned me for complaining about fraud.

This site is a complete joke the probiller told me I was going to be charged with fraud over 1 months charges.. I can't believe this. I was just disputing the charge on my account. They told me they were going to have a big investigation over 24.96. That is ridiculous. I am reading that they have a deceptive business practice of a fine print box that you are charged 1 month. Give me a break who does that.

Someone should bring a class action law suit for this deceptive practice. Someone should raise a class action law suit against for this blatant theft.

Signed up two days ago to find an old video, and although I signed up for a 1$ account it charged me more than that even initially. Cancelling the membership from the site doesn't work, and I haven't gotten any reply to my e-mail. Now the live video chat doesn't work either... No way I will call them over this stuff. This was the last time I pay for internet porn. Luckily I used a program that my bank requires me to use when buying stuff over the Internet, so they can't charge me anymore whether they want to or not. So those scamming ### can suck it down.

thx for help. i have taken 1 pound trial (i was drunk normally i am not so stupid) and get phone call from bank that they attempt to take money about 26 pounds. will write again if something goes not like they said on forum (it is fresh what i am saying now). U have to go through their web site www_brazzerssupport_com and speak through live chat (that what i have done) and tell u want to pop out. I said i want to terminate my account with them and any payments which are associated with this trial. dont want to spent further any more money. they said they charge if someone no contact them as soon as possible and tell them that he want to pop out. i have changed credit card dont want to have more suprises. never know who have credit card details apart from bazzers now. Hope it will be 1 pound lesson for me. i own u guys especially "kevblade". good luck konrad

HELP! made an account for brazzers yesterday and they have already taken 95 pounds out of my account when I DEFINITELY signed up for the 7pound subscription. SUCH A SCAM and can't afford to lose money like that. How do I get it back?

I bought the free trial then decided to upgrade for $40 a couple days ago today i go on and i can only watch trailers again and the support sucks i have been waiting 30 min and nothing has happend... not worth it

Scam site, it happened to me as well. They charged the billing before the trial ended up. Completely a scam!

This is such a scam. Complete ###. I was charged for a lot of money as well.

Ok so I did the whole trial BS that give u like 4 videos. Then from then on it seemed like a scam, I look at my bank statement online and seem to have no charges, not even the 1$. I call to make sure there is no tricks, asked specifically to cancel any types of charges what so ever to my card. They said they did. LUCKILY I did catch that little checked box before you submit the trial, so I am pretty sure I am not being charged anymore. Called 4 times just to make sure its canceled, and the last guy said "sir you called 3 times already, it is canceled" and assured me there will be no future charges. Can anyone help confirm this?

P.S. do not EVER purchase any ### from brazzers, and in general, if you ask me.

So i emailed vendo services to confirm the cancellation & they did reply saying it was done.. Hope that's the end..

wait a minute, that wasn't the confirmation email. I will wait for it and re-post here to see if the steps i took were the right one. Don't want anyone to be in the same predicament.

P.S. i will still have to pay about $1+ x2 = $3+ for the accounts that it automatically signed me up for.

jamesMan helped me and so shall I. The best thing to do for now is follow his advice. Log in to Brazzers > scroll down all the way > click remind me later on pop up > help > live support (where u can chat live) >
1. talk with support over a live chat and find out who ur biller is (mine was vendo services)
2. get contact details (better to get phone number)
3. call them up & provide details like email, credit card (ONLY 1ST 6 AND LAST 4 NO.S), name & user id for Brazzers.
4. make sure u tell them to cancel all associated bills with brazzers and ask for cancellation confirmation email.

I just got it done over the phone while typing this feeling mentally exhausted and I already see the confirmation email.

Sigh, Brazzers rocks but it's too tricky to get involved with. So unless u're filthy rich, try to give this a pass...

I was charged $2.95 and $4.95 for my $1 trial membership - the "Trial" account only grants access to a couple trailers. I believe that is a scam in itself!

As for cancelling, I logged into brazzers.com, then scrolled down. There's a picture that pops up and blocks the bottom menu. If you click "remind me later" it goes away, and you can click "help".

It offers a couple options, email support@brazzers.com, live support chat, and a couple of numbers to call. I opened up the live support chat. They didn't say anything and I waited two minutes until it timed out. I opened it up again and typed in "hello" - they responded pretty quickly.

I was then told that www.epoch.com was handling my account. I signed in to cancel the account, but also noticed a 'live chat'. I canceled my account, and asked in live chat to confirm cancellation. They told me that I had cancelled my brazzers.com trial, but the 'main site' was still active. (I did not see that from the panel I had access to), so I asked them to cancel it, and they said they did.

This was just 1 minute ago, so I am hoping I don't get charged $150 a week for a year or something.

Man, I can't believe I paid for something that's worse than any of the free stuff out there! Lessons learned.

I demanded a refund twice for this same scam and they would not do it.

Hello, I signed up for the 2 day trial and got billed 40 dollars and then got billed another 29 dollars for the brazzersreel.com website that i didnt wanna sign up for so now im about to cancel my member ship its still on trial and hopefully i dont get charged 79 dollars for something i didnt use and if i do get charged i hope i get to atleast use the site after ive canceled it

I found the extra charge when I clearly unchecked the box, so I read up on this problem, and I decided to call them. To my surprise they were nice enough to take the charge off, I told them I even had a screenshot, which I did. Obviously they took the chance to throw additional promotions at me, but I declined respectfully, and that was that. I was talking to a Robert (Promotions ext. 2071).

For those people who did not uncheck the box, I don't know what to tell you. Whenever there's money involved you need to read the fine print. So don't throw the SCAM FLAG, too losely, people have become de-sensitized to that word.

Same thing just happened to me. I joined from my iPod for a 1.00 free trial on December 3rd. I got two emails for two different memberships. One was to convert to monthly on December 5th, and the other on December 6th. I canceled my accounts less than 16 hours after I joined, on December 4th. I was charged 40.35, and just got off the phone with billing support. The lady would not let me talk, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she WAS the supervisor. She said it is my fault that I did not uncheck the box. Regardless of the box, I canceled my account before the conversion date, and they charged my account the same day I joined for the $1.00 trial. My bank account says the payment was authorized on December 3rd, and it went through on the 4th. This is fraudulent, and completely illegal. This won't be the end of it.

Agee... I uncheck't the bottom offer just to find out later I magically check it. I explained to customer service that I was 100% shure I uncheck't the box and he said he could not do anything about that and kept saying I checkt it(first of! It's already pre-check't). I ask't to talk to a manager, he said he was the manager! WTF! Such a large company and the managers answere the billing phone, bull ###. He explained I sign'd up for brazzers real aswell and hade to go their and cancel, they were a diffrent company. I explained he was still the one charging(billing me) and I was talking to the right person(aperantly not). I also explaind their is no link to the support page on brazzers mobile to allow people to cancel, I hade to google it. I then told him the cancelation page ask't what was the billing company and so I chose brazzers and it never said smithing about a diffrent website when it said I canceled my account and no more charges would occur. I told him if I canceled my account for that company(brazzers) and that company was still charging me, other website or not, I canceled the billing for their company which is the same company that charges you for the "other website". Even if they use the it's another website, the same company/department still charges you so canceling billing for brazzer as chosen on thle cancelation page should stop all billing from them! WTF.

The same thing had happened to me but they did refund me for the amount which they over charged me so no worries, they are legit!
