Bravofly refund for cancelled ba flight

Hi,

I booked flights via Bravofly for my daughter and her boyfriend to come home from Australia for her 21st birthday . The flight from Sydney to Manchester was on 29th May 2017 with British airways. The flight was cancelled due to the IT problems that BA had that weekend.
I had no alternative but to book her replacement flights with Cathay Pacific as we were all going on a family holiday to Tenerife a few days after she arrived back in the U.K.

I have for the past 11 weeks been trying to get my refund for the cancelled flights. I have contacted Bravofly customer services department (call centre in India) around 15 times, each time being told that it was being processed and that it was BA that were holding it up. They promised every time to call me back but never once have!

Bravofly are part of last minute.com so I sent a letter of complaint to their uk head office 4 days ago. I also wrote to BA and asked for confirmation as to whether it was in fact themselves that we're holding up my refund. I have had a response today from BA saying that Bravofly have not even asked for my money back, but that BA can not help me as I have to go through the agent.

I have constantly been lied to by the customer service department and don't expect that I will get a response from my letter (based on reviews online).

I don't think the flight is covered by ATOL or ABTA complaints process, I have even contacted my credit card company to see if I am covered, but because I booked via an agent, I am not. What can I do what are my legal rights? This company owe me £1800 that I desperately need to get back to pay for the second lot of replacement flights.

Any help would be appreciated,

Bravofly sofar stranded 4 days in hyderabad after original flight left 2 hours early

3 days ago I spoke with a lady "Hanuka" from ph no. [protected] Milan (not sure about the spelling of her name) that promised to help me out of Hyderabad after my flight left 2 hours early Thursday last week... ... Please contact me on [protected]

Your phone is continously busy when calling during the last 3 days... The Indian number is not working? The UK number I waited 1 hour 20 minutes then gave up

Since there is no response Im trying to book on my own... But there is no option of promotional code where I can ad the amount of a previous cancelled Fullflex ticket... still waiting for the help ?

Bravofly flight ticket lost

Yesterday I was supposed to fly from Hyderabad to copenhegen ( Denmark ) through bravofly. 9 pm was my flight and when I reached airport, I was informed that the flight left two hours earlier. I have not received any info concerning this. My ticket got cancelled. And when I called to bravofly to help find a solution..they hung up the call. I wasted 4, 000 rupees, just in calls. Now I want someone to respond to this complaint and call to my number immediately as I want my return ticket at least to be not cancelled. [protected].

Bravofly canceled flight. got alternative but not showing with the airline

My flight was canceled. I was offered alternative flight which I accepted.
I got a confirmation, but checking with the airline(smart wings) they claim no change was done and I am still on the canceled flight.

The flight is tomorrow.
I can't reach the right person in BravoFly.

Bravofly unauthorized credit card charges

Hi This is Ashish. I booked a return flight from Delhi-Prague. the price of the ticket was shown was 922 Euro and when i made payment i have been charged 1111.56 Euro which is really huge amount in Indian currency..

They have charged some hidden amount.
I have faced fraudulent by bravofly.
I was getting a cheaper deal but still i booked the flight from Bravofly.
I was totally unaware of the hidden charges else i could have never booked the ticket.

Highly disappointed.
Will never recommend this agency to anyone in my friends and family.

Bravofly change in tickets, booking id [protected]

My Booking ID with Bravofly is [protected]. I've booked a return flight from Abu Dhabi to Calgary. Everything was fine in the beginning. Trouble started when I tried contacting them to reschedule the return dates. I contacted them on their helpline which was answered in 10 minutes and the agent took my request and I received an email also from them regarding a new travel plan. The details received for the new flight plan was wrong and very expensive. I replied back that I wanted a different travel plan. And send them an email. Since the last 2 days of continuous follow up on emails and calls to their helpline which is never answered, I've become frustrated and disappointed with the unprofessional attitude. Tried to contact Bravofly on emails, Twitter and Facebook but no revert.
Don't know how to further escalate the issue and get a satisfactory reply from them.
I wonder in this age when social media has such a strong presence and reach and is powerful, how can they afford such a bad publicity. It's like murdering your own business.
I hope the Bravofly guys take us seriously and review my request and at least contact me.

