Brands on Sales / Defective waterslide
I bought a waterslide from you company for my 7 year old birthday. When I set the product up the first time it worked great and the kids had a blast. When I went to set the product up the second time, that's when we had issues. The hose running to the top that sprayed the water on the slide burst and no longer worked. I called brands on sale and after speaking to a couple of REPS AJ helped send us out a new slide so my child could enjoy her present. When we set the waterslide up for the first time we were shocked that the product didn't work. The hose on this product had a hole and therefore the water never ran up high enough to spray on the slide so my child could use the waterslide.
When I called back, a rep told me that she would have someone call me and I never heard back from anyone. I then called back and spoke to AJ who on three occasions told me he would call me back and never did. When I called AJ again he passed me to Elda to assist me. She told me basically I was screwed because the product was first purchased over 30 days ago. Even though the new product that was sent and I responded within the 30 days that it didn't work...
I have now spent $484.00 on nothing... I now have to go back to my 7 year and tell her that she's not getting a present because a crappy company such as brands on sale won't replace the product or give me my money back.
I don't understand how a company can charge me for a product that no longer works and expect me to be happy about it.
