Bravofly booking id: [protected]

When I bought the ticket online, I was told that the cost was HK$1509.01 (online webpage is attached, showing the amount at the top right hand corner). Later the same day, I received the travel confirmation, saying that it costs HK$1, 656.61!
I don't understand why there are HK$147.6 more being charged!

In the confirmation under the paragraph headed "Attention", it says that I have chosen a travel option comprised of transport services whose bookings will be managed separately. I did not book any "transport services" other than the flight return ticket, please explain why is that and refund the HK$147.6 to my American Express Card!

Bravofly flight date change request

I requested a change of date for a flight the same day of purchase. They sent me a quotation later on to which I accepted online, since I did not see any changes I called several times in order to make the purchase. It took them for days and many phone calls to get back to me. When they finally called back, they offered me another price different (higher) from the first quotation. I can not believe a company can be so inefficient. Now they tell me that they will not respect the first price and I have to pay for the highest price. What is the benefit of booking with them? None.

Bravofly flight booking

I recently booked a flight for x3 family members using my credit card.The amount was debited from my account, however I was sent an email from bravo fly stating that they could not verify the card details there cancelled the booking!

NB: If they were unable to verify my details then why did they still withdraw the money and state that it would take several days to return to my account ! I do not think this is
a good practice!

Could you investigate! My booking no : [protected]
This has caused alot of stress on my parent and niece who intended on returning home!
This too has inconvenience me and cost more of an expense to book another flight!

Bravofly flight change and not given right details

You have caused SO many problems, due to your lack in communication skills. I was informed that my initial 10:30AM flight from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City was cancelled, and over the phone, your representative told me I can either change it to a 7:50AM flight or a 5PM flight. I asked for the 5PM flight in which she agreed and confirmed to. Days later, I had to request a confirmation email, cause you didn't even send me one, and I noticed that you booked me in for the 7:50AM flight, which was NOT what I requested. I emailed you to change it, in which you replied that the 5PM flight was cancelled, and I only had a 7:50AM or 11:55PM choice. I was extremely annoyed because you informed me of this VERY last minute, and I had already planned and booked my days, with the intention of flying out at 5PM. I then chose the 7:50AM flight, got to the airport at 5:45AM, to be then told that I was NOT on the flight, because I was still on the 5PM flight, that was actually NOT cancelled, unlike what you had told me. SO THEN I was offered a refund and asked to purchase tickets for another airline, which ended up costing me an extra $50AUD. THANK YOU BRAVOFLY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE. Because of the earlier scheduled time change of 7:50AM, I missed out on half a day in Nha Trang, which affected my trip as I missed my bus ride to Da Lat, missed out on riding the elephants and seeing the waterfalls. Are you going to give me back half a day so I can ride the elephants? I don't think so. Your lack of communication and inability to properly reschedule flights that were your fault in the first place, has cost me time, money, and has ruined my Nha Trang experience. Thanks for nothing. I am so angry at what we had to go through and will never use your services again, nor will I ever reccommend you to anyone.

And just FYI, I didn't pick the 11:55PM flight because we would have had to carry our suitcases and bags around for 12 hours, and be without hotel facilities, until we got to our next hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, at 1:30AM in the morning. This would have been an even more ridiculous scenario.

Bravofly city break/flight book through lastminute.com

On 11th december my son booked a city break to new york booking id [protected] for my partner and myself using my credit card. Flying from bristol lh5591 to brussels. Brussels to london heathrow lh5594. Heathrow to new york on the 17th february. On arriving to work on monday 12th december morning it became clear I would be unable to fly on theses dates and phoned customer care on [protected] to try and rearrange the flights. I've ask to fly direct from heathrow, which was declined. I've asked for the dates to be moved to march/april which has been declined. As i'm unable to fly on the 17th feb i've asked if my daughter can fly in my place, which has also declined. I've also be told if I cancel I will be charged over £500. I really can't understand why my daughter can't fly in my place. I have been incredibility reasonable and alerted the company that a mistake had been made in less than 24 hours

Why do we need to fly half way around Europe to get to Heathrow? Why is it so difficult to rearrange things so it enables myself and my partner to join the flight at Heathrow?

Bravofly my flight was cancelled or not? I want my refund conditions!

