I placed an order for a leather coat for my son with on Tuesday, October 28th. I paid for priority shipping and expected my order to be shipped out the next day. The company claims to have a customer service e-mail and they would respond back within 24 hours. I sent an e-mail to on Wednesday around 12:00 p.m. eastern to verify when my order would go out and when I would receive my order. When I got no response on Wednesday, I e-mailed them again on Thursday afternoon around 1:00 demanding an explanation why my order still hadn't been shipped out and why I haven't received a response from their prompt customer service department. After still not receiving a response, I sent another e-mail the same day canceling my order. I logged onto to my bank account today (Friday, October 31st) and my payment has already been processed and my merchandise still hasn't been shipped. Matter of fact, there is no information about the status of my order at all. One thing I noticed though was a phone number with the charge on my bank account [protected]) so I tried calling the number. It rings 2 times then a voicemail system picks up. To me it sounds like a home answering machine and not anything that a real company would have. I had to call my banking institution this afternoon and file a complaint to try and get my money back. I order things all the time online and don't have any problems. Most companies have tracking information and the status of your order so you can determine when you will be receiving the merchandise you pay for so this is very suspicious to me. The problem with this company is there is none of that.

This company is not legit. There is no customer service and for now, my money is tied up. Beware!