Bravofly flight

Hi,

I booked a flight from Montreal to Cairo, Egypt with two stops in Zurich and in Vienne and I was denied access to my flight from Zurich to Vienne because I didn't have Schingen visa. And as I understood frim officers in the airport that 2 stops in Europe require a visa. Nobody told me that I have to and even all the boarding passes were issued in Montreal by Swiss airlines. I had to face an unpleasant experience with my 5-year-old twins. And we weretaken to police office in the airport and it was so stressful and tiring.

Now I have a similar route on my way back (2 stops in Europe) and I have to change it. I request changing my flight route to have only one stop in Europe to avoid the visa issue and all of this without charging me as it is not my mistakr. My booking ID is [protected]

Bravofly urgent: regarding flight booking: booking id - [protected]

Hi all,

I booked a flight from Vienna to Paris for 23rd June, 2017, three days back. But, how can it be possible that the money was immediately deducted from my card but the flight booking is still not confirmed. Please confirm the details urgently as I need my bookings immediately. This is happening for the first time that a website takes so many days in confirming a flight booking, whereas everywhere else it is done immediately!

Bravofly complaining about releasing of my funds.

Hi am Pallavi Singh. I was booking a flight with this bravofly company. My ID is [protected]. Since 3 June they are saying same thing that they release the money. It's going to be 5th day now. They have so many excuses. I paid australian$2278 for tickets and now am not receiving my funds. I went to my bank commonwealth Bank Australia twice a day everyday and they said the money I paid they didn't released it and it's still pending. So like other people I also have to wait like them 6 months. Am not the only one who's complaining. Every person who used your site is saying same thing about you. You don't have mercy on your customer. Your customer service is disgraceful. All your international call numbers are fake. You are operating from New Delhi India. And making people fool from all around the world. Please return my money back. Release my fund otherwise am going to lodge a complaint in Indian consumer court as well as in Australia and they judge will decide it. I am giving warning to you guys. Don't make people fool by repeating same [censor] again and again. I have all the proofs of booking cancellations and everything. But when I asked about the proof of releasing the fund you said you can't email it. So am the customer I have no rights to ask for the proof of releasing the funds on my account. Since five days it's coming pending. Am gonna die am pregnant I can't take that much stress I used that money for my parents to come over and see me during this last days of my pregnancy. You people suck.

Bravofly confirmation of transaction voided - id booking [protected]

Dear Customer Care Team,

With regards to the above mention subject, please be inform that there is a confirmation message that has been send to me saying that the certain amount (8074.07 pesos) is already deducted in my (debit) card last 01-06-2017 at 2:30pm and was credited to the BRAVONEXT SA account. Bravofly not getting my tickets

My flight tickets were payed for but I never received my tickets but they took my money all right RUDE and NASTY not helpful at all I went to the Fodor of biking my flight through them thinking that it would be a good idea and safe but no way is it at all rob you of your money that is all I have rang them also they are no help what so ever very rude just want your money give you no tickets for it o have them my address and mobile number and all DISGRACE

Bravofly flight information

On May 17, we (party of three) missed our flight from Manila to Stockholm due to faulty informtion provided by Bravofly. I never received the usual booking details by mail so I relied on my printed online information provided by the Bravofly app. I am attaching this information. All flight data here is off by 6 hours causing us to arrive at the Manila Airport too late for our first leg to Bangkok. There were also no other fligths to Bangkok available to catch our next leg in time. The information has since been corrected but due to login problems I never had access to it.

I had to rebook all tickets. I hold Bravofly responsible for this mishap and ask to be reimbursed the cost of the current tickets, USD 3, 027. I’ve been using Bravofly services for several years and I hope they appreciate my predicament and resolve this amicably. But obviously I am prepared to see this through all the way.