Hello, I called last Saturday to your Contact Centre from Chile in order to ask the cancellation and the refund of two air tickets that I bought during last June. Your agent told me that he would contact the airlines (LATAM and Iberia) with the purpose of requesting the refund conditions in detail so that I could be in complete knowledge of them. Naturally, he also asked me to confirm the cancellation of my two flights (Bologna-Madrid, Madrid-Santiago, both for the for the 28th of February) and to confirm my e-mail address, in which I would supposedly receive the confirmation of the cancellation and the refund conditions (how much time it will take, how much money will keep BravoFly, etcetera). Nevertheless, until now, I have not received that information.

I have tried to call again to your Contact Centre but without success, so I kindly ask you to confirm this procedure that I requested last weekend and to send me all the details of the refund to my e-mail. Thank you very much.

Dear Sofia,

Again, why BravoFly is refunding me only 17, 85 USD, when I originally booked my flights for 976, 71 USD (and a fair restitution should be of about 400 USD)? This seems to be a fraud because BravoFly never ever told me about the refund conditions (even I asked explicitly for them, as I have pointed out here in my first complaint, and also during my first call to the Contact Centre) and, if indeed your company has that kind of conditions, they are clearly unfair for the customer.

So, I do not want this small alms as refund: I want a real and fair restitution of my money. Thanks you very much in advance.

Hello, I have had to call again to BravoFly today because I never received the confirmation of my cancellation and the refund conditions. They wrongly registered my e-mail adress, so that mail was never sent to me (in fact, they took about TWO WEEKS to complete all the procedure). And finally, today, after calling to the Contact Centre, I read the confirmation e-mail, but this it was not the kind of information that I expected: it was, distinctly, an e-mail with some instructions to apply a discount voucher (for only 36 euros, versus the USD 976, 71 that my booking originally cost) in any purchase made through BravoFly's website.

I do not want any discount voucher, I want my money back!

Bravofly I want back money because I make to cancel for fly

I want to recover the money back because I revoke these two flights. One of the (Norwegian) from flights repaid me back the money, but the second flight (Easyjet) still not be refunded back to me for your sake.

Bravofly sold seats on flight that never existed!

I booked and paid for 2 seats online via Bravofly to fly Prague-Venice with Wizzair Oct 5th 2016, booking reference [protected]. I received full confirmation and boarding passes.
At Prague airport we were informed by Wizzair agents that the flight we've paid for never existed!
I accept that Wizzair have no responsibility in this matter.
We eventually got to Venice via Rome after many hours delay and nearly twice the cost of original booking.
All attempts to contact Bravofly have met with brick walls except for an auto-generated email that said my claim would be investigated and I would be contacted within 28 days. That was 6 weeks ago!
Can somebody please advise me on this matter? I will not let it rest as a matter of principle, as well as my desire to have my money refunded.

Bravofly refund of unsuccessful transaction

I booked a flight last october 26 2016 with bravofly and The transaction was successful and i was informed through email that there is a problem which so called credit limit. The amount was debited to my account and was credited to bravofly account. Ive been sending email and messages through facebook and yahoo. I didnt get a reply. Can somebody help me with my issue. I also called them a couple of times and promised that it will be refunded within two weeks. And now im calling them and no one is answering.

Bravofly my flight was cancelled and I was not notified of it

Hello,

I booked this plane ticket (Booking ID: [protected]) through BravoFly seven weeks before the flight date and only when I reached the airport in Iasi at 6am on October 27th did I find out that my flight was cancelled. I would have appreciated some sort of notification of the cancelled flight, ahead of time, but I had not received any notification. I would have made alternate flight arrangements, especially since I had had surgery and doctor's orders to not exert myself. I was forced to purchase another plane ticket (with a different company) to Rome, where I was to book my next flight. I reached Rome at 3pm and, because the Delta terminal was completely shut down, was not able to take an alternate route to my final destination. I ended up having to carry my bags around the different terminals of the airport and to book a hotel for the night of 27-28th of October. On October the 28th I had to pay a fee to be boarded onto the flight to my final destination, one day late.

I reached home and searched my email address again, to see of a notification regarding this cancelled flight, as it has caused me extensive physical discomfort and of course expenses. I am quite upset to see no email from BravoFly or Tarom regarding this cancellation. I am requesting a refund of the money I paid for this original ticket ($66), the price of the plane ticket I was forced to purchase to reach Rome ($288.71, confirmation email from Blue Air included below this message) and the hotel stay for the night of October 27th to 28th (197 Euros, receipt attached to this email).

