Bravoflynon-refund of cancelled flights

We booked four air tickets in march 2014 and paid by american express. The airline cancelled the flight on 30 june 2014 and bravofly requested we contact them to arrange a refund, which we did immediately. We are still waiting for the refund, bravofly, almost six months later! Come on, bravofly. Really? Just pay up already! And stop sending us customer satisafaction surveys. We are clearly not satisfied!!!

    Dear L_M_W,

    We are sorry to read that you are still waiting for your refund following the cancellation of your flight. Unfortunately this isn’t necessarily an automatic process and the timings do vary greatly depending on both the airline and the type of cancellation.

    Bravofly ensures however that as soon as it has been processed by the airline the amount will be returned to the passenger.

    If you could please reply to our private message with your 9-digit Bravofly ID we will check for an update on your refund with the airline.