Bravofly cancellation - refund only €233.96i - d booking: [protected]

my ID Booking: [protected] (cancellation), under Ana Katherina Schulhauser

I am bit shocked that BravoFly is not being very transparent with the entire issue and I feel I am being taken advantage.

I booked a flight Wed May 10 and the next day - my husband said that he cannot come/fly, so I called the next day and requested a cancellation, on the phone she said it would take 2-3days to get an answer from Wizz Air.

Sunday evening May 14 - I received a cancellation email, very deceiving the email said it I would receive €233, 96 for the refund - I assumed it was per person!

I found out that I would receive only €233, 96 from the €499, 62 paid - it is not even 50% of the price paid only a couple days before, I have called 4 x times trying to clarify but no success.

They keep sending me the same email saying that it has been confirmed by the airline and I am sending an email back that I do not wish the cancellation anymore.

I prefer to fly even if it is myself and will try to push my husband to fly as well.

Would you kindly look into this asap - so I can decide what to do.

It would be highly appreciate.

I kept complaining to Bravo and I complained to ABTA (https://abta.com/) I finally received all of my money back, do not give up! Keep complaining and they will give you the money back.

Bravofly I have booked flights on bravofly but same are cancelled but bravofly is not refunding booking money paid by me.

On 18th April 2017, I have booked Las Palmas-Zurich-Dubai-Delhi flights for 11.06.17 for 3 passengers on Bravofly.com and paid full booking amount. On 2nd May 2017, Bravofly sent me an email informing that airline has cancelled the flights booked by me and offered me alternative flights and asked me to respond within 72 hours as to whether I want to accept the alternative flights offered to me or want to cancel the flight booking (which were cancelled by the airline}. Since the alternative flights offered to me are not suitable to me, I requested bravofly to refund the money paid by me for the bookings made by me. However in spite of sending repeated reminder mails, They simply replied that they have requested their specialized team to take up with airline for refund. However even after passing more than a week Bravofly is not refunding my money.

Bravofly cancelling my flight and refund my money

I was to discuss cancellation and how much is refund if I canceled my ticket that brofly sent one email to me that flight is canceled. after that, I told them please refund my money.
Yesterday I received one email that they said you will receive about 500 kr while I paid for ticket 3500kr. I think it is not fair. I really need help to get my right. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Travel confirmation Singapore to Denpasar 11/04/2017 Booking ID [protected].

We have booked 6 tickets from Bali to Singapore on Asia Airlines through your agency Departure day 11/April and returning flyght on the 17/April, By mistake, we still aren't certain if ours or yours, the date isn"t correct. It should be on 17th April and it is on the 17th May.
On the date we notice the mistake which was o the we immediately called you to try to solve the problem. You informed us that in a maximum of 72 hours we will give us an answer we the quotation for the change. We still asked if there was any possibility on being less hours but we were informed that we had to wait. Even though we called 24 hours after to know if there was any new information. Once again were informed that we had to wait 72 hours which we did . After that time passes and as we had no news from your agency we called and were informed, hat even that the 72 hours had passed, you still didn't have a solution . What was told is that you couldn't reach the airlines to know the quotations. Said that were very sorry, that we were right and that will take this issue as urgent and in the next day we will receive a email with quotations. Unfortunately it didn't happen and we call again and were informed that we had to wait more because the time for this situations should be 7 days . Which we said it was a wrong information because always said 72 hours . If we knew it would take so long we had already contact our selves the airlines to have new quotations . As you know, each hour that passed more expensive the tickets became.
Later we received a SMS saying that we will receive an email with the quotations . We never received it and we called to Bravo Fly again(you can check that because all the telephone calls we made were recorded)informing of that.the answer was that you will send it again . Never received it ! So we had no solution then to buy 6 new tickets, which were extremely expensive because we bought them almost in the date of flight.
We also wrote to Air Asia and explain the situation . You still have time to arrange a solution as the returning flight will be on 17th May .

Bravofly disappointed bravofly customer service, how and who to complain?

