Loop Mobile overcharging

I am a subscriber for Mobile Phone Service from BPL MObile thru Cellphone No. [protected].
Since beging of subscription, I noticed that BPL Mobile frequently billed me for the services that it did not offer and or levied me for a new service which I have not asked for.

1. I had opted for Popular Roaming but did not get calls or could make calls from the phone from outside Mumbai?
2. I had not asked for itemised billing beyond their free offer period of 3 months and was charged for itemised bill.
3. The limit for Popular roaming in terms of Geographic coverage has not been advised so far but on enquiry I was informed that it covers only a few states of the country and it has limitations.
I have asked the cellular operator to refund tha charges levied for the services not provided to me or service charges levied to me for the servvices which I had not opted for. Thru a fax message about 20 days back but so far there is no response and therefore this mediation/intervention is sought. The cellphone is asked to be de-activated and hence I am not receiving any service from this operator currently.

Have activated MMS and Zone service they have taken 100 rs for both the service where my call charges are less but still i am being charged very high. Have put in the complain but still no action taken.

This is ridiculous!

Loop Mobile Free Talktime not added till date

BPL is now getting on my nerves.

I received SMS from BPL Mobile abt 2 months ago tht i will get RS100/- worth talktime free if i refill for over 785/-. I have not received this amount till date.

I called up 555 but to no avail, they are not ready to help me at all, they keep me on hold for over 20 minutes.

The supervisor Francais at Malad call center told me tht he confirmed with the technical dept and said tht this amount was added on the 13th May 2003.

The supervisor Aasif at Malad call center said that this amount was added on the 24th April 2003 according to the same technical dept.

The BPL Mobile Gallery at Nepensea Road behaved poorly and stated that theis computer records state that the amount was credited to my account on the 13th May 2003.

I HAVE 3 DIRREFENT BPL REPRESENTATIVES GIVING ME DIFFERENT ANSWERS.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE 100/- FREE TALKTIME TILL DATE, THIS IS THE FACT.

The technical dept pulls up incorrect information I am sure. To prove this, the only way left is tht you guys pull up all me call records in the last 2 months and the refill updates and its a challange to BPL that this information will not match with the above BECAUSE THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN ADDED AT ALL.

Pull up the call records and tell me, this is the MOST UNSATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM BPL.
I rather switch to Orange than accept contradicting statements from BPL.

Your 555 service call center in Malad has irrated me all times, there is NO HOLD PROCEDURE. We are kept waiting for above 12-15 minutes, if they do not have an answer.

To add to this, I HAVE ALSO NOT RECEIVED MY 2 FREE PEPSI MESSAGE AFTER THE 370/- REFILL, 555 ASKS ME TO GO TO GALLERY WITHOUT THE MESSAGE, GALLERY ASKS ME TO GO TO MAHIM BRANCH? Is this Customer Satisfaction? Sorry to say NO.

BPL be prepared to resolve this problem ASAP or loose out an old valuable/genuine customer.

i am using bpl sim card and also internet in that but before 4, 5 days my net is not connecting wht is d pblm tel me i wnt net in my celphone

I was not satisfied with the CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE OF BPL . I had gone to BORIVALI BPL MOBILE STORE and over there I meet MAMTA.V.SINGH and I told her to her that I want to SuSpend my POSTPAID connection and she told me that she want Written application from whose name card was registered actually It was on my auncles name so go to home and tell him to write the letter my auncle wrote and gave me and after half hour when I am coming back that lady is telling that letter has written by You and I will not Suspend the line afterwards she is telling to call my auncle to BPL MOBILE STORE i told that he is busy person he can t come. What all this noncence man first she told me to bring the application. I wsa not happy with this behavior of that Executive .

