Ordered 2 bras online from their location overseas. Paid for the extra shipping costs, and waited 2 weeks. They gave me the complete run around, telling me the package should have arrived but that they don't have tracking on overseas packages...huh? You ship items all over the world, but have no way of tracking them!?! After speaking with my local postmaster (who informed me they probably did not provide the proper customs shipping, so the package would be held), I told them to refund me my money. They did, but then informed me that if I decided to order from them again and a package was lost, I would not get a refund. Bogus