Bravofly unable to contact bravely to enquire where my refund is

My flight with Jetstar booked through Bravofly was cancelled on 4/9/16 just a few hours before the flight was due. I had to fly that day so I rang Jetstar who could not give me another flight time that day so they agreed to refund the money for the flight and I booked another flight with Qantas. Jetstar refunded the money on 14/9/16 but as I booked through 3rd party the money has been refunded to Bravofly. Trying to get in contact with Bravely in order to find out why they haven't reimbursed my credit card is impossible. Every number I try says it is unavailable and the one time I thought I was getting somewhere was through a number that I had to give my credit card number because there is a 6 euro cost. Having given my number over and waiting the call was terminated as all lines were busy and I was told to call back later. Every time i call now and enter my credit card number I am told that I am entering an invalid number. There is no email address to send to. It appears Bravofly have stolen my refund and are deliberately making it impossible to talk to customer service.

Bravofly lack of refund for shortening my holiday and failing my flight reservation

My name is ilaria conti and I write to you as a very angry customer.

I have experienced absolutely horrid service from bravofly today and I expect to receive compensation for my economic losses and inconvenience.

I purchased my return flight to turin (ref he384b; booking id [protected]) in early july and presented myself at luton airport for departure this morning. however, blue air staff at the check in desk informed me they could not find my flight and questioned whether the payment was made. by the time I gained access to my own bank account and were able to prove that the transaction of 63.62 did take place my flight was well gone. I contacted bravofly while at the airport as the blue air staff argued it had to be bravofly customer service who could make alternative arrangements for me as the payment was made to them. as I got through to bravofly I was told that I would receive a call back shortly on my mobile following conversation between them and the airline. as the hours passed I grew more and more restless as nothing was getting done and checked what flight I could catch to the same destination from the airport but it looked as though there were none available. I decided to return home and as I did not hear from the agency and after 2 hours and a half I decided to call again.

This time I got through to someone and did not accept lack of answers. during a 1 hour conversation with an absolutely clueless worker called shalini I was finally passed onto the manager of the custormer relation team, vinayak. he seemed to offer standard and ready made statements in response to my request for answers, which did not improve the situation at all as I was asking pretty specific questions: what caused this issue? who is liable: bravofly or blue air? what arrangements are you making to let me fly to turin asap? I found his responses quite vague. I explained over and over that I found very unfair to have to find a different flight with such short notice and that I was expecting bravofly to make arrangements for this as they were likely to be responsible for this issue. I felt nobody seem to take the matter with urgency and were in fact trying to dismiss me.

The only "option" I was given was to cancel the reservation (!) and get a full refund for the money I paid (as if I was going to let that go as a free donation to bravofly!). vinayak explained that they could not book alternative flights for me as they had to investigate who was liable for the glitch in the system that caused this problem.

I called blue air (which is based in romania and is not cheap to call!) to get to the bottom of this and another incredibly worrying detail came up. I was informed that the booking was eventually in their system but that it was under a name different than ilaria conti: it was under the name of rumbo bravofly (see email below). this obviously clarified that the source of the problem was the wrong record inputted by bravofly. the blue air worker aurelia agreed to call bravofly (from romania) and discuss this matter further as she was also shocked about the poor treatment I had received. she called me back ensuring that bravofly would call me back as they agreed they were responsible for my inconvenience this morning and would be booking alternative flights for me.

I waited for bravofly to call me to arrange alternative flights and grew more worried as time passed once again. I knew that if they didn't secure seats for upcoming flights I would be left with very few and expensive options. I called bravofly several times this afternoon but for different reasons I never managed to resolve anything (on the first attempt I was asked to call back in 30 min as their system was not working, I did call later but there were reception issues and at the numerous following attempts nobody picked up).

I eventually resigned to the fact that I would have to purchase tickets myself to then ask and hope for the promised refund for these. please find attached the details of the flights I booked over the phone with blue air in relation to this.

In summary, as a result of bravofly's poor service:

-my holiday will be 3days shorter, not to count the fact that the first day of such 'holiday' was definitively not stress free;

-I had to pay for my return to london from luton (£15.50 thameslink train) and for a new bus to the airport (£12) to take me to luton for the sunday flight;

-I had to spend £95.98 in addition to the £63.62 I already paid bravofly for the initial booking;

-I spent all of my mobile minutes to deal with the lack of preparation of bravofly staff.

