I ordered a MKF bag and was suprised that they charged me full price. What kind of scam is this? I have tried to contact them and they don't respond. What is your answer about this company?

I bought this purse for my grand daughter because it said it was a tote bag. When it was sent it was small like a make up bag. I'm very disappointed in what I paid for. This was to be a Christmas present and I have gotten a Kate spade purse for same amount of money and it was a large tote for the same price. I will write a review on this item and how this isn't what I expected.

I purchased a pair of black sandals over a week ago. The charge is on my credit card. Where are my sandals.?

Brad's Deals should not have advertised the company, Netaya Jewelry on their website. I just received the advertised, Netaya Tanzanite Ring that I bought recently. The Ring is Fake and the color of the ring is white with a "Hint" of blue. The ones advertised on Netaya's website was Dark Blue. I should've known it was fake when they are selling it for $25!

Brad's Deals, please have your retail store on site fully vetted before you show them on your advertisements. Netaya's Jewelries are too good to be true!

Ordered a coach bag on the 2nd of feb. And when I received bag, it isn't even leather, it is a knock off bag! I own several coach bags and this is not a "real" coach bag. The store address on the box is not even a open location. I would like a refund as soon as possible. This is fraud not a coach product. Please tell me how I can receive a refund.

This arrived with no instructions as to how to set the date and day function. Also the time function is DEAD ON Arrival.

Please don't mfk collection in your website because they are crooks. I placed an order on dec 21, 2019 (order#92649) for a messenger bag. I did not receive any confirmation email from them until I emailed them on Jan 8, 2020 asking when is my bag going to arrive only then they said that my order is in the packing and shipping process. Almost immediately after they send another email stating that the product I ordered was out of stock and asked instead of canceling to change my order to a different bag. I accepted and requested a different messenger bag for the same price. After that they had no response on their end until I emailed again on Jan 9 and they they responded with a they'll let me know if I can change my order. It is now Jan 13 and I am done waiting for getting the run around from this company! I have asked them to cancel my order completely with no response from them either.

I ordered a Kitchenaid mixer a few days ago and paid for it with my credit card . The information was left on my phone, along with shipping info about who was shipping my product-No tracking number was provided . I still don't have my product and the info is no longer on my phone —gone! I now don't even know who is shipping my item but was paid for with my cc . How do I retrieve this info ? I am desperate and would also like my purchase !

Complete scam and now I am left empty handed. They put on the Brad Deals a throw for $29 (originally 89.99) on Black Friday.
Week later Macy's sent email saying it was on backorder and may not arrive by Christmas; Let them know if we wanted to cancel. We did not. Today we received email that the throw became discounted. They had no intention of fulfilling the order. They wanted to get us on their website so hopefully we would purchase something else.
My biggest problem is now we missed out on several other deals that I would of used for throws for my gift.
Extremely agrevated.

On 11/27/18 I received an email that 7 items, which I DID NOT purchase had shipped. I am not sure if this email is legitimate or not, but I do not want to be held responsible for payment of these items. I have not used brads deals in the last year and do not plan to use it until this issue is resolved. I should have no recent purchases made through you. On March 13 I ordered 2 ankle bracelets via Brad's from the above company. I have not received them and have emailed and phoned the company. No response. I used Paypal. Please advise. I have a transaction number from Paypal and obviously my credit card was charged weeks ago. I would hate to file a complaint with Paypal. I just want the bracelets. I am being bombarded with several emails daily from Grace and Callie trying to sell me more jewelry. Ridiculous.

I understand and realize that many deals sell out very fast, but why can't you do anything with your system to make ti show that the items are no longer available? Can't it show it automatically?
I ordered several items and only after making a payment I found out that they were out of stock and I had to open disputes to refund. It takes some time I don't have. Please, look into the matter and fix it as soon as possible.

I have ordered something from Brad's Deals website because of the low price. After I placed my order and paid for it they sent me an email stating that item was sold out and no longer available. I wanted to cancel my order but they did not let me and they said that they don't do refunds. So I decided to order something else for the same price and they said that it was possible to do that.
I placed another order and the same thing happened. They informed me that item was out of stock. I told them that I didn't want to place any more orders and wanted only my money but they refused.
Well, I decided not to waste my precious time arguing with these guys over $20.
I would not recommend Brad's Deals to anyone. It seems like they are running some kind of scam.

Stay away from the company www.bradsdeals.com. I have ordered 3 wallets from them, and it was like gifts for my parents. The confirmation email was provided only 5 days after they charged me. I think that they didn’t know how to deal with the customers. I waited about the month, but still no delivery of the order. I want to get these wallets from this dishonest seller.

But these jerks fooled me, ‘coz they haven’t delivered the order and didn’t provide info about my items at all. I wasted money and still no idea what to do now. I bought coupon from www.bradsdeals.com and was really disappointed. They post wrong info about production and I tried to reach someone from the website, but no one replied to multiple emails. I wasted money and got some fake order. I really am angry and want money back. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest and scamming seller.

I ordered beautiful earnings for my wife on bradsdeals.com website. At the picture it looked amazing, but when it arrived, I haven’t presented it to my wife. I didn’t want to insult her, because the earnings looked ugly and very cheap. I can’t contact the seller, because if I want to send message to the seller, I need access to Facebook or Twitter through unknown link, but I don’t want to obtain any viruses to my computer. So I won’t advise you to buy from this seller.