Fraud BPL
We have spoken to the executives of BPL Call centers i hope BPL is Running short of Funds that they cnnot even train their executives toa level of how to talk to a customer I believe they are a Fraud...they dnt have manners of how to talk to their valuable Consumers..very Baaad very Cheap Service.
one Advice for BPl incase you are Running short of funds training your executives please let me know i know alots of NGo who will train your executives for freee...atleast they cannot behave like cheapoos...

& a specail Note for Mukhbir if you so much insterested of talking slang language then talk to me directly not to females coz if i come & talk to females of your house would be really very bad for your Dude..& dnt e like a eunuch that dnt take the calls of the customers be a man dude..dnt play like gals if u hav the guts also pick the calls & answer them...

Loop Mobile Customer harassment

I had bought the Alcatel mobile phone during my service in Kenya but during my return to India the network key was not opened. I contacted the Alcatel authorized dealer to do the needful in Bangalore. After two months it was found that the mobile phone was found un-attended . In frustration I took the mobile phone & gave the phone to another authorized dealer, unfortunately it was the same dealer.

After one month it was found that the net work key was not opened. I was told that the mobile phone had been sent to delhi & it will be given next day. In frustration I lodge a complain to nearest police station for the customer harassment.

The police came with me to the shop & found that the phone is still in house & not sent to Delhi. This is sheer harassment. I left the shop & told the policeman to lodge a complain against the shop but the police station refused to lodge a complain. Kindly advise how to lodge a complain against this shop for customer harassment to the consumer court.

call disconnected by agent side on loop cus service laughing on call .name of the agent imran...abhay..abhijeet...jayshree...ahmed...aniket patil ...saraswati..widolla was a agent but she told me lie that she was a senior ...swarna she also told me lie that she was a senior but swarna was a agent ..deepak he was a senior but he told me that he was a manager ...sagar he was a main defaulter laughing on a call even he is telling me to that i am not laughing on me he was laughing on her friend ...jokes call was recording by my side ...i was visit to my galary i fill ur feedback form ur galary i was get tat of 48 hrs the every persons call disconnetced ..it a redicular service ...iwant a better feedback other wise just contact to nodal officer ...it was very strange they are laughing above 15 times call disconnected by cus side imran abhay abijeet jayrshree..ahmed aniket patil sarawati ...these are guy who was transfering my call and my call get disconnected ...the main defaulterswidolla she was a agent she told me that she was a senior ...swarna she was a team coach but she told me that she was a senior ...deepak he told me that he was a manager but he was a team leader the main unbehaviour is sagar laughing on callregarding my promblem even i told him why u are laughing then also he was joking again even i have a recorded the call of sagar i doesnt know in this mail also whether i get a help or not but i am not beleving on loop services i am calling from 12 pm to 4 pm until no reply by ur cus side disconnettion of call even i was professfional on call ..i visist on galary complaint regarding this i also fill up ur feedback form i get ur cus care address it was an occur in mumbai and pune my no is [protected]..my complaint no of money refundable is c-[protected]..if u will not help me seriously i have made a case regarging this in consumer court or nodel officer ...even i know abt a system all function even ur manager and client is coming in ur office or not i think that there is no quality in ur side ...

BPL has the worst customer relationship management process. I had submitted my documents more than 6 times to activate a prepaid card... also I am a postpaid card user since 5 years now... its the worse experience... that i got from BPL GALLERY OF MUMBAI- MAHIM BRANCH (INDIa). ALSO the people sitting at the call center are useless, they know nothing...

Loop Mobile Delayed refund for a Year

I had BPL mobile post paid sim with STD facility. On discontinuation, I was supposed to get refund of 2000 rs. I had changed my address of communication and submitted a 'change of address' request personally to BPL office. For one year I have not recieved any refund, on enquiry they say they have send draft to old address. The draft was handed to some unknown person as the signature on recieved receipt are not mine. No one is doing anything about this at BPL office. Although thedraft has not been encashed, they refuse to issue a new draft. This is sheer carelessness on part of BPL mobile. Can I do anything about this?