It really was a horrible situation to be in and I don't wish anyone to go through this. I hope this matter will get resolved soon and I will get compensation for the inconvenience and financial costs I experienced.

Bravofly terrible service carried out with friendly tone...

If you have booked with Bravofly you better hope that you do not need to do any changes on youre flight.
Tried to change a flight and was told by KLM that they have available seats and change is possible to do for small fee through Bravofly.
Bravofly answers that there are no seats left and refers to KLM, on the same time they have available flights on their own web page the actual day.
KLM refers to agent where trip was booked and do not want to have anything to do with the rebooking.
Had to buy a completly new ticket due to their incompetancy/ unwillingness to assist.

Bravofly what a scam of a company!

I booked a flight via Bravofly company and on the day of the departure I found out that my flight was cancelled. The worst part was that no one from Bravofly ever bothered to contact me and tell about that!
So my flight was cancelled as I already said and I still had the unused ticket. I contacted Bravofly and asked for a refund, but they refused and said that it was against their policy and told that I need to contact the airlines. Airlines representative was nice and really wanted to help. He said that Bravofly was responsible for all the issues I had, because they did not contact me.
I contacted Bravofly and got the same reply, they said they will not refund me. What a scam of a company.

Bravofly need help for interchanged first name & last name issue

I have booked the outboard and return air ticket of Lufthansa airline and Swiss airline online via Bravofly. (Hong Kong - Copenhagen)

Recently, I received its confirmation letter and found that the first name and last name have been reversed. Immediately, I have made call to both Lufthansa airline and Swiss airline, they advised that the name change can only be made with my ticket agent's amendment request.

Then I tried to contact Bravofly by phone and seek for help, but they denied and said changes isn't permitted.

My flight is in next month (Oct 2016), I'm very worried about my status and feel so disappointed with Bravofly's reply. Can anyone advise what I can do now?

Bravofly refund

Please can you contact me as soon as possible on my work email julie.[protected]@london-fire.gov.uk Euro Wings have refunded the money for my ticket to you on 22 June 2016 as you were the third party involved. I would now like my money refunded to me. I really want you to provide me with an email address that I can send you the copies of tickets of the double-booking and the background information. My son travelled on EW107, 4U 107 and 4U 464 on 18 January 2016. His name is: Mr Nopporn Jack Phanthudet. Eurowings have recognised there was a double-booking and have refunded the money to you. Please can you contact them and then contact me. I have been waiting for the refund since December 2015.

Absolutely dreadful.
Please beware when booking through bravolfly.
I've never complained officially in my life but this has been the worst service from a 'customer care team' i've ever received.
Ended up throwing $400 down the drain as after days of back and fourth phone calls (Trying to change dates of flying) which were also costing me a fortune i just told them to cancel my flight as i would book through another airline. When i threatened to cancel flights they did not care.
Never again.

Bravofly no customer service

On the 11th August I purchased several tickets from Bravofly. I made a mistake by buying 3 extra luggage for my son that I don't need. After clicking customer numbers on the Website, I found out they don't exist? I then went to reviews and found out that this company has problems.

Will I ever get my refund of AU$91.05?

Bravofly immense inconvenience

Dear all,

I strongly recommend to be very cautious when using this booking agent. My personal experience was quite terrible, and hope none has to go through the same. I had booked a one-way ticket with bravofly.com (using their skyscanner.com affiliate), from Wuhan, China(WUH) to Larnaca, Cyprus (LCA). The flights involved was Wuhan Tianhe International to Beijing Capital International, Beijing Capital International to Novosibirsk Tolmachevo, Novosibirsk Tolmachevo to Moscow Domodedovo, Moscow Domodedovo to the final destination Larnaca International.

The travel confirmation email looked as follows:

There was no mention of Terminal transfers hence in my naive mind I thought there would not be an issue with requiring a VISA to travel within Russia as an EU citizen, and also no mention regarding excess luggage allowance other than a very vague description of eleven words "1 piece of hold luggage included. Click here for more information" (the url it forwards you to is: http://www.bravofly.com/content/en/popup-luggages-full.html )

In the mentioned link neither Hainan Airlines, nor S7 Airlines are included hence I had contacted both airlines prior to my flight to enquire about luggage weight allowance, whom both ensured me that if I was wise enough to book through them, the limit would be 30 kg, BUT because of booking with Bravofly, they do not have enough information regarding my booking's allowances, thus I was prepared both mentally and financially to bare the inconvenience of paying for my potentially overweight luggage (I had to carry a 29 KG bag as I had just graduated from a Chinese university and was carrying a big load of clothing). My attempts to contact any of phone numbers mentioned in http://www.bravofly.com/content/en/other-telephone-numbers.html was unsuccessful in China. The call would either drop within first few seconds or it would simply not connect.