I have booked a round-ticket to Vietnam on 14 April 2017 since last October 2016. I planned for vacation in advanced for spring break 2017 so I booked the ticket soon for a cheap one. Unfortunately, my plan changed inexpertly last month so I tried to contact Customer service at email address Customer Service

for a refund on March 11, 2017; more than 1 month before the flight. Then I received an email told my flight is cancelled, and need my confirmation for refund or change alternative flight. I replied for monetary refund. Then I received an email said they would “I have requested a cancellation quotation to my support team for the both ways flights. The quotation will be sent to you in next 72 Hours to 7 days maximum. The quotation will be in the form of cash and voucher options”. I waited for 7 days without any information or quotation so I have to call the Customer Service, the answer for my case that if I want to refund, it would be charity refund/null refund.
On March 15, I sent another email to request for paying more to hold my ticket because I couldn’t know the exactly day for my flight yet. After that, I received an email said
“If you would like to change your flight to a different date, we kindly as you to send us the following details about the request:
- flight that needs to be changed (outgoing/return).
- new date requested.
- names of the passengers affected by this change.
After contacting the airline, we will send you an email about the change possibilities and prices. If you accept the quoted price, we will contact you on the phone to complete the transaction.”
I continuously waited for maximum 7 more days without any information or quotation, I asked for the right number/person to support/solve my problem and received a list of number. then I have to contact the provided number about my case and they said they can’t give me the answer for this case; they would contact and inform me about solution later.
In one month, they kept sending me tons of email inform about my flight cancellation and ask for confirmation of refund/alternative flights. No any solution or real support. Until now, there is 10 more days of departure and I had request for nearly a month but there is no support.
I felt really frustrated about the mismatch in the way they support their client and unprofessional of their Customer Service, wasted clients time without any considerable solution. I had to pay nearly 700$ for the ticket, it’s not 70$ or 7$ to say thing called “charity refund” while I informed the airlines more than 1 month before departure day. And now I don’t know who and how to complaint and get back my money or at least a reasonable answer for my case so I have to write it down here.

Bravofly I want my money back!

I want my money back and I need them to refund me as soon as possible. I cancelled my ticket and Bravofly rep promised I'll get a full refund any time soon. He was not able to tell me the exact date but he said that it can take up to 2-3 weeks to process a refund. I thought that was way too long, but Bravofly rep said that it depends on banks. I decided to wait and see what will happen and unfortunately even after a month of waiting there was no money.
Bravofly said that I need to contact my bank and asked them.
My bank manager said that Bravofly never transferred anything and that moment I realized that they never even planned to refund me. I sent them a message and tried to call but they did not reply. I wish I had read the reviews earlier.

Bravofly misleading information/failed to departure

I bought a ticket#[protected] for flight from ho chi minh city (vietnam) to auckland (new zealand) on 11 feb 2017 with booking id: [protected] for my dad and my 2 kids.In the ticket and itinerary sent by bravofly, it's only 1-stop at kuala lumpur (ho chi minh city _ kuala lumpur _auckland). However, when they came to the airport on the departure day, the reservation made by bravofly was refused to proceed by the airline for wrong information provided in the itinerary as the actual itinerary is 2-stop flight (ho chi minh city_kuala lumpur_gold coast_ auckland) and we need to have transit visa for the stop at gold coast (australia) which was hiden by bravofly. So we had to buy another tickets from other airlines to travel the next day.

The misleading information provided by bravofly led to the serious consequences of and extra cost for last minutes tickets + accommodation and the tickets sold by bravofly can not be used as they are non-refundable tickets.

I'd contacted your customer services via phone + email to request a refund as all charged are made to bravofly's account directly, but have not received any proper response on the incident.

I am strongly request a refund of tickets fare as it is totally your mistakes for misleading information. If you do not process for my refund, I will log an official complaint to iata for misconduct failed iata accreditation standards, and will keep tripadvisors/cheapflights posted on the misconduct.

I am looking forward to your proper response and action regarding the issue.
