knee brace
I ordered a knee brace on7/27/2017. Was sent an ankle brace. Took multiple emails to get the return label so I could mail back the ankle brace and was told I would then receive my knee brace. I paid for the knee brace, and as yet have never received it. Have sent many emails to Melissa Bright in customer service and she won't even respond. Going to report you to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission and write on every web site I can find to warn people of your company.
Shipping charges
I ordered an item and was charged $24.99 for 2nd day delivery. Received item 8 days later via U.P.S. GROUND. I have been trying to get my account credited because Braceplanet.com took my money for a service that I never received. The sales rep did NOT inform me that the item would have to be backordered but charged me for the 2nd day delivery. I cant say if it was deception or just a mistake but
I have contacted by phone and email at least a dozen times and all I get is a runaround.
The worst company
Ordered a product from them and received the wrong one. I contacted BracePlanet support and asked for an exchange. They said that they don't do replacements and refunds. They said that I can ship the incorrect product back and they will give me a store credit. Appalling! I don't need their store credit, I don't want to deal with them in the future and I will never buy from this scam site again! They also said that if I'll decide to return I have to pay for the return shipping. Pathetic!

Avoid!
Ordered my product from BracePlanet in early May and did not receive it. I wasted two months arguing with these guys and they finally said that my order was shipped. So how it was - they took my money and did not send me anything! Only two months later they said - yes ok, we will ship your product. Well, thanks a lot!
So, when I finally received my order it was incorrect! I contacted them again and the rep I spoke to was nasty and rude! They said that I was annoying and that they already did everything I asked for. No! I wanted to get what I paid for and not just a random product! These guys are disgusting, unprofessional, rude! Avoid!
They scammed customers and charged for different sums
People, be careful and check all prices and everything for what they will charge you. I ordered two braces and paid for the delivery, but when I wanted to choose the item, they provided me one price. I bought ankle brace from the company www.braceplanet.com. The seller turned to be total scammer, ‘coz this jerk promised free delivery, but it was lie. They charged me for the delivery. Also they didn’t deliver it within promised 3 days. I waited for the order 2 weeks. The company is dishonest and not recommended. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I ordered wrist bracelets from the website www.braceplanet.com. My experience was awful. The seller mentioned on the website that within 30 days I could return the order and get money back, but it was big scam. I tried to return my order, but the seller refused. He never explained why, he simply told “no” and stopped to communicate with me. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** Their "Return Policy" is non-existent - My experience in brief: Bought a thumb brace for my daughter while we were in the Dr's office after nurse says it is not broken. A few min later, Doctor comes in and says that it is broken and will need a cast. Called within 10 minutes of placing the order to cancel it, was told they are unable to cancel the order and would have to wait till I receive it. It took over 8 days to come in, but I called as soon as the mailman left - only to be told that due to Federal Regulations it can't be returned and didn't I read their Return Policy before I bought from them? What if it had been the wrong size, doesn't matter to them - still won't take it back. If I could give my experience with the company & their 2 service Rep's less than 1 star, I would. BUYER'S BEWARE - Buy your braces somewhere else.
Recieved product, all product boxes were crushed due to poor shipping practices. The items were too small and were not even tried on. WARNING! You cannot return product for a cash refund. I have lost $120.00 as I refuse to do any other transactions with them. Customer service were abrupt and totally unhelpful. Take my advice and don't buy from this company. Wish I had read the comments on this page.
This company's customer service needs a complete overhaul
Ordered an item, received a completely different item. Sent an email stating that I don't believe that I should pay their restocking fee and asked for a return label via email ( providing my email).
Find out there sending the return label via postal service so by the time I get it back through the postal service, if ever and send the item back and wait for the correct one, I'm looking at a 3 week turn around.
Customers don't order from for this company because they wear their products like jewlery..Will not order from them ever again.
Unauthorized charges
I bought ankle brace from the website www.braceplanet.com. I received incorrect order and decided to change it, but the seller refused and told me that all sales were final, but after some time they agreed to change the order. I agreed and after I sent the order back, I noticed unauthorized charge from my account. They charged me for the return postage. I hate them. Now I have no order and money as well. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

same here, Melissa Bright is currently giving me a hell of a hard time and ripping me off on a knee brace I purchased and they sent a different one and only offer store credit when they have Violated the Federal Trade Commission's Competition Act by False Advertising Misleading Deceptive Advertising Practices a brace that they do not even have. Hope the BBB, FTC, and my credit card can help set BracePlanet and Melissa Bright right.