Upon the date of the flight, for the first flight from Wuhan to Beijing, I was asked to pay 325 RMB (approximately 43 Euro) just for that specific flight, which alerted me what might follow for the next 3 flights! However, during the check-in procedure in Beijing, the clerk notified me that I would be needing a VISA for the domestic flight in Russia and it would be a cause for arrest if he had let me take the flight. Being in a state of panic and shock, I asked my parents in Cyprus to try to contact the company as I was unable to do so in China, as mentioned earlier. After being charged 15 euros for a phone call the response of the customer support was that there is nothing to be done meaning I have lost the flight and there would be no refund nor booking another flight through them! The final advise of Bravofly's customer support was to enquire with the staff of S7 airlines for any further notice, which I did but their response was it is not our responsibility to handle this issue and you should contact again Bravofly for them to either issue a refund ... Obviously everyone was trying to shift blame to another...

Being enraged I hastily booked another ticket using ctrip which in my honest opinion is greatly superior and more customer friendly, without any hidden fees and costs, than Bravofly which I strongly discourage anyone to deal with unless you are fully aware of the potential trap you might get into.

Bravofly airplane ticket, cancellation and or change in name

So, I was planning to go to volunteer for Rio Olympics.
Everything was grand, wonderful and such an excitement. I managed to book airplane tickets for reasonable prices - considering time of year and everything.
Then, my life changed, and my circumstances changed, and for more than valid reasons I can't go any more. As soon as that happened, which was month and a half before my travel dates, I have paid for phone call to Bravofly, just to be told - thank you for your request, we will send you refund options by e mail as soon as possible! Like WHAT ? Why did I pay to be told NOTHING useful - wait for e mail. Couldn't I get that info by e mail ? But OK, I need at least some amount of money refunded, so I waited. And then, I was offered less than 8% (65eur refund for 820eur ticket) refund, MONTH AND A HALF IN ADVANCE, for a ticket they will sell again for twice as much! LESS THAN EIGHT PERCENT!
So, I told them that's just preposterous and unacceptable, and then I found someone who is willing to take my ticket from me (name change) if the terms are acceptable. I have thus made FORMAL REQUEST for name change, since they didn't want to give me quotation of costs before I give them name of person who's name I want on ticket. Why is that ? Is it impossible to change name to xxyy, but it's OK if the name is yyxx or yxyx ? I don't understand! So, for 3 weeks I and my friend were waiting to hear is it even possible to make name change and then I got info today that it isn't ! WHY IT TOOK YOU 3 WEEKS TO READ COMPANIES POLICES, AND TELL ME IT ISN'T POSSIBLE?
And that's not all! I've been informed that should I wish to travel as planned, I'll have to ask for a refund and then to rebook my flight! WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO CANCEL MY BOOKING WITHOUT MY PREMISSION ? I simply asked for information, and it took you 3 weeks to give it to me!
Your customers relation is just horrible, and your companies policies - which aren't transparent at all, are just awful! I am really angry with myself that I've purchased ticket from you, and I am sure not to make the same mistake again! I am sure to worn as many people as possible not to make same mistake as I did!
Just preposterous! Unimaginable and preposterous!

This us outrageous. I called two weeks in advance to increase my baggage from 20-30kgs and all they said was that they would call me as soon as it is processed. I was meant to leave on a Monday and they still hadn't given me a call by Sunday. I called them and they kept saying that THEY WOULD CALL ME and told me to WAIT FOR THE CALL! It's Sunday! And my flight is on Monday! So i packed my luggage for 30kgs and they called me at 2am my time and i actually answered but as soon as i answered they hung up on me. And in the morning i called them back and they say that the process has not been successful?!?!?!?!?!
My experience with bravofly and cheapflights has been HORRIBLE! It would be my WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!
So disappointed!
If you don't want to end up annoyed and frustrated before your holiday then DONT BUY AIRLINE TICKETS FROM HERE! Soooo angry!
